Example 3
A heating non-burning cigarette is composed of a hollow reel with a length of 45mm and a diameter of 7.2mm made of PAI (polyamide imide) material with a thickness of 0.2mm and a high stiffness, and a front section (heating body inserting direction), a middle section and a rear section (mouth and lip sucking direction) of the cigarette which are sequentially arranged in the reel and are tightly connected. The front section of the cigarette is a cylindrical isolation member, the isolation member is made of a high temperature resistant PP material, and the thickness of the isolation member is 3mm; the isolation component is provided with a heating body inserting opening and a suction resistance adjusting air hole; the middle section of the cigarette is filled with microwave expanded tobacco stem particle smoke products, and the length of the cigarette is 12mm; the length of the rear section of the cigarette is 30mm, the rear section of the cigarette is composed of two parts, wherein the length of the limit section close to the end of the smoking article is 5mm, the hollow section which is connected with the limit section and close to the lip end of a consumer is 25mm.
The limiting section is a cylinder prepared by injection molding of PP materials through a grinding tool, 6 aerosol passing openings with elliptical cross sections are formed in the cylinder in a penetrating mode, and the total area of the cross sections of the channels accounts for 75% of the total area of the cross sections of the limiting section.
The heating body inserting openings are 2 sheet heating body inserting grooves which are arranged in the center of the isolating component and are arranged in a crossed and vertical mode. The inner shape of the insertion groove along the axial direction of the cigarette is a wedge-shaped structure, the cross section of the insertion groove is rectangular, the insertion direction close to the heating body is a large opening, the long side of the rectangle is 6mm, the short side of the rectangle is 1.5mm, the direction close to the smoking article is a small opening, the long side of the rectangle is 6mm, and the short side of the rectangle is 0.8mm; meanwhile, the suction resistance adjusting air holes formed in the isolation member are 12 through type cylindrical openings with the diameter of 0.6mm, and the suction resistance adjusting air holes are formed in positions between the outer wall of the isolation member and the heating body inserting grooves.
A row of annular air inlets are respectively arranged at the winding drum position and the hollow section position of the middle section of the wrapped cigarette, and the distance and the aperture of the openings are the same as those of the embodiment 2.
This structure is suitable for a heating appliance that uses a sheet-type heating body for heating. The structure is an optimized structure, and two sheet heating body inserting grooves are formed, so that the use of consumers is more convenient. When the structure of the two heating body inserting grooves is adopted for heating, the redundant heating body inserting grooves can jointly play roles of air guide and suction resistance adjustment with the suction resistance adjusting air holes on the isolation component.
Example 4
A heating non-burning cigarette is composed of a hollow reel with a length of 48mm and a diameter of 7.2mm made of paper with a thickness of 0.2mm and a high stiffness, and a front section (heating body inserting direction), a middle section and a rear section (mouth and lip sucking direction) of the cigarette which are sequentially arranged in the reel and are tightly connected. The front section of the cigarette is a cylindrical isolation member, the isolation member is prepared by adding tobacco leaf powder or tobacco stem powder expanded by microwaves, and drying after injection molding by adding starch glue, and the thickness of the isolation member is 2.5mm; the isolation component is provided with a heating body inserting opening and a suction resistance adjusting air hole; the middle section of the cigarette is filled by tobacco sheet filament smoking articles which are arranged in an axial equal sequence according to the cigarette, and the length of the middle section of the cigarette is 12.5mm; the length of the rear section of the cigarette is 33mm, the rear section of the cigarette is composed of three parts, wherein the length of the limit section close to the end of the smoking article is 3mm, the temperature control section is connected with the limit section, the length of the temperature control section is 22mm, the filtering and adsorbing section is connected with the temperature control section and close to the lip end of a consumer, and the length of the filtering and adsorbing section is 8mm.
The limiting section is a cylinder made of PP material through injection molding of a grinding tool, and 9 aerosol passing openings with circular cross sections are formed in the cylinder in a penetrating mode. Wherein, the central position of the limiting section is provided with 1 big hole, (the diameter of which is consistent with that of the pipeline at the central position of the temperature control section, and the other 8 small holes are small holes surrounding the big hole, and are arranged on the outer wall of the limiting section, and the diameter of the small holes is 0.5mm.
The temperature control section is a cylinder formed by wrapping a plurality of strands of polylactic acid fibers by paper materials, the center of the cylinder is also provided with 1 hollow pipeline in a penetrating way, the diameter of the pipeline is 3mm, and the pipe wall of the hollow pipeline is provided with a plurality of holes.
The heating body inserting opening is formed by 1 needle type heating body inserting hole and 1 piece type heating body inserting groove which are arranged in the center of the isolating component. The heating pinhole is cylindrical according to the axial section shape of the cigarette shaft, and the aperture size is 3mm; the heating blade groove is of a cuboid structure according to the axial section shape of the cigarette shaft, the central line of the cuboid structure coincides with the central line of the isolation member, the length of the rectangular cross section of the heating blade groove is 6mm, and the width of the rectangular cross section of the heating blade groove is 2mm. Meanwhile, the suction resistance adjusting air holes formed in the isolation member are 6 through type cylindrical openings with the diameter of 0.3mm, and the suction resistance adjusting air holes are formed in positions between the outer wall of the isolation member and the heating body inserting opening.
The cigarette with the structure is simultaneously suitable for heating appliances of needle type heating and sheet type heating, and can be used compatibly for all heating appliances of plug-in type heating in the current market.
Example 5
Examples 1, 2, 3, 4 were repeated with the following differences:
The heating body inserting opening is formed by 1 needle type heating body inserting hole and 3 sheet type heating body inserting grooves which are formed in the center of the isolating component. When the consumer uses the cigarette with the structure on the sheet type heating body heater, because the separation member is provided with 3 sheet type heating body inserting grooves, the included angle between the adjacent sheet type heating body inserting grooves is only 60 degrees, and therefore, the cigarette can be conveniently inserted into the heating appliance only by inserting the cigarette into the cigarette receiving opening of the heater and slightly rotating the cigarette.

The examples 1, 2,3, 4,5 were repeated with the following differences:
The rear section of the cigarette is formed by combining four units of a limiting section, a hollow section, a polylactic acid fiber temperature control section with 1 hollow pipeline and an acetate fiber filtering and adsorbing section which are sequentially arranged. When the aerial fog passes through the aerial fog through the hole on the limiting section and is transmitted to the sucking end, the aerial fog can be preferentially contacted with the polylactic acid fiber adsorption section, and the polylactic acid fiber has the function of absorbing heat and generating deformation, so that the heat in the aerial fog can be absorbed to a greater degree, the temperature of the aerial fog is reduced, but the deformation generated by the heat can lead the polylactic acid fiber contacting with the end face of the limiting section to shrink and solidify, so that a part of aerial fog transmission channels are blocked, and the middle pipeline can not deform at the moment, so that the function of the channels can be replaced. Simultaneously, a plurality of holes on the channel can also conduct heat in subsequent aerosol to polylactic acid fibers at corresponding positions, and the dual effects of effectively reducing the temperature of the aerosol and preventing the aerosol from blocking the channel are finally achieved. The hollow section is arranged between the limiting section and the temperature control section, and can play a role in dredging the pipeline opening at the center of the temperature control section when the gas fog channel is partially blocked due to the deformation of the heat absorption fiber at the wall position of the temperature control Duan Bian.

The limiting section is a spiral limiting spring, the diameter of the limiting spring is 7mm, and the length of the limiting spring is 3mm.

Claims (10)

1. The heating non-burning cigarette consists of a cylindrical hollow winding drum, and a front cigarette section, a middle cigarette section and a rear cigarette section which are sequentially arranged in the winding drum, wherein the diameters of the front cigarette section, the middle cigarette section and the rear cigarette section are equal to the inner diameter of the winding drum; the cigarette is characterized in that the thickness of the wall of the winding drum is 0.05-2mm, the front section of the cigarette consists of a cylindrical isolation component, and the length of the front section of the cigarette along the axial direction of the winding drum is 1-8mm; the isolation component is provided with a heating body inserting opening and a suction resistance adjusting air hole; the middle section of the cigarette is filled by a smoking article, and the length of the middle section of the cigarette along the axial direction of the winding drum is 5-20mm; the length of the rear section of the cigarette along the axial direction of the winding drum is 15-50mm, the limit control filter unit is formed by combining one or more of a limit section, a temperature control section, a hollow section and a filtering adsorption section, the temperature control section is a spiral temperature control spring wrapped with polylactic acid fibers, and the diameter of the temperature control spring is less than or equal to the inner diameter of the winding drum; a plurality of air-filling holes are also arranged on the winding drum wrapping the middle section of the cigarette and/or the winding drum corresponding to the hollow section.

A heated non-combustible cigarette according to claim 1 wherein the smoking articles are one or more of elongate rod-shaped smoking articles pre-rolled into a cylinder and aligned in axial alignment with the drum, curved rod-shaped smoking articles pre-rolled into a cylinder and aligned in alignment with the drum, and irregular particulate smoking articles; the isolating member and the limiting section are cylinders which are formed by one or more of ceramic, wood, silica gel, plastic, polylactic acid, acetate fiber, plant powder, metal or other plastic high-temperature resistant materials, at least 1 through-type aerosol passing opening is formed in the limiting section, the shape of the aerosol passing opening is one of a circle, an ellipse, a fusiform, a sector, a triangle and a 4-24 polygon, and the cross section area of the aerosol passing opening is 10% -95% of the cross section area of the limiting section; the temperature control section is a cylinder formed by wrapping a plurality of strands of polylactic acid fibers or fibers with a heat absorption function by paper materials according to the axial direction of a winding drum, at least 1 hollow pipeline is also arranged in the temperature control section in a penetrating way, a plurality of holes are formed in the pipe wall of the hollow pipeline, and the total cross section area of the hollow pipeline is 10-95% of the cross section area of the limiting control filtering unit; the filtering and adsorbing section is a cylinder formed by wrapping at least one of a plurality of strands of polylactic acid fibers, acetate fibers and wood pulp fibers by a paper material.

A heated non-combustible cigarette according to claim 2 and wherein; the heating body inserting opening is a needle type heating body inserting hole which is arranged in the center of the isolating component in a penetrating way, the inner shape of the needle type heating body inserting hole along the axial direction of the cigarette is in a gradual change horn shape or a cylinder shape, the shape of the cross section of the needle type heating body inserting hole is one of a circle, an ellipse, a shuttle shape, a fan shape, a triangle and a 4-24 edge shape, and the diameter of the thinnest part of the needle type heating body inserting hole is 1.5-5mm; the suction resistance adjusting air holes are through holes, the shape of the suction resistance adjusting air holes is one of round, oval, fusiform, fan-shaped, triangular and 4-24-sided, the suction resistance adjusting air holes are arranged on the isolating member along the outer surface of the isolating member or are arranged between the outer wall of the isolating member and the heating body inserting holes, the diameter of the thinnest part of the suction resistance adjusting air holes is 0.1-3mm, and the number of the suction resistance adjusting air holes is more than or equal to 2.

The heating non-combustible cigarette according to claim 2, wherein said heating body insertion opening is a sheet heating body insertion groove provided in a through-type at a central position of the partition member; the inner shape of the sheet type heating body inserting groove along the axial direction of the cigarette is of a wedge-shaped structure or a cuboid structure, the cross section of the sheet type heating body inserting groove is one of an ellipse, a shuttle-shaped structure, a round structure, a waist-round structure or a 4-24-sided structure, the width is 0.2-5mm, the length is less than the diameter of the isolation member, and the center line is coincident with the center line of the isolation member.

The heating non-combustible cigarette according to claim 2, wherein said heating body insertion port is constituted by a pin-type heating body insertion hole and a sheet-type heating body insertion groove which are formed at a central position of the partition member; the inner shape of the needle type heating body inserting hole along the axial direction of the cigarette is in a gradual change horn shape or a cylinder shape, the cross section of the needle type heating body inserting hole is in one of a round shape, an oval shape, a fusiform shape, a fan shape, a triangle shape and a 4-24 edge shape, and the diameter of the thinnest part of the needle type heating body inserting hole is 1.5-5mm; the inner shape of the sheet type heating body inserting groove along the axial direction of the cigarette is of a wedge-shaped structure or a cuboid structure, the cross section of the sheet type heating body inserting groove is one of an ellipse, a shuttle-shaped structure, a round structure, a waist-round structure or a 4-24-sided structure, the width is 0.2-5mm, the length is less than the diameter of the isolation member, and the center line is coincident with the center line of the isolation member.

The heating non-combustible cigarette according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the number of the sheet type heating body inserting grooves is 1, the shape of the suction resistance adjusting air holes is one of round, oval, spindle-shaped, fan-shaped, triangular and 4-24-sided, the suction resistance adjusting air holes are formed on the isolating member along the outer surface of the isolating member or at positions between the outer wall of the isolating member and the heating body inserting holes, and the diameter of the narrowest part of the suction resistance adjusting air holes is 0.1-3mm, and the number of the suction resistance adjusting air holes is more than or equal to 2.
7. A heating nonflammable cigarette according to claim 4 or 5, wherein said number of said sheet heating body insertion grooves is 2-12, and the angle between two adjacent sheet heating body insertion grooves is equal.
8. The heating non-combustible cigarette according to claim 7, wherein the resistance-absorbing adjusting air holes are formed on the isolating member along the outer surface of the isolating member or at positions between the outer wall of the isolating member and the heating body inserting holes, and the diameter of the thinnest part of the resistance-absorbing adjusting air holes is 0.1-3mm, and the number of the resistance-absorbing adjusting air holes is more than or equal to 2.
9. The heated non-combustible cigarette of claim 1 wherein the roll is made of one of a paper material, a plastic material, a metal material or a silicone material that does not deform under heating conditions of 100-300 ℃ while not producing an off-flavor.
10. The heated nonflammable cigarette of claim 1, wherein the spacing section is a helical spacing spring and the spacing section is not adjacent to the hollow section, the diameter of the spacing spring being less than or equal to the inner diameter of the drum.
