In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a tape pressing roller device is arranged between the guide roller assembly and the tape recovering turntable, and comprises a driving pressing wheel and a driven pressing wheel pressed on the driving pressing wheel; the rotating output shaft of the rotating power mechanism is connected with the rotating shaft of the recovery adhesive tape rotating disc and the rotating shaft of the driving pinch roller through a belt; the used adhesive tape passes through the used adhesive tape guide wheel, then bypasses the driving pinch roller, passes between the driving pinch roller and the driven pinch roller, and finally bypasses the secondary pinch roller and returns to the adhesive tape recycling turntable.
Preferably, the driven hold-down pulley is connected with the bracket through an eccentric shaft, the eccentric shaft is rotationally connected on the bracket, and an adjusting handle which is fixedly connected with the eccentric shaft and can rotate the eccentric shaft is arranged at the other end of the eccentric shaft connected with the bracket.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, an auxiliary guide wheel is arranged between the reversing roller and the unused adhesive tape guide wheel, and is rotatably connected to the bracket through a rotary connecting piece; one end of the rotary connecting sheet, which is connected with the bracket, is provided with a torsion spring which enables the auxiliary guide wheel to be always pressed on the adhesive tape.
According to a preferred scheme of the invention, the support frame comprises a mounting frame and a support plate for supporting the mounting frame, wherein one end of the support plate is fixed on a frame of the smart card packaging machine, the other end of the support plate is connected to the mounting frame through a fixed connection mechanism, and the driving mechanism is arranged on the mounting frame.
In a preferred scheme of the invention, the driving mechanism comprises a driving unit and a transmission unit, one end of the transmission unit is rotationally connected with the driving unit, the other end of the transmission unit is connected with the mounting frame, and the transmission unit is connected with the grabbing mechanism through a fixed connection structure.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the card grabbing driving mechanism includes a driving member and a transmission plate fixed on the driving member; the lower end of the transmission plate is connected with the grabbing and clamping assembly; one side of the driving piece, which is close to the nut, is provided with a connecting piece, one side of the connecting piece is provided with a fixing piece fixedly connected to the nut, and the driving piece is fixedly connected with the fixing piece through the connecting piece.
According to the invention, the clamping assembly comprises a sucker and a connecting rod, wherein the connecting rod is of a hollow structure, one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the sucker, and the other end of the connecting rod penetrates through and is fixed on the transmission plate.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the instruction book conveying mechanism includes a conveying bracket, a conveying belt arranged on the conveying bracket, and a conveying belt driving mechanism for driving the conveying belt to rotate; the conveying belt is arranged on the conveying support, the lower end of the conveying support is fixedly connected with the rack of the intelligent card packaging machine, and the conveying belt driving mechanism is connected with the conveying belt through the rotating connecting mechanism; the conveying belt is provided with second poking teeth which are uniformly distributed.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fixing frame includes a fixing mounting plate fixed on the smart card packaging machine, a fixing mounting block, and a fixing shaft; and two ends of the fixed shaft are fixedly connected with the fixed mounting plate and the fixed mounting block respectively.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the detection element is provided with a detection groove; the lower end of the sensing element extends into the detection groove through the fixed mounting block. Through the structure, when the pinch roller is lifted upwards, the other end of the rotating block moves downwards, namely the detecting element moves downwards along with the downward movement, and the sensing element is separated from the detection range of the detecting groove, so that the detecting element sends out a signal, and effective detection of the membrane belt is realized.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a limiting member is disposed above the rotating block, and a lower end of the limiting member passes through the fixed mounting block and acts on the rotating block.
Preferably, the sensing element and the limiting piece are screw rods, and the fixed mounting block is provided with threaded holes matched with the sensing element and the limiting piece; the upper ends of the sensing element and the limiting piece are provided with adjusting knobs.
According to a preferred scheme of the invention, one end, connected with the rotating block, of the fixed mounting block is provided with a mounting part, mounting pieces extending downwards are arranged on two sides of the mounting part, round holes are formed in the mounting pieces, and bearings are arranged in the round holes; one end of the rotating block penetrates through the mounting part, one end of the rotating block penetrating through the mounting part is provided with a matching round hole and a second mounting hole, and the second mounting hole is arranged on one side of the matching round hole and vertically penetrates through the matching round hole; a rotating shaft is arranged on the matched round hole, and extends from a bearing hole on one side to a bearing hole on the other side; the second mounting hole is provided with a second lock nut, and the second lock nut is provided with an arc fixing surface matched with the side surface of the rotating shaft.
According to a preferred scheme of the invention, a fixing hole is formed in the other end, far away from the detection element, of the fixing mounting block, and a pinch roller shaft matched with the fixing hole is arranged on the fixing hole; and a rotating bearing is arranged in the pinch roller, one end of the pinch roller shaft is fixed on an inner hole of the rotating bearing, and the other end of the pinch roller shaft is fixed on a fixing hole of the fixed mounting block.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, each of the blade assemblies includes a blade fixing seat fixedly connected to the frame, a blade connecting rod disposed at an upper end of the blade fixing seat, a blade seat rotatably connected to the blade connecting rod and capable of moving back and forth, and a blade clamping block disposed on the blade seat; the blade clamping block is provided with a mounting groove for mounting the blade on one side close to the blade seat; and a fixing lug for fixing the blade is arranged on the blade seat at a position corresponding to the mounting groove.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the front end of the front blade assembly and the rear blade assembly is provided with a waste cleaner for recovering the cut-off film strip waste in the conveying direction of the film strip, the waste cleaner being provided with two suction openings, one of which is directed towards the front blade assembly and the other towards the rear blade assembly.
According to a preferred scheme of the invention, three air suction hole belts which are arranged in parallel and are consistent with the conveying direction of the packaged smart card are arranged on the air suction belt, and a plurality of air suction holes which are arranged at equal intervals are arranged on each air suction hole belt; wherein, in the direction perpendicular to membrane area direction of delivery, first piece induced draft hole area sets up the rear of back blade, second piece induced draft hole area sets up between front blade and back blade, and third piece induced draft hole area sets up the rear at front blade.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the collecting device further comprises a collecting belt for transporting the packaged smart card and the section of the instruction sheet unit which have completed the collection, and a collecting power mechanism for driving the collecting belt to move; the collecting belt is provided with a plurality of first poking teeth which are arranged at equal intervals; the guide sliding sheet is arranged at the starting end of the collecting belt.
In a preferred scheme of the invention, the two sides of the slide guiding sheet are provided with the protective baffle plates, and the protective baffle plates are arranged on the card collecting bracket; the upper ends of the protection baffles are respectively provided with a guide inclined plate, and the guide inclined plates incline to the two sides of the collecting belt respectively.
The invention is characterized in that the conveying device also comprises two connecting plates arranged side by side on the card collecting bracket and two guard plates respectively arranged at two sides of the conveying belt, and each guard plate is provided with a protection vertical plate perpendicular to the conveying belt; the two protective uprights form a conveying trough for conveying the packaged smart cards and the specification unit sections; the conveying belt is arranged between the two connecting plates.
Preferably, the conveying device is provided with a card pressing mechanism for pressing the packaged smart card and the instruction book, and the card pressing mechanism comprises two rotating connecting frames symmetrically arranged at two sides of the connecting plate and card pressing rollers arranged on the rotating connecting frames; the rotary connecting frame comprises a fixed block fixedly connected to the side surface of the connecting plate, a rotary connecting rod arranged on the fixed block and a rotary rod rotatably connected to the rotary connecting rod; the clamp roller is arranged between the two rotating rods and is tightly pressed on the conveying belt.
Preferably, the tail end of the conveying belt is provided with an auxiliary card pressing mechanism for pressing the packaged smart card and the instruction book on the conveying belt during folding and collecting, and the auxiliary card pressing mechanism comprises an auxiliary rotating connecting frame and an auxiliary card pressing roller arranged on the auxiliary rotating connecting frame; the auxiliary rotating connecting frame comprises an auxiliary fixed block fixedly connected to the side surface of the connecting plate, an auxiliary rotating connecting rod arranged on the auxiliary fixed block and an auxiliary rotating rod rotatably connected to the auxiliary rotating connecting rod; the auxiliary clamp roller is arranged between the two auxiliary rotating rods, and is tightly pressed on the conveying belt.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the bracket comprises two support rod assemblies, each support rod assembly comprises an adjusting plate connected with the card collecting bracket and a support rod for supporting the packaged smart card and the instruction book; the support rods are arranged on the adjusting plate and are respectively arranged on two sides of the first poking teeth on the collecting belt; the adjusting plate is provided with an oblong adjusting hole which is used for being connected with the card collecting bracket and adjusting the distance between the two supporting rods.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sliding guide piece includes an arc section and an inclined section connected to the arc section; wherein, the circular arc section sets up the end at conveyer belt.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the device for packaging the intelligent card and the instruction book simultaneously can automatically convey the adhesive tape to the bottom of the pressing block, and the adhesive tape is pressed on the surface of the instruction book through the pressing of the double-sided adhesive tape by the pressing block, so that the adhesive tape can be accurately adhered to the instruction book, the influence on subsequent processing and packaging caused by adhesion dislocation is avoided, and the packaging quality is improved; simultaneously, the smart card is grabbed by the card grabbing component, and is conveyed to the instruction book from the card feeding mechanism under the drive of the driving mechanism, the smart card is stuck to the instruction book, and then the instruction book and the smart card are pushed into the film belt; according to the invention, the smart card and the instruction book are simultaneously fed into the film belt, so that the time for packaging is reduced, the productivity is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
2. The position detection mechanism is arranged, and through the rotating assembly capable of rotating around the fixing frame, in the film belt conveying process, when packaged articles in the film belt do not enter the designated position of the film belt, but are exposed at or outside the sealing position of the film belt, namely, the detection element cannot detect signals, and then signals are sent to the control system, so that whether the packaged articles are positioned in the proper position or not is detected.
3. Through setting up side cut device, can be at the in-process that the membrane area carried, the membrane area waste material excision with the membrane area, guarantee that the membrane area that is equipped with smart card and description is unified standard when later collecting, improved smart card packagine machine's packaging quality.
4. The card collecting device can be in butt joint with the film breaking mechanism, the packaged smart card and the instruction book unit section after film breaking are conveyed by the conveying mechanism, the collection of the packaged smart card and the instruction book is further completed, the whole process is full-automatic, manual collection is not needed, and the production efficiency is effectively improved.

In order that those skilled in the art will well understand the technical solutions of the present invention, the following describes the present invention further with reference to examples and drawings, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 1-40, the smart card packaging machine in this embodiment includes a frame E, a device D for packaging the smart card and the instruction book simultaneously provided on the frame E, a position detecting mechanism B for position detection provided on the frame E, a trimming device C for trimming off the redundant edge of the sealed film strip provided on the frame E, and a card collecting device a for automatically collecting the packaged smart card;
the device D for packaging the smart card and the instruction book simultaneously comprises an instruction book conveying mechanism D1 for conveying the instruction book 14, an adhesive mechanism D2 for adhering the instruction book 14 at a fixed position and a card feeding mechanism D3 for conveying the smart card 16;
the card feeding mechanism D3 comprises a supporting frame, a card grabbing mechanism 17 for grabbing the smart card 16 and a driving mechanism for driving the card grabbing mechanism 17 to move between the card feeding mechanism and the instruction book conveying mechanism D1; the driving mechanism is arranged on a supporting frame, and the supporting frame is arranged on a rack E of the smart card packaging machine; the card grabbing mechanism 17 comprises a card grabbing assembly and a card grabbing power mechanism for driving the card grabbing assembly to vertically move, and the card grabbing assembly comprises a sucker 18 for sucking the smart card 16; the clamping power mechanism is connected to the driving mechanism;
The gluing mechanism D2 comprises a bracket 1, a release adhesive tape turntable 2 arranged on the bracket 1 and used for installing adhesive tape rolls, a recovery adhesive tape turntable 3 arranged on the bracket 1 and used for collecting used adhesive tapes, a pressing device 9 arranged on the bracket 1 and used for pressing the adhesive tapes 15 on a specification 14, a rotating power mechanism 3-1 used for driving the recovery adhesive tape turntable 3 to rotate and a vertical power mechanism 1-1 used for driving the bracket 1 to move up and down; the pressing device 9 comprises a pressing block 9-2 for pressing the adhesive tape 15 on the instruction sheet 14, wherein the pressing block 9-2 is positioned above the position to be pasted on the instruction sheet 14; the adhesive tape 15 is released from the adhesive tape roll mounted on the release tape reel 2, and is returned to the recovery tape reel 3 after bypassing the bottom of the pressing block 9-2.
The instruction book conveying mechanism D1 is positioned below the adhesive mechanism D2, one end of the instruction book conveying mechanism D1 is connected with the instruction book sending device, and the other end extends to the front of the film strip conveying mechanism.
The position detection mechanism B comprises a fixed frame, a rotating assembly rotationally connected with the fixed frame and a position detection assembly; wherein the position detection assembly comprises a sensing element 2b and a detection element 1b for position detection; the rotating assembly comprises a rotating block 3b and a pressing wheel 4b, one end of the rotating block 3b is connected with the pressing wheel 4b through a rotating connection structure, the other end of the rotating block is fixedly connected with the detecting element 1b, and the pressing wheel 4b on the rotating block 3b is connected with the fixing frame through the rotating connection structure.
The edge cutting device C comprises a pair of blade assemblies arranged on the frame E and used for cutting off film strip scraps, and an air suction belt 3C arranged on the film strip conveying track and used for sucking the film strip; wherein the pair of blade assemblies includes a front blade assembly 1c and a rear blade assembly 2c; the front blade assembly 1c is arranged at the front side vertical to the conveying direction of the film strip, and the rear blade assembly 2c is arranged at the rear side vertical to the conveying direction of the film strip; the front blade assembly 1c is provided with a front blade for cutting off the waste film and the rear blade assembly 2c is provided with a rear blade for cutting off the waste film and the tips of the front blade and the rear blade extend downwards to be close to the upper surface of the air suction belt 3c; when the film strip provided with the smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 passes through the air suction belt 3c, the cutter point of the front blade is positioned at the outer side of the sealing line at the front end of the film strip, and the cutter point of the rear blade is positioned at the outer side of the sealing line at the rear end of the film strip.
The card collecting device A comprises a card collecting bracket 3a, a conveying device 1a arranged on the card collecting bracket 3a and in butt joint with the film breaking mechanism I, and a collecting device 2a for folding and collecting the packaged smart card 16 and the instruction book 14; wherein the conveying device 1a comprises a conveying belt 1-1a for conveying the packaged smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 and a conveying power mechanism 1-6a for driving the conveying belt 1-1a to move; the starting end of the conveying belt 1-1a is connected with a film breaking mechanism I; the collecting device 2a comprises a first poking tooth 2-1a, brackets arranged on two sides of the first poking tooth 2-1a and used for supporting the packaged smart card 16 and the instruction book 14, a guiding sliding sheet 6a for guiding the packaged smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 on the conveying belt 1-1a to the brackets, and a pressure air gun 5a arranged on the card collecting bracket 3a and used for blowing the packaged smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 on the brackets flat; the tail end of the conveying belt 1-1a on the conveying device 1a is higher than the bracket on the collecting device 2a; one end of the sliding guide sheet 6a is arranged at the tail end of the conveying belt 1-1a, and the other end of the sliding guide sheet is obliquely downwards arranged at two sides of the bracket; the carrier is arranged behind the first setting tooth 2-1a in the direction of transport of the packaged smart card 16 and the instructions 14.
Referring to fig. 6 and 10-12, a damping device 4 is arranged below the release tape turntable 2, and the damping device 4 comprises a damping frame 4-2 rotatably connected to the bracket 1 and a damping block 4-1 arranged on the damping frame 4-2 and contacted with the release tape turntable 2; a first elastic element 4-4 is arranged between the damping frame 4-2 and the bracket 1, and the elastic force of the first elastic element 4-4 promotes the damping block 4-1 on the damping frame 4-2 to be clung to the release tape turntable 2. Through setting up such damping device 4, let damping piece 4-1 hug closely with release adhesive tape carousel 2 all the time for when retrieving adhesive tape carousel 3 stop rotating, the resistance of damping piece 4-1 to release adhesive tape carousel 2 can prevent that release adhesive tape carousel 2 from continuing to rotate because of inertia, leads to the adhesive tape roll to continue to release adhesive tape 15, finally leads to the adhesive tape to be too loose, and the adhesive layer can't accurate transport put in place, influences the pasting quality.
Referring to fig. 6 and 10-12, the damping frame 4-2 has a triangular shape and includes a connection end 4-22 rotatably connected to the bracket 1, a damping mounting end 4-21 for connecting with the damping block 4-1, and a roller mounting end 4-23; the roller mounting end 4-23 is provided with a reversing roller 4-3, and the reversing roller 4-3 is contacted with the smooth surface of the adhesive tape 15; one end of the first elastic element 4-4 is fixed on the back of the bracket 1, and the other end is connected with the damping mounting end 4-21. By arranging the damping frame 4-2, the reversing roller 4-3 on the damping frame 4-2 tightens the adhesive tape 15 in the conveying process of the adhesive tape 15, so that the adhesive tape 15 is prevented from being too loose to be conveyed normally.
Referring to fig. 6-7, 9 and 12, the support 1 is provided with a guiding roller assembly 6 for guiding the conveying of the adhesive tape 15, the guiding roller assembly 6 comprises an unused adhesive tape guiding wheel 6-1 contacted with the adhesive surface of the unused adhesive tape and a used adhesive tape guiding wheel 6-2 for guiding the conveying of the used adhesive tape, and the unused adhesive tape guiding wheel 6-1 is provided with an anti-sticking pattern; the unused tape guide wheel 6-1 is connected with the bracket 1 through a first connecting shaft, and the used tape guide wheel 6-2 is connected with the bracket 1 through a second connecting shaft. By arranging the guide roller assembly 6, the tension force of the adhesive tape 15 in the conveying process is larger, the normal conveying is prevented from being influenced by the excessive loosening of the adhesive tape 15, and the conveying of the adhesive tape 15 to the compacting block 9-2 is facilitated; by arranging the unused adhesive tape guide wheel 6-1 provided with the adhesive patterns, when the unused adhesive tape guide wheel 6-1 is contacted with the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 15, the damage to the adhesive force on the adhesive layer of the adhesive layer is reduced, and the adhesive layer can be firmly adhered on the instruction book 14.
Referring to fig. 6-7, 9 and 11-12, the support 1 is arranged at one side of the description conveyer belt, and the pressing device 9 is arranged at the lower end of the support 1; the compressing device 9 further comprises a connecting frame 9-1 connected with the bracket 1 and a reversing roller group arranged on the connecting frame 9-1, and the axial direction of the reversing roller group is consistent with the conveying direction of the instruction conveying belt; the reversing roller group is provided with a reversing roller 9-3 which is not used with an adhesive tape and is close to one side of the bracket 1, and a reversing roller 9-4 which is far away from the bracket 1 and is used with the adhesive tape; the compression block 9-2 is fixedly arranged on the connecting frame 9-1 and positioned between the reversing roller groups, and the bottom of the compression block 9-2 is lower than the connecting frame 9-1 and the reversing roller groups; the unused adhesive tape guide wheel 6-1 is arranged right above the unused adhesive tape reversing wheel 9-3, the used adhesive tape guide wheel 6-2 is arranged right above the used adhesive tape reversing wheel 9-4, and the axial directions of the unused adhesive tape guide wheel 6-1 and the used adhesive tape guide wheel 6-2 are mutually perpendicular to the axial direction of the reversing roller group 4-3; the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 15 is twisted by 90 degrees after being wound on the unused adhesive tape guide wheel 6-1, so that the smooth surface of the adhesive tape 15 faces outwards and the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 15 faces inwards; then, the adhesive tape 15 is sequentially wound on the unused adhesive tape reversing wheel 9-3, the bottom of the compacting block 9-2 and the used adhesive tape reversing wheel 9-4; the used adhesive tape 15 is twisted to an initial direction after bypassing the used adhesive tape reversing wheel 9-4, namely, the conveying direction of the adhesive tape 15 on the guide roller and the unused adhesive tape guiding wheel 6-1; finally, the used adhesive tape passes through the used adhesive tape guide wheel 6-2 and returns to the adhesive tape collecting rotary table.
The bracket 1 is arranged on one side of the instruction conveyer belt, and the pressing device 9 is arranged at the lower end of the bracket 1, so that the whole device and the packaging equipment are more compact and more reasonable to install; in addition, the arrangement is convenient for staff to observe the conveying condition of the instruction book 14 and the sticking condition of the adhesive tape 15 when the equipment works, and is convenient for finding abnormality and maintaining in time. Referring to fig. 6-7, 9 and 12, a sensor 8 is arranged above the pressing device 9, and a detection groove 8-1 for allowing the adhesive tape 15 to pass through and detecting whether the adhesive layer is arranged on the adhesive tape 15 is arranged on the sensor 8; after passing through the unused tape guide wheel 6-1 and being twisted by 90 degrees, the adhesive tape 15 passes through the detection groove 8-1 and bypasses the unused tape reversing wheel 9-3.
The sensor 8 for detecting whether the double-sided adhesive tape 15 is arranged above the pressing device 9, so that in the conveying process of the adhesive tape 15, the sensor 8 judges whether the position of the adhesive tape 15 with the adhesive layer is conveyed to the bottom of the pressing block 9-2 according to the set parameters, if the position is conveyed in place, the continuous conveying is stopped, and if the position is not conveyed in place, the rotary driving mechanism continuously drives the recycling adhesive tape turntable 3 to rotate, so that the adhesive tape 15 is continuously conveyed until the adhesive tape 15 is conveyed in place; the problem that the adhesive layers are not conveyed in place due to errors in the interval distance between the adhesive layers on the adhesive tape 15 is avoided, and further, the double-sided adhesive tape is inaccurately pasted is avoided.
Referring to fig. 6 and 12, the used tape guide 6-2 provided on the bracket 1 is higher than the unused tape guide 6-1; the second connecting shaft is provided with an elastic pressing sheet 6-3 for pressing the adhesive tape 15 wound on the unused adhesive tape guide wheel 6-1, the elastic pressing sheet 6-3 is S-shaped, one end of the elastic pressing sheet is fixedly connected to the second guide shaft, and the other end of the elastic pressing sheet is pressed on the top of the unused adhesive tape guide wheel 6-1. By arranging the elastic pressing sheet 6-3, the adhesive tape 15 is pressed on the unused adhesive tape guide wheel 6-1, so that the situation that the adhesive tape 15 is folded or falls off in the conveying process after torsion is avoided, and the normal conveying of the adhesive tape 15 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 6, 8 and 11-12, a tape pressing roller device 7 is provided between the guide roller assembly and the recovery tape turntable 3, the tape pressing roller device 7 including a driving pressing roller 7-1 and a driven pressing roller 7-2 pressed against the driving pressing roller 7-1; the rotating output shaft of the rotating power mechanism 3-1 is connected with the rotating shaft 3-11 of the recycling adhesive tape turntable and the rotating shaft 7-11 of the driving pressing wheel 7-1 through a belt 15; the used adhesive tape passes through the used adhesive tape guide wheel 6-2 and then bypasses the driving pinch wheel 7-1, then passes between the driving pinch wheel 7-1 and the driven pinch wheel 7-2, finally bypasses the driven pinch wheel 7-2 and then returns to the recycling adhesive tape turntable 3. By arranging the adhesive tape pressing roller device 7 and the encircling mode of the adhesive tape 15, the adhesive tape 15 is tensioned in the conveying process, so that the influence of excessive loosening of the adhesive tape 15 on normal conveying is avoided; meanwhile, the rotating output shaft of the rotating power mechanism 3-1 is connected with the rotating shaft 3-11 of the recycling adhesive tape turntable and the rotating shaft 7-11 of the driving pressing wheel 7-1 through the belt 15, so that the rotating power mechanism 3-1 can drive the recycling adhesive tape turntable 3 and the driving pressing wheel 7-1 to rotate at the same time, and the adhesive tape 15 is conveyed more smoothly.
Referring to fig. 6, 8 and 11-12, the driven pinch roller 7-2 is connected with the bracket 1 through an eccentric shaft, the eccentric shaft is rotatably connected on the bracket 1, and an adjusting handle 7-3 which is fixedly connected with the eccentric shaft and can rotate the eccentric shaft is arranged at the other end of the eccentric shaft connected with the bracket 1. Through setting up eccentric shaft and adjusting handle 7-3, be favorable to the staff to pass through rotatory adjusting handle 7-3 for the eccentric shaft is rotatory, thereby makes driven pinch roller 7-2 sticis on initiative pinch roller 7-1 or separates with initiative pinch roller 7-1, and then the staff of being convenient for changes sticky tape 15.
Referring to fig. 6, 8 and 11-12, a second elastic member 7-21 is provided between the driven pinch roller 7-2 and the bracket 1, and the elastic force of the second elastic member 7-21 urges the driven pinch roller 7-2 to be pressed against the driving pinch roller 7-1. Referring to fig. 6, an auxiliary guide wheel 5 is arranged between the reversing roller 4-3 and the unused adhesive tape guide wheel 6-1, and the auxiliary guide wheel 5 is rotatably connected to the bracket 1 through a rotary connecting piece 5-1; one end of the rotary connecting piece 5-1 connected with the bracket 1 is provided with a torsion spring 5-2 which enables the auxiliary guide wheel 5 to be always pressed on the adhesive tape 15. By arranging the auxiliary guide wheel 5, the acting force of the torsion spring 5-2 is utilized, so that the auxiliary guide wheel 5 is always pressed on the adhesive tape 15 between the reversing roller 4-3 and the unused adhesive tape guide wheel 6-1, and the influence of excessive loosening of the adhesive tape 15 on normal conveying is avoided.
Referring to fig. 9, an elastic element connecting block 12 is arranged at the lower end of the back of the bracket 1, and a third elastic element 13 is arranged between the elastic element connecting block 12 and the frame E11; when the support 1 moves downwards, the pressing block 9-2 presses the adhesive tape 15 on the instruction sheet 14, and the third elastic element 13 is in a stretched state. By providing such a third elastic element 13, on the one hand, when the vertical power mechanism 1-1 drives the bracket 1 to move downwards, the third elastic element 13 is in a tensioning state, so that the pressing block 9-2 is buffered upwards when moving downwards along with the bracket 1, and the pressing block 9-2 is prevented from directly pressing the adhesive tape 15 on the instruction book 14 to damage the instruction book 14; meanwhile, the whole device is buffered upwards, so that the damage to parts of the device or other parts of the equipment due to the fact that the device moves downwards too fast is avoided; on the other hand, when the vertical power mechanism 1-1 drives the bracket 1 to move upwards, the tensioning force of the third elastic element 13 can assist the bracket 1 to move upwards, so that the driving force of the vertical power mechanism 1-1 is reduced, and the service life of the vertical power mechanism 1-1 is prolonged.
Referring to fig. 4-5 and 14-16, the support frame includes a mounting frame 19 and a support plate 20 for supporting the mounting frame 19, wherein one end of the support plate 20 is fixed on a frame E of the smart card packaging machine, the other end is connected to the mounting frame 19 through a fixed connection mechanism, and the driving mechanism is disposed on the mounting frame 19. The structure is simple and compact, and the driving mechanism can drive the card grabbing mechanism 17 on the mounting frame 19 under the fixation of the supporting plate 20, so that the smart card 16 can be conveyed from the card feeding mechanism to the instruction book 14.
Referring to fig. 4-5 and fig. 14-16, two sets of detecting components are arranged below the mounting frame 19, the detecting components comprise detecting pieces 21 and fixing pieces 22 for fixing the detecting pieces 21 on the mounting frame 19, and sensing pieces 23 are arranged below the driving mechanism. The function of the detection member 21 and the sensing member 23 is that the card grabbing mechanism 17 moves within a specified range under the driving of the driving mechanism, so that the smart card 16 can be accurately sucked from the card feeding mechanism and accurately placed on the adhesive layer above the instruction book 14, and the accuracy of card feeding is improved.
Referring to fig. 4-5 and 14-16, the driving mechanism includes a driving unit and a transmission unit, one end of the transmission unit is rotatably connected with the driving unit, the other end is connected with the mounting frame 19, and the transmission unit is connected with the catching mechanism 17 through a fixed connection structure. With the above structure, the transmission unit transmits power to the card grabbing mechanism 17 under the drive of the driving unit, so that the card grabbing mechanism 17 can move transversely, and the smart card 16 is sent to the instruction sheet 14.
Referring to fig. 4-5 and 14-16, the drive unit is a motor 24 and the transmission unit is a combination of a screw 25 and a nut 26; the output shaft of the motor 24 is provided with a coupler 27; one end of the screw rod 25 is connected with the motor 24 through a coupler 27, and the other end of the screw rod is rotatably connected to the mounting frame 19; the nut 26 is rotatably connected to the screw rod 25, and the nut 26 is connected to the catching mechanism 17 through a fixed connection structure. Through the structure, under the drive of the motor 24, the screw rod 25 rotates along with the output shaft of the motor 24, so that the nut 26 connected to the screw rod 25 transversely moves along with the rotation of the screw rod 25, and further drives the card grabbing mechanism 17 to transversely move, so that the smart card 16 can be moved back and forth above the instruction book 14 and above the card feeding mechanism, and the smart card 16 can be circularly sent to the instruction book 14 from the card feeding mechanism.
Referring to fig. 4-5 and 14-16, the driving unit may be a motor 24, the transmission unit may be a transmission combination of a gear and a rack, etc. which may be used for linear driving, the gear is fixed on an output shaft of the motor 24, one end of the rack is rotatably connected with the gear, the other end of the rack is connected with the mounting frame 19, and the rack is connected with the catching mechanism 17 through a fixed connection structure. Through the structure, under the drive of the motor 24, the gear rotates along with the output shaft of the motor 24, so that the rack transversely moves on the mounting frame 19, and further drives the card grabbing mechanism 17 to transversely move, so that the smart card 16 can be circularly sent to the instruction book 14 from the card feeding mechanism and moved back and forth above the instruction book 14.
Referring to fig. 4-5 and fig. 14-16, a mounting plate 28 is arranged at one end of the motor 24 provided with a coupling 27, a fixing seat 29 is arranged at one end of the mounting frame 19 close to the motor 24, and the fixing seat 29 is connected with the mounting plate 28 through a fixed connection structure; the mounting frame 19 is provided with a sliding groove matched with the nut 26. The mounting plate 28 and the fixing seat 29 are provided to enable the driving unit to be fixed on one side of the mounting frame 19, and stably transmit power to the conveying member to complete the task of card feeding. The function of the chute is to reduce friction and provide support for the rotating member so that the catch mechanism 17 moves more stably.
Referring to fig. 14-16, the grab drive mechanism includes a drive member 30 and a drive plate 31 secured to the drive member 30; the lower end of the transmission plate is connected with the grabbing and clamping assembly; the driving member 30 is provided with a connecting member 32 on one side close to the nut 26, a fixing member 33 fixedly connected to the nut 26 is provided on one side of the connecting member 32, and the driving member 30 is fixedly connected with the fixing member 33 through the connecting member 32. The above structure fixes the card grabbing driving mechanism on the nut 26 and connects the card grabbing component on the transmission plate 31, so that the card grabbing component can vertically move under the driving of the card grabbing driving mechanism to grab the smart card 16, and then under the action of the driving mechanism, the card grabbing mechanism 17 carries out card feeding along with the movement of the nut 26.
Referring to fig. 14-16, the capture assembly includes a suction cup 18 and a connecting rod 34, wherein the connecting rod 34 is of a hollow structure, one end of the connecting rod 34 is fixedly connected with the suction cup 18, and the other end passes through and is fixed on the transmission plate 31. Because of the hollow structure of the connecting rod 34, after the connecting rod 34 passes through one end of the transmission plate 31 and is connected with the air pipe, firstly the air pipe sucks air to control the sucking disc 18 to suck the smart card 16, then the smart card 16 is conveyed to the upper part of the instruction book 14 from the card feeding mechanism under the driving of the card grabbing driving mechanism and the driving mechanism, the smart card 16 is extruded on the adhesive layer on the instruction book, then the air pipe is deflated, so that the sucking disc 18 loses acting force on the smart card 16, the smart card 16 is loosened, and finally the sucking disc 18 is lifted upwards, so that the smart card 16 is stuck on the instruction book 14, and the smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 can be pushed into the film belt together.
Referring to fig. 4 to 5 and 17 to 18, the description conveying mechanism D1 includes a conveying bracket 35, a conveying belt 36 provided on the conveying bracket 35, and a conveying belt driving mechanism 37 for driving the conveying belt 36 to rotate; the conveying belt 36 is arranged on the conveying bracket 35, the lower end of the conveying bracket 35 is fixedly connected with the rack E of the smart card packaging machine, and the conveying belt driving mechanism 37 is connected with the conveying belt 36 through a rotating connection mechanism; the conveyor belt 36 is provided with second shifting teeth 38 which are uniformly arranged. In the above-described configuration, the instruction sheet 14 can be conveyed from the instruction sheet sending device to the lower side of the adhesive mechanism D2 and the front side of the film tape by the conveyor belt driving mechanism 37; the advantage of using a conveyor belt 36 provided with second shifting teeth 38 is that, driven by a conveyor belt drive mechanism 37, the instructions 14 can be used as a conveying tool for conveying the instructions 14 to various stations; as a pushing tool, the second set of teeth 38 pushes the instructions 14, which are adhered to the smart card 16, into the film strip as the conveyor belt 36 moves.
Referring to fig. 5 and 19, a waste card collecting device 39 is arranged below the card grabbing mechanism 17, and the waste card collecting device 39 comprises a card collecting box 39-1, a base plate 39-2 and a base plate driving mechanism 39-3 for driving the base plate 39-2 to move; wherein the pad driving mechanism 39-3 is fixed on the frame E of the packing machine; the pad 39-2 is 7-shaped and comprises a horizontal end which is arranged right below the smart card 16 and acts on the smart card 16 and a vertical end which is fixed on the pad driving mechanism 39-3; the card receiving box 39-1 is located below the smart card 16 and is fixedly connected to the frame E of the packaging machine. With the above structure, the card feeding mechanism firstly conveys the smart card 16 to the lower part of the card grabbing mechanism 17, and places the smart card 16 on the horizontal end of the base plate 39-2, and then the card grabbing mechanism 17 grabs the smart card 16, so that the smart card 16 is conveyed to the instruction book 14; in particular, for the detection of the presence of a defective smart card 16, after the card-feeding mechanism has transferred the smart card 16 onto the underlying pad 39-2, the pad-driving mechanism 39-3 drives the pad 39-2 away from the location where the smart card 16 resides, and the smart card 16 drops into the card-receiving box 39-1 due to the lack of support, so as not to pack the waste card with the instructions 14 into a bag.
Referring to fig. 19, a limiting piece 39-4 for blocking the smart card 16 at a set position is provided at a side of the horizontal end of the pad 39-2 near the film strip conveying direction. The purpose of the limiting piece 39-4 is that when the card feeding mechanism conveys the smart card 16 to the position below the card grabbing mechanism 17, on one hand, the smart card 16 can be blocked on the horizontal end of the base plate 39-2, so that the smart card 16 is supported by the base plate 39-2, and on the other hand, the smart card 16 can be blocked right below the card grabbing assembly, namely right below the suction disc 18, so that the suction disc 18 can accurately suck the smart card 16, and the phenomenon of suck failure does not occur.
Referring to fig. 30, the fixing frame includes a fixing mounting plate 5b fixed to the smart card packaging machine, a fixing mounting block 6b, and a fixing shaft 7b; both ends of the fixed shaft 7b are fixedly connected with the fixed mounting plate 5b and the fixed mounting block 6b respectively. The structure is simple and compact, the rotating component and the position detecting component are fixed at specific positions, and the pressing wheel 4b can accurately pass through the upper part of the sealing part of the film strip.
Referring to fig. 30-31 and 33, an oblong through hole 5-1b is arranged at one end of the fixed mounting plate 5b connected with the fixed shaft 7b, and the fixed shaft 7b is connected with the fixed mounting plate 5b by passing through the oblong through hole 5-1b through a screw; one end of the fixed mounting block 6b connected with the fixed shaft 7b is provided with a matching hole 6-1b, one side of the matching hole 6-1b is provided with a first mounting hole 6-2b which is perpendicular to and penetrates through the matching hole 6-1b, the first mounting hole 6-2b is provided with a first lock nut 8b, and the first lock nut 8b is provided with an arc fixing surface 8-1b matched with the side surface of the fixed shaft 7b; one end of the fixed shaft 7b passes through the matching hole 6-1b and is fixedly connected to the fixed mounting block 6b through the first lock nut 8 b. The function of the arrangement of the long round through hole 5-1b is that the height of the rotating component can be adjusted up and down in the long round through hole 5-1b by unscrewing the thread structure, so that the device is applicable to different occasions; the first locking nut 8b has the effect that on one hand, the transverse position of the fixed mounting block 6b on the fixed shaft 7b can be adjusted according to the size of the film strip at any time, namely, the position of the rotating component is adjusted, so that the pressing wheel 4b is always pressed at the sealing position of the film strip, and on the other hand, the fixed shaft 7b is more firmly connected in the fixed mounting block 6b, and the structure of the fixed shaft 7b is not damaged.
Referring to fig. 30-32, the detecting element 1b is provided with a detecting groove 1-1b; the lower end of the sensing element 2b extends through the fixed mounting block 6b into the detection slot 1-1 b. Through the structure, when the pinch roller 4b is lifted upwards, the other end of the rotating block 3b moves downwards, namely the detecting element 1b moves downwards, the sensing element 2b is separated from the detection range of the detecting groove 1-1b, and the detecting element 1b sends out a signal, so that the film strip can be effectively detected.
Referring to fig. 30, a limiting member 9b is disposed above the rotating block 3b, and a lower end of the limiting member 9b passes through the fixed mounting block 6b and acts on the rotating block 3 b. The function of the limiting member 9b is that, under normal conditions, the lower end of the limiting member 9b acts on the rotating block 3b, and the pressing wheel 4b can be lifted to a set position.
Referring to fig. 30, the sensing element 2b and the limiting piece 9b are both screws, and the fixed mounting block 6b is provided with threaded holes matched with the sensing element 2b and the limiting piece 9 b; the upper ends of the sensing element 2b and the limiting piece 9b are respectively provided with an adjusting knob 10b. The distance between the sensing element 2B and the detecting groove 1-1B can be adjusted through the adjusting knob 10B, so that the detecting device is suitable for detecting different packaging conditions and the detecting precision of the whole position detecting mechanism B can be adjusted; the inclination of the rotating assembly can be adjusted by adjusting the acting position of the lower end of the limiting piece 9b on the rotating block 3b through the adjusting knob 10b, so that the rotating assembly can be suitable for various packaging occasions.
Referring to fig. 30-33, one end of the fixed mounting block 6b connected with the rotating block 3b is provided with a mounting part 6-3b, both sides of the mounting part 6-3b are provided with mounting pieces 6-31b extending downwards, the mounting pieces 6-31b are provided with round holes, and bearings are arranged in the round holes; one end of the rotating block 3b passes through the mounting part 6-3b, one end of the rotating block 3b passing through the mounting part 6-3b is provided with a matching circular hole 3-1b and a second mounting hole 3-2b, and the second mounting hole 3-2b is arranged at one side of the matching circular hole 3-1b and vertically penetrates through the matching circular hole 3-1 b; the matching round hole 3-1b is provided with a rotating shaft 3-3b, and the rotating shaft 3-3b extends from a bearing hole on one side to a bearing hole on the other side; the second mounting hole 3-2b is provided with a second lock nut, and the second lock nut is provided with an arc fixing surface 8-1b matched with the side surface of the rotating shaft 3-3 b. The rotating block 3b can rotate around the rotating shaft 3-3b through the simple and compact structure, so that the detection purpose is realized.
Referring to fig. 30-31, the other end of the fixed mounting block 6b away from the detecting element 1b is provided with a fixed hole, and the fixed hole is provided with a pinch roller shaft 6-4b matched with the fixed hole; a rotating bearing is arranged in the pinch roller 4b, one end of the pinch roller shaft 6-4b is fixed on an inner hole of the rotating bearing, and the other end is fixed on a fixing hole of the fixed mounting block 6 b. With the above structure, a supporting fulcrum is provided for the pinch roller 4b, so that the pinch roller 4b can rotate around the pinch roller shaft 6-4b and can press above the sealing position of the film strip, thereby detecting whether the smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 are in proper positions.
Referring to fig. 35 to 40, each of the blade assemblies includes a blade fixing base 6c fixedly coupled to a frame E, a blade connecting rod 10c provided at an upper end of the blade fixing base 6c, a blade holder 7c rotatably coupled to the blade connecting rod 10c and movable forward and backward, and a blade clamping block 8c provided on the blade holder 7 c; the blade clamping block 8c is provided with a mounting groove 8-1c for mounting the blade 11c on one side close to the blade seat 7 c; the blade seat 7c is provided with a fixing projection 7-1c for fixing the blade 11c at a position corresponding to the mounting groove 8-1 c. By arranging the blade assembly, a worker can adjust the front and back positions of the blade 11c on the air suction belt 3c according to the size of the film strip on the smart card packaging machine, so that the redundant film strip can be accurately cut off; in addition, the worker can adjust the angle of the blade 11c mounted on the mounting groove 8-1c by adjusting the angle of the blade seat 7c rotatably connected to the blade adjusting lever, so as to ensure that the blade 11c can cut off the redundant edge of the film strip when the film strip is conveyed; through the setting of mounting groove 8-1c and fixed lug 7-1c, can guarantee that blade 11c is fixed not skew at the side cut in-process, prevent that the pulling of membrane area in the transportation process from leading to the blade to take place the skew, finally lead to unable excision unnecessary membrane area edge.
Referring to fig. 34 to 35, in the conveying direction of the film tape, the front blade assembly 1c and the front end of the rear blade assembly 2c are provided with a waste cleaner 4c for recovering the cut film tape waste, and the waste cleaner 4c is provided with two dust suction ports, one of which faces the front blade assembly 1c and the other of which faces the rear blade assembly 2c. Through setting up above-mentioned waste material dust catcher 4c, be favorable to retrieving waste material dust catcher 4c with the membrane area waste material after the excision in, ensure smart card equipment for packing's clean and tidy, avoid the membrane area waste material to remove smart card equipment for packing's processing station in, influence smart card equipment for packing's normal operating.
Referring to fig. 34-35, three air suction hole belts which are arranged in parallel and are consistent with the conveying direction of the packaged smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 are arranged on the air suction belt 3c, and a plurality of air suction holes 3-1c which are arranged at equal intervals are arranged on each air suction hole belt; wherein, in the direction perpendicular to membrane area direction of delivery, first piece induced draft hole area sets up the rear of back blade, second piece induced draft hole area sets up between front blade and back blade, and third piece induced draft hole area sets up the rear at front blade. Through setting up such belt 3c that induced drafts, can ensure that the packing area is when being resected by the blade on belt 3c that induced drafts, hold the membrane area better, prevent folding at excision in-process, influence side cut quality.
Referring to fig. 34 to 35, a plurality of auxiliary rear blade assemblies 5c are provided on the suction belt 3c, and each auxiliary rear blade assembly 5c is different in vertical distance from the front blade assembly 1 c. By providing a plurality of such auxiliary rear blade assemblies 5c, different sized membrane strips can be cut off, enabling the entire device to accommodate scrap removal of more types of membrane strips.

By providing such a collecting belt 2-2a on the collecting device 2a, on the one hand, after completing one packaged smart card and instruction sheet unit section, the collecting power mechanism 2-3a drives the collecting belt 2-2a to move forward so that the next first setting tooth 2-1a is conveyed to a position matching the guide slide 6a, thereby causing the next packaged smart card and instruction sheet unit section to be collected between the one first setting tooth 2-1a and the guide slide 6 a; on the other hand, while the next first shifting tooth 2-1a is conveyed forward, the packaged smart card and the specification unit section which are folded and collected before are shifted forward, so that the packaged smart card and the specification unit section leave the bracket and fall on the collecting belt 2-2a to wait for conveying and collecting and boxing; in addition, a plurality of first poking teeth 2-1a are arranged on the collecting belt 2-2a, so that the number of the packaged smart cards and the instruction sheet unit sections is increased, the packaged smart cards and the instruction sheet unit sections are clamped between the two first poking teeth 2-1a, and finally manual collection and boxing are facilitated.
22-23, two sides of the guiding slide sheet 6a are provided with protective baffles 2-4a, and the protective baffles 2-4a are arranged on the card collecting bracket 3 a; wherein, the upper ends of the protective baffles 2-4a are respectively provided with a guiding inclined plate 2-41a, and the guiding inclined plates 2-41a incline towards the two sides of the collecting belt 2-2a respectively. By arranging the protective baffles 2-4a on the two sides of the guiding slide sheet 6a, when the packaged smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 slide onto the collecting belt 2-2a through the guiding slide sheet 6a to deviate, the packaged smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 can be guided to the correct positions through the guiding of the guiding inclined plates 2-41a, so that the packaged smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 can be ensured to slide normally, and the situation that the packaged smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 cannot be folded normally for collection due to deviation when the pressure air gun 5a blows is avoided.
Referring to fig. 24, the conveying device 1a further includes two connecting plates 1-4a arranged side by side and arranged on the card collecting bracket 3a, and two guard plates 1-5a respectively arranged at two sides of the conveying belt 1-1a, wherein each guard plate 1-5a is provided with a protection vertical plate 1-51a perpendicular to the conveying belt 1-1 a; the two protective risers 1-51a form a conveying trough for the packaged smart card and the section of the description unit; the conveyor belt 1-1a is arranged between two connecting plates 1-4 a. By providing such a connection plate 1-4a, the conveyor belt 1-1a is better arranged on the card collecting bracket 3a, and the film breaking mechanism I is connected with the collecting device 2 a; by arranging the guard plates 1-5 on the two sides of the conveying belt 1-1a, the packaged smart card and the instruction book unit sections are guaranteed to be conveyed normally in the conveying groove, and the phenomenon that the packaged smart card and the instruction book unit sections fall down to affect subsequent folding and collection due to the fact that a certain packaged smart card 16 and instruction book 14 deviate in the conveying process of the packaged smart card and the instruction book unit sections is avoided.
Referring to fig. 24, the conveying device 1a is provided with a card pressing mechanism 1-2a for pressing the packaged smart card 16 and the instruction book 14, and the card pressing mechanism 1-2a comprises two rotating connecting frames symmetrically arranged at two sides of the connecting plate 1-4a and card pressing rollers 1-2a arranged on the rotating connecting frames; the rotary connecting frame comprises a fixed block 1-23a fixedly connected to the side surface of the connecting plate 1-4a, a rotary connecting rod 1-24a arranged on the fixed block 1-23a and a rotary rod 1-22a rotatably connected to the rotary connecting rod 1-24 a; the clamping roller 1-21a is arranged between the two rotating rods 1-22a, and the clamping roller 1-22a is pressed on the conveying belt 1-1 a. By arranging such a card pressing mechanism 1-2a, the card pressing roller 1-21a presses the packaged smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 on the conveyor belt 1-1a onto the conveyor belt 1-1a by adjusting the angles of the rotating connecting rod 1-24a and the rotating rod 1-22a, so that the packaged smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 on the conveyor belt 1-1a are ensured to be normally conveyed, the conveyor belt 1-1a is prevented from being conveyed at a high speed, and the packaged smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 are prevented from falling off, so that the subsequent folding collection is influenced.
Referring to fig. 24, the end of the conveyor belt 1-1a is provided with an auxiliary card pressing mechanism 1-3a for pressing the packaged smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 on the conveyor belt 1-1a during folding and collecting, and the auxiliary card pressing mechanism 1-3a comprises an auxiliary rotating connecting frame and an auxiliary card pressing roller 1-33a arranged on the auxiliary rotating connecting frame; the auxiliary rotating connecting frame comprises an auxiliary fixed block fixedly connected to the side surface of the connecting plate 1-4a, an auxiliary rotating connecting rod 1-31a arranged on the auxiliary fixed block and an auxiliary rotating rod 1-32a rotatably connected to the auxiliary rotating connecting rod 1-31 a; the auxiliary clamping roller 1-33a is arranged between the two auxiliary rotating rods 1-32a, and the auxiliary clamping roller 1-33a is pressed on the conveying belt 1-1 a. By providing such auxiliary card-pressing rollers 1-33a at the end of the conveyor belt 1-1a, on the one hand, when the front packaged smart card 16 and the instructions 14 in the packaged smart card and instruction sheet unit section are being folded and collected, the rear packaged smart card 16 and the instructions 14 can be prevented from being overturned with the folding of the front packaged smart card 16 and the instructions 14, even out of the conveyor belt 1-1a, resulting in that the packaged smart card and instruction sheet unit section cannot be conveyed normally; on the other hand, the positions of the auxiliary pressing rollers 1-33a on the conveying belt 1-1a can be adjusted by adjusting the angles of the auxiliary rotating connecting rods 1-31a and the auxiliary rotating rods 1-32a, so that the normal conveying and normal folding collection of the packaged intelligent cards 16 and the specifications 14 are ensured.
Referring to fig. 20 and 22, a storage cabinet 4a is arranged below the card collecting bracket 3a, a supporting block 4-1a is arranged on the top surface of the storage cabinet 4a, and the card collecting bracket 3a is fixedly arranged on the supporting block 4-1 a. By providing the storage cabinet 4a below the card receiving bracket 3a, the space is effectively utilized, and the packaged smart card 16 and the instructions 14 after folding and collection can be stored in the storage cabinet 4a.
Referring to fig. 23 and 25, the cradle comprises two lever assemblies, each comprising an adjustment plate 2-6a connected to a card-receiving bracket 3a and a lever 2-5a for holding a packaged smart card 16 and instructions 14; the supporting rods 2-5a are arranged on the adjusting plates 2-6a and are respectively arranged on two sides of the first poking teeth 2-1a on the collecting belt 2-2 a; the adjusting plate 2-6a is provided with an oblong adjusting hole which is used for being connected with the card collecting bracket 3a and adjusting the distance between the two supporting rods 2-5 a. By providing such a bracket, it is possible to ensure that the packaged smart card 16 and instructions 14 can be held and subsequently folded for collection by adjusting the spacing between the two levers 2-5a, depending on the type and size of the different smart cards 16 and instructions 14.
Referring to fig. 25, the sliding guide piece 6a includes an arc section 6-1a and an inclined section 6-2a connected with the arc section 6-1 a; wherein the arc section 6-1a is arranged at the tail end of the conveying belt 1-1 a. By providing the guiding slide 6a in such a way that the circular arc segments 6-1a on the guiding slide 6a are better connected with the ends of the conveyor belt 1-1a, it is advantageous for the packaged smart card and the description unit segments to transition from the conveyor belt 1-1a to the collecting device 2 a.
The other side of the instruction book conveying mechanism D1 on the film strip conveying direction is provided with a printing module G, the printing module G comprises a printer and a pasting component, the pasting component comprises a driving element and a pasting block, the pasting component is positioned right above the film strip, and the pasting block is an air suction plate. After the instruction sheet conveying mechanism D1 pushes the intelligent card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 into the film belt, the printer prints out the label corresponding to the intelligent card 16 and places the label on the film belt conveying channel, then the driving element drives the air suction plate to approach the label, and the label is sucked below the air suction plate through the action of air suction and then reset upwards; until the film strip with the smart card 16 and the instructions 14 passes below, the driving element drives the suction plate to press on the film strip, so that the labels are adhered to the film strip, each film strip with the smart card 16 and the instructions 14 is provided with the corresponding labels, and the statistics and collection work of the system are facilitated.
Referring to fig. 1-40, the working principle of the smart card packaging machine is as follows:
in the packaging work of the smart card, after the film strip is processed by the film placing mechanism, the film strip is conveyed to the ultrasonic edge sealing mechanism F, three sides between the two film strips are sealed by the ultrasonic edge sealing mechanism F, and then the film strip is conveyed to the front perpendicular to the instruction book conveying mechanism D1; meanwhile, the instruction manual transmission device conveys the instruction manual 14 to the instruction manual conveying mechanism D1, then conveys the instruction manual 14 to the position right below the adhesive mechanism D2 through the conveying of the instruction manual conveying mechanism D1, the adhesive mechanism D2 adheres the adhesive layers separated by the adhesive tapes on the appointed positions of the instruction manual 14, and then the instruction manual conveying mechanism D1 conveys the instruction manual 14 with the adhesive layers to the front of the film tape; meanwhile, the card feeding mechanism D3 conveys the smart card 16 conveyed by the card feeding mechanism to the position above the instruction sheet 14 with the adhesive layer, then the card grabbing power mechanism drives downwards, the card grabbing assembly moves the smart card 16 to the position of the adhesive layer on the instruction sheet 14, and presses the smart card 16 on the adhesive layer, so that the smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 are adhered together; then, the smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 are pushed into the film tape by the instruction sheet conveying mechanism D1, and then the film tape conveying mechanism continues to convey the film tape filled with the smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 to the front of the card pushing mechanism, and the card pushing mechanism further pushes the smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 into the film tape; after the smart card 16 and instructions 14 are advanced into the film strip, the film strip continues to be transported down to the print module G, which prints the film strip with the smart card 16 and instructions 14, and then the film strip continues to the next station.
The gluing process of the gluing mechanism D2 is as follows: the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 15 on the adhesive tape roll is provided with adhesive layers which are separated from each other and are arranged at equal intervals. The smooth surface of the adhesive tape 15 is contacted with the bottom of the pressing block 9-2, and the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 15 faces the instruction conveyer belt. The rotary power mechanism 3-1 drives the recycling adhesive tape rotary table 3 to rotate, the recycling adhesive tape 15 is tensioned, so that the adhesive tape roll and the releasing adhesive tape rotary table 2 rotate, the adhesive tape roll releases the adhesive tape 15, and the adhesive tape 15 sequentially passes through the reversing roller 4-3, the auxiliary guide wheel 5, the unused adhesive tape guide wheel 6-1, the used adhesive tape reversing wheel 9-4, the bottom of the pressing block 9-2, the used adhesive tape reversing wheel 9-4, the used adhesive tape guide wheel 6-2, the driving pressing wheel 7-1 and the driven pressing wheel 7-2, and finally returns to the recycling adhesive tape rotary table 3; when the sensor 8 detects that the adhesive layer on the adhesive tape 15 is accurately conveyed to the bottom of the pressing block 9-2 according to the set parameters, the rotary power mechanism 3-1 stops driving the adhesive tape recycling rotary table 3 to rotate, and the adhesive tape 15 stops conveying; at this time, the protective layer of the adhesive layer is contacted with the bottom of the compaction block 9-2, and the adhesive layer of the adhesive layer faces the instruction conveyer belt; when the instruction book 14 to be pasted is conveyed to the lower part of the pressing block 9-2 (the pressing block 9-2 is positioned above the position to be pasted of the instruction book 14), stopping; then, the vertical power mechanism 1-1 drives the bracket 1 to move downwards, so that the pressing device 9 arranged on the bracket 1 moves downwards along with the bracket 1, and the pressing block 9-2 presses the adhesive layer at the bottom of the pressing block on the position to be pasted of the instruction book 14; next, the vertical power mechanism 1-1 drives the bracket 1 to move upward, and as the adhesive tape 15 is pulled by the release tape reel 2, the pressing block 9-2 and the recovery tape reel 3, and the adhesive layer of the adhesive layer is stuck to the specification 14 due to the adhesive force, the protective layer of the adhesive layer moves upward together with the bracket 1 and is separated from the adhesive layer of the adhesive layer, thereby completing the adhesion of the adhesive layer to the surface of the specification 14; the adhered instruction book 14 is continuously conveyed to the next station for adhering the smart card, and the next instruction book 14 to be adhered is conveyed to the lower part of the pressing block 9-2 for preparing an adhesive layer; after the support 1 moves upwards, repeating the steps, and continuing to glue the next instruction 14 to be pasted. The adhesive layer is adhered on the instruction book 14, the whole process does not need staff to participate, the adhesive layer is accurately adhered in place, and the adhering efficiency and the adhering quality are improved.
The card feeding working process of the card feeding mechanism D3 is as follows: under the drive of the driving mechanism, the card grabbing mechanism 17 moves to be right above the smart card 16, and then the card grabbing power mechanism drives the card grabbing assembly downwards, so that the sucking disc 18 directly presses the upper surface of the smart card 16, and the smart card 16 is sucked; the clamping power mechanism drives the clamping assembly to move upwards for a certain distance; then the driving mechanism drives the card grabbing mechanism 17 towards the direction of the instruction book 14, and the smart card 16 is conveyed from the card feeding mechanism to the position right above the adhesive layer of the instruction book 14; then the card grabbing power mechanism drives the card grabbing assembly to move downwards to be close to the instruction book 14 until the intelligent card 16 is pressed on the adhesive layer of the instruction book 14, then the card grabbing power mechanism drives the card grabbing assembly to reset upwards, the sucker 18 is separated from the intelligent card 16, and then the next card feeding is carried out under the driving of the driving mechanism.
Then, the film strip provided with the smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 is conveyed to the lower part of the position detection mechanism B, and the pressing wheel rolls to press from the sealing part of the film strip; in particular, when the smart card 16 and the instruction book 14 in the film tape do not enter the designated position of the film tape, but are located at or outside the sealing position of the film tape, the thickness of the sealing position is much higher than that of the film tape in a normal state, then the pinch roller 4b rolling above the sealing position of the film tape is lifted upwards, one end of the rotating block 3b is rotationally connected with the pinch roller 4b, the other end of the rotating block 3b is fixedly connected with the detecting element 1b, the pinch roller 4b and the detecting element 1b are rotationally connected on the fixed frame, so that as the pinch roller 4b is lifted upwards, one end of the rotating block 3b away from the pinch roller 4b moves downwards, and at the moment, the detecting element 1b located at one end of the rotating block 3b away from the pinch roller 4b also moves downwards, and the detecting element 1b generates a corresponding sensing signal due to the position change between the rotating block and the sensing element 2 b; wherein the resulting change in position with the sensing element 2b may be a change in position from near to far or a change in position from far to near; the detecting element 1b then signals the control system of the automatic packaging machine and, in turn, takes effective measures to put the smart card 16 and the instructions 14 in place in the film strip, thus preventing errors in the packaging. Then, the film strip is conveyed to a sealing mechanism H, and after the sealing mechanism H seals the film strip, the film strip is conveyed downwards continuously.
When the film strip passes through the edge cutting device C, the film strip provided with the intelligent card 16 and the instruction book 14 is continuously conveyed onto the air suction belt 3C, and the air suction belt 3C sucks the film strip on the upper surface of the air suction belt 3C; because the film strip is sucked by the air suction belt 3c, and the knife tips of the front blade and the rear blade extend downwards to be close to the upper surface of the air suction belt 3c, when the film strip passes through the front knife tip and the rear knife tip on the air suction belt 3c, the front knife tip cuts off the film strip waste outside the front end sealing line of the film strip and the rear knife tip cuts off the film strip waste outside the rear end sealing line of the film strip, and the waste dust collector 4c sucks the cut film strip waste into the waste dust collector 4c to finish the trimming work.
Finally, the packaged smart card 16 and the length of instructions 14 enter the card collecting device a and fall onto said conveyor belt 1-1 a; the conveying power mechanism 1-6a drives the conveying belt 1-1a to move, and the packaged smart card and the instruction book unit section falling on the conveying belt 1-1a are conveyed to the tail end; the first packaged smart card 16 and instructions 14 in the packaged smart card and instruction sheet unit section are guided by the guide slide sheet 6a and then slide onto the bracket; since the carrier is arranged behind the first tooth 2-1a in the direction of transport of the packaged smart card 16 and instructions 14, the first tooth 2-1a blocks the first packaged smart card 16 and instructions 14 from further forward movement. At this time, since the first packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 are connected to the other packaged smart cards 16 and the instruction sheets 14 later, the first packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 are placed on the tray obliquely upward from the front end to the rear end; next, the pressure air gun 5a blows air to the upper surfaces of the first packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14, and since the second packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 are connected with the first packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 and the slide guiding sheet 6a blocks the first packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14, when the pressure air gun 5a blows air to the rear ends of the first packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14, the first packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 are laid on the bracket and the second packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 are turned forward, so that the upper surfaces of the second packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 are combined with the upper surfaces of the first packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14, and the first packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 are folded with the second packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14; further, after the second packaged smart card 16 and the instructions 14 are turned over, the third packaged smart card 16 and the instructions 14 are simultaneously moved forward along with the turning over of the second packaged smart card 16 and the instructions 14; likewise, the third packaged smart card 16 and instructions 14, as connected to the other packaged smart cards 16 and instructions 14 that follow, cause the third smart card 16 to be placed obliquely upward from front to back; at this time, the air of the pressure air gun 5a blows toward the third packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14, and the lower surfaces of the third packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 are combined with the upper surfaces of the second packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 after being turned over due to the pressure of the air, while the fourth packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 are turned over, and the upper surfaces of the fourth packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 are combined with the upper surfaces of the third packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 due to the blowing of the pressure air gun 5a on the fifth packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14, and the lower surfaces of the fifth packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 are combined with the upper surfaces of the fourth packaged smart card 16 and the instruction sheet 14 after being turned over; and so on, the collection folding of this packaged smart card and instruction sheet unit segment is completed. After the folding is finished, the collecting power mechanism 2-3a drives the collecting belt 2-2a to move, so that the next first poking tooth 2-1a moves forward to a position matched with the guiding sliding sheet 6a, the next first poking tooth 2-1a pokes the collected packaged smart card and the instruction book unit section onto the collecting belt 2-2a from the supporting rod 2-5a while moving forward, and the collected packaged smart card and the instruction book unit section are placed between the two first poking teeth 2-1 a; when the next first tooth 2-1a moves to a position matching the slide guide 6a, folding collection of the next packaged smart card and instruction sheet unit segment is started.
