Abstract
The invention provides a shot blasting method for the surface of a steel plate, which utilizes a shot blasting machine to perform shot blasting on the surface of the steel plate and comprises the following steps: (1) hoisting and conveying a steel plate with the thickness of 6-120mm to an inlet roller way of a shot blasting machine; (2) lifting the steel plate to the right; (3) the steel plate enters the shot blasting machine to be subjected to plate shape and width detection; (4) performing steel plate shot blasting according to the width of a steel plate, wherein in the shot blasting process, the roller way speed of a shot blasting machine is 1.5-5 m/s, and the shot projection speed of the shot blasting machine is 70-90 m/s; (5) adjusting the heights of the large roller brush and the pre-scraping plate according to the detection data, and cleaning the shot materials on the surface of the steel plate; (6) and after the steel plate is shot-blasted, blowing the surface of the steel plate by using compressed air. The steel plate with the unevenness of 0-40 mm/m can be shot-blasted by using the method, the surface cleanliness of the shot-blasted steel plate is high and can reach Asa2.5 or Asa3.0.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cleaning of the surface of a steel plate, in particular to a shot blasting method for the surface of the steel plate.
Background
Since the first shot blasting machine made by the Huulbrett company in the world in the last 30 s, the shot blasting technology and equipment are increasingly improved, the performance is continuously improved, and the application range is expanded from simple surface cleaning in the casting industry to different industries such as metallurgical mines, mechanical manufacturing, weapon manufacturing, ships and vehicles and the like. With the wide application of the pill throwing and spraying process, the pill throwing and spraying equipment with thousands of specifications and varieties is provided so far, and the pill throwing and spraying equipment is suitable for various different process requirements.
The shot blasting machine used in the wide and thick plate industry mainly aims at removing the iron scale on the surface of a steel plate. If the iron oxide scales on the surface of the steel plate can not be effectively removed before the steel plate enters the heat treatment furnace, furnace bottom roller nodules can be formed in a high-temperature environment after the steel plate enters the heat treatment furnace. The roll mark of the wide and thick plate heat treatment furnace becomes a serious quality bottleneck which troubles the roller bottom type heat treatment furnace for a long time.
The major manufacturers of shot blasting machines in the world currently include Germany V + S company, Swiss GF company, and the like. However, the shot blasting machine equipment produced by the company has high requirements on the shape of the steel plate, and the following two main problems are caused: (1) the unevenness of the steel plate is required to be less than 10mm/m by the shot blasting machine, if the unevenness of the steel plate is more than 10mm/m, the shot blasting machine gives an alarm, and the steel plate cannot be thrown for production; (2) for a steel plate with the unevenness smaller than 10mm/m, a large amount of shots can be remained on the upper surface of the steel plate after shot blasting, the shots need to be manually removed on a roller way, the labor capacity is very large, the production efficiency is low, and potential safety hazards exist.
How to effectively remove the scale on the surface of the steel plate and ensure the surface cleanliness of the steel plate and the yield of the steel plate become important subjects faced by various steel mills.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a shot blasting method for the surface of a steel plate, which can be used for shot blasting the steel plate with the unevenness within the range of 0-40 mm/m, and the surface cleanliness of the steel plate after shot blasting is high and can specifically reach Asa2.5 or Asa3.0. When the unevenness of the steel plate is not larger than 40mm/m, the shot blasting machine does not give an alarm. The shot blasting machine automatically adjusts the positions of the pre-scraping plate and the large roller brush according to the unevenness value detected by the steel plate, so that the effects of the pre-scraping plate and the large roller brush are better exerted, the surface smoothness requirement of the steel plate is promoted to be realized (including the reduction of residual shots on the surface of the steel plate after shot blasting), the production efficiency is improved, and the labor capacity of workers is reduced. In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a shot blasting method for the surface of a steel plate utilizes a shot blasting machine to perform shot blasting on the surface of the steel plate, and comprises the following steps:
(1) hoisting and conveying a steel plate with the thickness of 6-120mm to an inlet roller way of a shot blasting machine;
(2) lifting the steel plate in the step (1) and leaning to the right;
(3) the steel plate enters the shot blasting machine to be subjected to plate shape and width detection;
(4) performing steel plate shot blasting according to the width of the steel plate detected in the step (3), wherein in the shot blasting process, the roller way speed of a shot blasting machine is 1.5-5 m/s, and the shot projection speed of the shot blasting machine is 70-90 m/s;
(5) adjusting the heights of a large roller brush and a pre-scraping plate according to the plate shape detection data of the steel plate in the step (3), and cleaning pills on the surface of the steel plate;
(6) and after the steel plate is shot-blasted, blowing the surface of the steel plate by using compressed air.
Further, in the shot blasting method, in the step (4), the shot blasting current of the shot blasting machine is 40-60A.

(1) the method breaks through the limitation of the prior art, for the steel plate with the thickness of 6-120mm and the unevenness of 0-40 mm/m, the shape of the steel plate, the pre-scraping plate and the large roller brush are matched, so that the safety of the pre-scraping plate equipment of the shot blasting machine is ensured, meanwhile, the normal steel throwing of the steel plate with poor shape is realized, no residual shot exists after the steel plate is subjected to shot blasting, and the production rhythm requirement of the wide and thick plate heat treatment steel plate is met.
(2) The surface cleanliness of the steel plate subjected to shot blasting reaches Asa2.5 or Asa3.0, the surface cleanliness is good, and the method is completely suitable for the heat treatment production requirements of wide and thick plates.
In conclusion, the shot blasting production of the wide and thick plate product with the thickness of 6-120mm and the unevenness of 0-40 mm/m can be realized. The surface cleanliness of the steel plate after shot blasting reaches Asa2.5 or Asa3.0, and residual shots on the surface of the steel plate do not need to be cleaned manually after steel is thrown. The surface cleanliness of the steel plate completely meets the production requirements of the heat treatment furnace for wide and thick plate products, the accretion of the bottom roller of the heat treatment furnace can be effectively prevented, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the shot blasting method for the surface of the steel plate is provided, the shot blasting is carried out on the surface of the steel plate by using a shot blasting machine, and the shot blasting method comprises the following steps:
(1) hoisting and conveying a steel plate with the thickness of 6-120mm to an inlet roller way of a shot blasting machine;
(2) lifting the steel plate to the right;
(3) the steel plate enters a shot blasting machine to carry out plate shape and width detection;
(4) performing steel plate shot blasting according to the detected width of the steel plate;
(5) adjusting the heights of the large roller brush and the pre-scraping plate according to the plate shape detection data in the step (3), and cleaning the shot materials on the surface of the steel plate;
(6) after the steel plate is shot-blasted, blowing the surface of the steel plate by using compressed air;
and (4) checking the surface cleanliness of the blown steel plate, carrying out heat treatment on the steel plate qualified through checking, and carrying out shot blasting on the unqualified steel plate again.
The invention can realize shot blasting production of wide and thick plate products with the thickness of 6-120mm and the unevenness of 0-40 mm/m. The surface cleanliness of the steel plate after shot blasting reaches Asa2.5 or Asa3.0, and residual shots on the surface of the steel plate do not need to be cleaned manually after steel is thrown. The surface cleanliness of the steel plate completely meets the production requirements of the heat treatment furnace for wide and thick plate products, the accretion of the bottom roller of the heat treatment furnace can be effectively prevented, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
Further, in the step (4), the roller speed of the shot blasting machine is 1.5-5 m/s (such as 1.5m/s, 2m/s, 2.5m/s, 3m/s, 3.5m/s, 4m/s, 4.5m/s, and 5m/s), and the roller speed determines the number of steel shots falling on the steel plate. When the roller speed is more than 5m/s, the quantity of steel shots falling on the steel plate is insufficient, so that the surface smoothness of the steel plate can not meet the requirement; when the roller speed is less than 1.5m/s, the number of steel shots falling on the steel plate is too large, and new damage can be caused to the surface of the steel plate.
Further, in the step (4), the shot blasting current of the shot blasting machine is 40-60A (such as 40A, 42A, 45A, 50A, 53A, 55A, 57A and 60A). The shot blasting amount is adjusted by adjusting the shot blasting head current of the shot blasting machine, and the larger the shot blasting head current is, the larger the shot blasting amount is. The throwing current is 40-60A, and the speed of the roller way is 1.5-5 m/s, so that the shot blasting amount just meets the surface smoothness requirement of the steel plate.
Further, in the step (4), the diameter of the shot material of the shot blasting machine is 1 mm-2 mm. Preferably, the shot materials of the shot blasting machine adopt three shot materials with different diameter values, the diameter values of the three shot materials are 1.2mm, 1.4mm and 1.7mm respectively, the number ratio of the three shot materials with different diameter values is preferably 1.2mm to 1.4mm to 1.7mm to 1 to 3, and the diameter of the shot materials just meets the surface smoothness requirement of the steel plate.
Further, in the step (4), the shot blasting speed of the shot blasting machine is 70m/s to 90m/s (such as 70m/s, 75m/s, 80m/s, 85m/s, and 90m/s), wherein the most preferable shot blasting speed is 80m/s, and the shot blasting speed of the shot blasting machine just meets the surface finish requirement of the steel plate.
Further, the flatness detection data in the step (3) is that the unevenness per meter is less than 10mm, in the step (5), the position of the pre-scraping plate is adjusted to be 15mm away from the upper surface of the steel plate, and the position of the brush hair (the top end of the brush hair) of the large roller brush is-15 mm away from the upper surface of the steel plate;
and (3) adjusting the position of the pre-scraping plate to be 150mm away from the upper surface of the steel plate and adjusting the position of the brush hair of the large roller brush to be-30 mm away from the upper surface of the steel plate in the step (5).
The position of the pre-scraping plate and the brush hair position of the large roller brush are arranged according to the unevenness of the steel plate, so that the effects of the pre-scraping plate and the large roller brush can be better played, the surface smoothness requirement of the steel plate is promoted to be realized, residual shots on the surface of the steel plate after shot blasting are reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the labor amount of workers is reduced.
Further, in the step (6), the pressure of the compressed air is 7 Bar-9 Bar (such as 7Bar, 7.5Bar, 8Bar, 8.5Bar, 9Bar), wherein the most preferable pressure of the compressed air is 8Bar, and the residual pellets on the surface of the steel plate and other impurities can be purged.
Further, in the step (7), the surface cleanliness of the steel plate surface after shot blasting is checked to obtain steel plates such as wear-resistant steel and high-strength steel with the thickness of 16-120 mm and the surface cleanliness of the steel plate greater than Asa2.5.
The following examples are set forth in more detail to illustrate the shot blasting method of the surface of a steel sheet according to the present invention.
In order to realize the steel plate with the thickness of 6-120mm, the unevenness of 0-40 mm/m and the surface cleanliness of Asa2.5 or Asa3.0, shot blasting is carried out on the rolled steel plate according to the shot blasting process parameters of the following table 1, and the corresponding surface cleanliness of the steel plate is listed in the table 1.

According to the embodiments 1-5 and the corresponding detection results, the shot blasting process can realize shot blasting production of wide and thick plate products with the thickness of 6-120mm (namely, steel plates with the thickness of 6-120mm can be shot blasted by the method) and the unevenness of 0-40 mm/m. The surface cleanliness of the steel plate after shot blasting reaches Asa2.5 or Asa3.0. The surface cleanliness of the steel plate completely meets the production requirements of a heat treatment furnace for wide and thick plate products, and the residual pellets on the surface of the steel plate do not need to be cleaned manually after steel is thrown, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved. The product manufactured by the production technology fills the domestic blank and has obvious advantages.
The method can be realized by upper and lower limit values and interval values of process parameters (such as roller speed, head throwing current and the like), and embodiments are not listed.

(4) adjusting shot blasting amount by adjusting the head blasting current of a shot blasting machine according to the width of the steel plate detected in the step (3), and performing shot blasting on the steel plate by adopting three kinds of shot materials with different diameter values, wherein the diameter of the shot materials of the shot blasting machine is 1-2 mm;
in the shot blasting process, the roller way speed of the shot blasting machine is 1.5-5 m/s;
the shot material throwing speed of the shot blasting machine is 70-90 m/s;
(5) adjusting the heights of a large roller brush and a pre-scraping plate according to the plate shape detection data of the steel plate in the step (3), and cleaning pills on the surface of the steel plate;
when the unevenness of each meter of the plate shape detection data of the steel plate in the step (3) is less than 10mm, adjusting the position of the pre-scraping plate to be 15mm away from the upper surface of the steel plate, and adjusting the position of the brush hair of the large roller brush to be-15 mm away from the upper surface of the steel plate;
when the unevenness of each meter of the plate shape detection data of the steel plate in the step (3) is more than 10mm, the position of the pre-scraping plate is adjusted to be 150mm away from the upper surface of the steel plate, and the position of the brush hair of the large roller brush is-30 mm away from the upper surface of the steel plate;
(6) after the steel plate is shot-blasted, blowing the surface of the steel plate by using compressed air;
(7) checking the surface cleanliness of the steel plate after purging, carrying out heat treatment on the steel plate qualified through checking, and carrying out shot blasting on the unqualified steel plate again;
wherein, in the step (4), the diameters of the shot materials of the shot blasting machine comprise three diameters of 1.2mm, 1.4mm and 1.7 mm; the number ratio of the three pills with different diameter values is 1.2mm to 1.4mm to 1.7mm to 1:1: 3.
