Description

Sports drape with continuous anti-slip strips
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sports drape, in particular to a sports drape with continuous anti-slip strips.
Background
A conventional sports drape, for example, a double-sided usable anti-slip drape pad disclosed in taiwan publication No. 201442676, is mainly characterized in that an anti-slip layer is respectively disposed on both sides of a cloth layer, and the surface of the cloth layer is partially exposed, so that the anti-slip effect (hereinafter referred to as dry and wet anti-slip effect) can be achieved regardless of whether there is sweat on the skin surface by the anti-slip layer and the exposed state of the cloth layer. We all know that when there is sweat on the skin surface (such as palm surface) of human body, it can slip on the cloth surface, but slip on the slip-resistant layer; when there is no sweat on the skin surface, the cloth will slide on the surface, but the anti-slip layer will also prevent slipping. Therefore, the aforesaid prior art achieves the effect of dry and wet skid resistance. In addition, when in use, the user uses the upward surface, and the downward surface provides the anti-slip effect to the ground or a pad body arranged below the ground by the anti-slip layer.
In addition, as disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 2005/0003173, there is a conventional drape which is mainly provided with a plurality of discontinuous anti-slip blocks on one or both sides of a cloth layer, thereby achieving the effect of anti-slip when wet or dry. However, the technique mainly aims to arrange a plurality of discontinuous anti-slip blocks on the surface of the drape, and the arrangement mode can cause a user to feel uneven surface in terms of touch feeling, and the touch feeling is not comfortable; in addition, because each anti-slip block is non-continuous, the exposure proportion of the cloth layer is high, and the anti-slip effect achieved by the anti-slip block is not good when no sweat exists on the surface of the skin of a human body. When the user puts the surface with the anti-slip blocks downwards for use, the user can not determine whether the anti-slip blocks are on the towel spreading part pressed by the palm or the body part, and if the anti-slip blocks are not on the towel spreading part, the user can slide to cause sports injury.
Disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide a sports drape with continuous anti-slip strips, which is continuous and can improve the comfort of use.
The present invention further provides a sports drape with continuous anti-slip strips, which can increase the surface area of the anti-slip strips and form a three-dimensional structure by the height of the surface of the anti-slip strips, thereby increasing the anti-slip effect.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a sports drape having continuous anti-slip strips, wherein at least a plurality of local regions are necessarily provided with both a cloth layer and the anti-slip strips, thereby ensuring effective anti-slip effect during use.
Therefore, the invention provides a sports drape with continuous anti-slip strips, comprising: a cloth towel body having a first face and a second face; the anti-slip strip is provided with a preset width, is attached to the first surface of the cloth towel body and is in a preset pattern, the preset pattern does not completely cover the first surface of the cloth towel body, so that at least one part of the first surface of the cloth towel body is exposed without being covered, and the exposed part is defined as at least one exposed part; wherein, the slip-resistant strip is continuous, and the surface of the slip-resistant strip is in a state that two sides have higher parts and the middle is lower, or in a state that two sides are lower and the middle has higher parts; the first surface of the cloth towel body is provided with a plurality of local areas, and the at least one exposed part and the part of the anti-slip strip are inevitably present in the area of the part of the palm of the human body excluding the fingers of each local area.
Wherein: the surface of the middle lower or higher part of the slip-resistant strip is uneven in the cross section.
Wherein: the middle lower or higher part of the slip-resistant strip is provided with a plurality of concave lines.
Wherein: the surface of the slip-resistant strip, at the middle lower or higher part, has a thickness of not more than 1 mm.
Wherein: any position on the first surface of the cloth towel body is bound to have the at least one exposed part and the part of the anti-slip strip within the area of the part of the palm of the human body excluding the fingers.
Wherein: the main component of the anti-slip layer is silica gel.
Wherein: the anti-slip strips are single lines without staggered shapes.
Wherein: the anti-slip strips are self-interlaced to form a plurality of interlaced points.
Wherein: the width of the anti-slip strip is consistent in each part.
Wherein: the slip-resistant strip has portions with non-uniform widths.
Wherein: the middle lower or higher part of the slip-resistant strip is provided with a plurality of perforations, so that the cloth towel body is exposed from the perforations.
Wherein: the anti-slip strip contains a temperature-sensitive color-changing substance, and the color-changing effect is generated when the temperature changes.
Therefore, the anti-slip strip is continuous, so that the comfort degree of use touch feeling can be improved; in addition, the effect of increasing the surface area of the slip-resistant strip and forming a three-dimensional structure can be achieved by the high-low state of the surface of the slip-resistant strip, and the slip-resistant effect can be increased.

Detailed Description
To illustrate the technical features of the present invention in detail, the following preferred embodiments are described in conjunction with the drawings, in which:
as shown in fig. 1 to 2, a sports drape 10 with continuous anti-slip strips according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention mainly comprises a cloth towel body 11 and an anti-slip strip 15, wherein:
the cloth towel body 11 has a first side 12 and a second side 14.
The anti-slip strip 15 has a predetermined width, is attached to the first surface 12 of the tissue body 11 and has a predetermined pattern, the predetermined pattern does not completely cover the first surface 12 of the tissue body 11, so that at least one portion of the first surface 12 of the tissue body 11 is exposed without being covered, and the exposed portion is defined as at least one exposed portion 16.
The anti-slip strip 15 is continuous, the surface of the anti-slip strip 15 has higher portions 151 on two sides and a lower portion in the middle, and the lower portion in the middle of the anti-slip strip 15 is marked with a reference number 152. In the first embodiment, the thickness of the middle lower portion 152 of the anti-slip strip 15 is not greater than 1 millimeter (mm), and the height is defined as that, when the thickness of the anti-slip strip 15 is greater than 1 mm, the user can easily and obviously feel the anti-slip strip 15 on the surface of the drape during use, so that the user feels uncomfortable in use, and in fact, the thickness of the anti-slip strip 15 on the middle lower portion 152 is about 0.2-0.3 mm is the best, so that the anti-slip strip 15 has good flexibility, and the folding and storage of the drape are not affected at all. In addition, in the first embodiment, the main component of the anti-slip strip 15 is silicon rubber, however, this is only an example, and not intended to limit the anti-slip strip 15 of the present invention to be made of silicon rubber, other known materials that can be used as the anti-slip strip 15, and can also be used as the anti-slip strip 15 of the present invention.
On the first surface 12 of the cloth towel body 11, a plurality of partial areas 121 are defined, and within the area of the human palm excluding the fingers of each partial area 121, there are at least one exposed part 16 and partial non-slip strip 15. The partial areas 121 can be disposed at positions where the palm or sole of the user's hand is frequently in contact with the cloth towel body 11, thereby achieving the anti-slip effect.
In the first embodiment, the non-slip strips 15 are self-staggered to form a plurality of staggered points. Therefore, the at least one exposed portion 16 forms a plurality of exposed portions 16 in terms of number due to the staggered relationship of the anti-slip strips 15. In the first embodiment, the width of the slip-preventing strip 15 is uniform in each portion except for the staggered position.
The main structure of the first embodiment is explained above, and the state of use of the first embodiment is explained next.
Before use, the sports drape 10 of the present invention may be applied to a cushion (not shown) with the first side 12 facing upward.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, when in use, a user performs exercise, such as yoga exercise, on the sports drape 10 of the present invention. In the process of exercise, the user usually presses the palm or the sole against the first surface 12, and since the partial areas 121 are disposed at the places where the palm or the sole of the user will contact, and since the areas of the partial areas 121 excluding the fingers of the palm of the human body inevitably have the exposed portions 16 and the partial portions of the anti-slip strips 15, the user can achieve the effect of dry and wet anti-slip by the arrangement of the anti-slip strips 15, and further, the user can exercise on the sports drape 10 of the present invention without worrying about the problem of the sliding of the palm or the sole, thereby ensuring the anti-slip effect. In addition, the anti-slip strip 15 has the higher portions 151 on both sides of the surface and the lower portion in the middle, so that the effects of increasing the surface area of the anti-slip strip 15 and forming a three-dimensional structure can be achieved, the contact area to the skin of a human body can be increased, and the anti-slip effect can be improved.
Even if the first surface 12 faces downward and the user uses the second surface 14, the palm or the sole of the user can still be pressed on the second surface 14, and the anti-slip strip 15 is disposed such that the portion of the anti-slip strip 15 is pressed by the palm or the sole, thereby providing an anti-slip effect to the underlying cushion.
Since the anti-slip strip 15 of the present invention is continuous, the user will not press against the protrusions, and the present invention has more comfortable touch compared to the prior art.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, a sports drape 20 with continuous anti-slip strips according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is substantially similar to the first embodiment, except that:
the middle lower portion 252 of the anti-slip strip 25 has a plurality of concave ridges 253, thereby making the surface of the middle lower portion of the anti-slip strip 25 concave and convex in cross section. The concave patterns 253 can be in various shapes, for example, a shape extending substantially along the extending direction of the anti-slip strip 25, a shape extending in multiple segments perpendicular to the anti-slip strip 25, or a random pattern, and in the second embodiment, a shape extending substantially along the extending direction of the anti-slip strip 25 is taken as an example. The concave lines 253 can increase the surface area of the anti-slip strip 25 and provide better anti-slip effect, and because the concave lines 253 are lines extending along the extending direction of the anti-slip strip 25, if sweat of a user is attached to the surface of the anti-slip strip 25, the concave lines 253 can form a capillary phenomenon on the sweat, so that the sweat moves along the concave lines 253 to be diffused, thereby accelerating the evaporation speed of the sweat, enabling the surface of the anti-slip strip 25 to be dried more quickly, and further improving the anti-slip effect.
In addition, in the second embodiment, the middle lower portion 252 of the anti-slip strip 25 is further provided with a plurality of perforations 254, so that the cloth towel body 21 is exposed from the perforations 254. Therefore, even if the sweat of the user falls on the anti-slip strips 25, the sweat in the through holes 254 is absorbed by the cloth towel body 21, thereby achieving the effect of quickly removing the sweat.
The slip-resistant strip 25 also contains a thermochromic substance (not shown) which is a conventional known thermochromic substance and is not shown in the drawings because it is difficult to show the thermochromic substance contained in the slip-resistant strip 25. Therefore, when a user contacts the anti-slip strip 25, the temperature of the anti-slip strip 25 can be raised by the body temperature, so that the thermochromic substance in the anti-slip strip 25 changes the color, and the visual interest is increased.
It should be noted that the lower portion 252 of the anti-slip strip 25 may not have a texture extending along the extending direction of the anti-slip strip 25, but may only have an irregular uneven surface, which may also have the effect of increasing the surface area and generating irregular texture.
As shown in fig. 3, in the second embodiment, the anti-slip strips 25 are single strips without being staggered. Therefore, the number of the at least one exposed portion 26 is only one, and any position on the first surface 22 of the cloth towel body 21 is within the area of the palm of the human body excluding the fingers, so that the exposed portion 26 and the part of the anti-slip strip 25 are inevitably present. In this manner, the athletic drape 20 of the present invention provides a dry, wet, slip-resistant effect regardless of where the palm or sole of the user contacts the first side 22.
The remaining structure and the effect achieved by the second embodiment are the same as those of the first embodiment, and will not be described again.
Referring to fig. 6, a sports drape 30 with continuous anti-slip strips according to a third embodiment of the present invention is substantially the same as the first embodiment of the disclosure, except that:
the slip-resistant strip 35 has portions of non-uniform width.
Therefore, the anti-slip strips 35 can form more variable patterns, and can form more variable visual effects, thereby improving the purchase desire of users.
The remaining structures and effects achieved by the third embodiment are similar to those of the first embodiment, and are not repeated.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 7, in addition to the shape of the anti-slip strips disclosed in the foregoing three embodiments, the anti-slip strips 15 ' may be self-interlaced to form a plurality of interlaced points, and are fully distributed on the first surface 12 ' of the cloth towel body 11 ', so that at least one exposed portion 16 ' and a part of the anti-slip strips 15 ' are inevitably present at any position on the first surface 12 ' of the cloth towel body 11 ' within the area of the finger-excluding portion of the palm of the human body.
In addition, it should be noted that in the above three embodiments, the surface of the anti-slip strip 15 may be changed to be in a state of lower two sides and higher middle part, and may still form a three-dimensional structure on the cross section, thereby increasing the surface area. Since such a structure is easy to understand, it is not shown in the drawings.
The present invention is capable of other embodiments, and various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
