Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及包含热致变色层的热致变色元件,该热致变色层包含由粘合剂和热致变色颜料,该热致变色颜料被选择为在特定温度下作出反应,使得当达到所述特定温度时所述颜料从第一颜色变为第二颜色。
背景技术
使用热致变色颜料以用于温度传感器类型应用或纯装饰性应用的可穿戴物品(例如条带)是已知的。一种使用的技术是隐色(Leuco)技术。现在Leuco系统的机制是众所周知的,并且广泛用于油墨和涂料中,也用于大量塑料中;颜料实际上是一种含有三种化合物的微胶囊:一种对pH值变化敏感的染料(离子染色剂),通常选自螺内酯类;作为显色剂的弱酸–其通常涉及双酚A;和选自低熔点脂肪酸、酰胺或醇类的共溶剂。
共溶剂的熔点决定了染料从有色形式到无色形式的转变阈值。
该系统的一个缺点是其对紫外线(UV)辐射的高敏感性,如果颜料暴露于紫外线辐射数十小时而不中断,则会导致颜料快速降解。
为了解决这个问题,已经设想使用能够减缓紫外线下染料降解的添加剂,已知诸如紫外线吸收剂的添加剂,所述紫外线吸收剂基于钛、铈或锌的氧化物,并且已被接受的是这种已知的吸收剂可以用于涂料或热致变色油墨的配方中。
然而,这些紫外线吸收剂的缺点是它们具有高折射率,并且因此具有高的光散射系数,导致系统不透明。
一种已知的变型是使用亚微米大小的颗粒,所述颗粒的良好分散性允许实现光学质量的改善。
另一种选择是使用酚类如羟基二苯甲酮或木质素的有机颗粒。
所有这些添加剂的使用使配方复杂化并阻碍实现功能性、美观性和耐久性的良好结果。
最后一种选择是使用由自旋转换配合物构成的纳米颗粒。这些纳米颗粒的热致变色效果在专利申请US2008/0311401中有描述。它们还具有在紫外线下的良好的稳定性。然而,根据使用的配合物,某些纳米颗粒具有相对较大的记忆效应的缺点,这阻止了在温度传感器应用中实现温度的可靠指示。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种外部元件,其通过提供能够清楚且可靠地传递温度变化指示的可穿戴物品来减轻现有技术的上述缺点。
为此,本发明由热致变色元件组成,该热致变色元件包括由粘合剂和热致变色颜料构成的热致变色层,该热致变色颜料被选择为在特定温度下作出反应,从而当达到所述特定温度所时所述颜料从第一颜色变为第二颜色,其特征在于,所述热致变色元件还包括载体层和保护层,所述热致变色层沉积在所述载体层上,所述保护层防紫外线辐射并覆盖所述热致变色层和所述载体层。
本发明允许获得一种热致变色层,其在通过保护层保护而免受紫外线影响的同时仍然经由载体层具有对温度变化的良好反应性。
在第一有利实施例中,载体层具有高于100W·m-1·K-1的热导率。关于温度变化时的颜色变化,该层允许实现良好的反应性。
在第二有利实施例中,热致变色层是硬漆,其包含以下物质:与颜料混合的粘合剂,该粘合剂选自丙烯酸树脂家族、丙烯酸共聚物家族或聚氨酯家族;聚羧酸盐类型的分散剂;苯甲酸酯类型的增塑剂;和选自二醇家族或酯家族的溶剂。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及钟表或手表100的外部元件1。
图1和图2所示的钟表100例如是腕表,并且包括表壳102。该表壳由中间部件104形成,中间部件104由后盖106和玻璃件108或者甚至是表圈114封闭。该钟表可以包括表盘109和显示装置109a。该钟表还包括控制装置116。该钟表还包括条带110。该条带通过两对表耳112固定到该中间部件。该条带可以由两段一定长度的条带构成,每段条带与一对表耳紧固在一起并通过扣钩连接到另一段条带。
外部元件例如可以是钟表的条带110、中间部件104、表圈114、玻璃件108、按钮或表冠116或表盘109。外部元件可以由金属或陶瓷或塑料制成。
外部元件1布置成承载热致变色元件10。这种热致变色元件10是能够根据温度改变颜色的元件。热致变色元件10总体上包含热致变色颜料,该热致变色颜料对温度作出反应以看到其颜色改变。
有利地,根据本发明,热致变色元件10由至少三种不同的组分构成,如图3和4所示,所述三种不同的组分采用层的形式并且彼此叠置。使用该至少三种组分以获得非常有效且具有较长寿命的热致变色元件。
第一组分是被称为组分A的组分,其特征在于它采取热致变色层11的形式。该热致变色层包含热致变色颜料,该热致变色颜料例如是被称为无色颜料/隐色颜料的颜料,即含有以下成分的微胶囊:对pH值变化敏感的染料(离子染色剂),通常选自螺内酯类;作为显色剂的弱酸–其通常涉及双酚A;和选自低熔点脂肪酸类的共溶剂,通常为酰胺或醇。
它也可能是涉及使用自旋转换技术的颜料。
第二组分是被称为组分B的组分,其特征在于它是保护层12。这种保护层12是至少抵抗紫外线辐射的层。该层是透明的,可以是由填充有纳米金刚石和/或石墨烯的丙烯酸制成的并且具有良好的透明度和改善的导热性的层,或者可以是纳米金刚石薄层。
优选地,该组分B构成的层具有高于10W·m-1·K-1的热导率。
该组分B构成的层的厚度在10μm和0.1mm之间变化。
这种有利的布置允许组分A(即,包含热致变色颜料的组分)被保护以免受紫外线辐射,并且由于组分B构成的层将在一定程度上吸收紫外线辐射,因此热致变色元件的寿命增加。
被称为组分C的第三组分采取载体层13的形式,载体层13具有至少高于100W·m-1·K-1的热导率。然后将由该组分形成的载体层13沉积在外部元件1和包含热致变色颜料的组分A构成的层11之间,组分A被组分B覆盖。要注意到,由该层C形成的膜具有比由组分A和组分B形成的膜稍大的面积,以确保导电层与外部介质直接接触并且能够以尽可能高的效率传导所见到的任何温度变化。
取决于外部元件的材料,该组分C可以被选择为透明或不透明的。具体而言,对于诸如玻璃的外部元件,即透明的元件,可以使用透明的组分C。
对于该组分C,将选择来自以下列表的材料:阳极氧化铝,金、银或其合金之一,以及例如使用溶胶-凝胶工艺沉积的纳米金刚石薄层。
由组分C构成的该层13的厚度在10μm和5mm之间变化,以允许传递相对较大量的能量和/或相对较快地传递该能量。
由组分C的材料制成的该层13被用于从外部元件热传导热量,并且因此允许实现在层A的热致变色元件的颜色变化方面的良好反应性。
在第一实施例中,热致变色元件10通过叠加层来制造。为此,相应组分A、B和C构成的各个层11、12、13采取厚度从10至100μm的层的形式,热致变色元件于是采取丝网印刷印刷品的形式,如图5所示。
在这种情况下,作为含有热致变色颜料的层的组分A构成的层可以是通过喷涂或浸涂或丝网印刷或使用印模(tamponnage)均匀沉积的层。
作为保护层的组分B构成的层是使用丝网印刷方法或使用印模或使用喷涂或浸涂方法沉积以获得的均匀层的层。在第一种形式中,组分B构成的层将是硬漆类型并且包含以下成分:与抗紫外线剂和其它添加剂混合的粘合剂,该粘合剂可以选自丙烯酸树脂家族或丙烯酸共聚物家族以便对辐射和紫外线具有高抗性,或者是聚氨酯粘合剂以便具有高耐磨性;聚羧酸盐类型的分散剂;苯甲酸酯类型的增塑剂;二醇或酯类型的溶剂;和其它添加剂,例如用于聚氨酯的抗紫外线剂以避免聚合物的降解,或感觉剂(蜡、石蜡等),以允许组分的触觉性能得到改善。
在第二种形式中,由组分B构成的层是软漆类型的并且包含与抗紫外线剂和其它添加剂混合的粘合剂。该粘合剂可以选自聚硅氧烷家族或聚氨酯家族。
在第三种形式中,由组分B构成的层是油墨类型并且包括:粘合剂,其来自丙烯酸树脂家族,以便具有高抗紫外线性并且具有高透明度,或者来自聚氨酯家族,以便具有高耐磨性,或者甚至是用于柔性基底的聚硅氧烷油墨;聚羧酸盐类型的分散剂或反絮凝剂;磺酰胺类型的增塑剂和助粘剂;以及二醇或酯类型的溶剂。
作为允许实现更好导热性的层的组分C构成的层可以是使用溶胶-凝胶工艺沉积的纳米金刚石薄层;或使用物理气相沉积(PVD)或等离子体增强化学气相沉积(PECVD)工艺沉积的铜、金或银、碳或类似物构成的薄层。
在第二实施例中,热致变色元件10通过层叠加来制造,以形成盘形插入件,如图6中可见。为此,由组分A和B构成的各层采用所谓的厚层的形式,即,与必须沉积在基底上的油墨和涂料相比,这些层是自承载的。层C可能会很厚或很薄。
在这种情况下,组分A构成的层于是采取软材料或硬材料的形式。它通过包覆成型、粘接、铆接、螺纹连接或任何其它机械化学手段连接到其它层。它是通过注塑或包覆成型生产的。该层可以是热塑性弹性体(例如,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、聚酰胺或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯型的树脂),热固性弹性体(例如丙烯酸树脂或环氧树脂)或热塑性弹性体(例如聚氨酯型的树脂)。事先将这种树脂与以下物质混合:热致变色颜料;改性/接枝共聚物型的相容分散剂;以及苯甲酸酯或磺酰胺类型的增塑剂。
该层也可以通过注塑包覆成型或压塑成型由硫化橡胶制得,所述硫化橡胶例如为腈-丁二烯或氢化腈-丁二烯或含氟聚合物弹性体类型的弹性体树脂或聚硅氧烷,所使用的硫化工艺适合于所选择的树脂并使用另外的元素如硫和硫化促进剂如秋兰姆或过氧化物及其衍生物和可选的偶联剂(硅烷型)。
关于组分C构成的层,可以设想它采用高热导率的金属合金(例如铜合金)的形式。在这种情况下,该组分C将被引入到其它层。也可以设想,组分C通过等离子体工艺在下面的纵向表面上制造。
该实施例的一个优点是,它允许获得可以被加工成温度传感器的最终形状的热致变色元件。它们是能够容易地操作的,并且可以连接到它们要添加到的部分。
该实施例可以与布置在外部元件10中的凹部15相关联,这些凹部15用于容纳采取插入件形式的热致变色元件10。
在第一实施例的一个变型中,可以规定在载体14上沉积热致变色元件的各层,如图7所示,然后该载体14被放置在外部元件的用作容纳部的凹部中。
在第一实施例和第二实施例的一个变型中,可以设想热致变色元件由薄层和厚层的混合物组成。在这种情况下,组分A和组分C构成的层可能是所谓的厚层。这种构造允许组分A和C构成的层形成封闭热致变色组分的一种壳体。
另一个例子在于使组分C构成的层采取厚层的形式,在所述厚层上布置了由组分A构成的层和组分B构成的层。组分B和组分A构成的层被称为薄层。这允许获得比仅由薄层制造的热致变色元件更容易处理的热致变色元件。
在第一实施例和第二实施例的一个变型中,可以规定将至少一个中间层16布置在组分A构成的层和组分C构成的层之间,如图8中所示。这种层16可以用于获得另外的效果。一个有利的例子是在低光照水平的情况下使用发光、磷光或荧光层来获得易读性。
当然,可以规定其它类型的中间层(例如金属化层、着色层或珍珠母层)以实现另外的效果。
该热致变色元件10于是用于各种应用中。第一种应用是允许观察温标的温度传感器200。在该应用中,温度传感器200包括多个热致变色元件10,每一热致变色元件包含在特定温度下作出反应的颜料。因此,每个热致变色元件10在达到特定温度时改变颜色。
为了获得温标,规定热致变色元件10的特定温度从一个元件到下一元件增加或减小。因此,当穿戴着可穿戴物品的使用者经历温度变化时,热致变色元件10响应于该温度变化而改变颜色,从而允许获得易于解释的视觉指示。这些热致变色元件10可以彼此紧靠或者间隔开放置。
在一个优选变型中,组成温标的各种热致变色元件10的第一种颜色(即,它们不工作时所具有的颜色)是相同的。这意味着,在基准温度下,所有的热致变色元件10具有相同的颜色。
在另一优选变型中,组成温标的各种热致变色元件10的第二颜色(即,它们到达其特定阈值时所具有的颜色)是相同的。这意味着,在最大可测量温度下,所有热致变色元件10将具有相同的颜色。
在另一个优选的变型中,组成温标的各种热致变色元件10都具有相同的第一颜色,但是为了允许渐变,将所述热致变色元件10制造为使得它们不都具有相同的第二颜色。更确切地说,热致变色元件10被设计为使得:当它们形成温标时,与最后改变颜色的热致变色元件10相比,首先改变颜色的热致变色元件具有更浅的第二颜色。例如,第一热致变色元件10变成黄色,最后一个热致变色元件10变成红色。这使得双重指示成为可能:不仅使用者知道温度正在增加,因为已经改变颜色的热致变色元件10的数量正在增加,而且他还知道他正在接近最高温度,因为元件的颜色发生了改变并且变得更深。
因此,应该理解,这里热致变色颜料是可逆型的。这意味着,当颜料达到或超过特定的温度阈值时,它会改变颜色,从第一种颜色变为第二种颜色。但是,这也意味着,当温度下降到特定阈值以下时,颜料从第二种颜色变回到第一种颜色。
可以规定将温度传感器的热致变色元件布置在手表的表圈或表玻璃上并且从时圈的3点钟位置到时圈的6点钟位置或从时圈的9点钟位置到时圈的12点钟位置以圆弧形式在表圈上方延伸,如图9和10所示。
温度传感器也可以如图11所示在中间部件上方延伸或者如图12至图16所示在手表的条带上方延伸。
在图12所示的第一种情况下,条带110由两段具有一定长度的条带110a组成,每段条带紧固到一对表耳112上并通过扣钩111与另一段条带连接。优选地,具有一定长度的条带110a由橡胶或塑料制成。
在图13所示的第二种情况中,条带由金属或陶瓷制成,然后由多个通过销钉相互连接的链节110b构成。这允许获得可以相对于彼此枢转的链节110b。
在这两种情况下,热致变色元件都可以被丝网印刷或采取插入件的形式并布置在条带的凹槽中。
在另一种情况下,如图14至16所示,外部元件是扣钩111,即,条带的展开式扣钩。这种展开式扣钩通常由三个部分111a、111b、111c组成,所述三个部分例如是相对于彼此铰接的展开件。这些部分中的两个部分固定到一个链节或具有一定长度的条带。然后,构成展开式扣钩111的这些部分被设计成铰接的,使得它们可以折叠在彼此上,然后这三个部分111a、111b、111c合并成一个。这种构型允许在将手表固定到使用者的手腕上时短暂地增加条带的长度。
对于展开式扣钩的某些模型,其中一个部分起到主要部分111a的作用,因为这部分接收另外两个部分111b、111c;这个所谓的主要部分111a是从外部可见的部分。因此,使用者从外部看到采用金属板的形式的部分,在该金属板上可以雕刻诸如品牌名称之类的指示。
本发明使用该表面来承载温度传感器。因此,热致变色元件1被放置在展开式扣钩的中央部分111a的该表面上。
应该理解,在不脱离由所附权利要求限定的本发明的范围的情况下,可以对上述本发明的各种实施例做出对本领域技术人员显而易见的各种修改和/或改进和/或组合。
Claims (17)
1.一种可穿戴物品(100)的外部元件(10),其包括由第一材料制成的支承结构,所述外部元件还包括至少一个对温度变化作出反应的装置(200),其特征在于,对温度变化作出反应的所述装置由至少一个热致变色元件形成,所述热致变色元件包含热致变色层(11),所述热致变色层包含粘合剂和热致变色的颜料,所述颜料被选择为在特定温度下作出反应,使得当达到所述特定温度时所述颜料从第一颜色变为第二颜色,其特征在于,所述热致变色元件还包括载体层(13)和保护层(12),所述热致变色层(11)沉积在所述载体层上,所述保护层(12)防紫外线辐射并覆盖所述热致变色层和所述载体层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外部元件,其特征在于,所述热致变色层(11)是硬漆,其包含以下物质:与所述颜料混合的粘合剂,该粘合剂选自丙烯酸树脂家族、丙烯酸共聚物家族或聚氨酯家族;聚羧酸盐类型的分散剂;苯甲酸酯类型的增塑剂;和选自二醇家族或酯家族的溶剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外部元件,其特征在于,所述热致变色层(11)是包含与所述颜料混合的粘合剂的软漆,所述粘合剂选自聚硅氧烷家族或聚氨酯家族。
4.根据权利要求1所述的外部元件,其特征在于,所述热致变色层(11)是油墨,其包含以下物质:选自丙烯酸树脂家族或聚氨酯家族或聚硅氧烷家族的粘合剂;聚羧酸盐类型的分散剂或反絮凝剂;磺酰胺类型的增塑剂和助粘剂;以及选自二醇家族或酯家族的溶剂。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的外部元件,其特征在于,所述保护层(12)选自包括下列物质的列表:蓝宝石玻璃,填充有纳米金刚石和石墨烯的丙烯酸玻璃,纳米金刚石薄层,以及填充有纳米金刚石和石墨烯填料的丙烯酸清漆。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的外部元件,其特征在于,所述保护层(12)具有至少高于10W·m-1·K-1的热导率。
7.根据权利要求2所述的外部元件,其特征在于,所述载体层(13)具有高于100W·m-1·K-1的热导率。
8.根据权利要求1所述的外部元件,其特征在于,所述载体层(13)由选自以下列表的材料制成:阳极氧化铝、铜、金合金、银合金、铝/碳化硅合金、纳米金刚石薄层、石墨薄层和石墨烯。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的外部元件,其特征在于,所述外部元件还包括衬底(14),各种层被放置在所述衬底上以形成插入件。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的外部元件,其特征在于,所述外部元件还包括至少一个布置在所述热致变色层下面的中间层(16)。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的外部元件,其特征在于,所述中间层(16)是发光层。
12.根据权利要求1所述的外部元件(10),其特征在于,对温度变化作出反应的所述装置(200)是装备有多个热致变色元件的温度传感器,每个热致变色元件对特定温度作出反应,所述特定温度对于所述每个热致变色元件是特定的。
13.根据权利要求12所述的外部元件,其特征在于,所述热致变色元件(10)全都具有相同的第一颜色。
14.根据权利要求12所述的外部元件,其特征在于,所述热致变色元件(10)全都具有相同的第二颜色。
15.根据权利要求12所述的外部元件,其特征在于,所述热致变色元件(10)设计为使得它们的第二颜色在它们全部从第一颜色变为第二颜色时允许渐变。
16.根据权利要求1至15中任一项所述的外部元件,其特征在于,所述外部元件包括布置成使得至少一个热致变色元件(10)能够放置在其中的至少一个凹部(15)。
17.一种可穿戴物品,其包括由中间部件(104)形成的壳体(102),该中间部件(104)由后盖(106)和玻璃件(108)封闭,所述可穿戴物品还包括条带(110),其特征在于,所述可穿戴物品还包括至少一个根据权利要求1至17中任一项所述的外部元件,所述外部元件选自包括中间部件、玻璃件、表圈、表盘、条带和扣钩的列表。
