Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical apparatus, in particular to an auxiliary apparatus for treating wound infection, and in particular relates to a wound negative pressure flushing drainage device for continuously flushing and draining wound under negative pressure so as to improve timely discharge of necrotic tissues of the wound and promote accelerated healing of the wound.
Background
It is well known that VSD technology was initiated by the university of ULM, fleischman, germany, equal to 1992, and has been widely used by domestic scholars in recent years for drainage of various wounds, in orthopedics and general surgery. The VSD has the action mechanism that (1) the sealing is carried out to maintain high negative pressure as drainage power, and simultaneously the area to be drained is isolated from the outside, so that pollution and cross infection are effectively prevented; (2) The high negative pressure sealing can continuously drain exudates, necrotic tissues, bacteria, toxins and the like of the wound surface, so that zero accumulation is achieved in a drained area, and the wound surface can quickly obtain a clean environment; (3) Increasing blood supply of wound surface, improving microcirculation of wound surface, and promoting growth of granulation tissue. VSD can obviously enhance proliferation and microvascular density of dermal superficial vascular endothelial cells and fibroblasts in the wound margin tissue; (4) Regulating the activity of gelatinase in the wound surface, improving microcirculation in the wound surface, inhibiting the degradation of collagen and gelatin, and promoting the healing of the wound surface; (5) reducing periwound edema and vascular permeability. VSD affects the expression of endogenous epidermal growth factor by enhancing the P substance secreted by peripheral nerve endings and the expression of calcitonin related gene peptide, and has obvious effect of promoting wound healing. Currently, devices for negative pressure irrigation drainage suffer from the following drawbacks: 1. the VSD finished product in the current market is expensive and is not widely accepted by primary hospitals and family members of patients; 2. the cost of replacing the device is high when the pipe is blocked and the flushing fluid is oozed; 3. because the device is expensive and cannot be used continuously after being disassembled, the regular clinical observation and evaluation of the wound surface are limited; 4. the large necrotic tissue cannot be sucked and discharged in time, and the suction disc space connected with the suction tube is smaller and is easy to be blocked by the necrotic tissue.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at solving the problems that the existing VSD finished product in the market is high in price, is not widely accepted by primary hospitals and family members of patients and limits the clinical regular observation and evaluation of wound surfaces, and designs a self-made simple negative pressure flushing drainage device.

As the preferable technical scheme of the invention, the flushing pipe and the suction pipe are manufactured by adopting an infusion leather tube.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the diameters of the liquid outlet hole and the liquid suction hole are 2-3mm, and the distance between the holes is 5mm.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the punching length of the end parts of the flushing pipe and the suction pipe is 2/3 of the length of the long axis of the wound surface, and the two end parts are respectively fixed at the centers of the two end surfaces of the sponge and are parallel to the long axis of the wound surface.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the sponge is formed by cutting a bowl-washing sponge according to the actual wound surface size, soaking in normal saline, airing, sterilizing and plastic packaging.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the device does not need to select high-cost materials, has convenient material drawing and low price, and is convenient to replace every day. Meanwhile, the invention has convenient operation, can reduce the infection range of the operation part, shorten the hospitalization time and improve the success rate of wound treatment.
Additional aspects and advantages of the invention will be set forth in part in the description which follows, and in part will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention.
