In the embodiment of the invention, vehicle damage data collected by user equipment aiming at a target vehicle is obtained based on a vehicle maintenance platform; acquiring first maintenance enterprise data matched with maintenance screening conditions from maintenance enterprise data of a maintenance data set; acquiring an enterprise evaluation index of first maintenance enterprise data, screening second maintenance enterprise data from the first maintenance enterprise data according to an input preset evaluation index acquired from a vehicle maintenance platform, and sending a vehicle loss picture and vehicle information to maintenance enterprise equipment corresponding to the second maintenance enterprise data; receiving quotation information of a target vehicle generated by the maintenance enterprise equipment aiming at the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information based on the vehicle maintenance platform; and sending the quotation information and the second maintenance enterprise data to the user equipment based on the user contact information. Maintenance enterprise data meeting requirements can be intelligently screened out from numerous maintenance enterprise data according to the requirements of users, the problem that high-quality maintenance enterprises need to be searched by spending a great deal of energy is solved, and the selection space is improved.
A system architecture and an implementation scenario of the information obtaining method according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below, as shown in fig. 9.
The method comprises the steps that user equipment obtains vehicle loss data collected aiming at a target vehicle, and sends the vehicle loss data to an application server corresponding to a vehicle maintenance platform on the basis of the vehicle maintenance platform, wherein the vehicle loss data comprise vehicle loss pictures, vehicle information, user contact information and maintenance screening conditions; the application server receives the vehicle loss data sent by the user equipment, acquires first maintenance enterprise data matched with the maintenance screening conditions from maintenance enterprise data in a maintenance data set, further acquires an enterprise evaluation index of the first maintenance enterprise data, screens second maintenance enterprise data from the first maintenance enterprise data according to an input preset evaluation index acquired from a vehicle maintenance platform, and sends the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information to maintenance enterprise equipment corresponding to the second maintenance enterprise data; the maintenance enterprise equipment receives the car damage picture and the vehicle information sent by the application server, generates quotation information of the target vehicle based on the car damage picture and the vehicle information, and sends the quotation information to the application server based on the vehicle maintenance platform; and the application server receives the quotation information sent by the maintenance enterprise equipment and sends the quotation information and the second maintenance enterprise data to the user equipment based on the user contact information.
The application server adopts a maintenance data set to match the maintenance screening conditions, before maintenance enterprise data which is successfully matched in the maintenance data set is obtained, the application server stores the maintenance enterprise data in the maintenance data set, the maintenance enterprise data comprises at least one of maintenance brand data, enterprise qualification data and enterprise position data, and the application server can manage and update the maintenance enterprise data, including adding new maintenance enterprise data in the maintenance data set and deleting the maintenance enterprise data from the maintenance data set.
When the maintenance screening condition input by the user equipment on the vehicle maintenance platform aiming at the target vehicle is vehicle brand data, the application server acquires vehicle loss data acquired by the user equipment aiming at the target vehicle on the basis of the vehicle maintenance platform; brand maintenance data matched with the vehicle brand data are obtained from maintenance enterprise data of a maintenance data set, first maintenance enterprise data to which the brand maintenance data belong are obtained, enterprise evaluation indexes of the first maintenance enterprise data are further obtained, second maintenance enterprise data are screened from the first maintenance enterprise data according to preset evaluation indexes input from a vehicle maintenance platform, and the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information are sent to maintenance enterprise equipment corresponding to the second maintenance enterprise data; receiving quotation information of the target vehicle generated by the maintenance enterprise equipment for the vehicle damage picture and the vehicle information based on the vehicle maintenance platform; and sending the quotation information and the second maintenance enterprise data to the user equipment based on the user contact information.
When the maintenance screening condition input by the user equipment on the vehicle maintenance platform aiming at the target vehicle is maintenance qualification data, the application server acquires vehicle damage data acquired by the user equipment aiming at the target vehicle based on the vehicle maintenance platform; acquiring enterprise qualification data matched with the maintenance qualification data from maintenance enterprise data of a maintenance data set, acquiring first maintenance enterprise data to which the enterprise qualification data belongs, further acquiring an enterprise evaluation index of the first maintenance enterprise data, screening second maintenance enterprise data from the first maintenance enterprise data according to an input preset evaluation index acquired from a vehicle maintenance platform, and sending the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information to maintenance enterprise equipment corresponding to the second maintenance enterprise data; receiving quotation information of the target vehicle generated by the maintenance enterprise equipment for the vehicle damage picture and the vehicle information based on the vehicle maintenance platform; and sending the quotation information and the second maintenance enterprise data to the user equipment based on the user contact information.
When the maintenance screening condition input by the user equipment on the vehicle maintenance platform aiming at the target vehicle is maintenance location data, the application server acquires vehicle damage data acquired by the user equipment aiming at the target vehicle on the basis of the vehicle maintenance platform; acquiring enterprise position data matched with the maintenance location data from maintenance enterprise data of a maintenance data set, acquiring first maintenance enterprise data to which the enterprise position data belongs, further acquiring an enterprise evaluation index of the first maintenance enterprise data, screening second maintenance enterprise data from the first maintenance enterprise data according to an input preset evaluation index acquired from a vehicle maintenance platform, and sending the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information to maintenance enterprise equipment corresponding to the second maintenance enterprise data; receiving quotation information of the target vehicle generated by the maintenance enterprise equipment for the vehicle damage picture and the vehicle information based on the vehicle maintenance platform; and sending the quotation information and the second maintenance enterprise data to the user equipment based on the user contact information.
Specifically, the user equipment inputs vehicle brand data 'AAAA' on a vehicle maintenance platform aiming at a target vehicle, the application server acquires the vehicle brand data on the vehicle maintenance platform, the application server searches brand maintenance data matched with the vehicle brand data 'AAAA' in maintenance enterprise data of a maintenance data set, supposing that three brand maintenance data are matched with the vehicle brand data 'AAAA', three first maintenance enterprise data to which the three brands of maintenance data belong are obtained, an enterprise evaluation index of the first maintenance enterprise data is further obtained, according to the preset evaluation index input in the vehicle maintenance platform, screening out second maintenance enterprise data from the first maintenance enterprise data, and sending the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information to maintenance enterprise equipment corresponding to the second maintenance enterprise data; receiving quotation information of the target vehicle generated by the maintenance enterprise equipment for the vehicle damage picture and the vehicle information based on the vehicle maintenance platform; and sending the quotation information and the second maintenance enterprise data to the user equipment based on the user contact information.
It should be noted that the maintenance screening condition may be any one of the vehicle brand data, the maintenance qualification data, and the maintenance location data, and certainly, in the practical application process, the maintenance enterprise data may also be screened by combining any two or three of the vehicle brand data, the maintenance qualification data, and the maintenance location data, for example: and screening maintenance enterprise data in a maintenance data set by adopting maintenance screening conditions comprising vehicle brand data and maintenance qualification data, wherein the screening process comprises the following steps: the user equipment inputs vehicle brand data and maintenance qualification data on a vehicle maintenance platform aiming at a target vehicle, an application server acquires the vehicle brand data and the maintenance qualification data on the vehicle maintenance platform, the application server searches maintenance enterprise data of a maintenance data set for maintenance brand data and enterprise qualification data which are simultaneously matched with the vehicle brand data and the maintenance qualification data respectively, acquires first maintenance enterprise data to which the enterprise qualification data and the enterprise qualification data belong, further acquires an enterprise evaluation index of the first maintenance enterprise data, and acquires an input preset evaluation index in the vehicle maintenance platform, screening out second maintenance enterprise data from the first maintenance enterprise data, and sending the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information to maintenance enterprise equipment corresponding to the second maintenance enterprise data; receiving quotation information of the target vehicle generated by the maintenance enterprise equipment for the vehicle damage picture and the vehicle information based on the vehicle maintenance platform; and sending the quotation information and the second maintenance enterprise data to the user equipment based on the user contact information.
Specifically, the user equipment inputs vehicle brand data 'AA' and maintenance qualification data 'BB' on a vehicle maintenance platform aiming at a target vehicle, an application server acquires the vehicle brand data and enterprise qualification data on the vehicle maintenance platform, the application server searches for brand maintenance data which are simultaneously matched with the vehicle brand data 'AA' and the maintenance qualification data 'BB' respectively in maintenance enterprise data of a maintenance data set, if the brand maintenance data and the enterprise qualification data of three maintenance enterprise data are respectively matched with the vehicle brand data 'AA' and the maintenance qualification data 'BB', the three first maintenance enterprise data are acquired, the enterprise evaluation index of the first maintenance enterprise data is further acquired, second maintenance enterprise data are screened out from the first maintenance enterprise data according to the preset evaluation index input in the vehicle maintenance platform, sending the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information to maintenance enterprise equipment corresponding to second maintenance enterprise data; receiving quotation information of the target vehicle generated by the maintenance enterprise equipment for the vehicle damage picture and the vehicle information based on the vehicle maintenance platform; and sending the quotation information and the second maintenance enterprise data to the user equipment based on the user contact information.
The selection of the maintenance screening condition can be specifically set according to actual needs, and can also be input by a user according to actual conditions.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 10, the electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: the device comprises a shell 800, a circuit board 801, a processor 802, a communication bus 803, an input device 804, an output device 805 and a memory 808, wherein the circuit board 801 is arranged inside a space enclosed by the shell 800, and the processor 802, the communication bus 803, the memory 806, the input device 804 and the output device 805 are arranged on the circuit board 801; a communication bus 803 is used to enable connection communication between these components. The memory 806 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., at least one disk memory). The memory 806 may optionally be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor 802. Wherein the processor 802 may be in connection with the application server described in fig. 3-5, the memory 806 having stored therein executable program code; and the processor 802 runs a program corresponding to the executable program code by reading the executable program code stored in the memory 806 for performing the steps of:
the control input device 804 acquires vehicle loss data, which is acquired by user equipment aiming at a target vehicle, based on a vehicle maintenance platform, wherein the vehicle loss data comprises vehicle loss pictures, vehicle information, user contact information and maintenance screening conditions;
the control input device 804 acquires first maintenance enterprise data matched with the maintenance screening conditions from the maintenance enterprise data in the maintenance data set;
the control input device 804 acquires an enterprise evaluation index of the first maintenance enterprise data, screens out second maintenance enterprise data from the first maintenance enterprise data according to a preset evaluation index acquired from a vehicle maintenance platform, and sends the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information to maintenance enterprise equipment corresponding to the second maintenance enterprise data;
the control input device 804 receives quote information of the target vehicle generated by the maintenance enterprise device for the vehicle damage picture and the vehicle information based on the vehicle maintenance platform;
the control output device 805 sends the quote information and the second repair business data to the user device based on the user contact information.
In an alternative embodiment, control processor 802 invokes executable program code stored in memory 806 to perform the following operations:
generating valuation information for the target vehicle based on the damage data;
and receiving the quotation information sent by the maintenance enterprise equipment, screening target quotation information according to the evaluation information, and sending the target quotation information and target maintenance enterprise data corresponding to the target quotation information to the user equipment based on the user contact information.
In an alternative embodiment, the control processor 802 invokes the executable program code stored in the memory 806 to obtain the first repair enterprise data matching the repair filter condition from the repair enterprise data in the repair data set, and specifically performs the following operations:
and searching first maintenance enterprise data matched with the maintenance screening conditions in maintenance enterprise data of a maintenance data set, wherein the maintenance screening conditions comprise at least one of vehicle brand data, maintenance qualification data and maintenance location data, and the maintenance enterprise data comprise at least one of maintenance brand data, enterprise qualification data and enterprise position data.
In an alternative embodiment, the control processor 802, and the executable program code stored in the memory 806, executes the application server to obtain an enterprise evaluation index of the first maintenance enterprise data, and screens out the second maintenance enterprise data from the first maintenance enterprise data according to a preset evaluation index input by the vehicle maintenance platform, and specifically performs the following operations:
acquiring enterprise evaluation parameters of the first maintenance enterprise data, and calculating and acquiring enterprise evaluation indexes of the first maintenance enterprise data by adopting the weight proportion of the enterprise evaluation parameters;
when the enterprise evaluation index is larger than the preset evaluation index, acquiring second maintenance enterprise data to which the enterprise evaluation index belongs; the enterprise evaluation parameters of the enterprise evaluation index comprise at least one enterprise evaluation parameter of historical quote deviation rate, historical bid rate, bid invitation recommendation rate, quote participation, effective quote rate, loss-pursuit quote application rate and maintenance enterprise service satisfaction.
In the embodiment of the invention, vehicle damage data collected by user equipment aiming at a target vehicle is obtained based on a vehicle maintenance platform; acquiring first maintenance enterprise data matched with maintenance screening conditions from maintenance enterprise data of a maintenance data set; acquiring an enterprise evaluation index of first maintenance enterprise data, screening second maintenance enterprise data from the first maintenance enterprise data according to an input preset evaluation index acquired from a vehicle maintenance platform, and sending a vehicle loss picture and vehicle information to maintenance enterprise equipment corresponding to the second maintenance enterprise data; receiving quotation information of a target vehicle generated by the maintenance enterprise equipment aiming at the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information based on the vehicle maintenance platform; and sending the quotation information and the second maintenance enterprise data to the user equipment based on the user contact information. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.

Claims (10)

1. An information acquisition method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that user equipment obtains vehicle loss data collected aiming at a target vehicle, and sends the vehicle loss data to an application server corresponding to a vehicle maintenance platform on the basis of the vehicle maintenance platform, wherein the vehicle loss data comprise vehicle loss pictures, vehicle information, user contact information and maintenance screening conditions;
the application server receives the vehicle loss data sent by the user equipment, and acquires first maintenance enterprise data matched with the maintenance screening conditions from maintenance enterprise data in a maintenance data set;
the application server acquires an enterprise evaluation index of the first maintenance enterprise data, screens out second maintenance enterprise data from the first maintenance enterprise data according to an input preset evaluation index acquired from a vehicle maintenance platform, and sends the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information to maintenance enterprise equipment corresponding to the second maintenance enterprise data;
the maintenance enterprise equipment receives the car damage picture and the vehicle information sent by the application server, generates quotation information of the target vehicle based on the car damage picture and the vehicle information, and sends the quotation information to the application server based on the vehicle maintenance platform;
and the application server receives the quotation information sent by the maintenance enterprise equipment and sends the quotation information and the second maintenance enterprise data to the user equipment based on the user contact information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the application server receives the loss data sent by the user device, further comprising:
the application server generates valuation information for the target vehicle based on the vehicle damage data;
the application server receives the quotation information sent by the maintenance enterprise equipment, and sends the quotation information and the second maintenance enterprise data to the user equipment based on the user contact information, and the method comprises the following steps:
and the application server receives the quotation information sent by the maintenance enterprise equipment, screens out target quotation information according to the evaluation information, and sends the target quotation information and target maintenance enterprise data corresponding to the target quotation information to the user equipment based on the user contact information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining first repair enterprise data that matches the repair filter criteria among repair enterprise data in a repair data set comprises:
the application server searches first maintenance enterprise data matched with the maintenance screening conditions in maintenance enterprise data of a maintenance data set, wherein the maintenance screening conditions comprise at least one of vehicle brand data, maintenance qualification data and maintenance location data, and the maintenance enterprise data comprise at least one of maintenance brand data, enterprise qualification data and enterprise position data.

The method of claim 1, wherein the application server obtains an enterprise rating index for the first maintenance enterprise data, and wherein screening the first maintenance enterprise data for the second maintenance enterprise data based on obtaining the input pre-set rating index in the vehicle maintenance platform comprises:
the application server acquires enterprise evaluation parameters of the first maintenance enterprise data, and calculates and acquires enterprise evaluation indexes of the first maintenance enterprise data by adopting the weight proportion of the enterprise evaluation parameters;
when the enterprise evaluation index is larger than the preset evaluation index, the application server acquires second maintenance enterprise data to which the enterprise evaluation index belongs; the enterprise evaluation parameters of the enterprise evaluation index comprise at least one enterprise evaluation parameter of historical quote deviation rate, historical bid rate, bid invitation recommendation rate, quote participation, effective quote rate, loss-pursuit quote application rate and maintenance enterprise service satisfaction.
5. An information acquisition method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that vehicle loss data collected by user equipment aiming at a target vehicle are obtained on the basis of a vehicle maintenance platform, wherein the vehicle loss data comprise vehicle loss pictures, vehicle information, user contact information and maintenance screening conditions;
acquiring first maintenance enterprise data matched with the maintenance screening conditions from maintenance enterprise data of a maintenance data set;
acquiring an enterprise evaluation index of the first maintenance enterprise data, screening second maintenance enterprise data from the first maintenance enterprise data according to an input preset evaluation index acquired from a vehicle maintenance platform, and sending the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information to maintenance enterprise equipment corresponding to the second maintenance enterprise data;
receiving quotation information of the target vehicle generated by the maintenance enterprise equipment for the vehicle damage picture and the vehicle information based on the vehicle maintenance platform;
and sending the quotation information and the second maintenance enterprise data to the user equipment based on the user contact information.
6. An application server, comprising:
the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring vehicle loss data acquired by user equipment aiming at a target vehicle based on a vehicle maintenance platform, wherein the vehicle loss data comprises vehicle loss pictures, vehicle information, user contact information and maintenance screening conditions;
the first data processing unit is used for acquiring first maintenance enterprise data matched with the maintenance screening conditions from maintenance enterprise data of a maintenance data set;
the second data processing unit is used for acquiring the enterprise evaluation index of the first maintenance enterprise data, screening out second maintenance enterprise data from the first maintenance enterprise data according to the preset evaluation index acquired from the vehicle maintenance platform, and sending the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information to maintenance enterprise equipment corresponding to the second maintenance enterprise data;
a quotation generating unit, configured to receive, based on the vehicle maintenance platform, quotation information of the target vehicle generated by the maintenance enterprise device for the vehicle damage picture and the vehicle information;
and the data sending unit is used for sending the quotation information and the second maintenance enterprise data to the user equipment based on the user contact information.
7. The application server of claim 6, further comprising:
an evaluation generation unit configured to generate evaluation information for the target vehicle based on the damage data;
the data transmission unit includes:
the quotation screening subunit is used for receiving the quotation information sent by the maintenance enterprise equipment and screening target quotation information according to the valuation information;
and the data sending subunit is used for sending the target quotation information and the target maintenance enterprise data corresponding to the target quotation information to the user equipment based on the user contact information.

The application server according to claim 6, wherein the first data processing unit is specifically configured to search, in the maintenance enterprise data of the maintenance data set, first maintenance enterprise data that matches the maintenance screening condition, where the maintenance screening condition includes at least one of vehicle brand data, maintenance qualification data, and maintenance location data, and the maintenance enterprise data includes at least one of maintenance brand data, enterprise qualification data, and enterprise location data.
9. The application server of claim 6, wherein the second data processing unit comprises:
the index obtaining subunit is configured to obtain enterprise evaluation parameters of the first maintenance enterprise data, and calculate and obtain an enterprise evaluation index of the first maintenance enterprise data by using a weight ratio of the enterprise evaluation parameters;
the data acquisition subunit is used for acquiring second maintenance enterprise data to which the enterprise evaluation index belongs when the enterprise evaluation index is larger than the preset evaluation index, and sending the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information to maintenance enterprise equipment corresponding to the second maintenance enterprise data; the enterprise evaluation parameters of the enterprise evaluation index comprise at least one enterprise evaluation parameter of historical quote deviation rate, historical bid rate, bid invitation recommendation rate, quote participation, effective quote rate, loss-pursuit quote application rate and maintenance enterprise service satisfaction.
10. An information acquisition system comprising user equipment, maintenance enterprise equipment and an application server as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 9; wherein,
the system comprises user equipment and a service platform, wherein the user equipment is used for acquiring vehicle loss data acquired aiming at a target vehicle and sending the vehicle loss data to an application server corresponding to a vehicle maintenance platform based on the vehicle maintenance platform, and the vehicle loss data comprises vehicle loss pictures, vehicle information, user contact information and maintenance screening conditions;
and the maintenance enterprise equipment is used for receiving the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information sent by the application server, generating quotation information of the target vehicle based on the vehicle loss picture and the vehicle information, and sending the quotation information to the application server based on the vehicle maintenance platform.
