Or, when the trigger piece 11 is a light-tight baffle, the cleaning switch 211 may be a photosensitive switch, where the photosensitive switch is connected with the control circuit through a PCB board inside the housing 2, when the cleaning cap 1 is covered at the end 21, the baffle near the opening of the cleaning cap 1 shields the light, the photosensitive switch is turned on due to no light irradiation, the photosensitive switch and the control circuit form a loop, and the control circuit can receive the turn-on signal and start the cleaning mode to automatically clean the heating element 212.
In other embodiments, the cleaning switch 211 may be disposed near the opening of the cleaning cap 1, and the trigger 11 is disposed on the end 21 and extends outward. In this embodiment, the trigger 11 may comprise an iron sheet or a magnet.
It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, when the trigger 11 is an iron sheet, the iron sheet comprises two iron sheets, and the two iron sheets are disposed at intervals at the end 21 of the housing 2 and exposed outside the housing 2 and above the surface of the end 21, and at this time, the cleaning switch 211 may comprise two connected contacts, and the positions of the two connected contacts correspond to the two iron sheets. The two iron sheets can be directly welded on the PCB inside the shell 2 and connected with the control circuit through the PCB. When the cleaning cover 1 is covered on the end part 21, two connected contacts on the cleaning cover 1 are respectively abutted against corresponding iron sheets, at the moment, a control circuit and the cleaning switch 211 form a loop, and the control circuit receives a conduction signal and starts the cleaning module to automatically clean the heating element 212. It will be appreciated that the trigger 11 is not limited to iron sheet but may be a metal or metal alloy such as copper, silver, gold, aluminum, etc.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, when the trigger 11 is a magnet, the cleaning switch 211 may comprise a magnetic induction switch, in which case two contacts corresponding to two connection terminals of the magnetic induction switch may be provided at the end 21, wherein the two contacts are connected to the control circuit inside the housing 2 through a PCB board. When the cleaning cover 1 is covered on the end 21, the magnet disposed on the end 21 acts on the magnetic induction switch to close the magnetic induction switch, and the two connection terminals of the magnetic induction switch are respectively abutted to the two contacts on the end 21, so that the magnetic induction switch and the control circuit form a loop, the control circuit can receive the conduction signal, and the cleaning mode is started to automatically clean the heating element 212.
Further, the cleaning switch 211 of the embodiment of the present invention may also be implemented by a mechanical switch.
The control circuit of the embodiment of the invention can comprise a controller and peripheral circuits thereof. The controller can be MCU, pastes and establishes in the one side of PCB board, and battery pack sets up in the another side of PCB board, and wherein, the battery that adopts in the battery pack is chargeable battery.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the electronic smoking article according to the embodiment of the present invention may further include a first blocking member 22 and a second blocking member 23, where the first blocking member 22 and the second blocking member 23 are respectively disposed on two sides of the heating element 212 and are located at the end 21 of the housing 2 to extend upward. The space formed by the first blocking piece 22 and the second blocking piece 23 can be used for accommodating cigarettes, and meanwhile, when the cleaning cover is arranged at the end part 21, the cleaning cover 1 is arranged in the space formed by the first blocking piece 22 and the second blocking piece 23, and the space can enable the cleaning cover 1 to be stabilized on the end part 21, so that the cleaning cover 1 is prevented from sliding off. It will be appreciated that the size of the space formed by the first 22 and second 23 stops is adapted to the volume of the cleaning cap 1. It should be understood that the material of the cleaning cap 1 is not limited to PC, but may be other plastic with better heat resistance.
Further, in some embodiments, the cleaning cap 1 and the end 21 of the embodiments of the present invention may be connected by magnetic force, snap fit, or interference.
