Abstract

The invention discloses a method and equipment for processing a request, which are used for solving the problem that an MCDN (multicast directory number network) in the prior art cannot distribute QoS (quality of service) configuration information for a service which a terminal requests to access. The method comprises the following steps: after receiving a QoS access request aiming at a service, sent by a terminal, an MCDN node sends a configuration information request message to an MCP so that the MCP performs QoS configuration processing according to the configuration information request message; and the MCDN node performs QoS operation according to the received QoS configuration information returned by the MCP. The method realizes the scheme that the MCDN node obtains the QoS configuration information required by providing the QoS service through the MCP and performs the QoS operation when the terminal provides the QoS access request aiming at the service, and can solve the problem that the MCDN network cannot distribute the QoS configuration information to the service which the terminal requests to access.

Background
With the enhancement of the mobile network capability, the network bandwidth and the transmission delay are greatly improved, and better service quality can be provided for users and applications. The personalized demands of users and services are more and more, and different service applications have different quality demands on the mobile network. For example, the delay requirement of voice to the network is high; and services such as high-definition video have higher requirements on network capabilities such as network bandwidth. Different services therefore want networks to be able to provide them with customized quality of service to achieve the best user service experience. Service providers want to be able to notify the network side of the Service requirement, such as Quality of Service (QoS), based on the Service requirement, so as to provide users with the best Service and improve the Service experience of the users. The operator expects to provide network capability matched with the service requirement of the service provider, and optimally implement allocation of network resources, such as providing bandwidth for the user to push streaming media files with proper coding rate, and the like.
Currently, an MCDN (Mobile Content Delivery Network) node may be adopted to provide services for a Mobile user to access internet Content. The subscription information includes, but is not limited to, part or all of the following information: the service subscription method comprises the steps of identifying a terminal, identifying a service which the terminal requests to access and/or identifying the subscription validity period of the service which the terminal requests to access.
The hierarchical service request refers to a request initiated by the terminal to the service platform when the hierarchical service capability needs to be opened with the service platform, for example, a service subscription request initiated by the terminal to the service platform. After receiving the hierarchical service request sent by the terminal, the service management platform starts the hierarchical service of the service corresponding to the hierarchical service request, and binds the relevant information of the terminal, for example, binds the mobile phone number and the IP address information of the terminal with the service identifier for starting the hierarchical service, the service level of the service, and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the MCP can generate the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS strategy information according to the received subscription information corresponding to the terminal sent by the service management platform, and sends the generated corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS strategy information to the MCDN node; after receiving a QoS access request aiming at a service, which is sent by a terminal, an MCDN node determines QoS strategy information corresponding to presentation information in the QoS access request according to the corresponding relation between identification information and QoS strategy information sent by an MCP, and adds the determined QoS strategy information into a configuration information request message.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the MCP may generate the correspondence between the identification information and the QoS policy information according to the received subscription information corresponding to the terminal sent by the service management platform and the information of the service signed by the user, which is acquired by the MCP. The MCP in the embodiment of the present invention can obtain information of a service subscribed by a user from the service management platform, the quality service control system of the network, and the flow control system, for example, the MCP may obtain a subscription service identifier (one terminal may correspond to multiple subscription services) of the user corresponding to the terminal, a service access domain name corresponding to the service identifier, information indicating whether the user is a subscription-accelerated service user, and information on a service acceleration level corresponding to the user subscription service; after receiving the subscription information corresponding to the terminal sent by the service management platform, the MCP determines QoS policy information corresponding to the service requested to be accessed by the terminal, that is, a corresponding relationship between the identification information and the QoS policy information, according to information such as a terminal identifier and a service identifier requested to be accessed included in the subscription information.
After generating the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS strategy information, the MCP sends the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS strategy information to the MCDN node, so that the MCDN node determines the QoS strategy information corresponding to the service requested to be accessed according to the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS strategy information after receiving the QoS service access request of the terminal.
The QoS strategy information is used for sending to the PCRF, so that the PCRF feeds back QoS level information representing the QoS level allowed to be allocated by the service which the terminal requests to access according to the content in the QoS strategy information.
For example, in the embodiment of the present invention, if the configuration information request message is a QoS class request message, the MCDN node adds the QoS policy information to the configuration information request message after determining the QoS policy information corresponding to the identification information according to the identification information in the QoS access request, and sends the configuration information request message to the PCRF through the MCP, and after the PCRF determines the QoS class allowed to be allocated according to the QoS policy information in the configuration information request message, the QoS class information is sent to the MCDN node through the MCP, and then the MCDN node sends the QoS class information to the terminal.
In addition, if the configuration information request message only includes the flow quota request message, since the MCDN node may determine the capacity information of the service according to the identification information in the QoS access request, so that the flow control system determines the flow quota allowed to be allocated, the MCDN node may ignore the QoS policy information corresponding to the identification information determined according to the identification information in the QoS access request.
The embodiment of the invention can also directly add the identification information in the QoS access request into the configuration information request message by the MCDN node, so that the PCRF determines the QoS grade allowed to be distributed according to the identification information in the configuration information request message and issues the QoS grade information.
In the request processing system shown in fig. 3, the MCDN node 301 sends the received classification service request from the terminal to the service management platform 303, so that the service management platform 303 sends the subscription information corresponding to the terminal to the MCP302 after starting the classification service of the service corresponding to the classification service request.
The hierarchical service request in the embodiment of the invention can be sent to the service management platform by the MCDN node after being received, and the service management platform can send the signing information corresponding to the terminal to the MCP after starting the hierarchical service of the corresponding service according to the hierarchical service request. In addition, the hierarchical service request can also be sent to the service management platform through other communication links besides the MCDN node.

The identification information includes, but is not limited to, part or all of the following information: the terminal identifier (for example, the number of a mobile phone card carried by the terminal), the service identifier (for example, domain name information of a service requested to be accessed by the terminal), the cell identifier where the terminal is currently located, the MCDN node identifier, and/or QoS class information of the service requested to be accessed by the terminal.
As shown in fig. 12, if the configuration information request message includes a QoS class request message, and the MCDN node requests to send QoS class information to the PCRF through the MCP according to the identification information in the QoS access request for the service sent by the terminal, the method for performing request processing provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step 1201: the terminal sends a QoS access request aiming at the service to the MCDN node;

In the embodiment of the invention, after the MCDN node receives the QoS access request aiming at the service sent by the terminal, the identification information in the QoS access request can be added into the configuration information request message, so that the PCRF determines the QoS grade of the service corresponding to the QoS access request according to the identification information, then the PCRF issues the determined QoS grade information to the MCDN node through the MCP, and the MCDN node sends the QoS grade information to the terminal.
The MCDN node acquires the corresponding relation between the mark information and the QoS strategy information in advance, judges whether the QoS strategy information can be determined according to the mark information in the QoS access request after receiving the QoS access request aiming at the service sent by the terminal, and adds the determined QoS strategy information into the configuration information request message if the QoS strategy information corresponding to the QoS access request can be determined; otherwise, the MCDN node adds the identification information in the QoS access request into the configuration information request message.
After receiving a QoS access request for a service sent by a terminal, an MCDN node in the embodiment of the present invention may add QoS policy information corresponding to the determined QoS access request to a configuration information request message.
After receiving the configuration information request message for requesting the QoS grade, the MCP sends the configuration information request message to the PCRF so that the PCRF can issue QoS grade information allowing distribution to the MCDN node according to QoS strategy information in the configuration information request message.
As shown in fig. 13, the method for acquiring a corresponding relationship between identification information and QoS policy information from an MCP by an MCDN in the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:

In the embodiment of the invention, after the MCDN node acquires the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS policy information, the MCDN node can determine the QoS policy information corresponding to the QoS access request according to the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS policy information in the QoS access request aiming at the service sent by the terminal, and adds the determined QoS policy information into the configuration information request message to ensure that the PCRF determines the QoS grade of the service corresponding to the QoS access request according to the QoS policy information, and then the PCRF issues the determined QoS grade information to the MCDN node through the MCP, and the MCDN node sends the QoS grade information to the terminal.
As shown in fig. 15, if the configuration information request message includes a traffic quota request message, the method for performing request processing provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step 1501: the terminal sends a QoS access request aiming at the service to the MCDN node;
step 1502: the MCDN node determines the capacity of the service which the terminal requests to access according to the identification information in the QoS access request;
step 1503: adding the capacity information determined by the MCDN node into a configuration information request message;
step 1504: sending a configuration information request message to the MCP;
step 1505: after receiving a configuration information request message sent by an MCDN node, the MCP sends the configuration information request message to the BOSS system;
step 1506: the BOSS system determines the flow quota allowed to be distributed according to the received configuration information request message;
step 1507: the BOSS system sends the flow quota information to the MCP;
step 1508: after receiving the flow quota information, the MCP sends the flow quota information to the MCDN node;
step 1509: after receiving the QoS class information, the MCDN node provides QoS service to the service requested to be accessed by the terminal according to the traffic quota in the traffic quota information, and then ends the process.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, an OCS system may be used to replace the BOSS system in the method shown in fig. 15.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the MCDN node receives the QoS access request for the service sent by the terminal, the capacity of the service requested to be accessed by the terminal can be determined according to the identification information in the QoS access request, and the determined capacity information is added to the configuration information request message, so that the BOSS system (or the OCS system) determines the flow quota of the service corresponding to the QoS access request according to the capacity information, and then the BOSS system (or the OCS system) issues the determined flow quota information to the MCDN node through the MCP, and the MCDN node provides the QoS service for the service requested to be accessed by the terminal according to the flow quota information.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (26)

1. A method for request processing, the method comprising:
after receiving a service quality QoS access request aiming at a service, which is sent by a terminal, a mobile content distribution network MCDN node sends a configuration information request message to a mobile content distribution network scheduling control device MCP, so that the MCP sends the configuration information request message to a flow control system, and the MCP sends flow quota information sent by the flow control system to the MCDN node;
the flow control system is a business operation support system BOSS system or an online charging system OCS system;
the MCDN node performs QoS operation according to the received QoS configuration information returned by the MCP;
the configuration information request message comprises a traffic quota request message;
before the MCDN node sends the configuration information request message to the MCP, the method further includes:
the MCDN node determines QoS strategy information corresponding to the identification information carried in the QoS access request according to the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS strategy information;
and the MCDN node adds the QoS strategy information into the configuration information request message.
2. The method of request processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the configuration information request message further comprises a QoS class request message.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the MCDN node obtains the correspondence between the identification information and QoS policy information according to the following method:
and the MCDN node receives the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS strategy information sent by the MCP, wherein the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS strategy information is generated and sent by the MCP according to the subscription information corresponding to the terminal sent by the service management platform.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein before the MCDN node receives the correspondence between the identification information and the QoS policy information sent by the MCP, the method further comprises:
the MCDN node sends the received grading service request from the terminal to the service management platform, so that the service management platform sends the subscription information corresponding to the terminal to the MCP after starting the grading service of the service corresponding to the grading service request.
5. The method for request processing according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the configuration information request message comprises a QoS class request message;
the MCDN node performs QoS operation according to the received QoS configuration information returned by the MCP, and the QoS operation comprises the following steps:
and the MCDN node sends the QoS configuration information to the terminal.
6. The method of request processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein before the MCDN node sends a configuration information request message to the MCP, further comprising:
and the MCDN node adds the identification information in the QoS access request into the configuration information request message.
7. The method of request processing according to claim 1, wherein the configuration information request message comprises a traffic quota request message; before the MCDN node sends the configuration information request message to the MCP, the method further includes:
the MCDN node determines the capacity information of the service according to the identification information in the QoS access request;
the MCDN node adds the capacity information to the configuration information request message.
8. The method of claim 1 or 7, wherein the configuration information request message comprises a traffic quota request message;
the MCDN node performs QoS operation according to the received QoS configuration information returned by the MCP, and the QoS operation comprises the following steps:
and the MCDN node provides flow quota service according to the QoS configuration information.
9. A method for request processing, the method comprising:
after receiving a configuration information request message sent by an MCDN node, the MCP carries out QoS configuration processing according to the configuration information request message, wherein the configuration information request message is sent by the MCDN node after receiving a QoS access request aiming at a service sent by a terminal;
the MCP sends QoS configuration information to the MCDN node so that the MCDN node performs QoS operation according to the received QoS configuration information;
wherein the configuration information request message comprises a traffic quota request message;
the configuration information request message comprises a traffic quota request message;
the QoS configuration processing according to the configuration information request message includes:
the MCP sends the configuration information request message to a flow control system;
the MCP sends the QoS configuration information to the MCDN node, and the method comprises the following steps:
the MCP sends the flow quota information sent by the flow control system to the MCDN node;
the flow control system is a business operation support system BOSS system or an online charging system OCS system;
the configuration information request message sent by the MCDN node includes QoS strategy information, and the MCDN node determines the QoS strategy information corresponding to the identification information carried in the QoS access request according to the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS strategy information.
10. The method of request processing as claimed in claim 9, wherein the configuration information request message further comprises a QoS class request message.
11. The method of request processing as claimed in claim 10, wherein the configuration information request message comprises a QoS class request message;
the QoS configuration processing according to the configuration information request message includes:
the MCP sends the configuration information request message to a policy control and charging rule function (PCRF) entity;
the MCP sends the QoS configuration information to the MCDN node, and the method comprises the following steps:
and the MCP sends the QoS grade information sent by the PCRF to the MCDN node.
12. The method of request processing as claimed in claim 9, wherein the MCP, before receiving the configuration information request message sent by the MCDN node, further comprises:
the MCP generates a corresponding relation between identification information and QoS strategy information according to received signing information corresponding to the terminal, which is sent by the service management platform;
and the MCP sends the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS strategy information to an MCDN node.
13. A method for request processing, the method comprising:
a service management platform receives a hierarchical service request sent by a terminal;
after the service management platform starts the hierarchical service of the service corresponding to the hierarchical service request, sending subscription information corresponding to the terminal to the MCP, so that the MCP determines the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS policy information according to the subscription information and sends the corresponding relation to the MCDN node, wherein the corresponding relation is used for enabling the MCDN node to send a configuration information request message to the MCP after receiving a QoS access request aiming at the service sent by the terminal;
the MCP sends the configuration information request message to a flow control system after receiving the flow quota request message, and the MCP sends the flow quota information sent by the flow control system to the MCDN node;
the flow control system is a business operation support system BOSS system or an online charging system OCS system.
14. An MCDN node for performing request processing, the MCDN node comprising:
a request message sending module, configured to send a configuration information request message to an MCP after receiving a QoS access request for a service sent by a terminal, so that the MCP sends the configuration information request message to a flow control system, and the MCP sends flow quota information sent by the flow control system to the MCDN node;
the flow control system is a business operation support system BOSS system or an online charging system OCS system;
the first processing module is used for performing QoS operation according to the received QoS configuration information returned by the MCP;
the configuration information request message comprises a traffic quota request message;
the request message sending module is further configured to:
determining QoS strategy information corresponding to the identification information carried in the QoS access request according to the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS strategy information;
adding the QoS policy information to the configuration information request message;
a configuration information request message is sent to the MCP.
15. The requesting MCDN node of claim 14 wherein the configuration information request message further comprises a QoS class request message.
16. The MCDN node that performs request processing as recited in claim 14, wherein the request message sending module is specifically configured to:
acquiring the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS strategy information according to the following method:
and receiving a corresponding relation between identification information and QoS strategy information sent by the MCP, wherein the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS strategy information is generated and sent by the MCP according to subscription information corresponding to a terminal sent by a service management platform.
17. The MCDN node that performs request processing of claim 16, wherein the request message sending module is further to:
sending a received hierarchical service request from a terminal to the service management platform, so that the service management platform sends subscription information corresponding to the terminal to the MCP after starting hierarchical service of a service corresponding to the hierarchical service request;
and receiving the corresponding relation between the identification information and the QoS strategy information sent by the MCP.
18. An MCDN node with request processing according to any of claims 14 to 17, wherein the configuration information request message comprises a QoS class request message;
the first processing module is specifically configured to:
and sending the QoS configuration information to the terminal.
