背景技术
染料是能使纤维和其他材料着色的物质,染料分天然和合成两大类,染料是有颜色的物质,但有颜色的物质并不一定是染料。染料是能够使一定颜色附着在纤维上的物质,且不易脱落、变色。染料通常溶于水中,一部份的染料需要媒染剂使染料能黏着于纤维上,考古资料显示,染色技术于印度和中东已有超过五千年历史,当时的染料从动植物或矿物质而来,甚少经过处理,根据纤维性质选择染料,各种纤维由于本身性质不同,在进行染色时就需要选用相适应的染料,例如棉纤维染色时,由于它的分子结构上含有许多亲水性的羟基,易吸湿膨化,能与反应性基团起化学反应,并较耐碱,故可选择直接、还原、硫化、冰染料及活性等染料染色,涤纶疏水性强,高温下不耐碱,一般情况下不宜选用以上染料,而应选择分散染料进行染色,不同材料需专用的染料进行染色。
现有技术中,染料含有的有机物较多穿在身体上易对皮肤造成一定伤害,同时染料长时间易脱落,造成纺织物掉色现象,限制了染料在纺织物上的技术发展。

步骤三,将步骤二得到混合物A、乙二胺四乙酸、稀土矿粉、中药添加剂、清香剂加入高速混合机中混合,搅拌速度1050-1150r/min,搅拌时间为55-65min,即得本发明的棉花制备的纺织物专用染料。

(1)本发明的一种棉花制备的纺织物专用染料,采用石油醚作为主要溶剂,对人体危害性较小,硅藻土粉、木质纤维素作为染料的填充物可以提高染料与纺织物的粘接性,聚氧乙烯胺作为非离子型表面活性剂,可以增加溶剂与其他辅料之间的融合,提高染料的染色性能,本发明采用无毒安全原料,对人体无危害。
(2)本发明的一种棉花制备的纺织物专用染料,添加的乙二胺四乙酸作为染色助剂与稀土矿粉可形成稳定的水溶性配合物,使染料在纺织物表面能够稳定存在,同时添加的中药添加剂可使纺织物具有抗菌作用,添加的清香剂改善染料中有机溶剂的气味。
