Referring to fig. 1 to 8 together, a spray arm assembly 10 of a washing appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a spray arm 12 and a mounting seat 14, the mounting seat 14 includes a water inlet end 141, a first water outlet end 142 and a second water outlet end 143 which are connected, the spray arm 12 is mounted at the first water outlet end 142, the water inlet end 141, the first water outlet end 142 and the second water outlet end 143 are mutually communicated to form a three-way pipeline, a circular splitter plate 145 is convexly arranged in the three-way pipeline, the splitter plate 145 is disposed at a downstream of an inlet for providing fluid to the second water outlet end 143, the splitter plate 145 is formed with a splitter hole 1452, and a hole diameter D of the splitter hole 1452 is smaller than a hole diameter D of a three-way pipeline between the water inlet end 141 and the splitter plate 145.
In the spray arm assembly 10 of the washing appliance according to the embodiment of the invention, the spray arm 12 is mounted on the mounting seat 14, the mounting seat 14 is formed with a three-way pipeline, water flowing in from the water inlet end 141 can be directly led out into the spray arm 12 from the first water outlet end 142, and meanwhile, water in the three-way pipeline can be led out to an inner water pipe (not shown) of the washing appliance (not shown) in a shunting manner from the second water outlet end 143 and then led out to other spray arms (not shown) of the washing appliance. Therefore, the pipeline in the washing electric appliance is provided with only one water inlet end 141, the waterway interface is less, the structure is simple, and the reliability of the washing electric appliance is improved.
As an example, the spray arm 12 may be used as a lower spray arm of a washing appliance, i.e., a spray arm near the bottom of a washing appliance cavity. It will be appreciated that the spray arm 12 may also be a spray arm in other locations of the washing appliance, and is not limited to a lower spray arm
Specifically, the diverter plate 145 is disposed perpendicular to the water flow direction, and the smaller diverter hole 1452 reduces the water flow from the water inlet end 141 to the first water outlet end 142 through the diverter hole 1452, so that a part of the water flow flows out from the second water outlet end 143, and the diverter plate 145 has a flow-limiting function, so that the water flow from the second water outlet end 143 can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the bottom of the spray arm 12 is formed with a mounting end 122 and a snap feature 124, the mounting end 122 being spaced from the snap feature 124. The outer peripheral surface of the first water outlet 142 is provided with an annular protruding tongue 1422, the mounting end 122 at least partially extends into the first water outlet 142, and the fastening structure 124 is configured to fasten the protruding tongue 1422, so that the spray arm 12 is mounted on the first water outlet 142.
Specifically, the first water outlet 142 is hollow and tubular, the mounting end 122 may extend into the first water outlet 142, and the fastening structure 124 is fastened to the tongue 1422 at the outer side of the first water outlet 142, where the tongue 1422 is annular, and the fastening structure 124 and the tongue 1422 cooperate to enable the spray arm 12 to be mounted on the first water outlet 142 and not easy to disengage, and simultaneously enable the spray arm 12 to rotate around the first water outlet 142.
In some embodiments, the mounting end 122 abuts against the diverter plate 145. In this way, the stability of the mounting of the spray arm 12 can be increased.
In one example, the water inlet of the mounting end 122 is aligned with the diverter aperture 1452. Thus, the smooth and stable flow of the water path in the spray arm assembly 10 is facilitated.
In certain embodiments, the outer surface of the mounting end 122 defines a plurality of coordination rings 1222 spaced circumferentially about the mounting end 122, each coordination ring 1222 for mating with the inner sidewall of the first water outlet end 142 as the spray arm 12 is rotated relative to the mounting seat 14.
In this way, when the spray arm 12 is rotatably mounted at the first water outlet end 142, the coordination ring 1222 is matched with the side wall inside the first water outlet end 142, so that the stability of the spray arm 12 relative to the rotation of the first water outlet end 142 can be improved, the shaking of the spray arm 12 during rotation is reduced or avoided, meanwhile, the tightness of the spray arm assembly 10 is ensured to a certain extent, and water is not easy to flow out from the gap between the first water outlet end 142 and the connecting end.
In some embodiments, the snap feature 124 includes first and second spaced apart snaps 1242, 1244, the mounting end 122 being located between the first and second snaps 1242, 1244, the first and second snaps 1242, 1244 respectively snapping the tab 1422.
In the present embodiment, the first and second catches 1242 and 1244 are capable of rotating about the annular tongue 1422 when the spray arm 12 rotates relative to the first outlet end 142.
In some embodiments, the spray arm 12 includes two sub-arms 126, with the two sub-arms 126 being symmetrically disposed on either side of the connection end.
In this manner, the spray arm 12 is balanced when mounted at the first outlet end 142, and water is sprayed upwardly from the two sub-arms 126 to rotate the spray arm 12 to clean the dishes above the spray arm assembly 10 in a plurality of directions.
In certain embodiments, the spray arm assembly 10 of the washing appliance includes a chassis 16, and the mount 14 is mounted to the chassis 16.
Thus, the mounting seat 14 is mounted on the chassis 16, and further, the chassis 16 is mounted on the inner wall of the washing appliance, so that stability of the mounting seat 14 is guaranteed, and reliability of an inner water pipe of the washing appliance is improved.
In some embodiments, the chassis 16 is formed with a through hole 162, and the water inlet 141 is disposed at the through hole 162.
In this way, the through hole 162 can be positioned at the installation position of the water inlet 141, further, the displacement of the installation seat 14 can be limited, and the installation structure of the spray arm assembly 10 can be kept stable.
In certain embodiments, the bottom disk 16 is formed with a recess 164, and the second water outlet 143 is at least partially disposed in the recess 164.
In this manner, the recess 164 can locate the mounting position of the second outlet end 143, and as such, can further limit the displacement of the mounting block 14, and the mounting structure of the spray arm assembly 10 can remain stable. Specifically, in one example, the groove 164 is disposed perpendicular to the through hole 162 and is in communication with the through hole 162, and the mounting seat 14 is matched with the through hole 162 and the groove 164, so that the mounting seat 14 is more compact when mounted on the chassis 16.
In some embodiments, mounting arms 146 are formed on opposite sides of the mounting base 14, and the two mounting arms 146 are located on opposite sides of the second water outlet 143. The chassis 16 is provided with two spaced mounting slots 166, and the two mounting arms 146 are mounted in the two mounting slots 166, respectively, with each mounting arm 146 having a shape that matches the shape of the corresponding mounting slot 166.
In this manner, the mounting bracket 14 is fixedly mounted to the chassis 16 via the mounting arm 146, and the mounting slot 166 can be positioned for the mounting arm 146 to facilitate assembly of the spray arm assembly 10. Specifically, the mounting arm 146 is formed with a fixing hole 1462, the mounting groove 166 is formed with a mounting hole 1662, the screw 18 penetrates through the fixing hole 1462 and the mounting hole 1662 to be connected in a matched manner, and the mounting seat 14 is fixed on the mounting seat 14 through threaded connection.
In some embodiments, the second water outlet 143 is provided with a connection portion 1432, the connection portion 1432 having a substantially rectangular tubular shape, the connection portion 1432 being used to connect an inner water pipe of the washing appliance.
In this manner, the connection portion 1432 may facilitate connection of the inner water pipe of the washing appliance to the spray arm assembly 10 of the embodiment of the present invention. It can be appreciated that the inner water pipe of the washing electric appliance can be arranged in a flat rectangular pipe shape, the installation thickness of the inner water pipe of the washing electric appliance can be reduced, the space in the washing electric appliance can be reasonably configured, and the connecting part 1432 is arranged in the rectangular pipe shape and can be matched with the inner water pipe of the washing electric appliance, so that the waterway connection is convenient. Of course, in other embodiments, the connecting portion 1432 may take other shapes according to actual needs, which is not specifically limited herein.
In one example, the connection 1432 is at least partially disposed within the recess 164. Thus, the connection part 1432 is located in the groove 164 with the inner water pipe of the washing appliance, and the groove 164 can maintain the stability of the connection part 1432 and the inner water pipe of the washing appliance, which is beneficial to increasing the reliability of the washing appliance.
In some embodiments, the mounting base 14 includes a first tube 144 and a second tube 147, the second tube 147 being connected to a side of the first tube 144, the first tube 144 having a water inlet end 141 and a first water outlet end 142 formed at both ends thereof, and a second water outlet end 143 formed at a distal end of the second tube 147 remote from the first tube 144.
Specifically, the second tube 147 is disposed perpendicular to the first tube 144. It will be appreciated that the spray arm assembly 10 of the washing appliance may be disposed at the center of the bottom of the washing appliance, and that the inner water pipe of the washing appliance may be connected to the spray arm assembly 10 and disposed along the side wall of the washing appliance to connect with other spray arms of the washing appliance. As such, the arrangement of the second tube 147 perpendicular to the first tube 144 facilitates the plumbing arrangement within the washing appliance.
It should be noted that, the spray arm 12 of the washing appliance is generally disposed horizontally, and when the spray arm 12 is installed at the first water outlet 142, the first pipe 144 is disposed vertically, and the second pipe 147 is horizontally connected to the inner water pipe of the washing appliance.
In some embodiments, the mounting block 14 is a unitary structure. In this manner, the mounting block 14 is easy to manufacture and structurally stable, facilitating assembly of the spray arm assembly 10.
A washing appliance of an embodiment of the present invention includes the spray arm assembly 10 of any of the washing appliances of the above embodiments. Wherein the washing appliance is for example a dishwasher.
In the washing appliance according to the embodiment of the invention, the spray arm 12 of the spray arm assembly 10 is mounted on the mounting seat 14, the mounting seat 14 is formed with a three-way pipeline, the water flow flowing in from the water inlet end 141 can be directly led out into the spray arm 12 from the first water outlet end 142, and meanwhile, the water flowing through the three-way pipeline can be led out into other spray arms of the washing appliance in a split manner from the second water outlet end 143. Therefore, the inner pipeline of the washing electric appliance is provided with only one water inlet end 141, the waterway interface is less, the structure is simple, and the reliability of the washing electric appliance is improved. In addition, the flow dividing plate 145 has a flow limiting effect, so that the flow of the water discharged from the second water outlet 143 can be ensured.

the bottom of the spray arm is provided with a mounting end and a clamping structure, the mounting end is spaced from the clamping structure, the outer peripheral surface of the first water outlet end is convexly provided with a convex tongue, the mounting end at least partially stretches into the first water outlet end, the clamping structure is clamped with the convex tongue so that the spray arm is mounted at the first water outlet end, and the mounting end is propped against the flow dividing plate;
the splitter plate is arranged perpendicular to the water flow direction.
2. The spray arm assembly of a washing appliance of claim 1, wherein an outer surface of the mounting end is formed with a plurality of coordination rings spaced apart along a circumference of the mounting end, each coordination ring for engaging an inner sidewall of the first water outlet end upon rotation of the spray arm relative to the mounting base.
3. The spray arm assembly of claim 1, wherein the snap feature comprises first and second spaced apart snaps, the mounting end being located between the first and second snaps, the first and second snaps each snap with the tab.
4. The spray arm assembly of a washing appliance of claim 1, wherein the spray arm assembly of the washing appliance comprises a chassis, the mount being mounted to the chassis.
5. The spray arm assembly of the washing appliance of claim 4, wherein the chassis is formed with a through hole, and the water inlet end is disposed at the through hole.
6. The spray arm assembly of the washing appliance of claim 4, wherein the chassis is formed with a recess, the second water outlet end being at least partially disposed in the recess.
7. The spray arm assembly of claim 4, wherein mounting arms are formed on opposite sides of the mounting base, the two mounting arms are located on opposite sides of the second water outlet end, the chassis is provided with two spaced mounting grooves, the two mounting arms are respectively mounted in the two mounting grooves, and the shape of each mounting arm is matched with the shape of the corresponding mounting groove.
8. The spray arm assembly of a washing appliance of claim 1, wherein the second water outlet end is provided with a connecting portion having a substantially rectangular tubular shape.
9. The spray arm assembly of a washing appliance of claim 1, wherein the mounting base comprises a first tube and a second tube, the second tube is connected to a side surface of the first tube, the water inlet end and the first water outlet end are formed at two ends of the first tube, and the second water outlet end is formed at a tail end of the second tube far from the first tube.
10. A washing appliance comprising the spray arm assembly of the washing appliance of any one of claims 1-9.
