Technical Field
The invention relates to a well flushing packer for an underground separate layer water injection pipe column in petroleum exploitation, in particular to an oil layer protection anti-creeping well flushing packer.
Background
In the oil pumping process of the sucker rod oil pump in the oil field, the paraffin deposition of the oil pipe or the blockage of the oil pump by dirt such as sand, scraps and the like is frequently encountered, so that the oil pump cannot normally produce, and the production of the oil pump is usually recovered by adopting a well flushing mode. The well flushing method is that well flushing water is pumped into the oil pipe from the sleeve pipe and returned out to form a circulating well flushing channel to clean the oil well. However, some oil wells are lost due to oil layer leakage, well washing water enters the oil layer after being driven into the oil layer from the casing pipe, does not return from the oil pipe, and cannot achieve the purpose of well washing, well washing water enters the oil layer and also causes pollution of the oil layer, so that the oil well yield is reduced, and even the oil layer is pressed down, so that the oil well cannot produce oil, and great economic loss is generated. To solve this problem, oil fields have developed well-flushing packers to isolate the oil reservoir from the well. The hydraulic compression packer is a packer commonly used for the current oilfield separate-layer water injection pipe column, but in the water injection process, the rubber packing barrel is affected by the temperature and pressure effects in the well, when the working state of the water injection well changes, the rubber packing barrel creeps under the pressure effect or the temperature effect, the sealing effect of the packer is seriously affected, the service life of the packer is shortened, and even the rubber packing barrel is torn to cause the pipe column failure.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an oil layer protection well flushing packer which can improve the anti-creep performance of the packer, has the advantages of good anchoring performance, safety and reliability, and can effectively prolong the service life of a layered water injection pipe.

The invention provides an oil layer protection well flushing packer, which comprises a central pipe, an upper joint, a lower joint, a control sleeve, a sliding sleeve, a sealing valve, a sealing joint, a capsule, an anchoring structure and a connector, wherein the upper end of the central pipe is connected with the upper joint in a threaded manner, the lower end of the central pipe is sleeved with the lower joint and is kept sealed through a sealing ring, the control sleeve is sleeved outside the upper joint and is kept fixed through a shear pin released, and the control sleeve is kept sealed with the upper joint through the sealing ring; the connector is in threaded connection with the lower connector, the upper end of the airtight sleeve is in threaded connection with the lower end of the control sleeve, and the lower end of the airtight sleeve is in threaded connection with the airtight connector; the sliding sleeve is sleeved outside the central tube and is sleeved in the airtight sleeve, the sliding sleeve is positioned at the lower part of the upper joint, the control shear pin penetrates through the upper joint and is inserted into the sliding sleeve, the other end of the airtight joint is connected with the anchoring mechanism, the other end of the anchoring mechanism is connected with the connector, and the capsule is arranged between the anchoring mechanism and the central tube and is in fluid communication with the airtight valve at the lower end of the sliding sleeve.
One end of the capsule is in threaded connection with the airtight joint, and the other end of the capsule is in threaded connection with the baffle ring in the lower joint and is sealed with the lower joint through a sealing ring.
The upper joint is internally provided with a locking block, and a corresponding groove matched with the locking block is arranged in the lower position of the sliding sleeve adjacent to the locking block.
Further, the sealing device is also provided with a clamping ring, the clamping ring is clamped in a chute between the sliding sleeve and the sealing sleeve, and the cross section of the clamping ring is wedge-shaped.
The sealing valve comprises a pressing plate, a ball seat, a sealing valve ball, a sealing spring and a sealing valve seat, wherein one end of the pressing plate is fixed on the sliding sleeve through a fastening screw, the other end of the pressing plate is abutted to the ball seat, a push rod is arranged at the center of the pressing plate, the ball seat is located in the sealing valve seat, one end of the ball seat is plugged by the push rod, the other end of the ball seat is plugged by the valve ball, and the valve ball is located in a channel of the sealing valve seat and connected with the sealing valve seat through the spring.
And a gap is formed between the central tube and the pressing plate, and a pressure inlet hole is formed in the wall of the central tube corresponding to the gap.
The anchoring mechanism is a slip mechanism, the slip mechanism comprises a guard plate, slips, a leaf spring and a slip sleeve, the upper end of the slip sleeve is in threaded connection with the airtight joint, the lower end of the slip sleeve is in threaded connection with the connector, the slips are arranged at the opening of the slip sleeve and are located in grooves of the guard plate, the leaf spring is abutted to the outer side of the slips uniformly along the circumferential surface of the slip sleeve, the guard plate is an elastomer, the upper end of the guard plate is abutted to one end of the airtight joint, and the lower end of the guard plate is abutted to one end of the connector.
The airtight joint and one end of the connector, which is abutted against the guard plate, are wedge-shaped, and the capsule is arranged between the guard plate and the central tube.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the oil layer protection well flushing packer is a pipe column anti-creeping tool designed according to the characteristic of offshore oilfield separate-layer water injection, and is anchored and locked when the packer is set or injected, so that the packer is in a permanent anchoring state, has the advantages of good anchoring performance, safety and reliability, and can effectively prolong the service life of the separate-layer water injection pipe column.

According to fig. 1, the oil layer protection well flushing packer comprises a central pipe 30, an upper joint 1, a lower joint 31, a control sleeve 5, a sliding sleeve 11, a sealing sleeve 9, a sealing valve, a sealing joint 34, a capsule 25, an anchoring structure and a connector 31, wherein the upper end of the central pipe 30 is connected with the upper joint 1 in a threaded manner, the lower end of the central pipe is sleeved with the lower joint 33 and is kept sealed by a sealing ring, the control sleeve 5 is sleeved outside the upper joint 1, is kept fixed by releasing a shear pin 3 and is kept sealed with the upper joint 1 by the sealing ring 2; the connector 31 is in threaded connection with the lower connector 33, the upper end of the airtight sleeve 9 is in threaded connection with the lower end of the control sleeve 5, and the lower end of the airtight sleeve is in threaded connection with the airtight connector 24; the other end of the closed joint 24 is connected with an anchoring mechanism, the other end of the anchoring mechanism is connected with a connector 31, and the capsule 25 is arranged between the anchoring mechanism and the central tube 30; the capsule 25 is screwed at one end to the sealing joint 24 and is in fluid connection with the through hole in the sealing valve, and at the other end to the stop ring 32 in the lower joint and is sealed with the lower joint 33 by a sealing ring. The sliding sleeve 11 is sleeved outside the central tube 30 and is sleeved in the airtight sleeve 9, and is positioned at the lower part of the upper joint 1, the control shear pin 6 penetrates through the upper joint 1 and is inserted into the sliding sleeve 11, the upper joint 1 is internally provided with the locking piece 7, and a corresponding groove matched with the locking piece 7 is formed in the lower part of the sliding sleeve 11 adjacent to the locking piece. The snap ring 10 is clamped in a chute between the sliding sleeve 11 and the airtight sleeve 9, and the cross section of the snap ring 10 is wedge-shaped.
The airtight valve comprises a pressing plate 15, a ball seat 18, an airtight valve ball 19, an airtight spring 20 and an airtight valve seat 21, wherein one end of the pressing plate 15 is fixed on a sliding sleeve 11 through a fastening screw 14, the other end of the pressing plate is abutted to the ball seat 18, a push rod 16 is arranged at the center of the pressing plate 15, the ball seat 18 is positioned in the airtight valve seat 21, one end of the pressing plate is blocked by the push rod 16, the other end of the pressing plate is blocked by the valve ball 19, the valve ball 19 is positioned in a channel of the airtight valve seat 21, the pressing plate is connected with the airtight valve seat 21 through the spring 20, a gap is formed between a central tube 30 and the pressing plate 15, and a pressure inlet hole is formed in the wall of the central tube 30 corresponding to the gap.
The anchoring mechanism is a slip mechanism and comprises a guard plate 26, slips 28, a leaf spring 29 and a slip sleeve 27, wherein the upper end of the slip sleeve 27 is in threaded connection with a sealing joint 24, the lower end of the slip sleeve 27 is in threaded connection with a connector 31, the slips 28 are arranged at openings of the slip sleeve 27 and are positioned in grooves of the guard plate 26, the leaf spring 29 is abutted to the outer side of the slips 28 along the circumferential surface of the slip sleeve 27, the guard plate 26 is an elastomer, the upper end of the guard plate is abutted to one end of the sealing joint 24, the lower end of the guard plate is abutted to one end of the connector 31, the sealing joint 24 and one end of the connector 31, which is abutted to the guard plate 26, are wedge-shaped, and the capsule 25 is arranged between the guard plate 26 and a central tube 30.
The packer of the invention is used as follows:
1. descending a well; the pipe column is assembled according to the process design, down to the design position.
2. Anchoring and starting; when the packer is set (or directly injected with water), the high-pressure pump is started to press, oil pipe hydraulic pressure is injected through the central pipe pressure inlet hole, the hydraulic pressure pushes the sliding sleeve to move upwards, so that the control shear pins are sheared off, the sliding sleeve moves upwards until the locking block is clamped into a corresponding groove in the sliding sleeve, the top plate moves upwards along with the sliding sleeve, a valve seat channel is exposed, the hydraulic pressure enters the sealing valve compression spring to enter the inner cavity of the capsule, the capsule is expanded, the slips are expanded and anchored on the inner wall of the sleeve to anchor the water injection pipe column, and when the pressure in the capsule is increased to a preset value, the sealing valve ball is tightly locked in a unidirectional way, so that the oil layer protection well flushing packer is in a permanent anchoring state.
3. Releasing anchoring; when the tubular column is required to be lifted, the upper joint drives the central tube to move upwards, the shear pins are released to shear, the lower end of the central tube moves upwards, the inner cavity of the capsule is decompressed, the slips retract, the oil layer protects the well flushing packer, the anchoring can be relieved, and the tubular column can be lifted out of the well smoothly.
