Abstract
The invention provides a television, which comprises a back plate, a heat dissipation aluminum strip arranged on the back plate and a positioning sheet arranged on the back plate and used for fixing the heat dissipation aluminum strip; the locating plate comprises a sheet body and a boss, wherein the sheet body is attached to and connected with the back plate, and the boss is arranged in the middle of the sheet body and used for fixing the heat dissipation aluminum strip. The heat dissipation aluminum strip is connected with the back plate through the positioning sheet, the sheet-shaped body of the positioning sheet is connected with the back plate in an attaching mode, and the boss of the positioning sheet is fixed with the heat dissipation aluminum strip, so that the contact surface of the heat dissipation aluminum strip and the positioning sheet can be reduced, the heat transfer between the heat dissipation aluminum strip and the back plate is further reduced, the ink characteristic on the back plate is prevented from being influenced due to too high temperature of the back plate, and the problem that the color cast is caused by the fact that heat is accumulated in the backlight module and then transmitted to the liquid crystal panel and the polarity changes can be avoided.

In order to avoid the problems, the heat transfer between the heat dissipation aluminum plate and the back plate needs to be reduced, the scheme adopted by the invention is to reduce the area of the iron plate in contact with the heat dissipation aluminum strips, the bosses are arranged on the iron plate, and the heat dissipation aluminum strips are fixed on the bosses, so that the contact area between the heat dissipation aluminum strips and the iron plate can be reduced, and the heat transfer is reduced. In addition, both can directly set up the fixed heat dissipation aluminium bar of boss on a bold iron plate, also can use a lot of little iron plates to fix, that is to say, do not adopt to paste a bold iron plate on the backplate and fix the heat dissipation aluminium bar, can paste a plurality of little iron plates on the backplate, every spaced arrangement of little iron plate is on the backplate, set up the boss on little iron plate, fix the heat dissipation aluminium bar on the boss, can reduce the area of contact of iron plate and backplate like this, further reduce the heat that transmits to the backplate, guarantee the printing ink characteristic on the backplate, reduce the heat of gathering in backlight unit, avoid appearing the problem of off color.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a fixing structure of a heat dissipation aluminum strip according to the present invention, in which a plurality of small iron plates are adhered to a back plate to fix the heat dissipation aluminum strip, as shown in fig. 1, the fixing structure of the heat dissipation aluminum strip according to the present invention includes a back plate 10, a heat dissipation aluminum strip 20, and a positioning plate 30. The heat dissipation aluminum strips 20 are mounted on the back plate 10, and the positioning pieces 30 are disposed on the back plate 10 and between the back plate 10 and the heat dissipation aluminum strips 20 for fixing the heat dissipation aluminum strips 20. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the positioning sheet of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the positioning sheet 30 includes a sheet body 31 attached to the back plate, and a boss 32 disposed at the middle of the sheet body, the boss 32 is used for fixing the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20, so as to reduce the contact area between the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20 and the positioning sheet 30, further reduce the heat transferred from the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20 to the back plate 10, avoid the influence of the too high temperature of the back plate 10 on the ink characteristics on the back plate, reduce the heat accumulated in the backlight module, and avoid the color cast problem.
Referring to fig. 3, a positioning column 321 is disposed in the middle of the top of the boss 32, the positioning column 321 is used for pre-positioning the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20, the positioning column 321 is a cylinder perpendicular to the top plane of the boss 32, when the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20 is fixed to the boss 32, the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20 is firstly sleeved on the positioning column 321, so that the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20 can be positioned, and then fixed by a screw. It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 3, a positioning hole 21 adapted to the positioning column 321 is also provided at a position corresponding to the positioning column 321 on the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20, so as to sleeve the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20 on the positioning column 321.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, two ends of the top of the boss 32 are provided with screw holes 322, the screw holes 322 are used for fixing the heat dissipation aluminum bar 20, a first screw 22 adapted to the screw holes 322 is disposed on the heat dissipation aluminum bar 20 at a position corresponding to the screw holes 322, after the heat dissipation aluminum bar 20 is sleeved on the positioning column 321, the first screw 22 is aligned to the screw holes 322, and then the heat dissipation aluminum bar 20 can be fixed on the boss 32 by screwing the first screw 22 into the screw holes 322.
Since the general back plate 10 is not easy to open the holes, especially, the toughened glass is used as the back plate 10 material, if the middle opening reduces the rigidity of the material, the connection mode between the positioning sheet 30 and the back plate 10 is glue adhesion, please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the bottom surface of the sheet body 31 of the positioning sheet 30 is attached to the back plate 10, the sheet body 31 is provided with glue overflow holes 311, when too much glue exists between the sheet body 31 and the back plate 10, the excess glue overflows from the glue overflow holes 311, and the flatness of the adhesive surface can be ensured.
In order to make the glue on the adhering surfaces of the back plate 10 and the positioning sheet 30 uniform, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of glue overflow holes 311 are uniformly distributed on the sheet body 31 in a matrix shape. The sheet-shaped body 31 is uniformly provided with a plurality of glue overflowing holes 311, so that the excessive glue at each position on the pasting surfaces of the back plate 10 and the positioning sheet 30 can overflow from the glue overflowing holes 311, and the uniformity of the glue during pasting is ensured.
Fig. 4 is an assembly structure view of the back plate and the positioning pieces of the present invention, please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 4, wherein a plurality of positioning pieces 30 are arranged in a row at the bottom of the back plate 10. The heat dissipating aluminum strip 20 is generally mounted on the bottom of the back plate 10, so the positioning plate 30 is correspondingly disposed on the bottom of the back plate 10. The positioning plates 30 are arranged in rows, and the positioning holes 21 and the first screws 22 on the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20 are correspondingly arranged in rows on the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20 because the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20 is fixed with the positioning plates 30, so that the difficulty of processing the positioning holes 21 and the screw holes on the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20 is reduced, and the processing is more convenient because of the regular arrangement of the rows.
Fig. 5 is a schematic side view of fig. 4, and as shown in fig. 5, the height d of the boss 32 is 3-8mm, and the height of the boss 32 can be specifically adjusted according to the requirement due to the difference in the size and thickness of the tv sets.
Referring to fig. 2, the plastic gasket 221 is disposed on the first screw 22, and the plastic gasket 221 is clamped between the screw cap of the first screw 22 and the surface of the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20, so that the plastic gasket 221 isolates the screw cap from the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20, and because the expansion coefficient between the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20 and the back plate 10 is inconsistent, the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20 expands after high temperature and pulls the first screw 22 to rub against the first screw 22, thereby generating abnormal noise, and the plastic gasket 221 is flexible and deformable under stress, so that the abnormal noise generated by metal friction between the first screw 22 and the heat dissipation aluminum strip 20 does not occur, and the viewing effect of the television is ensured.
The invention also provides a television which comprises the fixing structure of the heat dissipation aluminum strip.
The invention also provides a heat dissipation aluminum strip fixing method based on the fixing structure of the heat dissipation aluminum strip, which comprises the following steps:
arranging a sheet body and a boss on a positioning sheet for connecting the back plate and the heat dissipation aluminum strip;
adhering the back surface of the sheet-shaped body to the back plate;
and fixedly connecting the top of the boss with the heat dissipation aluminum strip.

Claims (7)
1. A television is characterized by comprising a back plate, a heat dissipation aluminum strip arranged on the back plate and a positioning sheet arranged on the back plate and used for fixing the heat dissipation aluminum strip; the positioning sheet comprises a sheet body which is attached and connected with the back plate, and a boss which is arranged in the middle of the sheet body and used for fixing the heat dissipation aluminum strip;
screw holes for fixing the heat dissipation aluminum strips are formed in the two ends of the top of the boss; and a first screw matched with the screw hole is arranged on the heat dissipation aluminum strip.
2. The television set as claimed in claim 1, wherein a positioning column for pre-positioning the heat dissipation aluminum strip is arranged in the middle of the top of the boss.
3. The television set as described in claim 1, wherein a plastic washer is disposed on said first screw.
4. The TV set as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sheet-like body is provided with glue-overflowing holes, and the positioning sheet is adhered to the back plate by glue.
5. The TV set as claimed in claim 4, wherein the glue-overflow holes are uniformly distributed on the sheet-like body in a matrix shape.
6. The TV set as claimed in claim 1, wherein the positioning plates are provided in a plurality and arranged in rows at the bottom of the back plate.
7. The television set as described in claim 1, wherein the height of the boss is 3-8 mm.
