本发明涉及一种包括防水壳体的气溶胶生成装置和包括所述气溶胶生成装置的气溶胶生成系统。本发明特别用作电操作式吸烟装置。
背景技术
一种类型的气溶胶生成系统是电操作式吸烟系统。已知的手持型电操作式吸烟系统通常包括气溶胶生成装置,所述气溶胶生成装置包括电池、控制电子器件以及电加热器,所述电加热器用于加热为了供气溶胶生成装置使用而专门设计的气溶胶生成制品。在一些实例中,气溶胶生成制品包括气溶胶生成基质,例如烟丝条或烟草塞,且在气溶胶生成制品插入到气溶胶生成装置中时,含在气溶胶生成装置内的加热器插入到气溶胶生成基质中或围绕所述气溶胶生成基质。在替代电操作式吸烟系统中,气溶胶生成制品可包括胶囊,所述胶囊含有例如松散烟草等气溶胶生成基质。
通常,气溶胶生成装置可供多个一次性或可再填充气溶胶生成制品重复使用。因此,购买气溶胶生成装置相较于购买单个气溶胶生成制品可表示较大消费投资。因此,当相较于已知气溶胶生成装置时,期望的是提供可靠性改善的气溶胶生成装置。
发明内容
根据本发明的第一方面,提供一种气溶胶生成装置,其包括限定至少一个内部隔室的壳体,其中所述壳体是防水的。所述气溶胶生成装置进一步包括电源、电加热器和触觉反馈装置,其各自定位在至少一个内部隔室内。
术语“防水”在本文中用以指根据IEC标准60529测量时的至少是6的液体进入保护等级。即,防水壳体提供针对进入到内部隔室中的液体的此保护等级。
有利的是,根据本发明的气溶胶生成装置包括触觉反馈装置。气溶胶生成装置包括限定内部隔室的防水壳体,在所述内部隔室中定位有电源或电加热器,或电源和电加热器两个。当相较于已知气溶胶生成装置时,防水壳体通过保护电源和加热器免于水浸而有利地改善根据本发明的气溶胶生成装置的可靠性使用触觉反馈装置有助于对所述壳体进行防水,这是由于触觉反馈装置可完全密封在壳体内。这与已知气溶胶生成装置形成对比,所述已知气溶胶生成装置通常使用光和扬声器中的至少一个以将反馈提供给用户。灯和扬声器通常在所述壳体中需要至少一个开口以有助于光或声音充分传输通过所述壳体以将所要反馈提供给用户,这阻止了对壳体进行防水。
根据本发明的气溶胶生成装置可进一步包括定位在至少一个内部隔室内的输入装置。提供输入装置可使得用户能够控制气溶胶生成装置的一个或多个功能。输入装置可使得用户能够控制电加热器的启动、电加热器的去启动、加热循环的持续时间、用以阻止启动电加热器的装置的电子锁定、用以准许启动电加热器的装置的电子解锁和其组合中的至少一个。气溶胶生成装置可配置成响应于通过输入装置的用户输入而通过触觉反馈装置将反馈提供给用户。
有利的是,输入装置定位在内部隔室内,使得输入装置不会损害壳体的防水。输入装置可包括电容性传感器、电光传感器、加速计、陀螺仪、磁力计和其组合中的至少一个。此类输入装置有助于将输入装置定位在内部隔室内。这与用于已知气溶胶生成装置上的按钮式输入装置形成对比,从而会阻止或损害壳体的防水。通常,按钮式输入装置延伸通过壳体中的孔径,从而可提供用于水分或其它污染物直接进入壳体的路线。
在输入装置包括电容性传感器的实施例中,电容性传感器优选地定位于壳体的内表面上。将电容性传感器定位在内表面上可改善电容性传感器对壳体外部的刺激的敏感度。举例来说,将电容性传感器定位在壳体的内表面上可有助于在用户的手指定位成接近于或抵靠着上覆于电容性传感器的壳体的部分的外表面上时检测用户的手指。上覆于电容性传感器的壳体的部分相较于壳体的邻近部分可具有减小的厚度,以优化电容性传感器的敏感度。所述壳体可在壳体的外表面上具备一个或多个标记以指示电容性传感器的部位。
在输入装置包括电光传感器的实施例中,壳体的至少一部分对于电光传感器所敏感的电磁辐射的至少一个波长优选地基本上可透射。
在上述实施例中的任一个中,触觉反馈装置可包括偏心旋转质量电动机、线性谐振致动器和压电装置中的至少一个。有利的是,此类触觉反馈装置可相对较小且具有相对较低功率要求,且因此尤其适合用于根据本发明的气溶胶生成装置中。
优选地,壳体是密闭性密封的。术语“密闭性密封”在本文中用以指根据IEC标准60529测量时至少是7的液体进入保护等级。有利的是,包括密闭性密封的壳体的气溶胶生成装置可耐受水的浸入,且不会使定位在至少一个内部隔室内的电源、触觉反馈装置、电加热器和任何其它电气组件遭受水浸。
在上述实施例中的任一个中,电加热器可包括电阻加热器和电感加热器中的至少一个。优选地,电加热器是电感加热器。有利的是,可操作定位在至少一个内部隔室内的电感加热器以加热定位在至少一个内部隔室外部的气溶胶生成制品,而无需显著加热气溶胶生成装置的壳体或其它组件。
气溶胶生成装置可限定用于收纳气溶胶生成制品的腔。优选地,至少一个内部隔室的至少一部分外接所述腔的至少一部分。优选地,电加热器是外接所述腔的至少一部分的电感加热器。优选地,电感加热器具有基本上环形的形状。
在上述实施例中的任一个中,气溶胶生成装置可进一步包括定位在至少一个内部隔室内的无线数据连接器。有利的是,无线数据连接器可有助于气溶胶生成装置与外部装置之间的数据通信,而不损害壳体的防水性。无线数据连接器可配置成传输来自气溶胶生成装置的数据、接收来自外部装置的数据,或传输和接收数据。
无线数据连接器可配置成传输与气溶胶生成装置的使用相关的操作数据。举例来说,操作数据可包含与电加热器的启动次数、电加热器的操作的总持续时间、用于气溶胶生成装置的气溶胶生成制品的数目和类型以及电源内的剩余电量中的至少一个相关的信息。
无线数据连接器可配置成接收与软件更新相关的数据。
无线数据连接器可配置成使用选自近场通信、蓝牙、ZigBee、Wi-Fi和超宽带的至少一个无线协议来进行无线通信。
气溶胶生成装置可进一步包括数据存储装置。数据存储装置可配置成存储与气溶胶生成装置的使用相关的操作数据。数据存储装置可配置成在通过无线数据连接器传输操作数据之前存储操作数据。数据存储装置可配置成存储由无线数据连接器接收的数据。数据存储装置可配置成在通过无线数据连接器进行传输之前存储操作数据且可配置成存储由无线数据连接器接收的数据。优选地,数据存储装置包括闪存器数据存储媒体。
在上述实施例中的任一个中,气溶胶生成装置可进一步包括定位在至少一个内部隔室内的无线功率连接器。有利的是,无线功率连接器可有助于在外部电源与气溶胶生成装置之间传递电功率而不损害壳体的防水。优选地,电源是可再充电的且无线功率连接器配置成使用从外部电源以电感方式接收的电功率对电源进行充电。优选地,无线功率连接器是电感充电线圈。
电源可以是电池,例如可再充电锂离子电池。或者,电源可以是另一形式的电荷存储装置,例如电容器。电源可能需要充电。电源可具有允许存储用于一次或多次吸烟体验的足够能量的容量;例如,电源可具有足够的容量以允许在大约六分钟(对应于吸常规香烟所花去的典型时间)的周期内或在六分钟的倍数的周期内连续生成气溶胶。在另一实例中,电源可具有足够的容量以允许电加热器的预定次数的抽吸或离散启动。
在上述实施例中的任一个中,气溶胶生成装置可进一步包括定位在至少一个内部隔室内的控制器。控制器可配置成控制电源、触觉反馈装置和电加热器中的至少一个。在存在的情况下,输入装置、无线数据连接器和无线功率连接器中的至少一个可由控制器控制。
壳体可以是细长的。壳体可包括任何合适材料或材料组合。合适的材料的实例包含金属、合金、塑料或含有一种或多种那些材料的复合材料,或适用于食物或药物应用的热塑性材料,例如聚丙烯、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)和聚乙烯。优选地,材料轻质且无脆性。
优选地,气溶胶生成装置是便携式的。气溶胶生成装置可具有与常规雪茄或香烟相当的大小。气溶胶生成装置可具有大约30mm与大约150mm之间的总长度。气溶胶生成装置可具有在大约5mm与大约30mm之间的外径。
根据本发明的第二方面,根据上述实施例中的任一个,提供一种气溶胶生成系统,其包括根据本发明的第一方面的气溶胶生成制品和气溶胶生成装置。
气溶胶生成制品包括通过气溶胶生成装置的电加热器在使用期间加热的气溶胶形成基质。
电加热器可间接加热气溶胶形成基质。电加热器可以是电感加热器,且气溶胶生成制品可进一步包括与气溶胶形成基质热连通的感受器。在使用期间,感受器由电感加热器加热且气溶胶形成基质由感受器加热。感受器可配置成通过传导热传递、对流热传递、辐射热传递和其组合中的至少一个来加热气溶胶形成基质。
气溶胶生成装置的壳体可限定用于收纳气溶胶生成制品的腔。
气溶胶生成制品可包括液体存储部分和存储于液体存储部分内的液体气溶胶形成基质。在使用期间,电加热器加热液体气溶胶形成基质的小部分以便使液体气溶胶形成基质的小部分蒸发。液体气溶胶形成基质优选地包括含烟草材料,所述含烟草材料包括在加热后从液体释放的挥发性烟草味化合物。或者或另外,液体气溶胶形成基质可包括非烟草材料。所述液体气溶胶形成基质可包含水、溶剂、乙醇、植物提取物和天然或人工香料。优选地,液体气溶胶形成基质进一步包括气溶胶形成剂。
如本文中所使用,术语“气溶胶形成剂”用于描述任何适合已知化合物或化合物的混合物,其在使用中有助于形成气溶胶。适合的气溶胶形成剂基本上对气溶胶生成制品的操作温度下的热降解具抗性。适合的气溶胶形成剂的实例是丙三醇和丙二醇。

气溶胶形成基质可包含至少一种气溶胶形成剂。合适的气溶胶形成剂包含但不限于:多元醇,例如丙二醇、三乙二醇、1,3-丁二醇和丙三醇;多元醇的酯,例如甘油单、二或三乙酸酯;和单、二或多元羧酸的脂族酯,例如十二烷二酸二甲酯和十四烷二酸二甲酯。
优选的气溶胶形成剂是多元醇或其混合物,例如丙二醇、三乙二醇、1,3-丁二醇,且最优选丙三醇。
气溶胶形成基质可包括单一气溶胶形成剂。或者,气溶胶形成基质可包括两种或更多种气溶胶形成剂的组合。
气溶胶形成基质可具有以干重计大于5%的气溶胶形成剂含量。
气溶胶形成基质可具有以干重计介于大约5%与大约30%之间的气溶胶形成剂含量。
气溶胶形成基质可具有以干重计大约20%的气溶胶形成剂含量。
气溶胶生成制品可包括气溶胶形成基质,所述气溶胶形成基质包括:第一气溶胶形成基质,其包括尼古丁源;和第二气溶胶形成基质,其包括酸源。在使用中,电加热器加热第一和第二气溶胶形成基质以使尼古丁和酸挥发,使得尼古丁和酸在气相中共同反应以形成尼古丁盐颗粒的气溶胶。

图1展示根据本发明的第一实施例的气溶胶生成系统10。气溶胶生成系统10包括气溶胶生成装置12,所述气溶胶生成装置包括限定内部隔室16的壳体14。壳体14且因此内部隔室16是防水的。
气溶胶生成装置12包括电源18、无线功率连接器20、无线数据连接器22、数据存储装置24、触觉反馈装置26、控制器28、输入装置30和电加热器32,全部都定位在内部隔室16内。在使用中,控制器28控制从电源18到定位在内部隔室16内的其它电气组件的电功率供应。电加热器32是环形电感加热器。

Claims (14)
1.一种气溶胶生成装置,其包括:
壳体,其限定至少一个内部隔室,其中所述壳体是防水的;
电源,其定位在所述至少一个内部隔室内;
电加热器,其定位在所述至少一个内部隔室内;和
触觉反馈装置,其定位在所述至少一个内部隔室内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气溶胶生成装置,其进一步包括定位在所述至少一个内部隔室内的输入装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中所述输入装置包括电容性传感器、电光传感器、加速计、陀螺仪、磁力计和其组合中的至少一个。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中所述触觉反馈装置包括偏心旋转质量电动机、线性谐振致动器和压电装置中的至少一个。
5.根据任一前述权利要求所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中所述壳体是密闭性密封的。
6.根据任一前述权利要求所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中所述电加热器是电感加热器。
7.根据任一前述权利要求所述的气溶胶生成装置,其进一步包括定位在所述至少一个内部隔室内的无线数据连接器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中所述无线数据连接器配置成使用选自近场通信、蓝牙、ZigBee、Wi-Fi和超宽带的至少一个无线协议来进行无线通信。
9.根据任一前述权利要求所述的气溶胶生成装置,其进一步包括定位在所述至少一个内部隔室内的无线功率连接器。
10.根据权利要求9所述的气溶胶生成装置,其中所述电源是可再充电的,且其中所述无线功率连接器是配置成使用以电感方式从外部电源接收的电功率对所述电源再充电的电感充电线圈。

13.根据权利要求12所述的气溶胶生成系统,其中所述气溶胶形成基质包括烟草。
14.根据权利要求12所述的气溶胶生成系统,其中所述气溶胶形成基质包括:第一气溶胶形成基质,其包括尼古丁源;和第二气溶胶形成基质,其包括酸源。
