The left valve body 12 and the right valve body 14 clamp the upper ball seat 15 and the lower ball seat 16 in the following manner, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the inner cavities at opposite ends of the left valve body 12 and the right valve body 14 are respectively integrally formed with a supporting ring edge 22, and the two supporting ring edges 22 are respectively supported at two ends of the upper ball seat 15 and the lower ball seat 16, so that the upper ball seat 15 and the lower ball seat 16 are symmetrically clamped in a bilateral symmetry manner through the two supporting ring edges 22, and further, the technical requirement that the upper ball seat 15 and the lower ball seat 16 are stably installed inside the valve body 1 is realized.
In the design of the invention, the inner cavities of the left valve body 12 and the right valve body 14 are required to be provided with sealing rings, and the sealing rings are required to be closely attached to the spherical surfaces of the spherical bodies 11, so that the relative positions of the left valve body 12 and the right valve body 14 and the spherical bodies 11 are important, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the two ends of the upper ball seat 15 and the lower ball seat 16 are respectively fixedly connected with a pin shaft 23 in an inserting way, and the supporting ring edge 22 is provided with a pin shaft hole 24 for inserting the pin shaft 23, so that the positioning of the left valve body 12 and the right valve body 14 and the upper ball seat 15 and the lower ball seat 16 is realized through the inserting cooperation of the pin shaft 23 and the pin shaft hole 24, and the technical effects of positioning the spherical bodies 11 and the left valve body 12 and the right valve body 14 are finally achieved because the upper ball seat 15, the lower ball seat 6 and the spherical bodies 11 have constant position relations.
For further positioning the ball 11, the left valve body 12 and the right valve body 14, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, two ends of the upper ball seat 15 and the lower ball seat 16 are respectively integrally formed with arc positioning surfaces 25, and the arc positioning surfaces 25 at the two ends are attached to the inner cambered surfaces of the left valve body 12 and the right valve body 14, so that the further positioning of the upper ball seat 15 and the lower ball seat 16 is realized through the attachment of the arc positioning surfaces 25 to the surfaces of the left valve body 12 and the right valve body 14, and the insertion and connection cooperation of the pin shaft 23 and the pin shaft hole 24 is combined, so that the technical effect of dual positioning the ball 11 is finally realized.
The ball valve is opened and closed through the rotation of the ball 11, in order to improve the rotation smoothness of the ball 11, as shown in fig. 2, a smooth gasket 26 is arranged between the upper horizontal surface 17 and the upper ball seat 15 in a cushioning manner, and a smooth gasket 26 is arranged between the lower horizontal surface 18 and the lower ball seat 16 in a cushioning manner, so that the friction force applied to the ball 11 during rotation is effectively reduced by utilizing the characteristic of low surface friction coefficient of the smooth gasket 26, and the rotation smoothness of the ball 11 is further improved.
In practical application, it is found that, because the ball valve has a certain weight, in order to prevent the weight of the ball valve from acting on the pipeline completely, as shown in fig. 3, the left valve body 12 and the right valve body 14 are welded and fixed with a supporting plate 27, so that the ball valve is supported on the ground through the supporting plate 27, and further the weight of the ball valve is prevented from acting on the pipeline completely; meanwhile, the lower side of the supporting plate 27 is integrally formed with a horizontal plate 28, and the horizontal plate 28 is provided with a threaded hole 29, so that the connection between the supporting plate 27 and the ground can be realized through bolts, and the installation stability of the ball valve is improved.
