As shown in fig. 1, the rust removing device for the inner wall and the outer wall of the steel pipe comprises a track 1, a steel pipe 2, a driving unit 3, an inner wall cleaning unit 4 and an outer wall cleaning unit 5, wherein a rotary flange 21 and a limiting flange 22 are respectively arranged at two ends of the steel pipe 2, the driving unit 3 comprises a first transfer vehicle 31 capable of walking along the track 1, and a rotating wheel 32 matched with the track 1 is arranged at the bottom of the first transfer vehicle 31; the first transfer vehicle is also provided with a traveling motor 33 and a rotating motor 34, and the power output end of the traveling motor 33 is matched with the rotation 32 to drive the first transfer vehicle 31 to travel along the track; a flange 35 is also fixed at the power output end of the rotating motor 34, and the flange 35 is fixedly connected with the rotating flange 21, so that the steel pipe 2 rotates along with the rotating motor 34.

In the process that the first transfer trolley 31 drives the steel pipe 2 to move along the track, the second transfer trolley 6 also moves along with the steel pipe 2, so that the effect of supporting the steel pipe 2 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 2, the inner wall cleaning unit 4 includes a brush head 41, a clamping portion 42 and a fixing rod 43, the fixing rod 43 and the steel tube 2 are coaxially fixed on the track, the clamping portion 42 includes a first clamping plate 421 fixedly connected with the fixing rod 43 toward one end of the steel tube 2 and a second clamping plate 422 detachably and fixedly connected with the first clamping plate, the brush head 41 is fixed in the clamping portion 42, the diameter of the brush head 41 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the steel tube 2 and can be deformed when being extruded so as to enter the inside of the steel tube 2, and can extrude the inner wall of the steel tube 2 under the action of self elasticity, and the bristles of the brush head 41 are metal bristles, so that rust can be removed.
The outer wall cleaning unit 5 comprises a fixed seat 51, an air cylinder 52 and a movable seat 53, wherein the fixed seat 51 is arranged on the side face of the track 1, the movable seat 53 is hinged and fixed with the fixed seat 51, the movable seat 53 can rotate relative to the fixed seat 51 to be close to the track 1, the air cylinder 52 is arranged on the fixed seat 51 and connected with the movable seat 53, and the air cylinder 52 can drive the movable seat 53 to be far away from the fixed seat 51. Two brush wheels 54 are coaxially arranged on the movable seat 53, and the plane of the brush wheels 54 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the steel pipe 2. The two brush wheels 54 are driven to rotate by a brush wheel motor 55, the surfaces of the brush wheels 54 are provided with metal brush hair, when the cylinder 52 drives the movable seat 53 to rotate to approach the track, the brush wheels 54 are tightly pressed on the steel pipe 2, and rust on the outer wall of the steel pipe 2 can be removed when the brush wheels 54 rotate.
When the steel pipe inner and outer wall rust removing device provided by the invention is used, the steel pipe 2 is driven to rotate by the rotating motor 34, and the steel pipe 2 is driven to walk along the track 1 by the walking motor 33, so that the steel pipe 2 rotates relative to the inner wall cleaning unit 4 and moves back and forth to remove rust at different positions of the inner wall of the steel pipe 2, the outer wall cleaning unit 5 can be started while the inner wall is cleaned, and the brush wheel 54 rotates relative to the steel pipe 2 to remove rust on the outer wall of the steel pipe 2, so that the inner wall and the outer wall of the steel pipe are cleaned simultaneously. Of course, the inner wall cleaning unit 4 or the outer wall cleaning unit 5 may be independently started as required.
In addition, the rust removing device for the inner wall and the outer wall of the steel pipe can be integrated with a paint spraying unit, so that paint spraying operation is directly performed on the outer wall of the steel pipe after rust removal, and secondary rust is prevented.
