The invention belongs to the technical field of car lamps, and particularly relates to a transmission type laser LED composite far and near light and auxiliary far light module which comprises a laser transmitter, LED lamps, lenses, a radiator and a fan, wherein the laser transmitter and the LED lamps are arranged side by side, the lenses are arranged on the radiator, the laser transmitter and the LED lamps are positioned between the lenses and the radiator, the number of the laser transmitter and the number of the LED lamps are at least one, the laser transmitter and the LED lamps are respectively corresponding to one lens, and the fan is connected with the radiator. The transmission type laser LED composite far and near light and auxiliary high beam module can realize auxiliary high beam brighter than standard high beam, so that the vehicle can run more safely and reliably.

Technical Field

Background
With the development of the automobile industry, automobiles become main transportation tools in modern society, and automobile headlamps are illumination lamps for road illumination and identifying obstacles in front of the automobile when the automobile runs under severe weather conditions, and are mainly used during night running. With the continuous development of the headlight technology, people are not satisfied with the common low beam and high beam system, and development of a higher brightness, high comfort and safer automobile headlight is required. The high beam of the existing automotive headlamp system is mostly designed to adopt a structure of a halogen bulb for reflection or an LED (light-emitting diode) and a reflector, the headlamps of the structures have general illumination effect, and in a dark environment, the front illumination range of the headlamp system is only three hundred meters, so that the safety problem can be caused in the driving process.

The invention aims to provide a transmission type laser LED composite far and near light and auxiliary high beam module, which can realize auxiliary high beam brighter than standard high beam, so that a vehicle can run more safely and reliably.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: including laser emitter, LED lamp, lens, radiator and fan, laser emitter and LED lamp set up side by side, and the lens erects on the radiator, and laser emitter and LED lamp are located between lens and the radiator, and laser emitter and LED lamp's quantity is at least one, and laser emitter and LED lamp respectively correspond with a lens position, and the fan is connected with the radiator.

Preferably, the number of the laser transmitters is more than two, the number of the LED lamps is more than one, and the LED lamps and the laser transmitters are distributed at intervals.
Preferably, the laser emitter and the LED lamp are respectively positioned on the main optical axis of the lens corresponding to the laser emitter and the LED lamp.
Preferably, the radiator is a fin radiator, and the radiator is divided into an upper fin and a lower fin at positions corresponding to the laser emitter.
Preferably, the LED lamp is composed of a plurality of LED luminous monomers, and the LED luminous monomers are independently controlled by an LED circuit board.

(2) The radiator provided by the invention adopts the special-shaped fin radiator, so that heat is quickly conducted outwards, the radiating effect is good, and the normal operation of the whole module is ensured.

The number of the laser transmitters 1 and the LED lamps 2 is one, the number of the lenses 3 is two, the positions of the laser transmitters 1 and the positions of the LED lamps 2 respectively correspond to the positions of one lens 3, and the laser transmitters 1 and the positions of the LED lamps 2 are respectively positioned on the main optical axes of the lenses 3 corresponding to the laser transmitters 1 and the LED lamps.
The radiator 4 is a fin radiator, and an upper fin 41 and a lower fin 42 are separated from the radiator 4 at positions corresponding to the positions of the laser transmitters 1. The fan 5 is provided at the back of the radiator 4 and connected to the radiator 4.
The LED lamp 2 is composed of a plurality of LED luminous monomers, the LED luminous monomers are independently controlled by the LED circuit board 6, and different LED luminous monomers can be independently lightened. The laser emitter 1 converts blue light into white light.
The transmission type laser LED composite far and near light and auxiliary far light module in the scheme is characterized in that an LED lamp 2 provides a main light source to realize a standard far and near light function, and a laser emitter 1 is arranged to realize a far light/auxiliary far light function.
When the LED lamp 2 is independently turned on, the front irradiation range of the module can reach 350m; when the laser emitter 1 is independently turned on, the irradiation range is narrow, and the front irradiation range can reach 320m; when the LED lamp 2 and the laser emitter 1 are simultaneously turned on, the front irradiation range can reach 520m, the front irradiation range is 200m far away than that when the LED lamp 2 is only turned on, and the irradiation width is wider than that when the laser emitter 1 is only turned on, so that after the LED lamp 2 and the laser emitter 1 are simultaneously turned on for auxiliary high beam, the illumination effect is better.

In this embodiment, the difference from embodiment 1 is that the number of laser transmitters 1 and lenses 3 is different, in this embodiment, the number of laser transmitters 1 is two, the number of LED lamps 2 is one, the LED lamps 2 are located between the two laser transmitters 1, the number of lenses 3 is three, and the lenses 3 are in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the laser transmitters 1 and the LED lamps 2.
It can be understood that the number of the laser transmitters 1 and the LED lamps 2 can be changed, the number of the laser transmitters 1 can be more than two, the number of the LED lamps 2 can be more than one, the LED lamps 2 and the laser transmitters 1 are distributed at intervals, and the use effect similar to that of the scheme can be achieved.

A transmission type laser LED composite far and near light and auxiliary far light module is characterized in that: the LED lamp comprises a laser emitter (1), an LED lamp (2), a lens (3), a radiator (4) and a fan (5), wherein the laser emitter (1) and the LED lamp (2) are arranged side by side, the lens (3) is erected on the radiator (4), the laser emitter (1) and the LED lamp (2) are positioned between the lens (3) and the radiator (4), the number of the laser emitter (1) and the number of the LED lamp (2) are at least one, the laser emitter (1) and the LED lamp (2) are respectively corresponding to the position of one lens (3), and the fan (5) is connected with the radiator (4);
the LED lamp consists of a plurality of LED luminous monomers, the LED luminous monomers are independently controlled by the LED circuit board, and different LED luminous monomers can be independently lightened; the laser emitter 1 converts blue light into white light;
the transmission type laser LED composite far and near light and auxiliary far light module is provided with a main light source by an LED lamp to realize the standard far and near light function, and is provided with a laser emitter to realize the far light/auxiliary far light function;
When the LED lamp is independently turned on, the front irradiation range of the module reaches 350m;
When the laser transmitter 1 is turned on alone, the front irradiation range reaches 320m;
When the LED lamp 2 and the laser transmitter 1 are simultaneously turned on, the front irradiation range reaches 520m.
