Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of dish washers, in particular to a drawer type dish washer.
Background
As a new dish-washing machine form, the drawer-type dish-washing machine has the characteristics of embedded cabinets, compact structure and no squatting or bending operation compared with a pull-down door-type dish-washing machine, so that a user can obtain better use experience.
At present, a drawer type dish washer generally has only one spray arm, and the spray arm is in the form of a lower spray arm positioned at the bottom of a washing cavity, and the lower spray arm sprays water upwards while rotating during working so as to clean dishes. However, compared with the multi-layer spray arm mode of the sliding door type dishwasher, the spraying effect of the drawer type dishwasher is poor, only because the upward water flow is sprayed in a single direction, the bowl basket and the tableware have a blocking effect, and the light is difficult to reach sufficient spraying coverage by the lower spray arm, so that the problems of insufficient washing and even insufficient washing in the washing cavity of the dishwasher, especially in the upper area, are caused.
If the top spray arm is added in the drawer type dish washer, the spraying effect is obviously improved, but the structural characteristics of the drawer type dish washer provide great difficulty for a designer developer, and a sufficiently innovative scheme is needed to realize the addition of the top spray arm. Therefore, the spraying mode and the design of a spraying system of the current drawer type dish washer still need to be broken through.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a drawer type dish washing machine which is different from the existing bottom spraying washing machine so as to improve the dish washing effect of the dish washing machine.
The drawer type dish washer with the external water pipe comprises a shell, wherein a cover plate and a movable drawer are arranged on the shell, and the drawer type dish washer is characterized in that a top spraying arm with a water spraying hole is arranged on the cover plate, a circulating water pump is arranged on the bottom surface of the drawer, the circulating water pump is communicated with the top spraying arm through a top spraying water inlet pipe, the top spraying water inlet pipe is arranged outside the drawer, and the top spraying water inlet pipe can move along with the movement of the drawer. The drawer dishwasher of the present embodiment is further provided with necessary structures for performing a dishwashing function, such as a filter device, a drain system, etc., but this is not an improvement of the present invention, and for these structures, a person skilled in the art can refer to the prior art. The top spray arm is arranged in the technical scheme and supplies water to the top spray arm through the circulating water pump, the top spray arm sprays water downwards from top to bottom, the flushing force of the water flow is larger than that of the bottom spray arm from bottom to top, and the cleaning efficiency is improved. In the technical scheme, the top spraying water inlet pipe for supplying water to the top spraying arm can move along with the movement of the drawer, that is, the movement of the drawer cannot be influenced by the top spraying water inlet pipe. The top spraying water inlet pipe is arranged outside the drawer, so that the manufacturing cost of the dish washing machine can be reduced, and the structure of the dish washing machine is simplified.
Further, the top spraying water inlet pipe is fixed on the shell, and the length from the fixed position of the shell to the water outlet of the circulating water pump is larger than the moving distance of the drawer. The length of the water pipe from the fixed position to the water outlet of the circulating water pump (i.e. the water inlet of the top-spraying water inlet pipe) needs to be of a sufficient length (called L) which must be greater than the moving distance of the drawer (called D), and in order to avoid that the length of the top-spraying water inlet pipe is too long, the preferable length range is D < L.ltoreq.3D, i.e. the length of the top-spraying water inlet pipe from the fixed position of the shell to the water outlet of the circulating water pump is less than or equal to 3 times the moving distance of the drawer. The top spraying water inlet pipe can be integrally bent or telescopic to adapt to the movement of the drawer, namely when the drawer is pulled out to the outermost position, the front section water pipe is unfolded to the maximum, and the deformation degree is minimum; when the drawer is completely closed, the deformation degree of the front section water pipe reaches the maximum.
Further, the water outlet end of the top spraying water inlet pipe is communicated with the top spraying arm, the water inlet end of the top spraying water inlet pipe is communicated with the circulating water pump, and the water outlet end can move up and down along with the cover plate. Because the cover plate is required to move upwards by a small extent when the dish washer is opened and the cover plate is required to move downwards by a small extent when the dish washer is closed, the water outlet end of the top-spraying water inlet pipe is required to move up and down along with the cover plate, and the function is realized, and various measures can be taken, such as designing the length of the top-spraying water inlet pipe.
Further, the top spraying water inlet pipe at least comprises a bending part or a telescopic part. The top spraying water inlet pipe is adapted to the movement of the drawer through bending deformation of the bending part, when the drawer is pulled out to the outermost position, the bending part is unfolded to be maximum, the deformation degree is minimum, when the drawer is completely closed, the deformation degree of the bending part is maximum, the shape of the bending part can be various, and specific limitation is not needed. Of course, telescoping parts, such as telescoping water tubes, can also be used to accommodate movement of the drawer.
The top spraying water inlet pipe is fixed at the upper end or the lower end of the shell, so that the top spraying water inlet pipe can be matched with bending parts with various shapes. The top spraying water inlet pipe is a pipe with certain flexibility, such as a hose, so as to bend.
The top spraying water inlet pipe supplies water to the spraying arm, one of the two schemes is provided with a spraying arm seat at the center of the cover plate, one end of the spraying arm seat is connected with the top spraying arm, and the other end of the spraying arm seat is communicated with the top spraying water inlet pipe so as to supply water to the top spraying arm. In the technical scheme, the water inlet end of the top spraying water inlet pipe is connected with the water outlet of the circulating water pump, and the water outlet end is fixedly connected to the water inlet of the spraying arm seat through a clamp or a clip, so that the sealing is ensured to be firm and reliable. And secondly, a spray arm seat is arranged at the center of the cover plate, the spray arm seat comprises a spray arm mounting seat and is connected with the top spray arm through spray arm mounting, and the spray arm seat extends from the center of the cover plate to the edge of the cover plate and is communicated with the top spray water inlet pipe at the edge of the cover plate so as to supply water for the top spray arm. At this time, the water inlet end of the top spraying water inlet pipe is connected with the water outlet of the circulating water pump, and the water outlet end is fixedly connected with the water inlet of the spraying arm seat at the edge of the cover plate, so that the sealing is ensured to be firm and reliable.
On the basis of the water diversion structure, the water diversion structure is connected with the water outlet of the circulating water pump, and the water inlet pipe of the top spraying water inlet pipe and the water inlet pipe of the lower spraying arm are respectively communicated with the water diversion structure. The lower spray arm and the top spray arm respectively form the spray water column from the bottom to the top and the spray flushing from the top to the rotation directions of the two spray arms are opposite, so that the spray directions of water are more various, the problem of blocking tableware is better overcome, the washing coverage is more comprehensive, and the situation of insufficient washing in a washing cavity of the drawer type dish washer, especially in the upper area, is effectively improved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
(1) According to the drawer dishwasher, the top spray arm is adopted for spraying water, so that the water flow spraying position and angle are increased, and the cleaning effect and the cleaning efficiency can be effectively improved by combining the bottom spray arm.
(2) The top spraying water inlet pipe is arranged outside the drawer, so that the space in the drawer of the dish washer is larger, the usability is better, and the dish washer is more attractive.
(3) The top spraying water inlet pipe is arranged outside the drawer, and the drawer is adapted to movement through bending deformation, so that the integral structure of the drawer dish washer is simplified, and the movement of the drawer is not influenced.
(4) The invention also provides a drawer dish washer with the upper spray arm and the lower spray arm, so that no dead angle exists in washing.
