Therefore, when the lamp holder is transported to the flattening mechanism 4 along with the transporting mechanism 1, the second power mechanism 41 drives the flattening device 43 of the flattening mechanism 4 to stretch out, and the flattening device 43 flattens the lamp strip on the lamp holder, so that the lamp strip is tightly attached to the lamp holder.
As shown in fig. 13, the light band attaching device further includes a third manipulator 5, where the third manipulator 5 is disposed on one side of the flattening mechanism 4, the third manipulator 5 includes a third power mechanism 51 and a lamp bracket transporting fixture set 53, the lamp bracket transporting fixture set 53 is disposed below the third power mechanism 51, and the third power mechanism 51 is fixed on the third frame 52; the third manipulator 5 is configured to convey the flattened lamp holder to a next process.
Therefore, the third power mechanism 51 provides vertical power for the corresponding transport fixture set 5, so that the transport fixture set 5 realizes transfer motion during transferring the lamp holders.
The tail end of the third manipulator 5 is provided with a glue curing chain, and the glue curing chain comprises a curing and transporting manipulator, a transporting belt and a curing and transporting manipulator, and the curing and transporting manipulator, the transporting belt and the curing and transporting manipulator are sequentially connected.
Therefore, after a series of working procedures of attaching the lamp holder to the lamp band are completed, the lamp holder is moved to the curing chain through the third manipulator, the lamp holder is transported on the transportation band, and in the transportation process, the glue on the lamp holder is solidified, and the solidified lamp holder is then moved to the next working procedure through the curing transportation manipulator.
As shown in fig. 2, the transport mechanism 1 comprises a transport platform 11 and a transport crawler 12 arranged on the transport platform 11, a servo motor 15 is arranged below the transport platform 11, the servo motor 15 is matched and connected with the transport crawler 12 through a transmission mechanism 14, and a lamp bracket carrier 13 is arranged on the transport crawler 12.
Therefore, the conveying mechanism 1 realizes the conveying function in the automatic lamp belt pasting device, in the conveying process, the servo motor 15 supplies power for the conveying crawler belt 12 through the transmission mechanism 14, the lamp holders are placed on the lamp holder carrier 13, the conveying crawler belt 12 limits the positions of the lamp holders, and the lamp holders are conveyed to each working procedure for processing.
The device of the invention is specifically used and produced as follows:
(a) The lamp holder is transported to the dispensing machine 21, the machine is started, the lamp holder is automatically transported above a main line, 12 groups of dispensing heads 216 are arranged above the lamp holder, the dispensing heads 216 are specially designed according to products, a dispensing mechanism is arranged, the lamp holder is used for dispensing while transporting, and the lamp holder is continuously transported for a certain distance to reach above corresponding stations of the transporting mechanism 1 after dispensing is completed;
(b) A first manipulator 22 is arranged above the main line; the lamp holder conveying clamp group 223 of the first manipulator 22 grabs the lamp holder, the lamp holder is separated from the dispensing slide plate 211 by the lifting action, the dispensing slide plate 211 returns, the first manipulator 22 automatically descends and places the lamp holder to the conveying mechanism 1, and the first manipulator 22 conveys the lamp holder to the conveying mechanism 1;
(c) The cutting mechanism 3 is provided with a lamp strip cutter 31 and a second manipulator 32. The lamp panel 6 is provided with a positioning pin and a vacuum absorber 61, the vacuum absorber 61 is used for positioning a lamp panel on the lamp panel 6, and the lamp panel 6 is driven by a motor to reciprocate along a panel conveying sliding rail 3111;
(d) The panel lamp 6 is placed at the panel conveying mechanism 311, the machine is started, the lamp panel 6 is conveyed to the panel separating mechanism 312, the pressing mechanism 3124 is started and presses one end of the lamp belt, the vacuum suction device 61 is started, and the lamp belt plate is sucked (the vacuum suction device 61 can be opened and closed independently corresponding to each lamp belt). The cutter 3125 is activated, which is driven by the motor to perform the splitting action; after the plate separation is completed, the cutting edge of the cutting tool 31253 is reset, and the pressing mechanism 3124 is lifted and reset; the lamp panel 6 moves to the position of the second manipulator 32 along with the lamp panel slide 3122, then sequentially steps and conveys the lamp belt (the sequential stepping distance is 76.2mm of the suction head spacing), 12 groups of suction heads (the suction head spacing is 76.2 mm) are arranged on the lamp belt clamp group 323 of the second manipulator 32, and the 12 groups of suction heads sequentially start to suck the lamp belt;
(e) After the second manipulator 32 absorbs 12 light bands, the 12 light bands are automatically transported to corresponding lamp holders on the transport mechanism 1, and the lamp holders are positioned up and down from front to back, left to right and up and down by the positioning mechanism;
The lamp strip absorbs the action: the second manipulator 32 takes and discharges materials in a reciprocating mode, and after the lamp strip is taken out, the lamp panel 6 is reset to the position of the lamp strip plate; meanwhile, the cutting mechanism 3 (the lamp panel is placed) starts to convey the lamp panel 6 for dividing the lamp panel;
Lamp strip transport action time: each time one lamp strip is sucked for 1.5s (sucking 18 s), feeding the lamp strip to a main line (4.5 s, reciprocating 9 s), discharging the lamp strip after the main line (up and down 2s, 4s total), and sucking the lamp strip by a second manipulator 32 (up and down 2s, 4s total);
(f) After the lamp strip is transported to the lamp holder of the transport mechanism 1, a flattening mechanism 4 is arranged above the lamp holder, and the flattening mechanism 4 is transported after flattening;
(g) The 12 lamp holders 1 are automatically transported to a glue curing chain by a third manipulator 5.
