实验结果见图1-8,空白组(图1)中肝小叶内肝细胞及肝细胞索清晰,肝细胞胞质饱满。模型组(图2)部分肝小叶内肝细胞及肝细胞索不清晰,肝细胞萎缩可见点状坏死灶及肝细胞嗜酸性变。生物碱组、总黄酮组及多糖组(图4-6)偶见点状坏死灶及嗜酸性变。葵花盘粉组(图7)及葵花盘粉有效成分组(图3)肝小叶内肝细胞及肝细胞索清晰,肝细胞胞质饱满,偶见点状坏死灶。对肝细胞具有很好的修复作用。别嘌醇组(图8)部分肝小叶内肝细胞及肝细胞索不清晰,肝细胞萎缩多见散在炎细胞浸润灶、点状坏死灶及偶见中央静脉周围的肝细胞空化淡染,别嘌醇组对肝细胞具有较大伤害。显微结构提示葵花盘粉及其有效成分对受损的肝细胞具有一定的抗炎和修复作用,其中效果最好的也是葵花盘粉有效成分组。The experimental results are shown in Figures 1-8.
