Abstract
本发明公开了一种PVC贴面胶合板及其制造方法,属于胶合板技术领域,包括中高密度纤维板、PVC膜片和UV漆,该中高密度纤维板表面设置有PVC膜片,而PVC膜片表面设置有UV漆。本发明通过将UV漆喷涂在PVC膜片上,经过紫外线光固化后形成一层硬度大、耐磨性好、透明度高的薄膜,达到抗刮、防刮、耐刮、耐热、耐久的效果。而且固化的UV漆色泽稳定,镜面纯平效果较好,漆膜饱满无桔皮,有效增加覆膜表面的色泽均匀度。在胶合板表面包覆PVC膜片简便快捷,涂装UV漆效率高、涂装成本低、绿色环保。有效解决了胶合板包覆费工费时、容易产生起泡和脱层等不良现象以及不具备高硬度、防刮、耐刮、抗刮、耐热的特性,在运输及使用中耐久性欠佳等问题。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及胶合板技术领域,具体涉及一种PVC贴面胶合板及其制造方法。
【背景技术】
胶合板作为一种重要的木质工程材料,具有强度高、尺寸稳定性好和加工性能良好等优点,广泛应用在建筑、家居等相关领域。为了增加观赏性及实用性,通常会在胶合板表面包覆木皮或者PVC膜片等材料。使用木皮包覆的话则其多为未做油漆面的木皮,包覆贴面后还需要花费大量人工打磨及喷漆,而且还容易产生起泡和脱层等不良现象。而使用PVC膜片包覆则较为方便,但是贴合加工后不具备高硬度、防刮、耐刮、抗刮、耐热的特性,在运输及使用中耐久性欠佳。
【发明内容】
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种美观耐用的PVC贴面胶合板。
一种PVC贴面胶合板,包括中高密度纤维板、PVC膜片和UV漆,所述中高密度纤维板表面设置有PVC膜片,所述PVC膜片表面设置有UV漆。
在上述的技术方案中,所述中高密度纤维板为密度为500-880千克每立方米的中高密度纤维板。
在上述的技术方案中,所述中高密度纤维板为尺寸不超过1220mm*2440mm的中高密度纤维板。
在上述的技术方案中,所述PVC膜片包括以下质量份数配方成分组成:聚氯乙烯72-77.5份、环氧大豆油1-2份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯13-18份、稳定剂1-2份和色粉5.5-7.5份,所述环氧大豆油和对苯二甲酸二辛酯作为增塑剂增强其柔韧性以便于加工;所述硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸钡作为稳定剂着色性好、防止积垢效果好并可提高耐候性;所述色粉可用于调配PVC膜片的色彩。
在上述的技术方案中,所述稳定剂采用硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸钡。
在上述的技术方案中,所述UV漆包括以下质量份数配方成分组成:胺基丙烯酸树酯15-20份、聚胺酯丙烯酸树酯25-35份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯15-25份、三缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯15-25份、光敏剂4-8份、哑光粉3-7份、石英粉1-3份;所述胺基丙烯酸树酯和聚胺酯丙烯酸树酯作为基料;所述三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯和三缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯作为活性稀释剂起到降低涂料粘度及固化成膜的作用;所述光敏剂用于提高其感光性能,所述哑光粉用于油漆涂料的消光,所述石英粉作为填料用于提高涂料的耐候性。
本发明还提出了一种制备PVC贴面胶合板的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤A、将中高密度纤维板依产品需求加工成形;
步骤B、将中高密度纤维板表面经由过胶动作与PVC膜片贴合;
步骤C、在中高密度纤维板与PVC膜片完成胶合动作后,在PVC膜片表面涂上UV漆;
步骤D、将附着UV漆的胶合板经紫外线干燥机进行干燥固定并由皮带式输送机运输。
在上述的技术方案中,步骤B中的胶合方式包括平面胶合和吸塑胶合。
在上述的技术方案中,步骤C中的UV漆附着方式包括滚涂式、淋涂式和喷涂式。
在上述的技术方案中,使用淋涂式和喷涂式将UV漆附着在PVC膜片上时,需静止3-4分钟再进入下一步骤。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、将UV漆喷涂在PVC膜片上,经过紫外线光固化后形成一层硬度大、耐磨性好、透明度高的薄膜,达到抗刮、防刮、耐刮、耐热、耐久的效果。
2、经过强紫外线光固化处理,色泽稳定,历久常新,有效解决褪色及色差问题;镜面纯平效果较好,并且漆膜饱满无桔皮;有效增加覆膜表面的色泽均匀度。
3、在胶合板表面包覆PVC膜片简便快捷,可选用多种不同图案,增加观赏性;在PVC膜片上涂装UV漆效率高,涂装成本低,是常规涂装成本的一半,是常规涂装效率的数十倍。
4、所用的UV漆为绿色环保的油漆,不含任何挥发物质,使用UV油漆生产的产品绿色、健康、环保。

实施例一:
如图1所示,一种PVC贴面胶合板包括中高密度纤维板1、PVC膜片2和UV漆3,其中所述中高密度纤维板1表面设置有PVC膜片2,所述PVC膜片2表面设置有UV漆3。
所述中高密度纤维板1为密度为500公斤每立方米的中高密度纤维板1。
所述中高密度纤维板1为尺寸为500mm*1000mm的中高密度纤维板1。
所述PVC膜片2包括以下质量份数配方成分组成:聚氯乙烯72份、环氧大豆油1份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯13份、硬脂酸锌1份和色粉5.5份;所述环氧大豆油和对苯二甲酸二辛酯作为增塑剂增强其柔韧性以便于加工;所述硬脂酸锌作为稳定剂着色性好、防止积垢效果好并可提高耐候性;所述色粉可用于调配PVC膜片的色彩。

实施例二:
如图1所示,一种PVC贴面胶合板包括中高密度纤维板1、PVC膜片2和UV漆3,其中所述中高密度纤维板1表面设置有PVC膜片2,所述PVC膜片2表面设置有UV漆3。
所述中高密度纤维板1为密度为600公斤每立方米的中高密度纤维板1。
所述中高密度纤维板1为尺寸为800mm*1500mm的中高密度纤维板1。
所述PVC膜片2包括以下质量份数配方成分组成:聚氯乙烯75份、环氧大豆油1.5份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯15份、硬脂酸锌2份和色粉6.5份;所述环氧大豆油和对苯二甲酸二辛酯作为增塑剂增强其柔韧性以便于加工;所述硬脂酸锌作为稳定剂着色性好、防止积垢效果好并可提高耐候性;所述色粉可用于调配PVC膜片的色彩。

步骤B、中高密度纤维板1表面与PVC膜片2吸塑胶合;
步骤C、在中高密度纤维板1与PVC膜片2完成胶合动作后,在PVC膜片2表面用淋涂机涂上UV漆3,静置3分钟;
步骤D、将附着UV漆3的胶合板经紫外线干燥机进行干燥固定并由皮带式输送机运输。
实施例三:
如图1所示,一种PVC贴面胶合板包括中高密度纤维板1、PVC膜片2和UV漆3,其中所述中高密度纤维板1表面设置有PVC膜片2,所述PVC膜片2表面设置有UV漆3。

所述UV漆3包括以下质量份数配方成分组成:氨基丙烯酸树脂20份、聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂35份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯25份、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯25份、光敏剂8份、哑光粉7份、石英粉3份;所述胺基丙烯酸树酯和聚胺酯丙烯酸树酯作为基料;所述三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯和三缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯作为活性稀释剂起到降低涂料粘度及固化成膜的作用;所述光敏剂用于提高其感光性能,所述哑光粉用于油漆涂料的消光,所述石英粉作为填料用于提高涂料的耐候性。
如图4所示,制备该PVC贴面胶合板的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤A、将中高密度纤维板1依产品需求加工成指定任意形状;
步骤B、中高密度纤维板1表面与PVC膜片2吸塑胶合;
步骤C、在中高密度纤维板1与PVC膜片2完成胶合动作后,在PVC膜片2表面用喷枪涂上UV漆3,静置4分钟;
步骤D、将附着UV漆3的胶合板经紫外线干燥机进行干燥固定并由皮带式输送机运输。
对依照本发明中实施例二制得的涂布UV漆的PVC贴面胶合板和仅用PVC贴面胶合板进行如下性能测试。结果示于下表1中。
测试项目:
1、涂膜硬度铅笔测定法(pencil hardness)
铅笔要求:选一组中华牌绘图铅笔,铅笔标号为6H、5H、4H、3H、2H、1H、F、HB、B、2B、3B、4B、5B、6B,由6H到6B硬度递减。铅笔削成露出笔芯5mm-6mm,使铅笔的笔头与砂纸平面呈90度直角,将铅笔头磨成端面平整、边缘锐利的笔端为止,边缘不得有破碎或缺口。
试验方法:从最硬的铅笔开始,将铅笔安装在铅笔硬度测试机上,调节平衡,加负重1Kg,以45±1°角,将样板的涂抹面向上水平放置并固定,推进速度为lmm/s , 推进距离3mm,推力保持均匀,用力以不折断铅芯为限,每级铅笔犁5道,直至找出都不犁伤涂膜的铅笔为止。
备注:每划完一次,需要将铅笔旋转90度,避开铅笔笔头磨损区域,否则测试结果无效。
2、家具表面漆膜理化性能测试-第8部分-耐磨性测定法
将试件固定在磨耗仪的工作盘上,通过加压臂在试件表面是加1000±1g砝码和符合要求的橡胶砂轮。试验过程中开启除尘装置并保证吸尘装置正常工作。试件先初磨50r,使漆膜表面呈平整均匀的磨耗圆环,发现磨耗不均匀应及时更换试件。重新调整计算器到规定的磨转次数直至试验终止,观察漆膜表面磨损情况。

Claims (10)
1.一种PVC贴面胶合板,其特征在于:包括中高密度纤维板(1)、PVC膜片(2)和UV漆(3),所述中高密度纤维板(1)表面设置有PVC膜片(2),所述PVC膜片(2)表面设置有UV漆(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC贴面胶合板,其特征在于:所述中高密度纤维板(1)为密度为500-880千克每立方米的中高密度纤维板(1)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种PVC贴面胶合板,其特征在于:所述中高密度纤维板(1)为尺寸不超过1220mm*2440mm的中高密度纤维板(1)。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种PVC贴面胶合板,其特征在于:所述PVC膜片(2)包括以下质量份数配方成分组成:聚氯乙烯72-77.5份、环氧大豆油1-2份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯13-18份、稳定剂1-2份和色粉5.5-7.5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种PVC贴面胶合板,其特征在于:所述稳定剂采用硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC贴面胶合板,其特征在于:所述UV漆(3)包括以下质量份数配方成分组成:胺基丙烯酸树酯15-20份、聚胺酯丙烯酸树酯25-35份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯15-25份、三缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯15-25份、光敏剂4-8份、哑光粉3-7份、石英粉1-3份。
7.一种根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的PVC贴面胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤A、将中高密度纤维板(1)依产品需求加工成形;
步骤B、将中高密度纤维板(1)表面经由过胶动作与PVC膜片(2)贴合;
步骤C、在中高密度纤维板(1)与PVC膜片(2)完成胶合动作后,在PVC膜片(2)表面涂上UV漆(3);
步骤D、将附着UV漆(3)的胶合板经紫外线干燥机进行干燥固定并由皮带式输送机运输。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于上述步骤B中的胶合方式包括平面胶合和吸塑胶合。
9.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于上述步骤C中的UV漆(3)附着方式包括滚涂式、淋涂式和喷涂式。
10.根据权利要求9所述的附着方式,其特征在于:使用所述淋涂式和喷涂式将UV漆(3)附着在PVC膜片(2)上时,需静止3-4分钟再进入下一步骤。
