Abstract
本发明提供了一种双封阀,包括阀体、阀芯和阀盖,在阀体上设有阀体进口和阀体出口,在阀体中开有圆台形阀腔,阀芯为与阀腔形状相合的圆台形本体,在阀芯本体中设有阀芯内腔,在阀芯的底面设有阀芯组件,在与阀芯底面相对的阀体上设有阀体组件,阀芯组件与阀体组件相配合,构成通过阀芯旋转启闭阀芯内腔与阀体出口的第二启闭阀;在阀芯的侧壁上开有阀芯通口,阀芯通口与阀体进口相连通,在阀体的侧壁上开有与阀芯通口等高的阀体通口,阀芯通口与阀体通口相配合,构成通过阀芯旋转启闭阀芯内腔与阀体进口的第一启闭阀,第一启闭阀与第二启闭阀在阀芯转动过程中保持同步启闭。在阀芯的顶部设有直立的转轴,在转轴与芯孔之间中设置密封机构。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及流体控制阀领域,具体地说是一种双封阀。
背景技术
阀门是用来开闭管路、控制流向、调节和控制输送介质的参数(温度、压力和流量)的管路附件。根据其功能,可分为关断阀、止回阀、调节阀等。阀门是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、防止逆流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。用于流体控制系统的阀门,从最简单的截止阀到极为复杂的自控系统中所用的各种阀门,其品种和规格相当繁多。阀门按结构特征可分为截门形、球形、闸门形、蝶形、滑阀形、旋启形等。
目前各个领域所使用的阀门主要是通过阀芯与阀座的单重密封来截断流体,密封面需要承受较大的压力,长时间的使用会出现密封面会被磨损、贴合不紧密的情况,导致阀门密封不严,无法完全闭合,流体会从细小的缝隙中流出,造成浪费。对于易燃易爆的流体或有毒的流体,阀门密封不良还会发生危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种双封阀,以解决现有阀门长时间使用会出现密封不严的问题。
本发明是这样实现的:一种双封阀,包括阀体、阀芯和阀盖,在阀体上设有阀体进口和阀体出口,在所述阀体中开有上大下小的圆台形阀腔,所述阀芯为与所述阀腔形状相合的圆台形本体,在阀芯本体中设有阀芯内腔,在所述阀芯的底面设有阀芯组件,在与所述阀芯底面相对的阀体上设有阀体组件,所述阀芯组件与所述阀体组件相配合,构成通过阀芯旋转启闭阀芯内腔与阀体出口的第二启闭阀;在所述阀体的侧壁上开有阀芯通口,所述阀体通口与所述阀体进口相连通,在所述阀芯的侧壁上开有与阀体通口等高的阀芯通口,所述阀芯通口与所述阀体通口相配合,构成通过阀芯旋转启闭阀芯内腔与阀体进口的第一启闭阀,所述第一启闭阀与所述第二启闭阀在阀芯转动过程中保持同步启闭。在所述阀芯的顶部设有直立的转轴,所述转轴从所述阀盖上的芯孔中穿出;在所述转轴与所述芯孔之间中设置有密封转轴与芯孔间隙的密封机构。该密封机构可以是密封圈或机械密封。所述阀芯的侧壁上开有2—5个阀芯通口,各阀芯通口的高度相同,且在阀体的侧壁上开有数量和位置分别对应于阀芯通口的阀体通口。所述阀盖与所述阀芯之间设置有阻止阀芯上移的弹性压件。
所述第二启闭阀可以是截止阀、闸阀、球阀、板阀等。当第二启闭阀为截止阀时,阀芯组件为截止杆,阀体组件有支撑结构和出口;当第二启闭阀为闸阀时,阀芯组件为闸板和螺杆,阀体组件上设有直槽;当第二启闭阀为球阀时,阀芯组件为带通孔的球体,阀体组件上设有圆形通孔;当第二启闭阀为板阀时,阀芯组件为阀芯的底面,阀体组件为阀体的底面。
第一启闭阀的闭合实现第一级密封,第二启闭阀的闭合实现第二级密封,阀门入口与阀芯入口错开后,阀体内侧面与阀芯外侧面组成密封面,该密封面贴合紧密,面积大,能承受很大的压力,从而第二启闭阀几乎不承受或承受很小的压力。这种设计使阀门的密封性和稳定性大大提高,使用寿命增加。
本发明对流体进行了两级密封,具有良好的密封性,结构简单,使用方便,适用于各种管路场合。

具体实施方式
如图1~图4所示,一种双封阀,包括阀体1、阀芯2和阀盖3,在阀体1上设有阀体进口6和阀体出口7,阀体1中开有上大下小的圆台形阀腔,阀芯2为与该阀腔形状相合的圆台形本体,阀芯2安装在阀体1的阀腔内,然后将阀盖3安装在阀体1的上端面,并在阀盖3与阀芯2之间设置有阻止阀芯2上移的弹性压件,从而限制阀芯2向上的移动。在阀芯2本体中设有阀芯内腔8,在阀芯2的底面设有阀芯组件11,在与阀芯2底面相对的阀体1上设有阀体组件12,阀芯组件11与阀体组件12相配合,构成通过阀芯2旋转启闭阀芯内腔8与阀体出口7的第二启闭阀14,第二启闭阀14有多种实施例,可以为截止阀、闸阀、球阀、板阀、…等。在阀体1的侧壁上开有2—5个阀体通口9,阀体通口9与阀体进口6相连通,在阀芯1的侧壁上开有数量和位置分别对应于阀体通口9的阀芯通口10,阀芯通口10与阀芯内腔8相连通,阀芯通口10与阀体通口9相配合,构成通过阀芯2旋转启闭阀芯内腔8与阀体进口6的第一启闭阀13。第一启闭阀13和第二启闭阀14都是由阀芯2的旋转实现其开启与闭合的,所以第一启闭阀13与第二启闭阀14在阀芯2转动过程中保持同步启闭。
为使外部动力能够控制阀芯2,在阀芯2的顶部设有直立的转轴4,转轴4从阀盖3上的芯孔中穿出,外部的动力如人手或电机通过转轴4带动阀芯2的旋转。转轴4与阀盖3的芯孔之间存在间隙,所以该间隙中设有密封机构5来密封转轴与芯孔间的间隙,防止流体从该间隙流出,密封机构5可选用密封圈或机械密封。
如图1所示,本发明第二启闭阀的第一种实施方式中,第二启闭阀14为板阀,直接由阀芯2的底面与阀体1的底面组成,阀芯2的底面为阀芯组件11,阀体1的底面为阀体组件12,在阀芯组件11上有绕阀芯2旋转中心分布的若干垂直通孔,在阀体组件上有数量和位置与阀芯组件相同的垂直通孔。阀体1的底面和阀芯2的底面相互贴合,当阀芯2底部的垂直通孔与阀体1底部的垂直通孔相互重合连通时,阀体通口9与阀芯通口10也相互重合连通,双封阀处于开启状态,流体通过阀体进口6、阀体通口9、阀芯通口10进入阀芯内腔8,然后经过阀芯2底部的出口以及阀体组件12的出口流入阀体出口7,最后流出双封阀;当阀芯2底部的垂直通孔与阀体1底部的垂直通孔相互错开时,阀体通口9与阀芯通口10也相互错开,双封阀处于闭合状态。
如图2所示,本发明第二启闭阀的第二种实施方式中,第二启闭阀14为截止阀,其阀芯组件11具体为一截止杆15,阀体组件12有一支撑结构和出口,截止杆15上半部分带有螺纹,下半部分为棱柱,下端端部固定有圆形板,截止杆15上部螺纹连接在阀芯2的底部,棱柱部分穿接在阀体组件12的支撑结构上,使截止杆只能在阀体组件12内上下移动。阀芯2的旋转带动截止杆15上下移动,当截止杆15处于最高位置时,第一启闭阀13的阀芯通口10与阀体通口9相互连通,双封阀处于开启状态;当截止杆15处于最低位置时,截止杆15端部的圆形板将阀体组件12的出口堵住,第二启闭阀14处于闭合状态,阀体通口9与阀芯通口10相互错开,第一启闭阀13也处于闭合状态,阀门实现两级密封。
如图3所示,本发明第二启闭阀的第三种实施方式中,第二启闭阀14为闸阀,其阀芯组件11包括闸板16与固定在阀芯2底部随阀芯2旋转的螺杆17,阀体组件2上有一直槽,闸板16安装在阀体组件12的直槽内并且垂直于阀体出口7的方向,闸板16上部通过螺纹孔与螺杆17螺纹配合,闸板16只能随阀芯2的旋转在直槽内上下移动。闸板16处于最低位置时,将阀体出口7密封,第二启闭阀14就处于闭合状态,此时第一启闭阀13也处于闭合状态,双封阀实现双重密封;当闸板16随阀芯2的旋转抬升到最高位置时,第一启闭阀13的阀体通口9与阀芯通口10相互连通,双封阀处于开启状态。
如图4所示,本发明第二启闭阀的第四种实施方式中,第二启闭阀14为球阀,其阀芯组件11具体为球体18,阀体组件12上有一圆形的槽,球体18安装在阀体组件12的槽内,球体18内有一通孔,通孔轴线与阀体出口6的轴线在同一水平面上,球体18上部通过杆固定在阀芯2的底部,使球体18随同阀芯2一起旋转。当球体18的通孔与阀体出口6重合时,两个阀体通口与9两个阀芯通口10也重合,双封阀处于开启状态;阀芯转过90度,球体18通孔与阀体出口6错开90度,阀体通口9与阀芯通口10也错开90度,双封阀处于闭合状态。
本发明通过第一启闭阀13和第二启闭阀14来实现两级密封,第一启闭阀13闭合组成的密封面贴合紧密,面积大,后能承受很大的流体压力,第二启闭阀14所承受的压力将会很小甚至没有。这种设计对流体进行了两级密封,使阀门的密封性和稳定性大大提高,使用寿命增加,适用于各种管路场合。
Claims (4)
1.一种双封阀,包括阀体、阀芯和阀盖,在阀体上设有阀体进口和阀体出口,其特征在于,在所述阀体中开有上大下小的圆台形阀腔,所述阀芯为与所述阀腔形状相合的圆台形本体,在阀芯本体中设有阀芯内腔,在所述阀芯的底面设有阀芯组件,在与所述阀芯底面相对的阀体上设有阀体组件,所述阀芯组件与所述阀体组件相配合,构成通过阀芯旋转启闭阀芯内腔与阀体出口的第二启闭阀;在所述阀体的侧壁上开有阀芯通口,所述阀体通口与所述阀体进口相连通,在所述阀芯的侧壁上开有与阀体通口等高的阀芯通口,所述阀芯通口与所述阀体通口相配合,构成通过阀芯旋转启闭阀芯内腔与阀体进口的第一启闭阀,所述第一启闭阀与所述第二启闭阀在阀芯转动过程中保持同步启闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双封阀,其特征是,在所述阀芯的顶部设有直立的转轴,所述转轴从所述阀盖上的芯孔中穿出;在所述转轴与所述芯孔之间中设置有密封转轴与芯孔间隙的密封机构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双封阀,其特征是,在所述阀芯的侧壁上开有2—5个阀芯通口,各阀芯通口的高度相同,且在阀体的侧壁上开有数量和位置分别对应于阀芯通口的阀体通口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双封阀,其特征是,在所述阀盖与所述阀芯之间设置有阻止阀芯上移的弹性压件。
