Preferably, the air conditioner body 60 is provided with a guide groove 61, and when the filter screen body 10 is in the unfolded state, the filter screen body 10 can move along the guide groove 61 until the first connection end 11 and the second connection end 12 are butted.
Preferably, the air conditioner further comprises: the transmission gear 70, the transmission gear 70 is disposed in the air conditioner body 60, the transmission gear 70 is disposed at a distance from the driving assembly 20, and the transmission gear 70 is rotatably disposed with respect to the filter screen body 10.
As shown in fig. 9, the air conditioner body 60 is provided with a guide groove 61, and the filter screen body 10 is provided in the guide groove 61.
Preferably, the air conditioner body 60 is provided with a guide groove 61, and when the filter screen body 10 is in the unfolded state, the filter screen body 10 can move along the guide groove 61 until the first connection end 11 and the second connection end 12 are butted.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner further includes a transmission gear 70, the transmission gear 70 is disposed at a distance from the driving assembly 20, the driving assembly 20 is disposed at a first end of the filter screen body 10, and the transmission gear 70 is disposed at a second end of the filter screen body 10, so that the installation and operation of the filter screen body 10 are facilitated through the guide groove 61.
In this embodiment, the drive assembly 20 is disposed at a first end of the annular cavity formed by the filter screen body portion 10 and the drive gear 70 is disposed at a second end of the annular cavity formed by the filter screen body portion 10.
Preferably, the air conditioner further includes a driving motor drivingly connected to the transition 30.
In this embodiment, the power mechanism 40 is a driving motor.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, two filter assemblies are disposed on the air conditioner body 60 at intervals, and the two air conditioner bodies 60 may be driven by one motor at the same time or by different motors.
In this embodiment, the operating time of the filter screen assembly is: when the air conditioner is started and shut down, the filter screen assembly automatically performs one-time cleaning action, and the upper filter screen is transposed with the lower filter screen after passing through the hairbrush; the cleaning action can also be operated directly by remote control by the user.
The filter screen (filter screen body part 10) cleans: the motor drives the driving component 20 to rotate, the first driving gear 21 is meshed with the tooth shape of the frame of the filter screen, and the upper filter screen with dust is driven from the panel body guide groove to the middle of the guide rib and the guide wheel, so that the upper filter screen passes through the hairbrush.
Since the brush gear is engaged with the transition gear (transition portion 30), the transition gear is fixedly connected with the driving gear (first driving gear 21), and the radius of the transition gear is larger than that of the driving gear. Therefore, the rotation speed of the brush is faster than that of the filter screen, so that the brush can always rotationally clean the filter screen from top to bottom, dust is swept into the dust collection box, and then the brush passes through the outer comb teeth, and the dust on the brush is finally collected in the dust collection box.
And (3) disassembling a filter screen: after the dust collection box and the dust collection box cover are taken down, the transition gear is shifted to the side of the motor, the filter screen is rotated to the visible buckle, and after the buckle is opened, the filter screen can be pulled out from one end.
And (3) installing a filter screen: one end of the filter screen slides to the panel body guide groove along the driving gear, and after passing through the driven gear at the rear end of the panel body, the filter screen continuously slides out from the front section driving gear of the panel body, then the two ends of the filter screen are clamped by buckles, the transition gear is shifted to the driving gear, and then the dust collection box and the dust collection box cover are installed.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
the filter screen of the present invention can have an expanded state for installation and a ring state for filtering by detachably connecting the first connection end 11 and the second connection end 12 of the filter screen body part 10. In the installation or the dismantlement makes, first link 11 and second link 12 separation, and filter screen body portion 10 is in the expansion state to can conveniently install the filter screen, when the installation is accomplished the back, connect first link 11 and second link 12, filter screen body portion 10 is in annular state, in order to realize the effective filtration of filter screen. According to the filter screen, the first connecting end 11 and the second connecting end 12 of the filter screen body part 10 are detachably connected, so that the filter screen can be in an unfolding state for installation and an annular state for filtering, and the problem that the filter screen in the prior art is complex to assemble and disassemble is solved.
