Examples:
as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a paper cassette 100 for facilitating removal of a metered amount of paper. The paper box 100 mainly comprises a shell 110, a paper clamping assembly 120 and a control device 130, wherein the roll paper 200 can be stored in the shell 110, and the unfolded paper passes through a gap between the two paper clamping assemblies 120 and extends out of the paper outlet 112; pulling the sheet exposed from the discharge opening 112 can rotate the paper clamping assembly 120, thereby facilitating the extraction of the sheet. The control device 130 is configured to control the rotation of the paper clamping assembly 120, and when the paper is pulled out by a certain length, the control device 130 can prevent the paper clamping assembly 120 from rotating, thereby preventing the paper from being pulled out.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the paper clamping assembly 120 includes two parallel rotating shafts, each of which is provided with a cylindrical roller 123, and the length of the roller 123 is substantially equal to the width of the common paper. A gap is provided between the two rollers 123, which allows the paper to pass just through. When the paper passes between the two rollers 123, the rollers 123 can apply a certain clamping force to the paper; when the paper is pulled, the friction force can drive the roller 123 to rotate, and when the rotation of the roller 123 is blocked, the paper cannot be pulled out.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in this embodiment, one of the rotating shafts can move far away from or close to the other rotating shaft, that is, one moving shaft 122 is a fixed shaft 121, and a stretching member 124 is disposed between the two rotating shafts, one end of the stretching member 124 is connected with the moving shaft 122, and the other end is connected with the housing 110; the tension of the tension member 124 brings the two shafts closer to each other to clamp the sheet. In other embodiments, both shafts may be fixed shafts 121, at least one shaft may be detachably connected to the housing 110, and when a sheet needs to pass between the two rollers 123, one shaft may be detached to place the sheet on the roller 123 of the other shaft, and then the shaft may be connected to the housing 110.
As shown in fig. 4, the control device 130 includes a bar-shaped case 132, and the bar-shaped case 132 includes a first bar-shaped plate 1323 and a second bar-shaped plate 1324 disposed at opposite intervals; the bar-shaped case 132 includes a first end 1321 and a second end 1322, and a half inner gear 133 is disposed in the bar-shaped case 132 near the first end 1321. The first strip plate 1323 is provided with a first rack 1325, one end of the first rack 1325 is connected to the internal gear 133, and the other end extends to a second end 1322. The second strip plate 1324 is provided with a second rack 1326, one end of the second rack 1326 is connected to the internal gear 133, and the other end extends to the middle of the second strip plate 1324. The first rack 1325, the second rack 1326 and the internal gear 133 are connected in a U-shaped structure.
A separator 1327 is arranged between the first strip-shaped plate 1323 and the second strip-shaped plate 1324, and the separator 1327 is arranged opposite to the first strip-shaped plate 1323 and the second strip-shaped plate 1324 at intervals; both ends of the separator 1327 are disposed in a gap with the first end 1321; the partition 1327 partitions the inner chamber of the strip case 132 to form a circulation passage.
The baffle 1328 is disposed at one end of the baffle 1327 near the second end 1322, the baffle 1328 is connected with the baffle 1327 through an elastic member, and in a natural state, the free end of the baffle 1328 abuts against the first rack 1325 by the elastic force of the elastic member.
A gear 133 is also arranged in the strip-shaped box 132, and the gear 133 is rotatably connected with the shell 110; the gear 133 is capable of meshing with the internal gear 133, the first rack 1325 and moving relative to the bulkhead 1327 in the circulation path; the bar-shaped box 132 is connected with the housing 110 through the reset member 134, and the elastic force of the reset member 134 enables the bar-shaped box 132 to return to the initial position. With the bar-shaped case 132 as a reference, the return 134 returns the gear 133 to the first end 1321 of the bar-shaped case 132. The gear 133 is in driving connection with one of the rotating shafts of the clamping assembly, so that when the paper is pulled out, the paper clamping assembly 120 drives the gear 133 to rotate, and the gear 133 drives the strip-shaped box 132 to move through the first rack 1325.
Further, referring to fig. 1, a damper 135 is further disposed between the housing 110 and the bar box 132, and the damper 135 is used to slow the returning speed of the reset element 134, i.e. slow the returning speed of the bar box 132 to the initial position.
Further, referring to fig. 1, a support roller 140 and a blade 150 are further disposed at the paper outlet 112 of the housing 110, and the support roller 140 is connected to the housing 110 and extends along the direction of the rotation axis of the paper clamping assembly 120. The support roller 140 is movably connected to the housing 110 by an elastic member. In a natural state, the supporting roller 140 is positioned at a first preset position, and at this time, the paper sheet coming down from the supporting roller 140 does not touch the blade 150; when the nip assembly stops rotating, continued stretching of the sheet causes the backup roll 140 to be subjected to greater pressure, the resilient member deforms, and the backup roll 140 moves to the second position to strike the blade 150, and the blade 150 cuts the sheet.
The operation principle of the paper cassette 100 provided in this embodiment is as follows:
in use, the roll paper 200 is first placed into the housing 110 and the paper is passed through the nip between the rollers 123 of the nip assembly 120 and onto the backup roller 140 to ultimately extend out of the paper exit 112. At this time, the sheet is not in contact with the blade 150, and the bar-shaped cassette 132 is located at the initial position, that is, the gear 133 is located at the end of the first rack 1325 near the internal gear 133.
When the paper extraction is needed, directly pulling the paper exposed out of the paper outlet 112; since the paper clamping assembly 120 has a certain clamping force on the paper, the roller 123 of the paper clamping assembly 120 is driven to rotate. The rotation shaft drives the gear 133 to rotate, and the gear 133 is meshed with the first rack 1325 so as to enable the bar shape and the movement. When the gear 133 is engaged with the first rack 1325, the gear 133 may hit the blocking plate 1328 on the blocking plate 1327 and lift the blocking plate 1328 against the elastic force of the elastic member between the blocking plate 1328 and the blocking plate 1327 until moving to the second end 1322 of the bar-shaped box 132. At this time, the gear 133 abuts against the inner wall of the second end 1322 of the bar-shaped cartridge 132, and cannot rotate. Since the gear 133 cannot rotate, the gripper assembly 120 cannot rotate, and the sheet cannot continue to be pulled out. Continuing to pull the paper, the pressure of the paper against the backup roll 140 increases, so that the backup roll 140 moves to the second position, and the paper is cut off against the blade 150.
After the paper is cut off, the strip-shaped box 132 is used as a reference object, the gear 133 moves along the baffle 1328 and between the baffle 1327 and the second strip-shaped plate 1324 and continues to move along the baffle 1327 towards a position close to the first end 1321, and when the position of the second rack 1326 is reached, the second rack 1326 drives the gear 133 to rotate, so that the paper clamping assembly 120 rotates, the paper is continuously conveyed outwards, and the paper is exposed out of the paper outlet 112 to facilitate the next paper taking.
The paper box 100 provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
since the length of the paper output depends on the length of the first rack 1325, the length of each paper taking is substantially uniform; and prevent people from pulling out too much paper to cause waste. In addition, the blade 150 is arranged to cut off automatically, so that the paper can be more conveniently extracted; and prevent people from using brute force to pull out excessive paper and cause waste.
It should be noted that this embodiment is one of many embodiments of the present invention, and in other embodiments, the blade 150 and the support roller 140 may not be provided; alternatively, the paper clamping assembly 120 may include only one rotating shaft, and a paper clamping gap is formed between the roller 123 on the rotating shaft and the inner wall of the housing 110; alternatively, the rollers 123 on the shaft of the paper clamping assembly 120 may be configured as a plurality of rollers 123 distributed in parallel; or the second rack 1326 may not be provided; in addition, the roll paper 200 is taken as an example in the present embodiment, but the paper cassette 100 is not limited to be used for roll paper, and may be used for continuous paper placed in a stacked state.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and variations may be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
