Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the tape pulling mechanism 200 includes: a second driving assembly 201 mounted on the mounting frame 101; and a gripper head 202 (e.g., a robot structure such as a pneumatic gripper head 202, etc.), mounted on the second driving assembly 201, wherein the second driving assembly 201 is used for driving the gripper head 202 to move towards and away from the guide rail through slot 103 so as to perform actions of gripping, pulling and releasing the adhesive tape.
The second driving component 201 may be one or a combination of an electrode screw nut transmission component, an air cylinder, and a rack-and-pinion transmission component (e.g., adding a front-back position, a left-right position, and an up-down position adjustment function), and will not be described herein again.
As shown in fig. 5, the application mechanism 400 includes: a third driving assembly 401 mounted on the mounting frame 101; a first levelness adjusting assembly 402 mounted on the third driving assembly 401; and a vertically arranged adhesive tape adsorption plate 403 which is located above the pasting position 930 and is installed on the first levelness adjustment assembly 402, a vacuum adsorption hole is formed in the lower end face of the adhesive tape adsorption plate 403, the first levelness adjustment assembly 402 is used for adjusting the levelness of the lower end face of the adhesive tape adsorption plate 403, the third driving assembly 401 is used for driving the first levelness adjustment assembly 402 and the adhesive tape adsorption plate 403 to vertically move together, and the third driving assembly 401 is preferably an air cylinder.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 6 and fig. 2, the tape attaching apparatus further includes a pressing mechanism 600 and a transferring mechanism 700, wherein the pressing mechanism 600 is used for pressing the tape attached to the to-be-attached member, and the transferring mechanism 700 is used for fixing the to-be-attached member and driving the to-be-attached member to move horizontally.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the pressing mechanism 600 includes: a fourth driving assembly 601 installed on the mounting frame 101 and located in front of the tape pulling mechanism 200; a second levelness adjusting assembly 602 mounted on the fourth driving assembly 601; a heatable pressure head 603 (for example, a heating pipe is arranged inside to realize a heating function), and the heatable pressure head 603 is mounted on the second levelness adjusting component 602, and the second levelness adjusting component 602 is used for adjusting the levelness of the lower surface of the pressure head 603; and a buffer sleeve (such as a heat-conducting silica gel sleeve) sleeved on the pressure head 603, wherein the fourth driving component 601 is used for driving the second levelness adjusting component 602, the pressure head 603 and the buffer sleeve to vertically move together, and the pressure head 603 and the buffer sleeve are used for compacting the adhesive tape pasted on the piece to be pasted. The fourth driving component 601 may be one or a combination of an electrode screw nut transmission component, an air cylinder, and a rack-and-pinion transmission component (e.g., adding a front-back position, a left-right position, and an up-down position adjustment function), and will not be described herein again.
First levelness adjusting part 402 and second levelness adjusting part 602 constitute by three regulating block and two regulating axles, and two regulating axles set up between three regulating block, and two adjacent regulating block are connected through the screw, stretch into through adjusting screw's screw in and realize the levelness adjustment, and two regulating axles are perpendicular mutually at the projection on horizontal plane.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the transfer mechanism 700 includes: a sixth drive assembly 701; and a transfer table 702, which is installed on the sixth driving assembly 701, wherein the sixth driving assembly 701 is used for driving the transfer table 702 to horizontally move, and the table top of the transfer table 702 is used for fixing a piece to be pasted. The sixth driving component 701 may be a combined structure of an electrode lead screw nut transmission member, an air cylinder, a rack-and-pinion transmission member, and the like, which is not described herein again.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the first cutting mechanism 500 includes: a fifth driving assembly 501 installed on the rear side of the transfer stage 702; and the adhesive tape cutter 502 is mounted on the fifth driving component 501, and the fifth driving component 501 is used for driving the adhesive tape cutter 502 to horizontally move and vertically move. Such as: the rear side of the lower surface of the tape suction plate 403 cooperates with the tape cutter 502 to achieve better cutting of the tape.
Of course, the first cutting mechanism may also be disposed between the attaching position and the grasping position (not shown in this embodiment), or the first cutting mechanism is mounted on the seventh driving component (not shown in this embodiment), and the seventh driving component drives the first cutting mechanism 500 to move horizontally to achieve the arrangement manner of moving to between the attaching position 930 and the grasping position 940, etc., which can achieve the purpose of the present application.
The tape is preferably anisotropic conductive film ACF, and the part to be attached is preferably chip on film COF or flexible circuit board FPC.
As shown in fig. 7, the method for attaching an adhesive tape according to the present invention includes:
the diaphragm pasting unit pastes a diaphragm on an adhesive layer of an adhesive tape arranged on the adhesive tape positioning mechanism, and the adhesive tape traction mechanism grabs the area of the adhesive tape pasted with the diaphragm and pulls the adhesive tape to extend forwards by a first set length;
the sticking mechanism adsorbs the release film of the extending part of the adhesive tape, then the first cutting mechanism cuts off the extending part of the adhesive tape, and the adhesive tape traction mechanism loosens the extending part of the adhesive tape (the extending part of the adhesive tape is only adsorbed by the sticking mechanism);
the sticking mechanism sticks the extending part of the adhesive tape on the piece to be stuck through the adhesive layer area exposed downwards, and the area of the extending part of the adhesive tape on which the diaphragm is stuck is positioned at one side of the piece to be stuck;
the sticking mechanism loosens the extending part of the adhesive tape, and the pressing mechanism presses the extending part of the adhesive tape on the piece to be stuck, so that the whole adhesive tape sticking process is completed.
According to the adhesive tape pasting method provided by the invention, the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape is prevented from being adhered to the adhesive tape traction mechanism when the adhesive tape traction mechanism grabs the adhesive tape in a manner of pasting the diaphragm sheet, and the low-cost diaphragm sheet is used for replacing a viscous belt with higher cost, so that the expenditure cost of enterprises is effectively reduced, and the design concept of product optimization of the enterprises is better embodied. Moreover, the designed structure of the required diaphragm pasting unit can be simpler, and the diaphragm pasting unit is less prone to failure in the using process.
Specifically, the step of attaching the diaphragm to the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape mounted on the tape positioning mechanism by the diaphragm attaching unit includes:
the diaphragm mounted on the diaphragm supply mechanism extends out of a second set length, and the first cutting mechanism cuts off the extending portion of the diaphragm and attaches the portion (i.e., the cut extending portion of the diaphragm) as a diaphragm sheet to the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape on the tape positioning mechanism.
Preferably, the first cutting mechanism pastes the diaphragm on the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape on the adhesive tape positioning mechanism at the adhesive tape pasting position, the adhesive tape traction mechanism grabs the adhesive tape at the grabbing position, the adhesive tape pasting position is located on the rear side of the grabbing position, and the distance between the adhesive tape pasting position and the grabbing position is equal to a first set length.
Or the gluing position is the grabbing position, the first cutting mechanism sticks the diaphragm at the grabbing position, and the adhesive tape traction mechanism grabs the adhesive tape at the grabbing position.
In the two implementation modes, the diaphragm sheet on the adhesive tape at the grabbing position is pasted on the adhesive layer, so that the grabbing position of the grabbed adhesive tape cannot be pasted on the adhesive tape traction mechanism, and the adhesive tape traction mechanism can normally loosen the adhesive tape after traction.
In summary, according to the tape attaching apparatus provided by the present invention, the diaphragm attaching unit attaches the diaphragm to the adhesive layer of the tape, and the tape traction mechanism grabs the position of the diaphragm attached to the tape when grabbing the tape, so as to prevent the adhesive layer of the tape from adhering to the tape traction mechanism, and ensure that the tape traction mechanism can normally loosen the protruding part of the tape after the attaching mechanism adsorbs the protruding part of the tape, and the low-cost diaphragm replaces the high-cost adhesive tape, thereby effectively reducing the expenditure of the enterprise, and better embodying the design concept of product optimization of the enterprise.
Moreover, the diaphragm attaching unit comprises a diaphragm feeding mechanism and a second cutting mechanism, the structures of the diaphragm feeding mechanism and the second cutting mechanism are simple, the diaphragm feeding mechanism and the second cutting mechanism are not prone to failure in the using process, and the using performance of the manufactured adhesive tape attaching equipment is better.
In the description herein, the terms "mounted," "connected," "fixed," and the like are to be construed broadly, e.g., "connected" may be a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate. The specific meaning of the above terms herein can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art as appropriate.
In the description of the specification, reference to the term "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "a specific embodiment," or the like, means that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example herein. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.

Claims (10)
1. An adhesive tape attaching apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the adhesive tape positioning mechanism is used for installing an adhesive tape reel and pre-positioning the adhesive tape by adsorbing a release film of the adhesive tape;
the adhesive tape traction mechanism is arranged in front of the adhesive tape positioning mechanism at intervals and used for grabbing an adhesive tape at a grabbing position and drawing the adhesive tape to extend forwards by a first set length, a pasting position and a grabbing position are arranged between the adhesive tape positioning mechanism and the adhesive tape traction mechanism, and the grabbing position is positioned at the rear side of the pasting position;
the diaphragm pasting unit is used for pasting a diaphragm on the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape at the film pasting position;
the sticking mechanism is used for adsorbing the extending part of the adhesive tape at the sticking position through a release film adsorbing the extending part of the adhesive tape and sticking the adsorbed extending part of the adhesive tape on a piece to be stuck after the extending part of the adhesive tape is cut off by the first cutting mechanism and loosened by the adhesive tape traction mechanism; and
the first cutting mechanism is used for cutting off the extending part of the adhesive tape adsorbed by the adhering mechanism between the adhering position and the grabbing position.
2. A tape application apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the membrane sheet application unit comprises:
the diaphragm supply mechanism is used for installing a diaphragm tape spool and driving the diaphragm to extend out of a second set length; and
and the second cutting mechanism is positioned between the film sticking position and the diaphragm supply mechanism and is used for cutting off the extending part of the diaphragm and enabling the part to be used as the diaphragm to be adhered on the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape at the film sticking position.
3. The tape application apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the film supply mechanism includes:
a vertically arranged mounting plate;
the diaphragm tape spool mounting shaft is used for mounting the diaphragm tape spool;
the conveying guide wheel set is used for driving the diaphragm to extend out of the second set length; and
and the motor is arranged on the other plate surface of the mounting plate, is in transmission fit with the conveying guide wheel set and is used for driving the conveying guide wheel set to operate.
4. The tape application apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the second cutting mechanism includes:
a first drive assembly; and
the diaphragm cutter and the supporting piece are both arranged on the first driving component, the supporting piece is located on one side, back to the diaphragm feeding mechanism, of the diaphragm cutter, the first driving component is used for driving the diaphragm cutter and the supporting piece to move horizontally and vertically together, the diaphragm cutter is used for cutting off the extending part of the diaphragm, and the supporting piece is used for supporting the diaphragm and is matched with the first driving component to enable the diaphragm to be attached to and covered on the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape at the film attaching position.
5. The tape application apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the tape positioning mechanism comprises:
a mounting rack vertically arranged;
the adhesive tape reel mounting shaft is mounted on the mounting frame and used for mounting an adhesive tape reel; and
the adhesive tape pre-positioning device comprises a guide rail through groove with a downward opening, wherein a vacuum adsorption hole is formed in the inner top wall of the guide rail through groove, an adhesive tape penetrates through the guide rail through groove, and the vacuum adsorption hole pre-positions the adhesive tape through a release film adsorbing the adhesive tape; the adhesive tape traction mechanism comprises:
the second driving assembly is mounted on the mounting frame; and
the grabbing head is arranged on the second driving assembly, and the second driving assembly is used for driving the grabbing head to move towards and away from the guide rail through groove so as to realize actions of grabbing, drawing and loosening the adhesive tape; the pasting mechanism comprises:
a third drive assembly mounted on the mounting bracket;
the first levelness adjusting assembly is arranged on the third driving assembly; and
erect the sticky tape adsorption plate of putting, be located paste the top of covering the position and install on the first levelness adjusting part, be provided with the vacuum adsorption hole on the lower terminal surface of sticky tape adsorption plate, first levelness adjusting part is used for adjusting the levelness of the lower terminal surface of sticky tape adsorption plate, third drive assembly is used for the drive first levelness adjusting part with sticky tape adsorption plate vertical removal together.
6. The tape application apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a pressing mechanism for pressing the tape applied on the member to be applied and a transfer mechanism for fixing the member to be applied and moving the member to be applied horizontally.
7. The tape application apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the pressing mechanism comprises:
a fourth drive assembly;
the second levelness adjusting assembly is arranged on the fourth driving assembly;
the heatable pressure head is arranged on the second levelness adjusting component, and the second levelness adjusting component is used for adjusting the levelness of the lower surface of the pressure head; and
the fourth driving assembly is used for driving the second levelness adjusting assembly, the pressure head and the buffer sleeve to vertically move together, and the pressure head and the buffer sleeve are used for compacting an adhesive tape adhered on the piece to be adhered; the transfer mechanism includes:
a sixth drive assembly; and
and the moving platform table is arranged on the sixth driving assembly, the sixth driving assembly is used for driving the moving platform table to move horizontally, and the table top of the moving platform table is used for fixing the piece to be pasted.
8. The tape application apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the first cutting mechanism includes:
the fifth driving assembly is arranged on the rear side surface of the moving platform; and
and the adhesive tape cutter is arranged on the fifth driving component, and the fifth driving component is used for driving the adhesive tape cutter to horizontally move and vertically move.
9. A method for applying an adhesive tape, comprising:
the diaphragm pasting unit pastes a diaphragm on an adhesive layer of an adhesive tape arranged on the adhesive tape positioning mechanism, and the adhesive tape traction mechanism grabs the area of the adhesive tape pasted with the diaphragm and pulls the adhesive tape to extend forwards by a first set length;
the sticking mechanism adsorbs the release film of the extending part of the adhesive tape, then the first cutting mechanism cuts off the extending part of the adhesive tape, and the adhesive tape traction mechanism loosens the extending part of the adhesive tape;
the sticking mechanism sticks the extending part of the adhesive tape on the piece to be stuck through the exposed adhesive layer area of the extending part of the adhesive tape, and the area of the extending part of the adhesive tape on which the diaphragm is stuck is positioned at one side of the piece to be stuck;
the application mechanism releases the protruding portion of the tape.
10. A method of applying a tape according to claim 9, wherein the step of applying a diaphragm to the adhesive layer of the tape mounted on the tape positioning mechanism by the diaphragm applying unit comprises:
the diaphragm mounted on the diaphragm supply mechanism extends out of a second set length, and the first cutting mechanism cuts off the extending part of the diaphragm and enables the part to be used as a diaphragm to be attached to the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape on the adhesive tape positioning mechanism.
