Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of clinical male catheterization, in particular to a bent position guiding type male urethra catheter.
Background
The urinary bladder indwelling catheter refers to a method of inserting a sterile catheter into the urinary bladder through the urethra to draw out urine under strict aseptic operation, and leaving the catheter in the urinary bladder to drain urine. Is matched with the common clinical nursing operation of the urinary system diseases after preoperative operation. Since the male urethra originates from the inner orifice of the urinary bladder and ends at the outer orifice of the urinary tract of the glans penis, the total length is 18-20 cm, and the male urethra has the characteristics of one-long, two-bending and three-stenosis. Wherein the subpubic curve of the two curves is located below the pubic symphysis, and the depression is upward, including the beginning of the prostate, membrane and corpus cavernosum. The bending part is constant and unchanged, and can not be changed or eliminated through operation and body position, so that a main resistance area in the intubation process is caused, a certain difficulty is brought to catheterization, and a great pain is brought to the operation of a patient.
At the bend of the pubic sub, the front end of the catheter continuously props against the inner wall of the urethra during intubation because of larger bending, so that bending is passively generated, and larger pressure and friction are continuously caused on the inner wall of the urethra at the pubic sub. Causing and continuing patient pain and even causing patient urethral damage due to constant friction and pressure. And because of more glands and tissues nearby, various complications are easily caused.
Based on the above reasons, in the catheterization, discomfort and pain feeling of male patients are obvious, certain intraoperative complications exist, meanwhile, the existing clinical treatment on the problems can only depend on the operation method, the effect is poor, the service level and experience requirements of operators are high, and the adverse effect of pubic hypocursis on the catheterization is difficult to solve.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a bend guiding type male urethra catheter, which avoids the continuous friction of a pubic bending part of a urethra during the insertion process of a catheter, greatly reduces the damage to the urethra during operation, and reduces the pain and the complications during operation of patients.
The invention aims to achieve the aim, and the aim is achieved by the following technical scheme:
The utility model provides a curved position guide formula male urethra pipe, includes the catheter, flexible guide tube has been cup jointed to the outside of catheter, the guide tube is including guiding portion and the connecting portion that connect gradually, guiding portion is close to the front end setting of catheter, one side of guiding portion distributes along its length direction has 4 ~ 8 incisions, guiding portion is provided with notched one side and is equipped with the gasbag chamber, the gasbag chamber suits with the length of guiding portion, the connecting portion is equipped with the inflation channel along its length direction, the front end and the gasbag chamber of inflation channel are linked together, the rear end of inflation channel is equipped with the air cock and connects.
The gasbag chamber includes unit chamber and intercommunication chamber, the intercommunication chamber sets up along the length direction of guide portion, just the adjacent incision root of intercommunication chamber sets up, the incision is a plurality of expansion portion with the guide portion, the unit chamber sets up in the expansion portion, just unit chamber and intercommunication chamber are linked together.
The inner wall of the guiding part is smeared with medical lubricant.
The length of the guide tube is 16-25 cm.
The tail end of the catheter is provided with a three-cavity connector or a double-cavity connector, and the three-cavity connector or the double-cavity connector is detachably connected with the catheter.
The side wall of the connecting part is also provided with a drug delivery channel along the length direction, one end of the drug delivery channel is provided with a heparin cap communicated with the drug delivery channel, and the outer wall of the drug delivery channel is provided with a plurality of drug delivery holes.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
In the preoperative preparation, the guide tube is sleeved at the front part of the catheter, the front end of the catheter penetrates out 1-3 cm from the front end of the guide part, the sleeve joint state is kept during insertion, the sleeve joint state is inserted together, the air bag cavity is filled with liquid/gas when reaching the pubic curved part, and the side provided with the notch is inflated and swelled after being filled with the liquid/gas, so that the whole guide tube is deformed and fixed into a curved form. Because the urethra of the pubic ramus is wider than other parts, the guide tube can be fixed in an arc-shaped two-head tilting mode by slightly expanding, so that a channel with a fixed shape is formed at the urethra of the pubic ramus. After that, the guiding tube is clamped and is not moved, the catheter is inserted inwards continuously, the catheter is inserted in a bending way under the guiding of the bending guiding part, the catheter does not continuously rub the inner wall of the urethra any more, and the patient is prevented from continuously pain.
In conclusion, the catheter is used for catheterization operation on adult males, so that the discomfort and pain time of the patients can be obviously shortened, and pain in the male catheterization can be relieved. Avoid the catheter to continuously rub the pubic bone bending part of the urethra in the inserting process, greatly reduce the damage to the urethra in the operation and reduce the complication in the operation.
