Abstract
本发明提供了一种双行星排双电机三套轴结构混合动力总成,包括中心轴;第一空心轴;第二空心轴;第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机和所述第二电机平行布置在所述中心轴的两侧或布置在所述中心轴的同一侧,所述第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与所述第一空心轴齿轮啮合,所述第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴齿轮啮合;前排行星齿圈,所述前排行星齿圈固定在总成壳体上并与前排行星轮啮合;后排行星齿圈,所述后排行星齿圈与后排行星轮啮合并与前排行星架相连接,所述后排行星齿圈连接有输出轴,该输出轴用来输出混合动力。该动力总成能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于混合动力车技术领域,具体涉及一种双行星排双电机三套轴结构混合动力总成。
背景技术
行星齿轮机构具有多自由度的特点,在混合动力总成中多利用两个电机来限制其自由度。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,实现无极变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力总成燃油经济性。
目前市场上多采用两个或两个以上行星轮系进行组合,虽然采用多个行星轮系使得混动力总成结构组合更加自由,但也造成混动系统构型复杂多样,并增加系统内功率流向以及系统效率的影响因素的复杂性和多样性。
现有混合动力城市公交客车行星排混合动力总成具有以下缺点:
目前新能源城市公交客车市场上应用的双行星排的混合动力总成主要是申请前排齿圈与后排行星架连起来的构型,后排行星架通过传动轴与整车后桥连接,输出扭矩。这种布置方案,主要存在以下问题:
1、两个驱动电机的最高转速较低,峰值扭矩较大,电机成本高;
2、该同轴布置方案造成动力总成轴向长度较大,对布置空间要求高,车型适应性差;
3、系统多采用分体式密封方案,电机和减速器、变速器分开,结构布置不够紧凑.
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双行星排双电机三套轴结构混合动力总成,旨在解决现有技术中齿圈与壳体过盈配合降低齿圈精度、提高传动效率的问题。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种双行星排双电机三套轴结构混合动力总成,包括:中心轴,该中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架,所述后排行星架上设有后排行星轮,所述中心轴用来输入发动机动力;第一空心轴,其套装在所述中心轴上,所述第一空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星轮啮合,所述第一空心轴的前端外壁上设有第一空心轴齿轮;第二空心轴,其套装在所述第一空心轴上,所述第二空心轴的后端位置设置有与后排行星齿圈连接的前排行星架,所述前排行星架上设有前排行星轮,所述第二空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星轮啮合,所述第二空心轴的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮;第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机和所述第二电机平行布置在所述中心轴的两侧或布置在所述中心轴的同一侧,所述第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与所述第一空心轴齿轮啮合,所述第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴齿轮啮合;前排行星齿圈,所述前排行星齿圈固定在动力总成箱体上并与前排行星轮啮合;以及后排行星齿圈,所述后排行星齿圈与后排行星轮啮合并与前排行星架相连接,所述后排行星齿圈连接有输出轴,所述输出轴用来输出混合动力。
优选地,所述第一电机和所述第二电机集成在总成壳体内,所述输出轴伸出所述总成壳体的后端,所述中心轴伸出总成壳体的前端为输入端,所述输入端用来与所述发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘/离合器连接;所述总成壳体的前端还设有输入端密封,所述总成壳体的后端还设有输出轴密封。
优选地,所述输出轴还与后桥连接。
本发明的优点:
1、电机的尺寸明显减小,可减少驱动电机的成本,可从成本上提升该提案的核心竞争力;
2、双电机采用平行轴布置方式,可大幅减少动力总成的轴向尺寸,在有限的公交客车安装空间内,布置方式更灵活,且能适用于不同车型,扩大适配车型范围;
4、应用范围广,可用于城市公交客车、公路客车、长途客车、新能源卡车、新能源汽车等领域。

如图1所示,根据本发明具体实施方式的一种双行星排双电机三套轴结构混合动力总成,包括:中心轴3,该中心轴3的尾端设有后排行星架10,所述后排行星架10上设有后排行星轮19,所述中心轴3用来输入发动机动力;
第一空心轴5,其套装在所述中心轴3上,所述第一空心轴5的后端设有后排太阳轮9,所述后排太阳轮9与所述后排行星轮19啮合,所述第一空心轴5的前端外壁上设有第一空心轴齿轮21;
第二空心轴6,其套装在所述第一空心轴5上,所述第二空心轴6的后端位置设置有与后排行星齿圈7a连接的前排行星架11,所述前排行星架11上设有前排行星轮18,所述第二空心轴6的后端设有前排太阳轮12,所述前排太阳轮12与所述前排行星轮18啮合,所述第二空心轴6的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮22;
第一电机4和第二电机5,所述第一电机4和所述第二电机5平行布置在所述中心轴3的两侧,所述第一电机4通过第一减速齿轮14与所述第一空心轴齿轮21啮合,所述第二电机5通过第二减速齿轮15与所述第二空心轴齿轮22啮合;
前排行星齿圈7b,所述前排行星齿圈7b固定在总成壳体20上并与前排行星轮18啮合;
后排行星齿圈7a,所述后排行星齿圈7a与后排行星轮19啮合并与前排行星架11相连接,所述后排行星齿圈7a连接有输出轴8,所述输出轴8用来输出混合动力。
作为一种优选实施例,所述第一电机4和所述第二电机5集成在总成壳体20内,所述输出轴8伸出所述总成壳体20的后端,所述中心轴从总成壳体20的前端伸出的那部分作为输入端,所述输入端用来与所述发动机1的曲轴17通过柔性盘/离合器2连接;所述总成壳体20的前端还设有输入端密封,所述总成壳体20的后端还设有输出轴密封。
作为一种优选实施例,所述输出轴8还与后桥16连接
如图2所示,本发明的另一实施方式的双行星排三套轴结构混合动力总成,其区别仅在于第一电机4和所述第二电机13布置在所述中心轴3的同一侧。
通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,可以实现如下两种运行模式:
纯电动模式:第二电机13转动,带动齿圈转动,发动机不动,第一电机4空转,适应齿圈的转速;
ECVT模式:发动机固定转速,在最佳油耗点工作,发出的功率一部份用来给第一电机4发电,一部份用来驱动齿圈,发出来的电存储到电池,第二电机13再用电池的电来做功,驱动齿圈。

Claims (3)
1.一种双行星排双电机三套轴结构混合动力总成,包括:
中心轴,该中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架,所述后排行星架上设有后排行星轮,所述中心轴用来输入发动机动力;
第一空心轴,其套装在所述中心轴上,所述第一空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星轮啮合,所述第一空心轴的前端外壁上设有第一空心轴齿轮;
第二空心轴,其套装在所述第一空心轴上,所述第二空心轴的后端位置设置有与后排行星齿圈连接的前排行星架,所述前排行星架上设有前排行星轮,所述第二空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星轮啮合,所述第二空心轴的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮;
其特征在于,还包括:
第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机和所述第二电机平行布置在所述中心轴的两侧或布置在所述中心轴的同一侧,所述第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与所述第一空心轴齿轮啮合,所述第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴齿轮啮合;
前排行星齿圈,所述前排行星齿圈固定在总成壳体上并与前排行星轮啮合;
后排行星齿圈,所述后排行星齿圈与后排行星轮啮合并与前排行星架相连接,所述后排行星齿圈连接有输出轴,所述输出轴用来输出混合动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双行星排三套轴结构混合动力总成,其特征在于:所述第一电机和所述第二电机集成在总成壳体内,所述输出轴伸出所述总成壳体的后端,所述中心轴伸出总成壳体的前端的那部分作为输入端,,所述输入端用来与所述发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘/离合器连接;所述总成壳体的前端还设有输入端密封,所述总成壳体的后端还设有输出轴密封。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双行星排三套轴结构混合动力总成,其特征在于:所述输出轴还与后桥连接。
