Abstract
本发明公开了一种无空气辅助的尿素泵,其包括泵体,所述泵体内设置有齿轮泵和蓄压腔,所述齿轮泵通过内部通道与蓄压腔相连通,所述齿轮泵上设置有第一进液口、出液口和溢流口,所述溢流口内设有一个溢流阀,所述蓄压腔上设置有第二进液口、喷射口和回液口,所述第一进液口通过管路与尿素罐相连通,所述出液口通过管路与第二进液口相连通,所述溢流口通过管路与回液口相连通,所述回液口与尿素罐相连通,所述喷射口通过喷射管路连接有喷嘴,所述蓄压腔上安装有压力传感器,电子控制单元均与齿轮泵和压力传感器通信连接。上述无空气辅助的尿素泵不仅结构简单,紧凑,重量轻,体积小;而且成本低,运行稳定可靠,喷射控制精度高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及柴油机尾气后处理中的SCR喷射系统,尤其是涉及一种用于柴油机尾气后处理中的SCR喷射系统的无空气辅助的尿素泵。
背景技术
用于柴油机选择性催化转化系统SCR(SelectiveCatalystReduction)是指安装在柴油汽车排气系统中,将柴油机排放中的NOx催化还原成N2和O2的催化还原装置,选择尿素水溶液作为还原剂。尿素水溶液喷射到催化剂上游的排气管中,在废气温度和气流的作用下水解产生为CO2和氨气,氨气作为还原剂将NOx还原成无污染的氮气和水。
尿素泵是SCR系统中必不可少的重要部件,然而,现有的大部分尿素泵普遍存在结构复杂、可靠性差和成本高的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无空气辅助的尿素泵,以解决现有技术尿素泵存在结构复杂、可靠性差和成本高的问题。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种无空气辅助的尿素泵,其包括泵体,所述泵体内设置有齿轮泵和蓄压腔,所述齿轮泵通过内部通道与蓄压腔相连通,其中,所述齿轮泵上设置有第一进液口、出液口和溢流口,所述溢流口内设有一个溢流阀,所述蓄压腔上设置有第二进液口、喷射口和回液口,所述第一进液口通过管路与尿素罐相连通,所述出液口通过管路与第二进液口相连通,所述溢流口通过管路与回液口相连通,所述回液口与尿素罐相连通,所述喷射口通过喷射管路连接有喷嘴,所述蓄压腔上安装有压力传感器,电子控制单元均与齿轮泵和压力传感器通信连接。
特别地,所述蓄压腔上还安装有温度传感器。
特别地,所述温度传感器和压力传感器均通过螺纹结构与蓄压腔连接。
特别地,所述喷射口通过喷射管路连接有喷嘴,所述电子控制单元与喷嘴通信连接,以控制喷嘴的开启时间。
特别地,所述电子控制单元控制齿轮泵以设定速度正转或反转,以实现尿素溶液的供给和回抽。
本发明的有益效果为,与现有技术相比所述无空气辅助的尿素泵不仅结构简单,紧凑,重量轻,体积小;而且成本低,运行稳定可靠,喷射控制精度高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
请参阅图1至图4所示,本实施例中,一种无空气辅助的尿素泵包括泵体1,所述泵体1内设置有齿轮泵2和蓄压腔3,所述齿轮泵2通过内部通道与蓄压腔3相连通,所述齿轮泵2上设置有第一进液口20、出液口21和溢流口22,所述溢流口22内设有一个溢流阀23,蓄压腔3上设置有第二进液口30、喷射口31和回液口32,所述第一进液口20通过管路与尿素罐7相连通,所述出液口21通过管路与第二进液口30相连通,溢流口22通过管路与回液口32相连通,回液口32与尿素罐7相连通,喷射口31通过喷射管路连接有电控喷嘴8,温度传感器4和压力传感器5均通过螺纹结构连接于蓄压腔3上。
电子控制单元6分别与齿轮泵2、压力传感器5、温度传感器4和喷嘴通信连接,电子控制单元6能够控制齿轮泵2以设定转速正反运转,电子控制单元6通过压力传感器5可以实时监测喷射管路内的尿素压力,电子控制单元6根据内部程序控制电控喷嘴8的开启时间,从而控制尿素的喷射精度。
当柴油机启动后,排气温度达到标定值,电子控制单元6控制齿轮泵2以一定转速正向运转,从尿素罐7中抽取尿素溶液,尿素充满与泵体喷射口连接的尿素喷射管路和电控喷嘴8,并且在其内建立一定压力,多余的尿素通过齿轮泵2的溢流口22内设的溢流阀23经过蓄压腔3的回液口32回流至尿素罐7,此时电子控制单元6通过压力传感器5可以实时监测喷射管路内的尿素压力。电子控制单元6根据内部程序控制电控喷嘴8的开启时间,从而控制尿素的喷射精度。当柴油机下电后,电子控制单元6控制齿轮泵2反向运转,将尿素管路和电控喷嘴内的尿素抽回尿素罐7中,防止尿素结晶。

1.一种无空气辅助的尿素泵,其包括泵体,所述泵体内设置有齿轮泵和蓄压腔,所述齿轮泵通过内部通道与蓄压腔相连通,其特征在于,所述齿轮泵上设置有第一进液口、出液口和溢流口,所述溢流口内设有一个溢流阀,所述蓄压腔上设置有第二进液口、喷射口和回液口,所述第一进液口通过管路与尿素罐相连通,所述出液口通过管路与第二进液口相连通,所述溢流口通过管路与回液口相连通,所述回液口与尿素罐相连通,所述喷射口通过喷射管路连接有喷嘴,所述蓄压腔上安装有压力传感器,电子控制单元均与齿轮泵和压力传感器通信连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无空气辅助的尿素泵,其特征在于,所述蓄压腔上还安装有温度传感器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无空气辅助的尿素泵,其特征在于,所述温度传感器和压力传感器均通过螺纹结构与蓄压腔连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无空气辅助的尿素泵,其特征在于,所述喷射口通过喷射管路连接有喷嘴,所述电子控制单元与喷嘴通信连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无空气辅助的尿素泵,其特征在于,所述电子控制单元控制齿轮泵以设定速度正转或反转。
