Abstract
The invention discloses a remote control actuator for triggering a button switch, which comprises a remote controller and an actuator, wherein the actuator comprises an actuator shell, a push rod shell, a motor and an actuator control system are arranged in the actuator shell, and a screw mechanism and a push head are arranged in the push rod shell; the actuator control system comprises an actuator switch, a wireless signal receiving module and an actuator main controller; the remote controller comprises a start button, a reset button, a wireless signal transmitting module and a remote control main controller. The invention has reasonable design and simple structure, and the screw mechanism is arranged to convert the rotary motion of the motor into the linear motion of the nut, so that the button switch is triggered instead of manual work in special occasions, and the wireless remote control mode is adopted to avoid the direct contact of operation and maintenance personnel with the button switch, thereby ensuring the safety of the operation and maintenance personnel and greatly improving the safety of operation.

Background
Currently, when buttons such as opening and closing are actually operated on an electric control cabinet, operation and maintenance personnel are required to manually operate the buttons. Because of the short-circuit fault which is caused when the switch is closed, the cabinet body explosion caused by the failure of timely cutting off the fault due to the quality problem of the protection device or the switch is avoided, thereby endangering personal safety.
Push button switches in the market are of various types, and the size and the height of the push button are different. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the safety of operation and maintenance personnel, the distance between the operation and maintenance personnel and the button switch is more than 20 meters. The existing working environment requires an actuator to adapt to buttons with different sizes and heights under the condition of not changing the structure of the existing electric control cabinet, ensures the safety of operation and maintenance personnel, and realizes the triggering of a button switch by remote control so as to solve the difficulty and danger of the operation and maintenance personnel in the working process.

In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides a remote control actuator for remotely controlling the operation of a trigger button switch by wireless remote control.

the remote control actuator for triggering the button switch comprises a remote controller and an actuator, wherein the actuator comprises an actuator shell, a push rod shell, a motor and an actuator control system are arranged in the actuator shell, a screw mechanism and a push head are arranged in the push rod shell, the screw mechanism comprises a screw rod and a nut which are in threaded connection, the screw rod is connected with a rotating shaft of the motor, the nut is connected with a chute formed in the push rod shell through a protruding part, and the push head is connected with the nut; the actuator control system comprises an actuator switch, a wireless signal receiving module and an actuator main controller, wherein the actuator switch is arranged on the actuator shell, and the motor, the actuator switch and the wireless signal receiving module are electrically connected with the actuator main controller; the remote controller comprises a starting button, a reset button, a wireless signal transmitting module and a remote control main controller, and the starting button, the reset button and the wireless signal transmitting module are electrically connected with the remote control main controller.
Further, a screw guide groove is formed in the push head, and a micro switch is arranged in the screw guide groove; the two ends of the chute are provided with a front limit switch and a rear limit switch, and the front limit switch, the rear limit switch and the micro switch are all electrically connected with the actuator main controller.

When the push head is contacted with the button switch, the spring is compressed in the process of pressing the button switch, and the screw rod continuously moves forwards relative to the push head until the micro switch in the screw rod guide groove is triggered; when the micro switch is triggered, the actuator main controller controls the motor to stop rotating for 0.5 seconds, so that the button switch is triggered, then the motor is controlled to rotate reversely until the nut moves backwards to a rear limit switch arranged in the chute and triggers the rear limit switch, at the moment, the actuator main controller controls the motor to stop rotating, the screw rod moves backwards to stop, and the execution indicator lamp stops flashing and keeps a normally-on state.
When the screw rod rotates to enable the nut to move forward to reach the front limit switch, the nut triggers the front limit switch in the chute, the actuator main controller controls the motor to stop rotating, and the nut is prevented from exceeding the moving range and damaging the actuator. After the operation is finished, the operator returns to the site to close the actuator switch, and removes the actuator; the permanent magnet arranged at the bottom of the actuator can help operators to install and detach the actuator quickly, so that the working efficiency is improved. The low voltage detection circuit in the actuator control system is used for detecting the power supply voltage, and when the power supply voltage is too low, the low voltage indicator lamp flashes to remind a worker to replace the power supply. The worker can control the motor to rotate through the reset button on the remote controller, so that the nut is reset and reaches the initial working position.

An actuator control system is installed in the actuator shell 4, the actuator control system is installed in a circuit board installation cavity arranged in the actuator shell 4, the actuator control system comprises an actuator switch 11, a wireless signal receiving module 14 and an actuator main controller 9, the actuator main controller 9 adopts an 80C51 singlechip, the actuator switch 11 is installed on the actuator shell 4, the actuator switch 11, a motor 1 and the wireless signal receiving module 14 are electrically connected with the actuator main controller 9, and the motor 1 is installed on a motor base arranged in the actuator shell 4. The remote controller comprises a remote control main controller 19, a starting button 22, a wireless signal transmitting module 20, an operation indicator lamp 21 and a reset button 23, wherein the starting button 22, the reset button 23, the operation indicator lamp 21 and the wireless signal transmitting module 20 are electrically connected with the remote control main controller 19, the wireless signal receiving module 14 and the wireless signal transmitting module adopt KL-BT01 type wireless remote control bidirectional modules, and the remote control main controller 19 adopts 433Mhz wireless remote control panel PCBA.
When the scheme is implemented, the actuator is arranged above the button switch to be triggered, the actuator switch 11 is turned on, a worker holds the remote controller away from a working area, the starting button 22 at the upper end of the remote controller is pressed down, the operation indicator lamp 21 flashes twice, the wireless signal sending module 20 sends signals to the wireless signal receiving module 14, the wireless signal receiving module 14 receives signals, the actuator main controller 9 controls the motor 1 to rotate positively, the motor 1 shaft drives the screw rod 2 to rotate, the nut 3 is pushed to move forward, the nut 3 pushes the push head 7 connected with the spring 8 to move forward, and the push head contacts with the button switch to be triggered, so that the purpose of triggering the button switch is achieved.
The two ends of the chute 24 are respectively provided with a front limit switch 17 and a limit switch 16, the push head 7 is provided with a screw guide groove 26, the screw guide groove 26 is internally provided with a micro switch 15, the actuator shell 4 is provided with an execution indicator lamp 13, and the front limit switch 17, the rear limit switch 16, the execution indicator lamp 13 and the micro switch 15 are all connected with the actuator main controller 9.
After the operator turns on the actuator switch 11, the execution indicator light 13 starts to flash to prompt the operator to operate; the spring 8 is compressed in the process of triggering the button switch by the screw rod 2, the push head 7 moves backwards relative to the screw rod 2 until the screw rod 2 contacts with the micro switch 15 on the push head 7, and the micro switch 15 is triggered; the actuator main controller 9 controls the motor 1 to stop for 0.5 seconds, so that after the button switch is triggered, the actuator main controller 9 controls the motor 1 to rotate reversely, at the moment, the nut 3 is driven by the screw rod 2 to move backwards, and the push head 7 leaves the button switch until the nut 3 triggers the rear limit switch 16; after the rear limit switch 16 is triggered, the actuator main controller 9 controls the motor 1 to stop rotating, and the execution indicator lamp 13 stops flashing and keeps a normally-on state.
The remote controller is provided with a reset button 23, the reset button 23 is electrically connected with the main controller of the remote controller, and the reset button 23 is used for resetting the nut 3 and the push head 7 to an initial working position, so that the accuracy of the actuator is ensured. The actuator control system is also provided with a low-voltage detection circuit 18, the actuator shell 4 is provided with a low-voltage indicator lamp 12, and the low-voltage indicator lamp 12 and the low-voltage detection circuit 18 are electrically connected with the actuator main controller 9; when the actuator power supply 10 is insufficient, the low voltage indicator lamp 12 flashes to prompt a worker to replace the power supply 10. The bottom of the actuator housing 4 is provided with a permanent magnet 5, which helps workers to install and detach the actuator quickly, and improves the working efficiency.
