Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, relates to a paving slurry, and particularly relates to a slurry for paving a metal floor tile.
Background
The metal floor tiles have a trend of being more and more widely used recently, and the metal floor tiles have the advantages of high structural stability, strong pressure resistance, good anti-skid performance, easiness in cleaning, long service life and the like.
Chinese patent CN201933751U discloses a novel metal floor tile, this metal floor tile thickness is 1.5 ~ 5.5mm, including the panel and by this panel frame limit of buckling downwards all around, the panel is punched and is had a plurality of trompils, the one end of this trompil forms the anchor strip that links to each other with the panel downwards, the frame limit is punched and is had a plurality of through-holes, the one end of through-hole inwards forms the enhancement strip that links to each other with the frame limit.
The metal floor tiles like the above patents are developed more and more, and the research is mainly focused on the structural improvement of the metal floor tiles, however, the paving of the metal floor tiles is also important, the quality of the paving of the metal floor tiles directly affects the service performance and the service life of the paved metal floor tiles, and when the metal floor tiles are paved, besides the requirement on the paving process, the slurry used for paving is very important at the same time, and is a key factor for determining the quality of the paving of the metal floor tiles.
At present, cement mortar or cement paste is generally used in the operation of pasting ceramic tiles, and 107 glue (polyvinyl formal) accounting for 10% -20% of the mass of the cement is additionally added to improve the bonding strength between the cement paste or cement mortar and a base layer and the ceramic tiles, and the method is also guided in related construction manuals. The cement mortar or cement paste prepared by the traditional method has the advantages of low adhesive strength, large shrinkage rate, easiness in hollowing, poor temperature resistance and frost resistance of the paste, and phenomena of cracking, falling-off and the like of the metal floor tiles often occur in the paste paved by the metal floor tiles soon after construction. In addition, due to the physical and chemical performance difference between the metal floor tiles and the ceramic tiles, most of the slurry for paving the ceramic tiles is not suitable for paving the metal floor tiles, and the slurry for paving the metal floor tiles is lacked at present.

The fly ash and the metal magnesium slag adopt continuous grain composition, so that the slurry structure is more compact, and the structure is self-waterproof.
Preferably, 3-5 parts by weight of an expanding agent can be added into the environment-friendly slurry for paving the metal floor tiles, and the expanding agent is an aluminosilicate concrete expanding agent.
When the environment-friendly slurry for paving and pasting the metal floor tile is prepared, the main components are mixed uniformly to be adjusted to the required consistency, a scraper is used for coating the base terrace to be pasted, then the metal floor tile is pasted, and the metal floor tile is compacted.
In the invention, cement, yellow sand and fine stone are used as main components, and the cement, the yellow sand and the fine stone are selected conventionally. The mixture of cement, yellow sand, fine stone and water is used as the main component of concrete, so that the bearing capacity is mainly increased, and the compressive strength is improved.
In the invention, the expansion sources such as free CaO in the raw material metal magnesium slag and the fly ash react with water or hydration products of the cement in the hydration process of the cement to generate ettringite and hydrocalcite, the expansion time of the free CaO in the two types of slag is different, and MgO in the magnesium slag generates brucite { Mg (OH)2} to generate expansion; meanwhile, gypsum and calcium hydroxide are hydrated through dissolution, diffusion and crystallization reactions to generate ettringite; the active calcium oxide in the waste residue can also excite the fly ash; after the fly ash resists expansion, the water-cement ratio is reduced, the expansion rate is limited to increase along with the increase of the strength after the fly ash is compounded with the water reducing agent, the shrinkage is avoided or reduced, the permeation resistance and the crack resistance are better achieved, and the compressive strength and the freeze-thaw resistance of the slurry are improved.
The excitant calcium sulfate whisker can ensure that water in the slurry is not easily absorbed by a base material, and the water can convert active minerals in the cement into complex hydrates, so that the cement is fully hydrated, the inherent bonding effect is exerted to the maximum extent, the bonding strength is improved, and the bonding agent has certain plasticity. The addition of lignocellulose improves the construction performance, particularly blocks the original capillary, so that moisture is not easy to permeate into the inside of the binder, and the phenomenon that the metal floor tile falls off due to expansion with heat and contraction with cold or freezing of adsorbed water caused by climate change is reduced. Collectively, these additives act as binders, increasing the bond strength.
The calcium sulfate whisker has a fixed cross-sectional area, a complete appearance and a perfect internal structure, and adopts fibrous single crystals with the length-diameter ratio of 500-800. Due to its small diameter, the atomic arrangement is highly ordered during crystallization, altering the defects of voids and dislocations that conventional materials have. Therefore, the calcium sulfate whisker has unique and excellent performance. Can be used as a medium-strength filler, and the reinforcing effect of the small-diameter fibers is close to that of other high-performance fiber reinforced materials. The tensile strength, bending elastic rate and heat distortion temperature of the slurry reinforced by the composite material are all improved.
The rubber powder selected by the invention is quickly dissolved in water, and has less dosage and higher viscosity. The emulsion is formed by mixing the polyvinyl acetate emulsion powder with water, so that the stability and the construction performance of the slurry in a slurry state can be improved, the emulsion can form a mutually connected polymer film in the slurry hardening and drying process, and the toughness and the cohesiveness of the hardened slurry are improved. The polypropylene fiber can improve the stability of the patching material in a slurry state, improve the breaking strength of the hardened material, and improve the toughness and the crack resistance of the material.
Compared with the common ceramic tile, the metal floor tile has a more complex back structure and is mostly not a planar structure, so that the slurry is easily applied to places on the back of the metal floor tile, and the nylon chopped fibers are added to mainly prevent the slurry from cracking when the slurry is unevenly coated on the back of the metal floor tile.
Compared with the prior art, the slurry has the advantages that the components of the slurry are matched for use, so that the slurry has the effects of bonding, water retention, heat resistance, cold resistance, air entrainment and the like, cement can be fully hydrated to form uniform bubbles, original capillaries are blocked, permeation is reduced, the waterproof, cold resistance and heat resistance are improved, the slurry can be used for projects in outdoor cold and humid areas and places, is not dropped for a long time, and can be effectively condensed.
The slurry is particularly suitable for bonding between the metal floor tile and the cement ground by selecting cement, yellow sand, fine stone, water, fly ash, metal magnesium slag, an exciting agent, rubber powder, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent and nylon chopped fibers and optimizing the content of each component, so that the bonding force with the metal floor tile can be well enhanced, and the components of the slurry do not contain environmental pollution components, have environmental protection property and can provide enough bearing capacity and compressive strength.
