Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tissue processing equipment, in particular to a tissue wetting device.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, the toilet paper roll wet tissue machine becomes popular demand, but in the technical conversion practice of preparing wet tissue by wetting the common toilet dry tissue, the following 4 problems and functional deficiencies occur.
1. The amount of water required for wetting of dry tissue requires a consistent supply over a range. The thin thickness of the dry tissue, the small amount of water per unit area and overall wetting, places high demands on the method of wetting the tissue, and the structure and manner of water delivery when wetting the tissue. In view of the prior art, the wet tissue is wetted by adopting a wet tissue wetting belt wetting mode, and a medium (such as sponge) for providing moisture for wetting the tissue has a very thin thickness and is of a sponge or felt structure due to the technical requirement of very small water supply amount, so that the water content is greatly changed along with the time lapse, and the basically stable water supply amount cannot be kept for a long time to adapt to common toilet paper.
2. Even under the condition that the water supply amount per unit area of the wet tissue is moderate and stable in a short time, the surface of the wet tissue paper pulp can not bear large static friction belt pulling force after being normally wetted, and by utilizing the prior technical scheme, in the wet tissue paper exporting process, the wet tissue paper is output by a roll plane static friction mode on the surface of a moistening roller with the characteristics of sponge or felt, so the phenomenon of breakage and breakage of the wet tissue paper under the pulling action of a friction transmission auxiliary belt formed by the moistening paper belt and a paper pressing roller occurs.
3. After the wet tissues are rolled and output by the pair rollers, the tissues are thinned and have smooth surfaces, and when the wet tissues are used for cleaning human body excrement, the effect of containing and taking stains on the surfaces of the wet tissues is not good, and the cleaning effect is greatly reduced.
4. The prior art can only provide wet tissues with fixed humidity, and the humidity of the wet tissues can not be changed according to individual preference of people and the characteristics of wiping objects, thereby bringing inconvenience to people.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a tissue wetting device, aiming at solving the problems of the tissue wetting device in the prior art.
The invention is realized by the following steps:
a tissue moistening device for moistening dry tissue comprises a casing;
a wetting part and a paper outlet part are arranged in the shell; the wetting part comprises a water tank and a water delivery roller;
the water delivery roller is partially accommodated in the water tank, and a first tooth part is arranged on the periphery of the water delivery roller;
the periphery of the water delivery roller is provided with a wetting area contacted with water in the water tank, a squeezing area for squeezing excessive water and a moistening area contacted with the paper towels along the rotating direction of the water delivery roller;
the extrusion area is provided with a water scraping roller which can be relatively close to or far away from the water conveying roller;
the paper outlet part is arranged in the paper moistening area.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the wiper roller is rotatably disposed in a water pressing bracket, the water pressing bracket is pivotally connected to the housing, and a wiper soft body is disposed on an outer circumference of the wiper roller and contacts the first tooth portion.
In one embodiment of the invention, the water pressing bracket is provided with a baffle which shields one side of the water wiping soft body far away from the water delivery roller.
In one embodiment of the invention, a cam is arranged on the side of the baffle plate far away from the water delivery roller, the cam is rotatably connected with the shell, and the periphery of the cam acts on the baffle plate.
In one embodiment of the invention, the cam is connected with the housing through an adjusting shaft, and the adjusting shaft extends out of the housing to form an adjusting knob.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the paper discharge section includes a platen roller having a second tooth section fitted to the first tooth section on the outer periphery thereof; the paper pressing roller is connected with the shell, and the paper pressing roller can be relatively close to or far away from the water delivery roller.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the paper output portion includes a paper pressing bracket, the paper pressing bracket is pivoted to the housing through a paper pressing pivot shaft, and the paper pressing roller and the paper pressing bracket are pivoted to one end of the paper pressing bracket far away from the paper pressing pivot shaft.
In one embodiment of the invention, the first tooth part comprises a plurality of water delivery gears which are distributed at intervals along the axial direction of the water delivery roller; the second tooth part comprises a plurality of water pressing gears which are distributed at intervals along the axial direction of the paper pressing roller; the water delivery gear is matched with the water pressing gear.
In one embodiment of the invention, the tooth size of the pressurized water gear is smaller than the tooth size of the water delivery gear.
In one embodiment of the invention, the wiper soft body comprises an insert part extending between teeth of the first tooth part.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the tissue moistening device provided by the invention has the following advantages:
1. the water quantity of the paper towel wetting device for wetting the dry paper is constantly stable in an ideal range due to the arrangement of the water scraping roller in the squeezing area.
2. The movement amount from the water scraping roller to the water conveying roller is changed steplessly, and the function and the method for continuously and stably preparing the wet tissues with different humidity are realized.
3. Through the form that first tooth portion and second tooth portion cooperate out the paper for wet tissue's preparation work is more stable, does not take place wet tissue to stretch out and brokenly the phenomenon in preparation process.
4. Due to the arrangement of the teeth on the surfaces of the first tooth part and the second tooth part, the preparation of the wrinkled, hemerous and discontinuous moist tissue is realized.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention. Example one
Referring to fig. 1, the tissue moistening device 001 of the present embodiment includes a housing 010, and the housing 010 has a moistening portion 030 and a paper discharging portion 050 therein.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 7, the wetting portion 030 is used for wetting a predetermined amount of liquid and moving the liquid to a dry tissue, and the paper output portion 050 is used for wetting the dry tissue with the liquid transported from the wetting portion 030 and outputting the wetted wet tissue to the housing 010.
The wetting section 030 includes a water tank 100 in which a certain amount of liquid is contained, and a water delivery roller 200. The water delivery roller 200 is pivotally connected to the housing 010, and a first tooth portion 210 is disposed on the outer circumference of the water delivery roller 200, and one side of the first tooth portion 210, which is close to the water tank 100, is accommodated in the water tank 100. In use, the liquid in the water tank 100 needs to soak the outer edge portion of the first tooth portion 210. The area of the housing 010 where the first tooth portion 210 contacts the liquid in the water tank 100 is a wet area.
In this embodiment, in the view of fig. 1, the water delivery roller 200 rotates clockwise, and the first teeth 210 dip water in the water tank 100 and then enter the squeezing area in the housing 010 from the wetting area in the housing 010.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the squeezing area is provided with a wiper roller for wiping off the excessive liquid on the first teeth 210, the wiper roller is disposed at one end of the water pressing bracket 330, the water pressing bracket 330 is pivotally connected to the housing 010, and the wiper roller is disposed at one end of the water pressing bracket 330 far from the pivotally connected shaft of the water pressing bracket 330 and the housing 010. So that the wiper roller can be relatively close to or far from the first teeth 210 when the water pressing bracket 330 rotates about the pivot axis.
The periphery of the water scraping roller is provided with a water scraping soft body 310, in this embodiment, the water scraping soft body 310 is a sponge, the sponge can absorb the excessive water on the outer surface of the first tooth part 210, and correspondingly, the proximity degree of the sponge and the first tooth part 210 can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the water pressing bracket 330, so as to adjust the water absorption capacity of the sponge.
The side of the water scraping roller far away from the water delivery roller 200 is provided with a baffle 331, the baffle 331 shields the side of the sponge far away from the water delivery roller 200, one side of the water delivery roller 200 far away from the baffle 331 is also provided with a cam 350, and the cam 350 is abutted against one side of the baffle 331 far away from the water delivery roller 200. In this embodiment, the cam 350 is an involute cam 350, and the surface of the baffle 331 facing the cam 350 is an arc shape matching the cam 350.
The pressing water bracket 330 is rotated to adjust the position of the water scraping roller by the movement of the rotating cam 350 against the baffle 331, thereby adjusting the water absorption efficiency of the sponge. The cam 350 is connected with the casing 010 through the adjusting shaft 351, the adjusting shaft 351 extends out of the casing 010 to form an adjusting button, and the rotating angle of the cam 350 can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting button, so that the position of the water scraping roller is controlled. After adjustment, the position of the adjusting shaft 351 needs to be fixed, the adjusting shaft 351 does not return to the original position automatically after adjustment, on one hand, the tendency of the cam 350 to return can be reduced through the arc-shaped baffle 331, and on the other hand, the damping between the adjusting shaft 351 and the shell 010 is increased to prevent the adjusting shaft 351 from returning. In other embodiments, the adjusting shaft 351 may be mounted on the housing 010 by a thread or the like to form a self-locking structure, so as to prevent the adjusting shaft 351 from returning. The process of adjusting the position of the wiper roller by the cam 350 is a stepless adjustment process, so that the adjustment of the water amount is more detailed.
Meanwhile, a water scraping rod 370 is arranged at the extension section from the pivot shaft of the water pressing bracket 330 to the water scraping roller, and the water scraping rod 370 can scrape off the redundant liquid on the sponge to ensure that the sponge has constant water absorption capacity. The scraped liquid falls back into the water tank 100 due to gravity.
After the first teeth 210 absorb water through extrusion in the extrusion area, the first teeth are turned to the wet area, and the residual liquid on the first teeth 210 is transferred to the dry tissue to form the wet tissue after wetting the dry tissue.
Meanwhile, the wet tissue is compressed in the wet tissue area, so that liquid on the first tooth part 210 can be absorbed by the tissue as much as possible, and the strength of the wet tissue can be ensured.
A paper discharging part 050 is arranged in the paper moistening area, the paper discharging part 050 comprises a paper pressing roller 400, and a second tooth part 410 matched with the first tooth part 210 is arranged on the periphery of the paper pressing roller 400. Second tooth portion 410 extrudees the paper with first tooth portion 210 for the paper is extruded into the apparent profile of tooth portion, has changed the mode that current friction goes out the paper on the one hand and has avoided paper friction damage, and on the other hand makes the paper have the cusp can improve the dirt-removing power of paper. And the cooperation of the first tooth part 210 and the second tooth part 410 enables the paper to fit the first tooth part 210 as much as possible to suck the liquid on the first tooth part 210.
In the present embodiment, the dry paper towel is roll paper, and is placed in the housing 010 by the roll paper placing shaft 510, the roll paper placing shaft 510 is provided on the side of the water feed roller 200 away from the water tank 100, and a partition 530 is provided between the water feed roller 200 and the roll paper placing shaft 510. Evaporation of the liquid in the water tank 100 to wet the roll paper can be prevented by the partition 530. The roll paper is pulled out from the side of the partition 530 away from the feed roller 200 and moves to the moistening area, and is taken out of the housing 010 by the cooperation of the second teeth 410 on the platen roller 400 and the first teeth 210 on the feed roller 200.
In other embodiments, other fixing manners can be used for fixing the roll paper, and even the paper extraction which can be continuously drawn out can be used for supplying the dry tissues without using the roll paper.
In order to facilitate the paper to be smoothly discharged out of the casing 010, the paper discharging part 050 further includes a paper pressing bracket 430, the paper pressing bracket 430 is pivoted with the casing 010 through a paper pressing pivot shaft 411, and the paper pressing roller 400 and the paper pressing bracket 430 are pivoted to one end of the paper pressing bracket 430 far away from the paper pressing pivot shaft 411. The platen roller 400 can be relatively close to or far from the water feed roller 200 by the rotation of the platen holder 430.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the first tooth portion 210 and the second tooth portion 410 are also designed to smoothly discharge paper. The first tooth portion 210 includes a plurality of water transfer gears 213 spaced apart along the axial direction of the water transfer roller 200. The width of teeth of the water delivery gear 213 is 1-10mm to ensure that the occlusion teeth adsorb water and remain between the teeth. The second tooth portion 410 includes a plurality of water pressure gears 413 spaced apart from each other in the axial direction of the platen roller 400, and the water delivery gear 213 is engaged with the water pressure gears 413. Referring to fig. 2, the size of the teeth of the water pressing gear 413 is slightly smaller than that of the water delivery gear 213, so that the first teeth 210 can still drive the second teeth 410 to rotate while leaving the wet tissue as a space.
In this embodiment, the wiper soft body 310 is also a plurality of sponges distributed at intervals in the axial direction of the wiper roller, the sponges have portions extending into the first teeth 210, and the portions of the sponges extending into the first teeth 210 are embedded portions. The suction capacity of the sponge to the liquid on the first tooth portion 210 can be adjusted according to the size of the insertion portion, i.e., the depth of the sponge extending into the first tooth portion 210. The sponge stretches into first tooth portion 210, so the sponge is hugged closely with first tooth portion 210 and takes place the occupation in mutual rotation in-process position, and wherein the degree of depth that first tooth portion 210 stretched into the sponge accounts for 5% -60% of the sponge diameter.
The using method of the tissue moistening device 001 provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps: roll paper is mounted on the roll paper placing shaft 510, and an initial roll paper head is disposed between the first tooth portion 210 and the second tooth portion 410 so that the roll paper can be taken out when the first tooth portion 210 rotates. In subsequent use, the position of the cam 350 is adjusted to change the degree of engagement of the wiping soft body 310 in the first tooth portion 210, so as to change the wiping efficiency and thus the wet degree of the dry tissue. With the rotation of the water delivery roll 200, the liquid in the water tank 100 is delivered to the moistening zone through the first tooth portion 210, and the wet tissue is taken out by the cooperation of the first tooth portion 210 and the second tooth portion 410 while the dry tissue is moistened by the first tooth portion 210. The paper towel is pressed out of the first tooth part 210 and the second tooth part 410 to form a corrugated shape.
The tissue moistening device provided by the invention has the following advantages:
1. the amount of water used by the tissue moistening device 001 to moisten the dry paper is constantly stable within the ideal range due to the arrangement of the water scraping roller in the squeezing zone.
2. The movement amount of the water scraping roller to the water conveying roller 200 is changed steplessly, and the function and the method for continuously and stably preparing the wet tissues with different humidity are realized.
3. Through the form that first tooth portion 210 and second tooth portion 410 cooperate out the paper for wet paper towel's preparation work is more stable, does not take place wet paper towel and takes place to stretch out and split phenomenon in the preparation process.
4. Due to the arrangement of the teeth on the surfaces of the first tooth part 210 and the second tooth part 410, the preparation of the wrinkled, hemerous and discontinuous moist tissue is realized.
