Abstract
The invention discloses a method for producing environment-friendly cutting fluid by using illegal cooking oil. The environment-friendly cutting fluid produced by using the recycled illegal cooking oil can realize high value-added resource utilization of the waste illegal cooking oil, and is more environment-friendly because the base oil derived from animal and vegetable oil can be biologically degraded; the cutting fluid obtained by the method is nontoxic, tasteless, safe and environment-friendly, has the advantages of easiness in dilution, durability, good rust prevention and removal performance, excellent cooling performance and the like, and is more durable.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of a cutting fluid, and particularly relates to a method for producing an environment-friendly cutting fluid by using illegal cooking oil.
Background
Millions of tons of illegal cooking oil are produced every year in China as a large edible oil country, the illegal cooking oil contains a large amount of toxins and is slow in explanation speed in the environment, and the illegal cooking oil can seriously threaten the environment and food safety. At present, with the emergence of relevant regulations, the procurement and treatment of illegal cooking oil are improved to a certain extent, but at present, the recovered illegal cooking oil is mainly used for the industries with low added values, such as the production of biodiesel and soap, and the reasonable utilization of the waste illegal cooking oil is an important and serious problem facing the social development.
The cutting fluid is an industrial liquid used for cooling and lubricating cutters and workpieces in the metal cutting and grinding process, is formed by scientifically compounding and matching various super-strong functional additives, has the advantages of good cooling performance, lubricating performance, antirust performance, oil removal and cleaning functions, anticorrosion function, easy dilution and the like, overcomes the defects that the traditional soap-based emulsion is easy to smell in summer, difficult to dilute in winter and poor in antirust effect, has no adverse effect on lathe paint, is suitable for cutting and grinding ferrous metals, and belongs to the most advanced grinding product at present. Mineral oil is mostly adopted as base oil of the cutting fluid in the market, and along with the enhancement of environmental awareness of people, the non-biodegradable and high-cost mineral oil is inevitably eliminated gradually. In view of this, if a new technology can be adopted to recover and apply the illegal cooking oil to the field of the cutting fluid, the technology is a major breakthrough and innovation benefiting the nation and the people.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for producing an environment-friendly cutting fluid by using illegal cooking oil, which aims to realize resource utilization of the illegal cooking oil and improve the environment-friendly performance of the cutting fluid.

s3, adding the crude fatty acid ethyl ester into an ethanol solution of 1,1, 1-trimethylolpropane, carrying out catalytic transesterification reaction by an acid method, and then carrying out reduced pressure distillation to obtain acidic base oil;
s4, washing and standing the acidic base oil obtained in the step S3, taking an upper oil phase, and carrying out reduced pressure distillation to obtain an intermediate product III;
and S5, decoloring the intermediate product III to obtain light yellow base oil, and adding a nonionic surfactant, an extreme pressure antiwear agent, a cleaning agent, a defoaming agent, an antioxidant, an antirust agent and water into the light yellow base oil to obtain the environment-friendly cutting fluid.
Preferably, in step S1, the drainage oil is thermally filtered with a 1 μm filter membrane to remove impurities.
Preferably, in the step S1, the illegal cooking oil is degummed by an acidification-hydration combined method at 60 ℃, and the specific process is as follows: firstly, adding phosphoric acid accounting for 0.2 percent of the mass of the illegal cooking oil into the illegal cooking oil for acidification treatment for 30min, then adding deionized water accounting for 2 percent of the volume of the illegal cooking oil for hydration treatment for 20min, standing, taking an upper oil phase for next decolorization treatment, and removing substances influencing the oxidation stability of the base oil through the decolorization treatment step, so that the purity of the base oil is improved.

The invention discloses a method for producing environment-friendly cutting fluid by using recycled illegal cooking oil, and the used raw materials are all purchased from the market unless special instructions are provided.
Example 1
Taking 200ml of brown black gutter oil, performing hot filtration by using a filter membrane with the diameter of 1 micron, and then performing degumming treatment at the temperature of 60 ℃ by adopting an acidification-hydration combined method at the temperature of 60 ℃: adding phosphoric acid accounting for 0.2 percent of the mass of the illegal cooking oil into the illegal cooking oil, acidizing for 30min, then adding deionized water accounting for 2 percent of the volume of the illegal cooking oil, hydrating for 20min, standing and taking an upper oil phase; and (4) carrying out decoloration treatment on the obtained upper oil phase to obtain orange gutter oil.
Mixing sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid according to a volume ratio of 1:2, adding ethanol, adding the obtained mixed solution into illegal cooking oil, enabling the volume ratio of the added ethanol to the illegal cooking oil to be 10%, carrying out primary esterification reaction at 80 ℃ for 3 hours, carrying out reduced pressure distillation after the reaction is finished to remove redundant ethanol and water to obtain crude fatty acid ethyl ester, adding the crude fatty acid ethyl ester into an ethanol solution of 1,1, 1-trimethylolpropane, adding hydrochloric acid into the crude fatty acid ethyl ester, reacting at 90 ℃ for 3 hours, carrying out reduced pressure distillation at-0.5 MPa pressure, reacting at 85 ℃ for 1 hour, and carrying out acid method catalytic transesterification to obtain the acidic base oil.
Washing the environment-friendly base oil with alkaline saturated salt solution, wherein alkaline substances are one or more of potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, washing, standing for 12h, distilling under reduced pressure, decoloring to obtain environment-friendly base oil, and adding 70% of water, 15% of nonionic surfactant, 3.9% of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 2% of cleaning agent, 0.1% of defoaming agent, 0.5% of antioxidant and 0.5% of antirust agent into 8% of base oil, wherein the percentages are mass percentages to obtain the environment-friendly cutting fluid.
The two decoloration treatments are combined decoloration by adopting hydrogen peroxide and diatomite, and the specific process comprises the following steps: adding hydrogen peroxide accounting for 1% of the substance to be treated into the substance to be treated at the temperature of 70-90 ℃, stirring for 30min, then adding diatomite accounting for 10% of the substance to be treated into the substance to be treated, stirring for 40min, centrifuging, standing for 36h, and taking the upper oil phase for next reaction.

The process methods of examples 2 to 4 are the same as those of example 1, except for the selection and percentage of each raw material, which are as follows.
Example 2

Mixing sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid according to a volume ratio of 1:2, adding ethanol, adding the obtained mixed solution into illegal cooking oil, enabling the volume ratio of the added ethanol to the illegal cooking oil to be 25%, carrying out primary esterification reaction for 4 hours at 80 ℃, removing redundant ethanol and water by reduced pressure distillation after the reaction is finished to obtain crude fatty acid ethyl ester, adding the crude fatty acid ethyl ester into an ethanol solution of 1,1, 1-trimethylolpropane, adding hydrochloric acid into the crude fatty acid ethyl ester, reacting for 4 hours at 80 ℃, carrying out reduced pressure distillation at the pressure of-0.5 MPa, reacting for 2 hours at the temperature of 90 ℃, and obtaining the acidic base oil by acid method catalytic transesterification.
Washing the environment-friendly base oil with alkaline saturated salt solution, wherein alkaline substances are one or more of potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, standing for 12h after washing, performing decoloration treatment after reduced pressure distillation to obtain environment-friendly base oil, and adding 61% of water, 15% of nonionic surfactant, 5% of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 2.8% of cleaning agent, 0.2% of defoaming agent, 0.5% of antioxidant and 0.5% of antirust agent into 15% of base oil, wherein the percentages are mass percentages to obtain the environment-friendly cutting fluid.
Example 3
Taking 200ml of brown black gutter oil, performing hot filtration by using a filter membrane with the diameter of 1 micron, and then performing degumming treatment at the temperature of 60 ℃ by adopting an acidification-hydration combined method at the temperature of 60 ℃: adding phosphoric acid accounting for 0.2 percent of the mass of the illegal cooking oil into the illegal cooking oil, acidizing for 30min, then adding deionized water accounting for 2 percent of the volume of the illegal cooking oil, hydrating for 20min, standing and taking an upper oil phase; and (4) carrying out decoloration treatment on the obtained upper oil phase to obtain orange gutter oil.

The method for producing environment-friendly cutting fluid by using illegal cooking oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the steps S1 and S5 are performed by jointly decolorizing the to-be-treated substance by using hydrogen peroxide and diatomite, and the specific process comprises: dispersing the substance to be treated in hydrogen peroxide accounting for 1% of the substance to be treated, stirring for 30min at the temperature of 70-90 ℃, then adding diatomite accounting for 10% of the substance to be treated, continuously stirring for 40min at the temperature, centrifuging, and standing for 36 h.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the washing water used in step S4 is an alkaline saturated saline solution, and the alkaline substance is one or more of potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate.

The method for producing the environment-friendly cutting fluid by using the illegal cooking oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the environment-friendly cutting fluid comprises 60-70% of water, 8-20% of base oil, 5-15% of nonionic surfactant, 2-5% of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 1-3% of detergent, 0.1-0.2% of defoaming agent, 0.5% of antioxidant and 0.5% of antirust agent by mass percent.

The method for producing the environment-friendly cutting fluid by using the illegal cooking oil as claimed in claim 6, wherein the nonionic surfactant is one or more selected from alkylphenol ethoxylates, higher fatty alcohol ethoxylates, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates and fatty acid polyoxyethylene esters; the extreme pressure antiwear agent is selected from one or more of dibutyl phosphite, ammonium thiophosphate, sulfurized isobutylene and amino sulfo-ester; the detergent is selected from one or more of super-base number synthetic magnesium sulfonate and magnesium naphthenate; the defoaming agent is selected from one or more of methyl silicone oil, acrylic acid and ether copolymer and castor oil polyoxyethylene ether; the antioxidant is selected from one or more of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl mixed ester, tetra [ beta (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl propane) acid ] pentaerythritol ester and diphenol propane; the antirust agent is selected from one or more of sodium heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate, alkenyl succinate and sorbitan monooleate.
