At present, the method adopted for scribing and blanking the bent steel pipe of the marine diesel engine is that an operator flatly places the bent steel pipe on an operation table, uses a scribing pen to horizontally scribe the upper surface of the bent steel pipe, then uses two steel rulers to find an intersection point along an extension line of a straight line drawn on the steel pipe, marks and scribes on the steel pipe according to the length required by a drawing, and then cuts and blanks.
The currently used steel pipe elbow marking method has some disadvantages. In the process of elbow marking off, the operator is required to have higher professional operating skill, and the operation process is time-consuming and labor-consuming, at first the level is placed to the steel pipe return bend of needs, then utilize marking off pen to carry out the level marking off at the upper surface of steel pipe return bend, lean on along the straight line of drawing and put a steel ruler again, and need to guarantee that this steel ruler does not take place the displacement and remove, then extend along the straight line with another steel ruler on another section of steel pipe return bend and make two steel rulers intersect, the reading marking off again, the level will be put all the time in the whole process of putting the ruler. The working principle of the invention is as follows:
