Abstract
本发明公开一种超感纸及其生产工艺,该超感纸在纸张正反两面涂布有超感涂层,该超感涂层包括以下重量份数的原料:水700‑800份;高岭土300‑400份;煅土120‑200份;分散剂10‑20份;重钙80‑100份;轻钙150‑200份;烧碱1.5‑20份;羧甲基纤维素2‑3份;丁苯胶乳280‑310份;润滑剂12‑15份;淀粉60‑80份;抗水剂12‑15份;消泡剂0.7‑1.2份;防腐剂2‑3份;渗透剂0.2‑0.5份。本发明改进了印刷慢干问题,改进了印刷光泽度,改善了纸张的手感效果,令本发明具有极强的市场竞争力。

技术领域:
本发明涉及纸品技术领域,特指一种超感纸及其生产工艺。
背景技术:
超感纸属于艺术类纸张,具有毛绒感觉的自然纹理表面,并且颜色淡雅、自然、立体美感、反射光减少、不刺眼、视觉柔美、舒服。
超感纸最大的特点是纸的表面经过涂布处理,没有印刷的地方显哑色,而印刷的地方显示色泽的光亮。超感纸可以视为在铜版纸基础上深化与升华并且升级的一种高档印刷产品,其印刷效果比铜版纸鲜亮,颜色比铜版纸柔和,松厚度比铜版纸高。超感纸主要应用于精美画册、高档期刊、产品说明书、样本、书籍等正文的使用,印刷后表现的色彩层次丰富,对于图片的还原尤其逼真。
目前市场上一些配图比例较大的书刊使用也较多,诸如:文人字画、配画古书、风土民情解说、古玩文物释图等刊物内文,已逐渐成为一些出版高档图书出版社的首选用纸。
现有技术中的超感纸存在以下不足:印刷慢干、印刷光泽度不够理想、手感不够理想。
有鉴于此,本发明人提出以下技术方案。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种超感纸及其生产工艺。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了下述第一种技术方案:该超感纸在纸张正反两面涂布有超感涂层,该超感涂层包括以下重量份数的原料:

为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了下述第二种技术方案:该超感纸的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
第一步:在分散槽中加水,并开启搅拌器进行搅拌,然后往分散槽中加分散剂,并搅拌5分钟;
第二步:往分散槽中加高岭土及煅土,并搅拌10分钟;
第三步:往分散槽中依次加重钙、轻钙及烧碱,并高速搅拌60分钟,搅拌频率为38HZ;再往分散槽中加羧甲基纤维素,并高速搅拌60分钟,搅拌频率为38HZ,以形成分散料;
第四步:将上述混合液打到配料槽,该配料槽不断进行低速搅拌,搅拌频率为10HZ,然后依次往配料槽中加水、丁苯胶乳、润滑剂、淀粉、抗水剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、渗透剂、水,最后低速搅拌30分钟,搅拌频率为10HZ,以形成混合料;
第五步:将混合料进行过筛让入储存槽,再通过泵抽至上料槽;
第六步:将上料槽中的浆料涂覆于纸张正面,并烘干,形成超感涂层温度为100-130摄氏度;再将浆料涂覆于纸张反面,并烘干,形成超感涂层温度为100-130摄氏度,以制成超感纸。
上述各原料的重量份数为:

采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比较具有如下有益效果:由于本发明在配方中加入油墨吸收性较好的高岭土及煅土,其油墨吸收性高达60g/100g,有效改善印刷慢干问题。由于配方中采用四种不同的填料:高岭土、煅土、重钙、轻钙,并对其进行比例调整,同时浆料不经压光机压光,使制成的超感纸的纸面呈哑光状态,其色彩柔和,不同于铜版纸,印刷后的产品视角效果好。由于配方中各原材料配比科学,粒径大小适合,可提高超感纸的纸面的平滑度,增强超感纸的手感效果。

上述超感纸的生产工艺包括以下步骤:

第四步:将上述混合液打到配料槽,该配料槽不断进行低速搅拌,然后依次往配料槽中加水、丁苯胶乳、润滑剂、淀粉、抗水剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、渗透剂、水,最后低速搅拌30分钟,以形成混合料;
第五步:将混合料进行过筛让入储存槽,再通过泵抽至上料槽;
第六步:将上料槽中的浆料涂覆于纸张正面,并烘干;再将浆料涂覆于纸张反面,并烘干,形成超感涂层,以制成超感纸;
