Abstract
本发明提出一种含有银离子的抗菌面料,由如下重量百分比的组份混纺而成:银离子抗菌腈纶纤维10‑50%、负离子竹炭纤维10‑20%及常规纤维40‑75%;银离子抗菌腈纶纤维是在腈纶纤维的纺丝阶段加入磷酸锆钠银粉体制成,负离子竹炭纤维是在竹炭纤维生产过程中加入电气石粉末制成,磷酸锆钠银粉体的重量为腈纶纤维重量的5‑10%,电气石粉末的重量为竹炭纤维重量的8‑12%,磷酸锆钠银粉体与电气石粉末的粒径为0.3‑1μm。本发明不仅具有柔软滑爽、悬垂性好、保暖透气性佳等优点,还具有良好、持久的抑菌、除菌、防臭性,可以用于贴身衣物、医用消耗品、卫生用品等领域,对脚臭、脱皮、伤口愈合、妇科病有疗效。

银离子具有众所周知的广谱抗菌杀菌的功效,为了解决上述方法导致纤维制品容易丧失抗菌性的问题,现有技术采用化学镀银或者采用纳米银、纳米材料载银表面涂层的技术在纤维表面涂布含银材料,再或者是在纤维成形材料中加入单质银颗粒、纳米银或纳米材料载银粉体进行纺丝制备含有银的抗菌纤维。化学镀银或采用纳米银、纳米材料载银表面涂层的技术存在银被氧化,影响抗菌性能的缺陷以及纳米银易团聚影响抗菌性,需要额外添加分散剂等化学试剂,影响抗菌纤维在医疗等领域的应用;加入单质银颗粒或者纳米材料载银粉体纺丝的方式不仅存在银被氧化、纳米银易团聚的问题,还存在封闭在纤维材料内部的银无法有效发挥抗菌性能的作用。对比之下,离子银具有比单质银及纳米银更好的抗菌性。
发明内容
为解决以上现有技术的不足,本发明提出了一种含有银离子的抗菌面料及抗菌纺织品。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种含有银离子的抗菌纤维,由如下重量百分比的组份形成:银离子抗菌腈纶纤维10-50%、负离子竹炭纤维10-20%及常规纤维40-75%;
银离子抗菌腈纶纤维是在腈纶纤维的纺丝阶段加入磷酸锆钠银粉体制成,负离子竹炭纤维是在竹炭纤维生产过程中加入具有负离子释放功能的电气石粉末制成,磷酸锆钠银粉体的重量为腈纶纤维重量的5-10%,电气石粉末的重量为竹炭纤维重量的8-12%,磷酸锆钠银粉体与电气石粉末的粒径为0.3-1μm。
银离子抗菌腈纶能够保持腈纶纤维的服用性能,无机银离子对人体无害,无机银离子在纺丝阶段加入到纤维中,耐洗涤,除菌抗菌效果持久有效。负离子竹炭纤维穿着时受到反复摩擦就能释放自由电子,自由电子与氧分子结合能够形成负氧离子,负氧离子具有净化空气、除菌消臭作用,竹炭纤维可以吸附异味。
本发明提出的含有银离子的抗菌面料洗涤100次,洗涤前后银离子含量的减少率不高于10%,对革兰氏阳性菌(代表菌为金黄色葡萄球菌)、阴性菌(代表菌为大肠杆菌)和真菌(代表菌为白色念珠菌)具有高达98%以上的抑菌率。
优选的,常规纤维为粘胶纤维、棉、腈纶、莫代尔、天丝、麻、大豆纤维、牛奶纤维、涤纶纤维及锦纶纤维。
进一步优选的,磷酸锆钠银粉体与电气石粉末的粒径为0.5-0.8μm。
磷酸锆钠银粉体与电气石粉末粒径过小易团聚,粒径过大容易影响分布的均匀性,继而影响抑菌、抗菌、除菌、消臭的效果,经过反复试验发现:粒径0.5-0.8μm的磷酸锆钠银粉体与电气石粉末,既不会团聚,也更加容易分散均匀,可以将抗菌面料的抗菌、除臭功效发挥到最大。
一种含有银离子的抗菌面料,由如下纺织层复合而成:第一纺织层、第二纺织层、第三纺织层、第四纺织层及第五纺织层,第一纺织层由粘胶纤维、棉、牛奶纤维混纺而成,第二纺织层与第四纺织层为对称设于第三纺织层上表面与下表面、重量相等的负离子竹炭纤维层,第三纺织层为银离子抗菌腈纶层,第五纺织层由腈纶、莫代尔、天丝、麻、大豆纤维、涤纶纤维及锦纶纤维混纺而成;第三纺织层与第二纺织层及第四纺织层的接触面呈波浪形。
第一纺织层由粘胶纤维、棉、牛奶纤维混纺而成,柔软、舒适,与皮肤直接接触;第二纺织层与第四纺织层为负离子竹炭纤维层,负离子竹炭纤维层受到反复摩擦可以释放自由电子,自由电子与氧分子结合能够形成负氧离子,负氧离子具有净化空气、除菌消臭作用,竹炭纤维可以吸附异味;第三纺织层为银离子抗菌腈纶层,第三纺织层与第二纺织层的接触面呈波浪形,有助于银离子穿过第二纺织层与第一纺织层作用到皮肤或者伤口处,起到永久的抑菌、抗菌作用;第三纺织层及第四纺织层的接触面呈波浪形,极大地改善灭菌面料的透气性与吸湿性;第五纺织层由腈纶、莫代尔、天丝、麻、大豆纤维、涤纶纤维及锦纶纤维混纺而成,强度大、耐脏。
本发明还提出一种抗菌纺织品,包含含有银离子的抗菌面料。
本发明提出的含有银离子的抗菌面料不仅具有柔软滑爽、悬垂性好、保暖与透气性佳等优点,还具有非常好且持久的防臭、抑菌、抗菌性,可以用于贴身衣物、医用消耗品、卫生用品等领域,对脚臭、脱皮、伤口愈合、妇科病均有一定的疗效。

下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所述实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种含有银离子的抗菌面料,由如下重量百分比的组份形成:银离子抗菌腈纶纤维50%、负离子竹炭纤维10%及常规纤维40%,常规纤维为粘胶纤维、棉、腈纶、莫代尔、天丝、麻、大豆纤维、牛奶纤维、涤纶纤维及锦纶纤维。
银离子抗菌腈纶纤维是在腈纶纤维的纺丝阶段加入磷酸锆钠银粉体制成,磷酸锆钠银粉体的重量为腈纶纤维重量的10%,磷酸锆钠银粉体的粒径为0.3μm。
负离子竹炭纤维是在竹炭纤维生产过程中加入具有负离子释放功能的电气石粉末制成,电气石粉末的重量为竹炭纤维重量的8%,电气石粉末的粒径为0.5μm。
一种抗菌面料,由如下纺织层复合而成:第一纺织层1、第二纺织层2、第三纺织层3、第四纺织层4及第五纺织层5,第一纺织层1由粘胶纤维、棉、牛奶纤维混纺而成,第二纺织层2与第四纺织层4为对称设于第三纺织层3上表面与下表面、重量相同的负离子竹炭纤维层,第三纺织层3为银离子抗菌腈纶层,第五纺织层5由腈纶、莫代尔、天丝、麻、大豆纤维、涤纶纤维及锦纶纤维混纺而成;第三纺织层3与第二纺织层2及第四纺织层4的接触面呈波浪形。
一种抗菌纱布,由上述的抗菌面料纺织而成。将抗菌纱布洗涤100次后,其抗菌性如下表所示:
实施例2
一种含有银离子的抗菌面料,由如下重量百分比的组份形成:银离子抗菌腈纶纤维30%、负离子竹炭纤维20%及常规纤维50%,常规纤维为粘胶纤维、棉、腈纶、莫代尔、天丝、麻、大豆纤维、牛奶纤维、涤纶纤维及锦纶纤维。
银离子抗菌腈纶纤维是在腈纶纤维的纺丝阶段加入磷酸锆钠银粉体制成,磷酸锆钠银粉体的重量为腈纶纤维重量的8%,磷酸锆钠银粉体的粒径为0.5μm。
负离子竹炭纤维是在竹炭纤维生产过程中加入具有负离子释放功能的电气石粉末制成,电气石粉末的重量为竹炭纤维重量的12%,电气石粉末的粒径为0.8μm。
一种抗菌面料,由如下纺织层复合而成:第一纺织层1、第二纺织层2、第三纺织层3、第四纺织层4及第五纺织层5,第一纺织层1由粘胶纤维、棉、牛奶纤维混纺而成,第二纺织层2与第四纺织层4为对称设于第三纺织层3上表面与下表面、重量相同的负离子竹炭纤维层,第三纺织层3为银离子抗菌腈纶层,第五纺织层5由腈纶、莫代尔、天丝、麻、大豆纤维、涤纶纤维及锦纶纤维混纺而成;第三纺织层3与第二纺织层2及第四纺织层4的接触面呈波浪形。
一种抗菌袜,由上述的抗菌面料纺织而成。将抗菌袜洗涤100次后,其抗菌性如下表所示:
实施例3
一种含有银离子的抗菌面料,由如下重量百分比的组份混纺而成:银离子抗菌腈纶纤维10%、负离子竹炭纤维15%及常规纤维75%,常规纤维为粘胶纤维、棉、腈纶、莫代尔、天丝、麻、大豆纤维、牛奶纤维、涤纶纤维及锦纶纤维。
银离子抗菌腈纶纤维是在腈纶纤维的纺丝阶段加入磷酸锆钠银粉体制成,磷酸锆钠银粉体的重量为腈纶纤维重量的5%,磷酸锆钠银粉体的粒径为1μm。
负离子竹炭纤维是在竹炭纤维生产过程中加入具有负离子释放功能的电气石粉末制成,电气石粉末的重量为竹炭纤维重量的10%,电气石粉末的粒径为0.3μm。
一种抗菌面料,由如下纺织层复合而成:第一纺织层1、第二纺织层2、第三纺织层3、第四纺织层4及第五纺织层5,第一纺织层1由粘胶纤维、棉、牛奶纤维混纺而成,第二纺织层2与第四纺织层4为对称设于第三纺织层3上表面与下表面、重量相同的负离子竹炭纤维层,第三纺织层3为银离子抗菌腈纶层,第五纺织层5由腈纶、莫代尔、天丝、麻、大豆纤维、涤纶纤维及锦纶纤维混纺而成;第三纺织层3与第二纺织层2及第四纺织层4的接触面呈波浪形。
一种抗菌毛巾,由上述的抗菌面料纺织而成。将抗菌毛巾洗涤100次后,其抗菌性如下表所示:
实施例4
一种含有银离子的抗菌面料,由如下重量百分比的组份混纺而成:银离子抗菌腈纶纤维20%、负离子竹炭纤维20%及常规纤维60%,常规纤维为粘胶纤维、棉、腈纶、莫代尔、天丝、麻、大豆纤维、牛奶纤维、涤纶纤维及锦纶纤维。
银离子抗菌腈纶纤维是在腈纶纤维的纺丝阶段加入磷酸锆钠银粉体制成,磷酸锆钠银粉体的重量为腈纶纤维重量的10%,磷酸锆钠银粉体的粒径为0.8μm。
负离子竹炭纤维是在竹炭纤维生产过程中加入具有负离子释放功能的电气石粉末制成,电气石粉末的重量为竹炭纤维重量的12%,电气石粉末的粒径为1μm。
一种抗菌面料,由如下纺织层复合而成:第一纺织层1、第二纺织层2、第三纺织层3、第四纺织层4及第五纺织层5,第一纺织层1由粘胶纤维、棉、牛奶纤维混纺而成,第二纺织层2与第四纺织层4为对称设于第三纺织层3上表面与下表面、重量相同的负离子竹炭纤维层,第三纺织层3为银离子抗菌腈纶层,第五纺织层5由腈纶、莫代尔、天丝、麻、大豆纤维、涤纶纤维及锦纶纤维混纺而成;第三纺织层3与第二纺织层2及第四纺织层4的接触面呈波浪形。
一种抗菌内衣,由上述的抗菌面料纺织而成。将抗菌内衣洗涤100次后,其抗菌性如下表所示:

Claims (3)
1.一种含有银离子的抗菌面料,其特征在于:由如下重量百分比的组份形成:银离子抗菌腈纶纤维10-50%、负离子竹炭纤维10-20%及常规纤维40-75%;
所述银离子抗菌腈纶纤维是在腈纶纤维的纺丝阶段加入磷酸锆钠银粉体制成,所述负离子竹炭纤维是在竹炭纤维生产过程中加入具有负离子释放功能的电气石粉末制成,所述磷酸锆钠银粉体的重量为所述腈纶纤维重量的5-10%,所述电气石粉末的重量为所述竹炭纤维重量的8-12%,所述磷酸锆钠银粉体与所述电气石粉末的粒径为0.3-1μm;
所述含有银离子的抗菌面料由如下纺织层复合而成:第一纺织层(1)、第二纺织层(2)、第三纺织层(3)、第四纺织层(4)及第五纺织层(5),第一纺织层(1)由粘胶纤维、棉、牛奶纤维混纺而成,第二纺织层(2)与第四纺织层(4)为对称设于第三纺织层(3)上表面与下表面、重量相等的负离子竹炭纤维层,第三纺织层(3)为银离子抗菌腈纶层,第五纺织层(5)由腈纶、莫代尔、天丝、麻、大豆纤维、涤纶纤维及锦纶纤维混纺而成;第三纺织层(3)与第二纺织层(2)及第四纺织层(4)的接触面呈波浪形;常规纤维为粘胶纤维、棉、腈纶、莫代尔、天丝、麻、大豆纤维、牛奶纤维、涤纶纤维及锦纶纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有银离子的抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述磷酸锆钠银粉体与所述电气石粉末的粒径为0.5-0.8μm。
3.一种抗菌纺织品,其特征在于:包含如权利要求1所述的含有银离子的抗菌面料。
