本发明属于化妆品技术领域,涉及一种五谷杂粮组合物及其制备方法,述组合物中包括:乳酸杆菌/豆浆发酵产物滤液、小麦籽提取物、酵母菌/米糠发酵产物、乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液和玉米仁提取物。本发明的五谷杂粮组合物,具有较好的保湿、滋润效果,其强大的抗衰老能力,也能为肌肤抗衰提供源源不断的动力。

本发明属于化妆品技术领域,涉及一种五谷杂粮组合物及含有该组合物的护肤品,更具体地涉及一种五谷杂粮精华液及其制备方法。
技术背景
皮肤老化是一个渐进的生理过程,也是遗传、环境、社会心理等各种因素综合作用的结果。随着人们生活水平的提高,对护肤品的功能要求越来越高,具备抗衰老效果的护肤品也层出不穷。精华液,是一种添加有浓缩的高营养成分的护肤品,根据其配方的针对性,具有抗衰、抗皱、紧致、保湿、美白等功效。如风靡世界的Estée Lauder即时特润修复精华,sisley聚水复合精华、Jason Natural酯化C美白抗衰老完美精华液等。这些产品成分中添加了多种浓缩精华,同时也添加了更多防腐剂,尤其是容易致敏的防腐剂,如二丁基羟基甲苯和苯甲醇。因此,寻求更安全、更温和、更有效的护肤品刻不容缓。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供护肤组合物,该组合物可以在较短的时间内起到全效的作用。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种含有上述护肤组合物的护肤产品。
本发明的目的之三在于提供上述护肤品的制备方法。
发明通过以下技术方案实现。
一种五谷杂粮组合物,所述组合物中包括:乳酸杆菌/豆浆发酵产物滤液、小麦籽提取物、酵母菌/米糠发酵产物、乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液和玉米仁提取物。
所述的组合物包括以下重量份数的组分:0.5-2份乳酸杆菌/豆浆发酵产物滤液、2-10份小麦籽提取物、0.5-2份酵母菌/米糠发酵产物、0.5-2份乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液、1-5份玉米仁提取物。
一种护肤品,包括乳酸杆菌/豆浆发酵产物滤液、小麦籽提取物、酵母菌/米糠发酵产物、乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液和玉米仁提取物。作为优选方案,该护肤品含有以下重量份数的物质:0.5-2份乳酸杆菌/豆浆发酵产物滤液、2-10份小麦籽提取物、0.5-2份酵母菌/米糠发酵产物、0.5-2份乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液、1-5份玉米仁提取物。

所述护肤品为一种护肤精华产品,其含有:0.5-2份乳酸杆菌/豆浆发酵产物滤液、2-10份小麦籽提取物、0.5份-2份酵母菌/米糠发酵产物、乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液、0.5份-2份乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液、1-5份玉米仁提取物、3-15份保湿剂、0.1-1份增稠剂、0.01-0.2份金属螯合剂、0.01-1份pH调节剂、0.01-1份增溶剂、0.001-0.2份赋香剂、0.5-2份防腐剂。
作为优选方案:所述保湿剂为:甘油、丁二醇、甘油聚醚-26、1,3-丙二醇、透明质酸钠中的一种或多种;所述增稠剂为:卡波姆、羟乙基纤维素中的一种或多种;所述pH调节剂为精氨酸、柠檬酸、氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺中的一种或多种;所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、苯氧乙醇、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇、1,3-丙二醇中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述的保湿剂为甘油、丁二醇、甘油聚醚-26、1,3-丙二醇、透明质酸钠的组合。
进一步的,所述的增稠剂为卡波姆和羟乙基纤维素的组合。
进一步的,所述的金属螯合剂为EDTA-2NA。
进一步的,所述的pH调节剂为精氨酸和柠檬酸的组合物。

一种护肤品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
用去离子水将增稠剂分散均匀后,加入保湿剂、金属螯合剂加热溶解完全,再加入乳酸杆菌/豆浆发酵产物滤液、小麦籽提取物、酵母菌/米糠发酵产物、乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液和玉米仁提取物、增溶剂、赋香剂、pH调节剂、防腐剂,搅拌均匀即可。
一种护肤品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)用丁二醇将透明质酸钠分散均匀,备用;
2)将卡波姆和羟乙基纤维素加入去离子水中均质,再加入金属螯合剂EDTA-2Na、甘油聚醚-26、甘油和用丁二醇分散好的透明质酸钠,搅拌,升温,保温搅拌15-20分钟,开始降温;
3)温度降至70-75℃时,加入溶好的精氨酸溶液,搅拌10-15分钟,继续降温;
4)45-50℃时加入预先溶解好的对羟基苯甲酮、1,3-丙二醇和1,2-己二醇,溶解好的赋香剂香精和增溶剂PEG-40氢化蓖麻油和乳酸杆菌/豆浆发酵产物滤液、小麦籽提取物、酵母菌/米糠发酵产物、乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液、玉米仁提取物,搅拌10-15分钟,即得。
本发明的五谷杂粮组合物,具有较好的保湿、滋润效果,其强大的抗衰老能力,也能为肌肤抗衰提供源源不断的动力。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明进一步详细说明。应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
所述乳酸杆菌/豆浆发酵产物滤液原材料取自日本黑豆,由黑豆制造出豆浆,再通过细菌培养,注入16个属细菌(35种菌株),经过120小时发酵而来,具有抗过敏和保湿效果。
所述小麦籽提取物是糖基神经酰胺与二半乳糖双甘油酯连接乳化的水溶性神经酰胺,超凡渗透性直达真皮层,使水溶性神经酰胺具有独特的抗老化功效:恢复真皮完整性,促进原纤维细胞,抑制弹性蛋白酶、胶原蛋白酶和自由基。
所述酵母菌/米糠发酵产物原材料来自稻米的米糠,通过接种酵母菌,得到发酵液,经过粗过滤和超过滤最后得到米糠发酵产物,它可以明显减少MITF(小眼畸形协同转录因子)的活性,而抑制络氨酸酶活性,起到美白作用。
所述乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液是通过乳酸杆菌发酵而来的绿豆发酵液,富含γ-氨基丁酸,可以加速受损肌肤的屏障修复,对于维护平复屏障动态平衡其重要作用。
所述玉米仁提取物是通过生物技术提取来自玉米籽的植物活性物,富含15份的活性因子:①肌醇衍生物-植酸能产生磷酸盐,连接在AMP或ADP上的分子,用于形成ATP中富含能量的键,ATP是细胞能量的关键分子,是能量的传输者,能抵御内部和外部老化的双重机制;②蛋白质&糖类是有细胞分解生成以ATP形式存在的能量;③维生素B是保证细胞良好新陈代谢的必需辅酶;④微量元素(铁、铜、锌、锰);⑤氨基酸。
试验例1组合物处方筛选试验
处方如表1所示

制备方法:
1)先用丁二醇6g将透明质酸钠0.8g混合均匀备用;
2)精氨酸0.02g先用1g去离子水加热溶解完全备用;
3)对羟基苯乙酮0.3g用1,3-丙二醇5g加热溶解,备用;
4)香精0.02g有PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.06g增溶好备用;
5)将去离子水30-90g抽入乳化锅中,高速均质下将卡波姆0.1g加入,再加入EDTA-2Na0.01g、甘油2g和步骤1)所得的混合物,加热到80-85℃,保温搅拌10-15分钟,开始降温;
6)降温到70-75℃时加入溶解好的精氨酸,搅拌5-10分钟,再加入步骤2)所得的混合物,搅拌均匀;
7)45-50℃时加入乳酸杆菌/豆浆发酵产物滤液1.8g、小麦籽提取物2g、酵母菌/米糠发酵产物1.6g、乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液1.6g、玉米仁提取物5g和步骤4)所得的混合物,搅拌10-15分钟,检测合格后出料,装瓶,即为成品。
将试验例1-6制得的产品进行分别进行粉尘吸附试验、屏障功能测试、美白效果测试,结果如表2。
粉尘吸附试验测试方法:在10名受试者右前臂从下到上依次涂抹0.1g试验例1-6的精华(质量相同)。在施工路段往返1个小时用3M胶带将前臂上的粉尘粘下,称重测量3M胶带的增重量,取平均值(g)。
屏障功能测试试验方法:选择面部肌肤较为干燥缺水的10名女性受试者,年龄30-45岁,检测前三天,面部未使用任何化妆品,测定第1天未使用产品前的面部TEWL值(检测时,用CK MPA580的TEWL探头,检测受检皮肤,测试5次,在电脑上读取平均值)。每个受试者分别将取试验例1-6等量精华涂于面部皮肤上,早晚一次,连续使用28天,第29、30天停用产品,第31天测量TEWL。
美白效果测试试验方法:选取10名普通志愿者组成受试人群进行外用试验,年龄在20-40岁之间,受试者在面部的涂抹试验例1-6提供的精华,每天早晚洁面后各涂抹1次,涂抹1周。采用皮肤黑色素和血红素测试仪(MexameterMX18,德国CK电子公司生产)对受试者使用化妆品前后黑色素含量变化。

上述试验数据表明,由乳酸杆菌/豆浆发酵产物滤液、小麦籽提取物、酵母菌/米糠发酵产物、乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液、玉米仁提取物组成的组合物制备的精华,较任何单一成分组成的精华具有更有效补充肌肤水分,减少水分散失,更好的增加皮肤屏障功能,及更为有效美白效果。

制备方法:将去离子水10g将乳酸杆菌/豆浆发酵产物滤液、小麦籽提取物、酵母菌/米糠发酵产物、乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液、玉米仁提取物溶解,搅拌均匀,即可。
实施例6一种含有五谷杂粮组合物五谷全效精华
1)先用丁二醇6g将透明质酸钠0.8g混合均匀备用;
2)精氨酸0.02g、柠檬酸0.01g先用1g去离子水加热溶解完全备用;
3)对羟基苯乙酮0.3g先用1,3-丙二醇5g加热溶解好,再加入1,2-己二醇0.05g混合均匀,备用;
4)香精0.02g有PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.06g增溶好备用;
5)将去离子水72.03g抽入乳化锅中,高速均质下将卡波姆0.1g加入,再加入羟乙基纤维素0.3g,再加入EDTA-2Na 0.01g、甘油聚醚-26 0.3g、甘油2g和步骤1)所得的混合物,加热到80-85℃,保温搅拌10-15分钟,开始降温;
6)降温到70-75℃时加入溶解好的精氨酸,搅拌5-10分钟,再加入步骤2)所得的混合物,搅拌均匀;
7)45-50℃时加入乳酸杆菌/豆浆发酵产物滤液1.8g、小麦籽提取物2g、酵母菌/米糠发酵产物1.6g、乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液1.6g、玉米仁提取物5g和步骤4)所得的混合物,搅拌10-15分钟,检测合格后出料,装瓶,即为成品。
测试例一粉尘吸附试验
测试方法:在10名受试者的左前臂上涂抹对照精华0.1g,在右前臂涂抹0.1g的实施例6的精华(质量相同)。在施工路段往返1个小时用3M胶带将前臂上的粉尘粘下,称重,试验结果见表4。
粉尘减少率=(左前臂粉尘量-右前臂粉尘量)/左前臂粉尘量×100%

上述试验数据表明,在右前臂涂抹添加本发明实施例6的精华后,右前臂粉尘量降低达到52%以上,说明本发明的组合物能明显减少粉尘在皮肤上的吸附。
测试例二屏障功能测试
正常的皮肤有很强屏障功能,能阻止外界有害物质进入皮肤。当屏障功能受损时,角质细胞之间就有形成通路,水分从通路散失。因此当皮肤屏障功效减弱时水分经皮损失增加,反之减少。皮肤保护层越好,水份含量就越高,皮肤水份流失TEWL的数值就越低。本测试用经皮水分损失(TEWL)评价皮肤屏障功能的强弱。
试验方法:选择面部肌肤较为干燥缺水的10名女性受试者,年龄30-45岁,检测前三天,面部未使用任何化妆品,测定第1天未使用产品前的面部TEWL值(检测时,用CKMPA580的TEWL探头,检测受检皮肤,测试5次,在电脑上读取平均值)。每个受试者分别将取等量精华涂于面部皮肤上,其中左脸涂抹对比精华,右脸涂抹实施例6的五谷组合物精华,早晚一次,连续使用28天,第29、30天停用产品,第31天测量TEWL。结果见表5。

上述试验数据表明,使用添加本发明实施例6的精华后,其皮肤水份流失TEWL值低于比对的精华基质,说明本发明的组合物能有效补充肌肤水分,减少水分散失,更好的增加皮肤屏障功能。
测试例三对刺激物耐受性测试
皮肤受到外源污染物的刺激,常会引发红肿、瘙痒,起红斑风团等情况,久而久之会降低皮肤自身免疫功能形成敏感性肌肤,严重损害皮肤健康,所以修复受损并增强皮肤免疫力是抵御外源污染最根本的方式,通过皮肤刺激功效评估测试组合物的抗污染功效。
试验方法:采用3%SLS溶液和5%果酸作为刺激源,分别刺激左和右前臂屈肌皮肤直至红肿,然后在左前臂区域涂抹对比精华,在右前臂区域涂抹实施例6的五谷组合物的精华,2天后测试观察皮肤红肿消退程度。
测试结果:3%SLS刺激左前臂区域1,皮肤明显红肿,涂抹含实施例6的五谷组合物的精华2天后,左前臂区域1的红肿已经明显消退;5%果酸刺激右前臂区域2后,皮肤明显红肿,在涂抹实施例6的五谷组合物的精华2天后,右前臂区域2的肿也明显消退。说明本发明的组合物具有明显的抗刺激抗红肿功效。
测试例四美白效果测试
功效性评估方法:选取10名普通志愿者组成受试人群进行外用试验,年龄在20-40岁之间,受试者在面部的涂抹本发明实施例6提供的精华,每天早晚洁面后各涂抹1次,涂抹4周。采用皮肤黑色素和血红素测试仪(MexameterMX18,德国CK电子公司生产)对受试者使用化妆品前后黑色素含量变化:结果见表6。

由表3可知,本发明能有效抑制黑色素生成,具有良好的美白效果。
测试例五抗衰功效测试
功效性评估方法:选取20名普通志愿者组成受试人群进行外用试验,年龄在30-50岁之间,受试者在面部的涂抹本发明实施例6提供的精华和对照精华,每天早晚洁面后各涂抹1次,涂抹6周。
评价标准:(1)有效:皱纹消退或消失,减小或减少,皮肤弹性增加;(2)无效:皱纹、皮肤弹性未见好转。
试用结果:使用五谷组合物的精华42天后皱纹显著变轻减小,皮肤的弹性增加;而使用比照精华的皱纹没明显变化,由此可知本发明能有效的对抗肌肤衰老效果。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。

1.一种护肤品,其特征在于,所述的护肤品组成为:0.2g乳酸杆菌/豆浆发酵产物滤液、0.2g小麦籽提取物、0.2g酵母菌/米糠发酵产物、0.2g乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液、0.2g玉米仁提取物、6g丁二醇、0.8g透明质酸钠、0.02g精氨酸、0.3g羟基苯乙酮、5g1,3-丙二醇、0.02g香精、0.06g PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、0.1g卡波姆、0.01g EDTA-2Na、2g甘油、84.69g去离子水。
