技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆的内饰组件,尤其涉及具有集成电线的装饰组件。
背景技术
在车辆的内部隔室(驾驶舱)内的电线束经常被在外表面上具有期望的颜色、形状和纹理的装饰组件(经常被称为装饰件)覆盖,以在内部隔室提供美学上令人愉悦的外观。例如,将位于车辆顶篷上方的灯、开关和电机连接到车辆的电气系统的线束典型地通过顶部支柱来布线。装饰件附连到顶部支柱以将线从车辆乘员的视线中隐藏。另一个示例是用于将后视镜中的线束连接电气装置隐藏到车辆的电气系统的装饰件。
首先将线束连接到车辆中的匹配连接器,然后将装饰件附连到车辆,由此覆盖线束。这需要组装操作员的至少两个单独的劳动步骤。
车辆的振动可能引起线束抵靠装饰件发出颤音,从而引起顾客不满意和线束可靠性的降低,这两者中的任一个都可能导致车辆制造商和供应商的保修索赔。可能需要额外的对策,例如在装饰件的内表面上的线束固定夹和/或隔音以便避免颤音。期望可以避免这些组装和颤音问题的线和装饰组件。

发明内容
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种配置用于在车辆中使用的内饰组件。内饰组件包括由介电材料形成的壳体和包封在壳体内的电导体,该电导体由形成壳体的介电材料围绕并与形成壳体的介电材料紧密接触。电导体定义两个暴露的接触点。
电导体可以由金属材料形成。内饰组件可以通过将电导体插入模制(insertmold)在内饰组件内来形成。可选地,内饰组件可以通过3D打印工艺来形成,所述3D打印工艺沉积形成壳体的介电材料并沉积形成电导体的导电材料。
内饰组件可以包括多个金属电导体。在该情况下,每个导体被包封在壳体内并且被形成壳体的介电材料围绕并与形成壳体的介电材料紧密接触,并且每个电导体定义两个暴露的接触点。
壳体的外表面可以具有期望的修饰颜色和期望的修饰纹理。
内饰组件可以被配置为将后视镜互连到车辆电气系统。

具体实施方式
图1图示了后视镜组件(以下称为镜子10)的非限制性示例。现代车辆中的镜子可以包括各种各样的电气组件和电子组件,包括但不限于灯、开关、用于自动调光的电致变色玻璃和光传感器以及后视摄像头显示器。因此,为了从车辆的电线系统向镜子10供应电力和信号,镜子电连接器12通过具有集成电线的内饰组件16(以下称为装饰件16)被连接到车辆电连接器14。
可以采用本领域技术人员已知的任何数量的附连特征(诸如弹簧锁或螺纹紧固件)以将装饰件16附连到镜子连接器12和车辆连接器14。所选择的附连特征的类型可以取决于连接器和装饰件16的尺寸约束以及将装饰件16附连到连接器的组装过程的人体工程学要求。
如图2的非限制性示例中所示,装饰件16包括由诸如丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS)或聚酰胺(PA)(通常称为尼龙(NYLON))等介电材料或电绝缘材料形成的外壳或壳体18。壳体18包围由诸如铜基或铝基材料的导电材料形成的多个电导体20。形成壳体18的材料围绕并紧密接触形成导体20的导电材料。壳体18为电导体20提供电绝缘。每个导体具有被配置成与镜子以及车辆连接器12、14对接的两个暴露的接触点22,在导体的每个末端上有一个接触点。壳体18还为电导体20和接触点22提供适当的尺寸空间和位置,以用于与车辆和镜子连接器12、14适当匹配。
如图3所示,接触点22中的每个被弯曲以提供用于接触点22抵靠车辆和镜子连接器12、14的匹配接触点22的弹力。可选地,接触点可以包括销钉(male pin)或片式端子(blade terminal),公针或片式端子被配置为与在车辆和镜子连接器12、14中的匹配的阴端子(female terminal)或本领域技术人员已知的任何其他类型的合适电接触对接。
可以使用能够沉积介电材料和导电材料两者的3D打印工艺(诸如由Shinas等人在名称为“DEVICE,SYSTEM,AND METHOD OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRINTING(3D打印的设备、系统和方法)”的美国专利公开号2015/0201499中描述的工艺)来一体地形成装饰件16。在3D打印工艺期间,电导体20和接触点22可以被打印并且集成到装饰件16中。导体20也可以被分层且形成为封装所需的任何形状。
可选地,导体20可以通过从一片导电材料冲压来形成,然后放置在模具中并且使用注射成型工艺被插入模制在壳体18内。
外壳18可以被形成使得装饰件16的外表面24具有期望的修饰颜色和修饰纹理以匹配或补充其他内饰组件。
尽管装饰件16的示例性实施例用于将镜子10连接到车辆电气系统,但是装饰件的其他实施例可以用于其他内部应用,例如用于将在车辆顶篷中的线连接到车辆的电气系统的顶部支柱装饰件。其他实施例可以包括由类似地包封电导体的介电材料形成的结构元件。
本文所述的装饰件16提供了减少组装时间的益处,因为可以在单个操作中完成电连接和安装装饰件,而不是如先前所需要的连接单独的线束和安装单独的装饰件的两个单独的操作。如果单独的线束由于振动而接触单独的装饰件的内表面,则装饰件16还提供消除先前可能发生的颤音的益处。使用3D打印方法来生产装饰件16将进一步提供减少部件数量、加工和人工成本的益处。

Claims (7)

1.一种配置用于在车辆中使用的内饰组件(16),包括:
壳体(18),所述壳体(18)由介电材料形成;以及
电导体(20),所述电导体(2)被包封在所述壳体(18)内,所述电导体(2)被形成所述壳体(18)的所述介电材料围绕并与形成所述壳体(18)的所述介电材料紧密接触,其中所述电导体(20)定义两个暴露的接触点(22)。
2.如权利要求1所述的内饰组件(16),其中所述电导体(20)由金属材料形成。
3.如权利要求2所述的内饰组件(16),其中所述内饰组件(16)通过将所述电导体(20)插入模制在内饰组件(16)内来形成。
4.如权利要求1所述的内饰组件(16),其中通过3D打印工艺形成内饰组件(16),所述3D打印工艺沉积形成所述壳体(18)的所述介电材料并沉积形成所述电导体(20)的导电材料。
5.如权利要求1所述的内饰组件(16),其中还包括多个金属电导体(20),其中每个导体被包封在所述壳体(18)内并且被形成所述壳体(18)的所述介电材料围绕并与形成所述壳体(18)的所述介电材料紧密接触,并且其中每个电导体(20)定义两个暴露的接触点(22)。
6.如权利要求1所述的内饰组件(16),其中所述壳体(18)的外表面(24)具有期望的修饰颜色和期望的修饰纹理。
7.如权利要求1所述的内饰组件(16),其中所述内饰组件(16)被配置为将后视镜(10)互连到车辆电连接器(14)。
