Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the pulsator washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a casing 1, wherein an outer tub 2 is disposed in the casing 1, and a pre-washing unit 3 is disposed at a tub opening of the outer tub 2.
Because the prewashing unit 3 in the pulsator washing machine is arranged at the bung hole of the outer barrel 2, the bung hole of the outer barrel 2 is arranged in the shell 1, and the bung hole of the outer barrel 2 is far away from the opening of the shell 1, the washing water in the prewashing unit 3 is not easy to splash onto the control keys or the display panels arranged around the opening of the shell 1 in the prewashing process, and the potential safety hazard caused by the water splashed out of the prewashing unit 3 is eliminated. In addition, since the prewash unit 3 is disposed at the tub opening of the outer tub 2, the prewash unit 3 can prevent the washing water in the inner tub 4 from splashing out of the tub opening of the outer tub 2 during the operation of the washing machine.
The structure and the arrangement mode of the prewashing unit 3 are not unique, for example, the prewashing unit 3 can be a prewashing groove on an outer barrel cover 21, specifically, the outer barrel cover 21 is arranged at a barrel opening of the outer barrel 2, the prewashing groove is arranged on the outer barrel cover 21, the prewashing groove and the outer barrel cover 21 are integrally formed, the prewashing groove forms the prewashing unit 3, a clothes feeding opening communicated with the inner barrel 4 is further arranged on the outer barrel cover 21, and clothes prewashed by the prewashing unit 3 can be fed into the inner barrel 4 through the opening. Wherein, be equipped with the outlet that can open or close in the prewashing groove, user is when using the prewashing groove to carry out the prewashing, and the outlet is in the closed condition, and when the prewashing was ended, the outlet was opened, and the washing water in the prewashing groove passes through the outlet and gets into in interior bucket 4.
The prewashing unit 3 may also be a rubbing rib directly disposed on the outer tub cover 21, specifically, the outer tub cover 21 is disposed at the tub opening of the outer tub 2, the rubbing rib is formed on the outer tub cover 21, the rubbing rib and the outer tub cover 21 are integrally formed, and the outer tub cover 21 is further provided with a clothes inlet communicated with the inner tub. Before washing the clothes, the user rubs the clothes on the clothes rubbing ribs in advance, and then puts the rubbed clothes into the inner tub 4 through the clothes putting opening.
In addition, the prewashing unit 3 can also be a prewashing basin, the connection structure of the prewashing unit 3 and the outer barrel cover 21 is shown in fig. 3 and 9, an annular outer barrel cover 21 is arranged at the barrel mouth of the outer barrel 2, and the prewashing basin is detachably connected to the outer barrel cover 21. Compared with the scheme that the pre-washing unit 3 is a washing rib, when the pre-washing unit 3 is a pre-washing basin, the basin body of the pre-washing basin can contain part of water, so that clothes can be conveniently wetted, and the basin body of the pre-washing basin can prevent water from splashing everywhere in the process of pre-washing clothes; compare the scheme that unit 3 is the prewashing groove in advance, when unit 3 is the prewashing basin in advance, the basin just can be taken off at will in advance, and convenience of customers breaks away from the washing machine and uses, and simultaneously, the prewashing basin also can regard as the sunning basin to use. The pre-washing basin is detachably connected to the outer barrel cover 21, and when the pre-washing basin is damaged, only the pre-washing basin needs to be replaced, and the outer barrel cover 21 does not need to be replaced.
It should be noted that: the outer tub cover 21 is designed to be annular, because water is tightly attached to the inner wall of the inner tub 4 under the action of centrifugal force during the rotation of the inner tub 4, and the water is often splashed from the edge of the inner tub 4 close to the periphery, therefore, the outer tub cover 21 is designed to be annular structure with through holes 211 (as shown in fig. 5), which is convenient for the water inlet of the washing machine and the clothes input, and can prevent the water from splashing from the edge of the inner tub 4.
Further, the scheme that the pre-washing basin is detachably connected to the outer barrel cover 21 is not unique, for example, the pre-washing basin and the outer barrel cover 21 can be connected through a buckle, specifically, a clamping hook is arranged on the basin body of the pre-washing basin, a clamping ring is arranged on the outer barrel cover 21, and the clamping hook and the clamping ring are clamped mutually to realize detachable connection of the pre-washing basin and the outer barrel cover 21. In addition, as shown in fig. 8, the pre-washing basin can be detachably connected to the outer barrel cover 21 by forming a joint edge 31 at the basin mouth of the pre-washing basin, and the pre-washing basin is jointed to the edge of the outer barrel cover 21 by the joint edge 31 (i.e. the joint edge 31 is jointed to the edge of the through hole 211 of the outer barrel cover 21). Compare the scheme of pothook and snap ring joint, wash the basin in advance and pass through the direct overlap joint in the border of outer bung 21 of overlap edge 31, simple structure easily realizes, can reduce the installation cost of washing the basin in advance.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, there is shown another connection structure of the pre-wash unit 3 and the outer tub cover 21 when the pre-wash unit 3 is a pre-wash tub. Specifically, an annular outer barrel cover 21 is arranged at the barrel opening of the outer barrel 2, and the pre-washing basin is hinged on the outer barrel cover 21. Since the pre-wash tub is hinged to the outer tub cover 21, when the pre-wash is finished, a force is applied to the pre-wash tub and the pre-wash tub is turned upward, thereby pouring the laundry and the washing water in the pre-wash tub into the inner tub 4 of the washing machine.
The hinge structure between the pre-washing basin and the outer tub cover 21 is not exclusive, and for example, the hinge structure may be as follows: the hinge structure comprises a fixed shaft 212 arranged on the outer barrel cover 21 along the horizontal direction and a hinge sleeve fixed on the side wall of the pre-washing basin, and the hinge sleeve is in rotating fit with the fixed shaft 212. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the hinge structure may be configured as follows: the hinge structure comprises a fixed shaft 212 horizontally arranged on the outer barrel cover 21 and a hook 32 fixed on the side wall of the pre-washing basin, and the hook 32 is in rotating fit with the fixed shaft 212. Compared with the former hinge structure (the structure that the hinge sleeve is arranged on the side wall of the pre-washing basin), the hinge structure shown in fig. 6 and 7 has the advantages that the pre-washing basin is matched with the fixed shaft 212 through the hook 32, so that a user can easily take the hook 32 on the pre-washing basin off from the fixed shaft 212, the pre-washing basin can be conveniently detached from the outer barrel cover 21, and when the pre-washing basin is not used, the user can take out the washing machine and place the washing machine in other places.
When a user is about to pour the laundry in the pre-washing tub into the inner tub 4 of the washing machine, the user needs to apply a force to the pre-washing tub and turn the pre-washing tub upwards around the fixing shaft 212, the laundry and water in the pre-washing tub will be poured out from the rim of the pre-washing tub under the action of gravity, and enters the inner barrel 4 from the gap between the edge of the pre-washing basin and the inner wall of the through hole 211, in practice the clearance between the rim of the pre-wash basin and the inner wall of the through hole 211 is usually relatively small, in order to allow the laundry to smoothly pass through the gap between the rim of the pre-tub and the inner wall of the through-hole 211 and to enter the inner tub 4, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, preferably, the side of the pre-wash basin near the hook 32 is provided with a first notch 33, so that the first notch 33 increases the gap between the rim of the pre-wash bowl and the inner wall of the through hole 211, when the pre-wash tub is turned upwards around the fixing shaft 212, the laundry in the pre-wash tub may be poured into the inner tub 4 through the first notch 33.
In order to enable the laundry to more smoothly pass through the gap between the rim of the pre-washing tub and the inner wall of the through hole 211 and enter the inner tub 4, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, it is preferable that the outer tub cover 21 is provided with a second notch 213 at a position corresponding to the first notch 33. The second notch 213 further increases the gap between the rim of the pre-washing tub and the inner wall of the through hole 211, and when the pre-washing tub is turned upwards around the fixing shaft 212, the laundry in the pre-washing tub can smoothly pass through the gap formed by the first notch 33 and the second notch 213 and enter the inner tub 4.
Wherein, the number of couple 32 can set up to one, and couple 32 sets up in one side of first breach 33 and is located the basin mouth border department of washing the basin in advance, and in addition, the number of couple 32 also can set up to two, specifically, as shown in fig. 7, couple 32 is two, sets up respectively in the both sides of first breach 33 and is located the basin mouth border department of washing the basin in advance, and fixed axle 212 is two, sets up respectively on the outer bung 21 with two couples 32 one-to-one. Compare the scheme that couple 32 is one, set up the figure of couple 32 into two, two couples 32 are located the both sides of first breach 33 and are located the basin mouth border department of washbasin in advance and can make the washbasin in advance keep the balance of washbasin both sides in advance when upwards overturning the clothing around fixed axle 212, have avoided the washbasin in advance to incline to one side in the upset process.
In order to make it easier for the user to turn the pre-tub upside down to pour the laundry therein into the inner tub 4, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, it is preferable that a catch 34 is provided on a side wall of the pre-tub opposite to the hook 32. Through the handle 34, the user can better apply force to the pre-washing basin to enable the pre-washing basin to be turned upwards, and meanwhile, as the handle 34 is arranged on the side wall opposite to the hook 32, compared with the handle arranged at other positions of the pre-washing basin, the handle 34 is far away from the fixed shaft 212, and the user is more labor-saving when turning the pre-washing basin upwards.
In order to facilitate the placing of the pre-washing basin when not in use, as shown in fig. 9, preferably, the outer wall of the casing 1 is provided with a hanging structure 5, and the pre-washing basin can be hung on the hanging structure 5, so that when the pre-washing basin is not used, a user can take out the pre-washing basin from the through hole 211 of the outer barrel cover 21 and hang the pre-washing basin on the hanging structure 5 on the outer wall of the casing 1, thereby avoiding occupying a certain space when the pre-washing basin is placed in other places.
When the pulsator washing machine is used for dewatering, the inner tub 4 rotates at a high speed, the outer tub 2 vibrates, and the pre-washing tub is not fixed to the through holes 211, so that the pre-washing tub arranged at the through holes 211 of the outer tub cover 21 is shaken due to the vibration, and the pre-washing tub is unstable in the dewatering process. Because the positioning structure is arranged between the prewashing basin and the outer barrel cover 21, the prewashing basin is not easy to shake when the pulsator washing machine is used for dewatering, thereby improving the stability of the washer.
Wherein, location structure is not only, for example location structure can be the buckle structure, specifically, is equipped with the jack catch on the prewashing basin, is equipped with the draw-in groove on outer barrel cover 21, when the prewashing basin is located through-hole outer barrel cover 21, jack catch and draw-in groove looks joint to realize fixing between prewashing basin and the outer barrel cover 21. In addition, the positioning structure may be as shown in fig. 7, and the positioning structure includes a first magnetic adsorption part 35 disposed on the pre-washing basin and a second magnetic adsorption part 214 disposed on the outer tub cover 21, when the pre-washing basin is located on the outer tub cover 21, the first magnetic adsorption part 35 and the second magnetic adsorption part 214 are adsorbed, so as to fix the pre-washing basin and the outer tub cover 21. The first magnetic adsorbing member 35 is a magnet, and the second magnetic adsorbing member 214 is made of a material that can be adsorbed by the magnet, such as an iron block, a steel block, and the like. The second magnetic attraction member 214 may be a magnet, and the first magnetic attraction member 35 may be made of a material that can be attracted by the magnet. Compare location structure for buckle structure's scheme, location structure adopts the magnetic adsorption structure, assembles more easily, and is with low costs, when location structure takes place to damage, changes more easily.
In order to facilitate the pre-washing of the laundry, as shown in fig. 8, it is preferable that the pre-washing tub is provided with a washing rib 36 on an inner sidewall thereof. The plurality of protrusions are formed on the clothes rubbing ribs 36, and in the pre-washing process, clothes and the protrusions on the clothes rubbing ribs 36 rub back and forth, so that the pre-washing effect of the clothes is improved, and the pre-washing of the clothes by a user is facilitated.
In the process of pre-washing using the pre-washing tub, the washing water splashes from the pre-washing tub and falls on the outer tub cover 21, and as the washing water splashed on the outer tub cover 21 increases, the washing water overflows the outer tub cover 21 and flows down to the space between the outer tub 2 and the cabinet 1, which is a safety disadvantage for the use of the washing machine, as shown in fig. 6, preferably, the outer tub cover 21 (for example, the outer tub cover 21 may be close to the outer side edge) is provided with a plurality of water leakage holes 215, and the plurality of water leakage holes 215 are communicated with the inner tub 4. Thus, the water leakage hole 215 can guide the washing water splashed on the outer tub cover 21 into the inner tub 4, thereby preventing the washing water splashed on the outer tub cover 21 from flowing to a space between the outer tub 2 and the cabinet 1.
In order to facilitate the water injection into the pre-washing unit 3 during the pre-washing process, the pulsator washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a water inlet control unit, wherein the water inlet control unit is configured to supply water to the pre-washing unit 3 when receiving an instruction to start the pre-washing process, and stop supplying water to the pre-washing unit 3 when receiving an instruction to end the pre-washing process. Because the control unit of intaking can control the intaking to in the prewashing unit 3, the user sends the prewashing instruction to the control unit of intaking before using prewashing unit 3 to prewash like this, and washing machine just can be to the water injection in the prewashing unit 3 like this, and when the water in the prewashing unit 3 was full soon, the user just can realize the stop intaking to prewashing unit 3 through sending the instruction that finishes the prewashing.
As shown in fig. 10, the water inlet control unit 6 includes a water inlet valve (not shown) and an auxiliary water inlet device 61, a water outlet of the water inlet valve is connected to a water inlet of the auxiliary water inlet device 61, and the auxiliary water inlet device 61 can be switched between an extended state and a retracted state. Since the water inlet valve of the pulsator washing machine is generally located at one side of the surrounding frame 11 and the pre-washing unit 3 is disposed at the middle region of the surrounding frame 11, it is easy to cause inconvenience in water injection into the pre-washing unit 3. In the embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary water inlet unit 61 is switched between the extended state and the retracted state, so that when water is supplied, the auxiliary water inlet unit 61 can inject water into the pre-washing unit 3 by extending, thereby facilitating the water injection of the user into the pre-washing unit 3.
When a user needs pre-washing, a pre-washing starting instruction is sent to the water inlet control unit 6, the water inlet control unit 6 receives the pre-washing starting instruction, the water inlet valve is opened, the auxiliary water inlet device 61 is converted into an extending state, the water outlet of the auxiliary water inlet device 61 is positioned on the upper side of the pre-washing unit 3, and the auxiliary water inlet device 61 starts to inject water into the pre-washing unit 3; when the water in the pre-washing unit 3 is full, the user can send a command of finishing the pre-washing to the water inlet control unit 6, the water inlet control unit 6 receives the command of finishing the pre-washing, the water inlet valve is closed, the auxiliary water inlet device 61 is switched to a contraction state, and therefore the water injection into the pre-washing unit 3 is stopped.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the appended claims.
