Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic ink adding type screen printer, which belongs to the technical field of printing and comprises a screen printer, wherein an ink storage device is arranged at an ink adding position of a screen frame of the screen printer, the ink storage device is electrically connected with a main control circuit of the screen printer, the main control circuit monitors the printing time (T) and the printing speed (V) of the screen printer, when the use amount of ink in the screen frame reaches a set amount (P), an instruction is sent to the ink storage device to add the set amount (P) of ink into the screen frame, the main control circuit monitors the ink adding frequency (N), an alarm is arranged on the screen printer and is electrically connected with the main control circuit, and when the main control circuit monitors the ink adding frequency (N) reaches the preset frequency, the alarm is sent to remind an operator to add the ink into the ink storage device. The problems of uneven surface and chromatic aberration of screen printing products caused by different ink adding amounts and ink adding times of different operators are solved, and the production efficiency and the product quality are improved.

Technical Field

Background
In the screen printing process, screen printing is to add screen printing ink for printing into a screen frame of a screen, and the conditions of uneven printing ink of a product and chromatic aberration of the product often occur due to the specificity of the screen printing, so that the production efficiency and the product quality are seriously affected.
The conventional screen printing is to add ink into a screen frame by a machine operator when the screen frame ink is finished, so that the purpose of continuous production is achieved. The ink adding amount and the ink adding time cannot be standardized, so that different machine operators have differences in the ink adding amount and the ink adding time, and the phenomenon of uneven surfaces and chromatic aberration of products printed by screen printers of different times is caused.
Therefore, if the amount of inking and the time of inking can be standardized, the problems of surface irregularities and color differences of screen printed products can be maximally reduced.

The faster the printing speed, the higher the ink consumption of the screen printer per unit time.

Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structure diagram of an automatic inking type screen printer is disclosed, namely, an alarm and an ink reservoir are arranged on the screen printer, the ink reservoir is arranged at the inking position of a screen frame of the screen printer, and the ink reservoir is electrically connected with a main control circuit of the screen printer. The alarm is electrically connected with the main control circuit.
Referring to fig. 2, an ink addition control flow chart is disclosed, in which first, parameters of the screen printer are set, including an initial ink storage amount (P 0) of a screen frame of the screen printer, a set amount (P) of ink to be added to the screen frame each time is input, an initial ink storage amount (P 2) of an ink tank is input, and a preset number of times of ink addition (N 0) is input. After the parameter setting is completed, starting the screen printer, and monitoring the ink consumption by a main control circuit of the screen printer, wherein the main control circuit comprises monitoring the printing speed (V) and the printing time (T), and establishing a function relation of the set quantity (P) =the printing speed (V) and the printing time (T), wherein the printing speed (V) is the ink consumption of the screen printer in unit time.
When the usage amount of the ink in the screen frame is monitored to reach the set amount (P), an instruction is sent to the ink storage device to add the set amount (P) of the ink into the screen frame, so that the ink in the screen frame always keeps the amount which does not affect the surface smoothness and the color difference of the printed product.
And, assuming that the initial ink storage amount of the screen frame of the screen printer is (P 0), and the critical ink storage amount used when the surface smoothness and chromatic aberration of the printed product are affected is (P 1), the set amount (P) should satisfy the functional relation of P < (P 0- P1), so that the ink amount of the screen frame is always larger than the critical ink storage amount (P 1), and the condition that the surface of the printed product is uneven and chromatic aberration caused by not adding ink in time is avoided in the continuous printing process of the screen printer.
Referring to fig. 3, an alarm control flow chart is disclosed, the main control circuit monitors the number of times (N) of ink adding, when the number of times (N) of ink adding is equal to the preset number of times (N 0) of ink adding, the main control circuit sends an instruction to make the alarm send an alarm signal for prompting an operator to add ink into the ink reservoir, and when the number of times (N) of ink adding is smaller than the preset number of times (N 0) of ink adding, the main control circuit continues to monitor the number of times of ink adding.
Through the improvement of the alarm device and the ink storage device which are additionally arranged on the screen printer and the main control circuit of the screen printer, the ink adding times of operators can be reduced, the continuous production of the screen printer is realized, the problems of uneven surface and chromatic aberration of screen printing products caused by different ink adding amounts and ink adding times of different operators are solved, and the production efficiency and the product quality are improved.

An automatic add black screen printer, includes screen printer, its characterized in that: an ink reservoir is arranged at the ink adding position of a screen frame of the screen printer, the ink reservoir is electrically connected with a main control circuit of the screen printer, the main control circuit monitors the printing time (T) and the printing speed (V) of the screen printer, when the ink usage amount in the screen frame is monitored to reach the set amount (P), a command is sent to the ink reservoir to add the ink with the set amount (P) into the screen frame, the ink in the screen frame always keeps the amount which does not affect the surface smoothness and the chromatic aberration of a printed product, the lower end of the ink reservoir is provided with an ink discharge port, the discharge port is provided with a control valve which is opened or closed according to the command of the main control circuit, when the ink usage amount of the screen printer reaches the set amount (P), the main control circuit sends the command to open the control valve on the ink reservoir, when the ink adding amount of the ink reservoir reaches the set amount (P), the main control circuit sends an instruction to close the control valve on the ink reservoir, the initial ink storing amount (P 2) of the ink reservoir meets P 2> V0* T0, namely, the ink reservoir still has residual ink before the alarm, the main control circuit monitors the ink adding frequency (N), the screen printer is provided with the alarm, the alarm is electrically connected with the main control circuit, and when the main control circuit monitors the ink adding frequency (N) to reach the set frequency, the alarm gives an alarm to remind an operator of the screen printer to add the ink into the ink reservoir, wherein V 0 is the ink amount discharged in unit time of the ink reservoir discharge port, and T 0 is the discharge time of the ink reservoir.
