Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of postoperative auxiliary medical appliances, and particularly relates to an anastomotic stoma protection flusher which can prevent a patient from undergoing secondary operation, is easy for fecal diversion, can reduce anastomotic stoma tension, can disinfect an anastomotic stoma after operation and is beneficial to self-healing of the fistula.
Background
Proctostomy is one of the main surgical modes for treating patients with rectal cancer, because it retains the anus of the patient on the basis of radical surgery, but anastomotic fistula is a serious complication of this surgery, with a probability of occurrence of 7-9%. Treatment of anastomotic fistulae is usually performed by a transverted operation (e.g., enterostomy), and then after 3-6 months, the stoma is left to heal by itself, and then the enterostomy of the abdominal wall is returned to the original intestinal structure; the principle is that the stoma at the proximal end of the intestine turns over the faeces, so that the faeces no longer pass through the stoma, and the stoma gradually heals. The traditional treatment method generally leads the patient with the anastomotic fistula to bear secondary operation striking, thus not only increasing the double pains of the body and spirit of the patient, but also increasing the medical cost, even endangering the life of the patient when serious, and having certain medical hidden trouble.
According to the report of related patent literature, the utility model is a rectum anal canal drainage flusher with the bulletin number of CN201186101Y, which is provided with an annular air bag, a straight pipe, an outer disk, an inflation pipe, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, wherein the annular air bag is connected with the upper part of the straight pipe, the lower part of the straight pipe is connected with the outer disk, and the straight pipe is provided with a water outlet hole and a water suction hole. However, as the rectum is not in a straight tubular structure, but two large curves of perineum curve and sacrum curve exist, the structure of the 'a rectum anal canal drainage flusher' which can not adjust the radian of the anal end is easy to cause the contusion of the rectum; in addition, the positions of the water outlet hole and the water suction hole are fixed, and the positions of the water outlet hole and the water suction hole cannot be flexibly adjusted according to the positions of the anastomotic stoma, so that the flusher cannot effectively disinfect and flush the rectal anastomotic stoma, and the due functions are lost. In addition, the straight cylindrical structure adopted by the drainage flusher is poor in wearing comfort of a patient, and the flusher can fall off at any time after flushing is finished, so that the flusher is difficult to be placed in an anus; therefore, the flusher is required to be inserted into each flushing and disinfection, so that the operation difficulty is increased, and the discomfort of a patient is increased. More importantly, once the flusher is out, the anus cannot be expanded for a long time, the rectum cannot be depressurized, and the treatment effect is affected.
Therefore, there is a need for a non-surgical method and apparatus for resolving diverting fecal matter that not only avoids the patient from double-hit by secondary surgery, but also greatly saves medical costs.
