Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1的前序部分所述的异型杆件和一种与该异型杆件联用的夹持型材。
AT-324654B披露了这样一种异型杆件,其中一个内管件和一个外管件通过腹板相连,并且外管件的周向壁具有八个各自相邻的纵向槽。这意味着可以将一个部件插入各纵向槽。
US4689930披露了一种异型杆件,其中某些分别对应于纵向槽的新型材的终端可以通过夹持型材而以赏心悦目的方式连接起来。但是,该系统的灵活性受到了杆件的非对称设计结构的限制。
CH415999披露了一种异型杆件,它是由一个中心圆环和四个在该圆环上彼此沿径向错开90度角且其箭头指向圆环外的相同箭形件构成的。因此,此异型杆件具有四条分别位于两个箭头之间的纵向狭槽。
本发明的目的在于改进这种类型的异型杆件。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明,提供了一种具有一个内管件和一个外管件的异型杆件,这两个管件通过腹板彼此相连,外管件的周向壁具有至少两条相邻的纵向狭槽,其特征在于,用于固定一个扁平支承件的透缝设置在各腹板的两侧之间,这些透缝如在异型杆件的横截面图中所看到的那样分别平行于内管件的相邻外侧地对齐。

分别如图1和图2所示的异型杆件是由一个正方形的内管件1或1′和一个八角形的外管件2构成的。对于内管件而言,该内管件可以是多边形的或是圆形的。另外,外管件也可以是多边形的或是圆形的。内管件1或1′(图2)具有四个较薄的侧壁3-6。外管件2具有八个较薄的侧壁7-14。管件1或1′和2通过八条长腹板或肋15-22相连。这些肋或腹板成对地向外伸离内管件1或1′侧壁的拐角区,即它们都与所述侧壁垂直地向外延伸。各腹板15-22与八角形管件的两个相邻侧壁的连接部相连。由于管件1,1′和2的侧壁和腹板15-22的厚度与异型杆件的宽度或厚度相比是较薄的,所以在两个管件1,1′和2之间形成了九个空间。最大的空间23位于内管件1,1′的内部。四个中等大小的空间24-27分别位于内、外管件1,1′和2与相应的腹板15-22之间。四个小空间28-31分别位于内管件1,1′的拐角、外管件2的侧壁和相应的腹板15-22之间。
因此,外管件2的四道侧壁7、9、11、13分别平行于内管件1,1′的四道侧壁3-6,并且在各侧壁上分别设有一条中心长狭槽32-35,这些长狭槽分别代表中等大小的空间27,24,25和26通向外界的开口。
外管件2的两个其它侧壁8和12平行于内管件1,1′横截面的一条对角线且在其上分别设有一条中心长狭槽36、37,这两条长狭槽代表这两个小空间28、30通向外界的开口。外管件2的另外两道侧壁10、14平行于内管件1,1′横截面的另一条对角线且在其上分别设有一条中心长狭槽38、39,这两条长狭槽代表这两个小空间29、31通向外界的开口。由于四个小空间28-31较小,所以造成了外管件2的侧壁8、10、12、14的一部分在长狭槽36-39的区域内是由较短的长条肋40、40′…构成的。例如,在腹板的两侧分别设有一条导向槽401、402,所述的导向槽具有相同的宽度。
在腹板15-22上(图1)分别开设有位于导向槽401、402…底部的透缝41、42、43…,它们最好间隔有序地分别位于腹板壁44、45、46、47…之间。与小空间相通的长狭槽36-39的宽度允许将一块板或扁平件插入其中一条长狭槽中,而不论该板是否平行于内管件的一个侧壁或另一侧壁。为此,导向槽401外侧壁的外边缘或外肋40例如可以位于内管件1,1′侧壁3的外表面的同一平面内,或者,相邻的两块平行腹板如16、17的两个导向槽402,402′外侧壁的远端外边缘40和40′之间的距离可以小于在对置侧壁3、5的外表面之间的内管件1,1′的宽度。
根据图1所示的实施例,内管件1具有八个内导向肋48、49…,它们在其最内端处具有圆柱形的前侧面,从而导向肋48、49…可以作为圆柱形圆管的导向部,并且最好成对地沿内管件1将所述的导向肋设置在内管件1的内侧壁的中间。

相邻的两条平行腹板16、17的两条导向槽402、402′外侧壁的远端外边缘或外肋40、40′之间的距离最好总是小于内管件1,1′的两个对置侧壁3、5的外表面间的距离。
图5和图6示出了根据本发明第二实施例的异型杆件。附图中的相同特征用同一标记表示。异型杆件同样由一个基本成正方形的内管件1和一个八角形的外管件2构成。
根据图6,在腹板15-22上开设有透缝41、42、43…,这些透缝最好间隔有序地位于腹板壁44-47之间。与小空间相通的长狭槽36-39的宽度允许将一块板或扁平支承件(图11)插入其中一条长狭槽中,而不论该板是否与其中一个内管件的侧壁平行。为此,外肋40例如可以位于与侧壁3的外表面相同的平面内,或者边缘40和40′之间的距离可以小于在对置侧壁3、5的外表面之间的内管件1的宽度。
图7所示的夹持型材是由一个倒U形型材61和一个扁平型材62构成的,该扁平型材除了带形壁63之外最好分别具有一个角形的侧纵边64、65。U形型材的两腿66、67是两道形成两个拐角区69、69′地配有延长底板68的平行延长壁。U形型材的左拐角区69通过长条腹板70与扁平型材62相连,而右拐角区69′通过长条腹板70与该扁平型材相连。带形壁63和腹板70、71以及U形型材61的底板68围出了一个空间72。这两道延长壁66、67的内表面是滑移平面。
壁66具有一条与底板68平行且位于壁66的端部边缘74和底板68之间的区域内的外纵向肋73。端部边缘74具有外伸楔75的形状,所述外伸楔构成了壁66的一个内伸尖端76。因此,外伸楔75的另一端和外纵向肋73构成了一条其宽度等于壁7、9、11和13(图2或图6)的厚度的延长导向槽77。U形型材的壁67还具有一条肋73′和一个楔75′,它们被对称地布置在壁66的相应部分上。

夹持型材60是由硬质材料如硬质PVC塑料制成的,但这种材料的弹性足以在楔75于狭槽36的区域内接触异型杆件的外边缘时通过对壁63施加压力而允许滑移地缩小两道壁66、67之间的距离,其中夹持型材一直被压入狭槽36中,直到它被紧固在肋73、73′和楔75、75′的肩部之间为止。夹持型材的边缘64、65的形状是这样的,即它们在装配状态下最好各自平行于壁8或壁9(图8)。
在图9所示的实施例中,三个夹持型材81、82、83被夹固在一根异型杆件中。因此,第一带形条84被夹持在夹持型材81和82之间,第二带形条85被夹持在夹持型材82和83之间。
平杆件86、87以本身公知的方式借助于夹持件分别固定在槽33、34中。如图9所示,附加板88、89可分别被夹持在平杆件86、87和夹持型材81、83之间。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有一个内管件(1;1′)和一个外管件(2)的异型杆件,这两个管件通过腹板彼此相连,外管件(2)的周向壁(8,10,12,14)具有至少两条相邻的纵向狭槽(36,33,38,34,37,35,39,32),其特征在于,用于固定一个扁平支承件(115)的透缝(41,42,43)设置在各腹板(15-22)的两侧之间,这些透缝如在异型杆件的横截面图中所看到的那样分别平行于内管件(1;1′)的相邻外侧地对齐。
