As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the ice-stirring unit 60 includes a track 62 and bearings 622 for fixing two ends of the track 62, wherein a motor electrically connected with the controller 70 is connected to one of the bearings 622, an ice-stirring member 64 is provided on the track 62, the track 62 is disposed above the ice storage layer 224, one end of the ice-stirring member 62 is disposed corresponding to a bin opening of the ice-breaking bin 40, and the ice-stirring member 64 is inserted into the ice storage layer 224 and can move along with the track 62 to drive fixed ice into the ice-breaking bin 40; the ice stirring piece 64 comprises a fixing piece 642 and a stirring piece 644, one end of the fixing piece 642 is fixed with the crawler 62, the other end of the fixing piece is fixed with the stirring piece 644, the stirring piece 644 is of an n-shaped sheet structure, and the whole ice stirring process is simple and practical to operate by adopting an automatic ice stirring structure of the stirring piece 644.
As shown in fig. 2, the ice breaking bin 40 includes a cavity 41, an ice breaker 42 is fixedly installed in the cavity 41, a conveyor 44 is disposed below the ice breaker 42, two ends of the conveyor 44 are fixed on the cavity 41 through bearings, the conveyor 44 is a screw conveyor, one end of a communicating pipe 36 is communicated with the stirring bin 50, and the other end is communicated with the cavity 41.
The conveyor 44 is composed of two screw conveyors connected to each other, the screw directions of the two screw conveyors are symmetrical to each other, one end of the communicating pipe 36 communicates with the stirring bin 50, and the other end communicates with the cavity 41 below the junction of the two screw conveyors.
As shown in fig. 2, the stirring bin 50 is further provided with a screw pump 58, the screw pump 58 is arranged on the output pipe 34, an external conveying signal is output through the controller 70, the fully mixed ice slurry in the stirring bin 50 starts to run through the screw pump 58 arranged in the stirring bin 50, and the ice slurry is pressurized by the screw pump 58, flows out through the output pipe 34 and is conveyed to a final external freezing point.
An electronic water flowmeter 79 is arranged between the first switch valve 75 and the water inlet B of the ice making unit 10, the electronic water flowmeter 79 is electrically connected with the controller 70, the electronic water flowmeter 79 feeds water quantity information back to the controller 70, and the controller 70 is set according to the need to control the opening and closing of the first switch valve 75; a water pump 792 is also provided between the second switch valve 76 and the water supply to supplement water to the ice bin 22 in a timely manner by pressurization of the water pump 792.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, but is intended to be limited to the following embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent changes and variations in the above-mentioned embodiments can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A full-automatic storage, delivery and metering system for fluidized ice, comprising:
an ice making unit (10);
the ice bank (20) comprises an ice storage bin (22), wherein the ice storage bin (22) comprises a water storage layer (222) at the lower end and an ice storage layer (224) at the upper end, the water storage layer (222) and the ice storage layer (224) are respectively communicated with a water inlet (B) and an ice outlet (C) of the ice making unit (10) through a first ice water pipe (31) and an ice pipe (32), and the ice bank further comprises a water supplementing pipe (33) for supplementing water to the water storage layer (222);
the stirring bin (50) comprises a stirrer (52), a motor (56) connected with the stirrer (52), an output pipe (34) for outputting ice slurry and a second ice water pipe (35) communicated with the water storage layer (222);
an ice breaking bin (40), wherein the ice breaking bin (40) is communicated with the stirring bin (50) through a communicating pipe (36), an ice breaking machine (42), a conveyor (44) and motors (46, 48) connected with the ice breaking machine (42) and the conveyor (44) are arranged in the ice breaking bin (40),
the ice stirring unit (60) is arranged at the upper end of the ice storage bin (22) and can convey solid ice in the ice storage bin (22) into the ice breaking bin (40);
the control unit comprises a sensing unit, a switch valve and a controller (70) which are electrically connected with each other, wherein the sensing unit respectively comprises a first liquid level sensor (71) arranged on the water storage layer, a second liquid level sensor (72) arranged on the ice storage layer (224), a third liquid level sensor (73) arranged on the stirring bin (50), a gravity sensor (74) arranged at the bottom of the ice breaking bin (40) and a position sensor arranged on the ice stirring unit (60); the switch valve comprises a first switch valve (75) arranged on the first ice water pipe (31), a second switch valve (76) arranged on the water supplementing pipe (33), a third switch valve (77) arranged on the communicating pipe (36) and a fourth switch valve (78) arranged on the second ice water pipe (35);
the water quantity in the ice storage bin (22) is fed back to the controller (70) through the second liquid level sensor (72), the controller (70) automatically outputs a control second switch valve (76) to open the water supplementing to the ice storage bin (22) according to the feedback signal, along with continuous water supplementing and cooling of the ice making unit (10), the water quantity and the ice quantity in the ice storage bin (22) are increased, when the first liquid level sensor (71) is triggered, the first liquid level sensor (71) automatically feeds back a signal to the controller (70), the controller (70) outputs a control second switch valve (76) to close and stop supplementing water according to the feedback signal, and when an upper ice storage layer (224) in the ice storage bin (22) is triggered to a position sensor on the ice pulling unit (60), the position sensor gives the feedback signal to the controller (70), the controller (70) automatically outputs a signal to the ice making unit (10) and the first switch valve (75), and finally ice making circulation is stopped, and the storage state is completed;
when the ice stirring unit (60) needs to convey ice through external signal feedback, the controller (70) outputs a signal to the ice stirring unit (60), the ice stirring unit (60) pushes ice close to the ice stirring unit (60) into the ice breaking bin (40), meanwhile, the second switch valve (76) is opened to start to supplement water for the ice storage bin (22), the ice making unit (10) starts an ice making cycle, the ice surface of the upper ice storage layer (224) of the ice storage bin (22) is always kept in contact with the ice stirring unit (60) so as to smoothly convey ice, the ice of the ice storage layer is stirred into the ice breaking bin (40) through the ice stirring unit (60), at the moment, the ice breaking machine (42) in the ice breaking bin (40) starts to operate, the icebreaker (42) keeps the loose state of ice after running, a gravity sensor (74) is arranged at the bottom of the icebreaker (40), the weight of the ice in the icebreaker (40) is automatically sensed according to the parameters set by the controller (70), when the weight of the ice in the icebreaker (40) reaches the weight set by the controller (70), the controller (70) outputs a control signal to enable the ice stirring unit (60) to stop stirring ice, the ice is temporarily stored in the icebreaker (40), a third liquid level sensor (73) is used for automatically sensing the water level in the stirring bin (50) and timely feeding back the signal to the controller (70), so that the controller (70) automatically judges the range value of the preset parameter;
the ice breaking bin (40) temporarily stores ice with a certain weight according to a set instruction of the controller (70), at the moment, a fourth switch valve (78) of a second ice water pipe (35) at the bottom of the stirring bin (50) is opened, cold water in the water storage layer (222) enters the stirring bin (50) through the second ice water pipe (35), a meter for collecting water quantity signals is arranged on the fourth switch valve (78), metering information is fed back to the controller (70) through the meter, after the water quantity reaches the set value of the controller (70), the controller (70) outputs a control signal to enable the fourth switch valve (78) to be closed, the second ice water pipe (35) stops water inlet, and meanwhile, the controller (70) outputs the control signal to enable a third switch valve (77) in the communicating pipe (36) to be automatically opened; the conveyor (44) in the ice breaking bin (40) starts to run, ice in the ice breaking bin (40) is conveyed by the conveyor (44) and falls to the stirring bin (50) through the communicating pipe (36), meanwhile, the controller (70) outputs a control signal to enable the motor (56) in the stirring bin (50) to start to run, and the motor (56) drives the conveyor (44) to start to rotate, so that the ice in the ice breaking bin (40) and cold water are fully and uniformly mixed;
and finally, outputting an external conveying signal through a controller (70), and conveying the fully mixed ice slurry in the stirring bin (50) to a final external ice point through an output pipe (34), so that the automatic storage and conveying process of the whole ice slurry system is finished.

A fully automated ice flow state storage, delivery and metering system according to claim 1, wherein: the ice warehouse (20) comprises an outer bin (24) with a closed cavity, the ice warehouse (20) is fixedly arranged in the closed cavity, a first ice water pipe (31) and an ice pipe (32) respectively penetrate through the cavity wall of the outer bin (24) to be connected with the ice making unit (10), a water supplementing pipe (33) penetrates through the cavity wall of the outer bin (24) to be connected with a water supplementing source, and an output pipe (34) penetrates through the cavity wall of the outer bin (24) to be connected with a freezing point to be detected.

A fully automated ice flow state storage, delivery and metering system according to claim 2, wherein: the ice storage bin (22) comprises an outer heat preservation shell (226) and a polyurethane material inside the heat preservation shell (226), wherein the outer bin (24) comprises an outer frame (242) and a heat preservation layer (244) arranged on the inner wall of the outer frame (242).

A fully automated ice flow state storage, delivery and metering system according to claim 3, wherein: the ice stirring device is characterized in that fixing columns (80) are respectively arranged at two ends of each Chu Bingcang (22), one end of each fixing column (80) respectively penetrates through the ice storage layer (224) and the water storage layer (222) and is fixed to the bottom of the ice storage bin (22), the other end of each fixing column is respectively fixed to the top of the outer bin (24), two ends of the ice stirring unit (60) are respectively arranged on one fixing column (80), a fixing wire (82) is respectively connected to the upper end and the lower end of each fixing column (80), and the two fixing wires (82) are respectively connected to the lower end and the upper end of the other fixing column (80).

A fully automated ice flow state storage, delivery and metering system according to claim 2, wherein: the ice stirring unit (60) comprises a crawler belt (62) and bearings (622) fixed at two ends of the crawler belt (62), wherein one of the bearings (622) is connected with a motor electrically connected with the controller (70), the crawler belt (62) is provided with an ice stirring piece (64), the crawler belt (62) is arranged above the ice storage layer (224) and one end of the ice stirring piece is correspondingly arranged with a bin opening of the ice breaking bin (40), and the ice stirring piece (64) is inserted into the ice storage layer (224) and can move along with the crawler belt (62) to drive fixed ice to the ice breaking bin (40).

A fully automated ice flow state storage, delivery and metering system according to claim 5, wherein: the ice poking piece (64) comprises a fixing piece (642) and a poking piece (644), one end of the fixing piece (642) is fixed with the crawler belt (62), the other end of the fixing piece is fixed with the poking piece (644), and the poking piece (644) is of an n-shaped sheet structure.

A fully automated ice flow state storage, delivery and metering system according to claim 2, wherein: the ice breaking bin (40) comprises a cavity (41), the ice breaking machine (42) is fixedly arranged in the cavity (41), the conveyer (44) is arranged below the ice breaking machine (42), two ends of the conveyer are fixed on the cavity (41) through bearings, the conveyer (44) is a spiral conveyer, one end of the communicating pipe (36) is communicated with the stirring bin (50), and the other end of the communicating pipe is communicated with the cavity (41).

A fully automated ice flow state storage, delivery and metering system according to claim 7, wherein: the conveyer (44) is formed by connecting two spiral conveyers, the spiral directions of the two spiral conveyers are symmetrical, one end of the communicating pipe (36) is communicated with the stirring bin (50), and the other end of the communicating pipe is arranged below the joint of the two spiral conveyers and is communicated with the cavity (41).
9. A fully automated ice flow state storage, delivery and metering system according to claim 7, wherein: a screw pump (58) is further arranged in the stirring bin (50), and the screw pump (58) is arranged on the output pipe (34).

A fully automated ice flow state storage, delivery and metering system according to claim 7, wherein: an electronic water flowmeter (79) is arranged between the first switch valve (75) and the water inlet (B) of the ice making unit (10), and the electronic water flowmeter (79) is electrically connected with the controller (70); a water pump (792) is also provided between the second switch valve (76) and the water supply.
