In order to ensure the safety of the patient during transportation, the two sides of the upper frame 3 are also provided with folding guardrails 3-3, the folding guardrails 3-3 can be folded in parallel along the length direction of the trolley, do not occupy space after being folded, can be conveniently unfolded during transportation of the patient, and ensure the safety of the patient during the pushing and transporting process.
The embodiment also discloses a use method of the safety bed-crossing trolley for the critical patient, which comprises the following steps as shown in fig. 1:
A. transferring the patient from the bed to the trolley:
a-1, the passing trolley is placed at the side edge of the sickbed and is stopped stably, and the side, extending out of a bed plate 3-2, of the passing trolley is close to the sickbed;
a-2, controlling the scissor type lifting mechanism 2 to adjust the height of the bed plate 3-2, and controlling the clamping lifting mechanism 4 to adjust the height of the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the two ends, so that the height of the bed plate 3-2 is slightly higher than the height of the bed surface of the sickbed, and the height of the bed sheet clamping mechanism 6 is higher than the height of the bed plate 3-2;
a-3, extending the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the two ends towards the hospital bed, respectively clamping the two ends of the bed sheet on the hospital bed on the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the corresponding ends, specifically, passing the bed sheet through a gap between the movable pressing plate 6-1 and the fixed pressing plate 6-2, and then manually screwing the locking bolt 6-3, so that the movable pressing plate 6-1 and the fixed pressing plate 6-2 clamp the bed sheet; after the bed sheet is clamped, the control rod of the hinge 8 is pulled to enable the bed sheet clamping mechanism 6 at the end to turn outwards to enable the bed sheet to be tightened, and the bed sheet cannot be loosened under the self-locking action of the hinge 8;
a-4, starting the clamping lifting mechanism 4 to drive the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the two ends to rise to a certain height, so that the patient leaves the sickbed under the driving of the bed sheet, pushing the bed sheet 3-2 out to be supported under the patient, then controlling the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the two ends to descend, pulling the control rods of the hinges 8, and placing the patient on the bed sheet 3-2;
a-5, simultaneously withdrawing the bed plate 3-2 and the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the two ends to complete the work of transferring the patient from the sickbed to the passing trolley;
B. transferring the patient from the trolley to the bed:
b-1, pushing the trolley to the side of the sickbed and stopping stably, so that the side, extending out of a bed plate 3-2, of the trolley is close to the sickbed;
b-2, controlling the scissor type lifting mechanism 2 to adjust the height of the bed plate 3-2, and controlling the clamping lifting mechanism 4 to adjust the height of the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the two ends, so that the height of the bed plate 3-2 is slightly higher than the height of the bed surface of the sickbed, and the height of the bed sheet clamping mechanism 6 is higher than the height of the bed plate 3-2;
b-3, extending the bed plate 3-2 and the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the two ends to the direction of the sickbed, and moving the bed plate 3-2 with the patient to the upper part of the sickbed;
b-4, pulling the control rod of the hinge 8 to enable the sheet clamping mechanism 6 at the end to be outwards turned to enable the sheet to be tight; starting the clamping and lifting mechanism 4 to drive the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the two ends to rise to a certain height, so that the patient leaves the bed plate 3-2, and the bed plate 3-2 is retracted;
b-5, controlling the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the two ends to descend, pulling the control rods of the hinges 8 to loosen the bed sheet, placing the patient on the sickbed, and completing the work of transferring the patient from the sickbed passing vehicle to the sickbed.
The use method of the safe bed trolley for the critical patients in the embodiment has the advantages that the operation is simple and convenient, the direct contact with the bodies of the patients is not needed, the carrying time and the carrying labor are saved, the patient transfer is efficient and quick, and the problem of secondary injury in the carrying process of the patients is effectively solved.
According to the safe patient passing trolley and the using method thereof, two groups of bed sheet clamping mechanisms and the telescopic bed board are matched, so that a patient can be stably transported between the bed passing trolley and a sickbed, the traditional mode of carrying the patient by the bed passing trolley is changed, the patient carrying action is simple and reliable, the carrying safety is high, the problem of secondary injury in the patient carrying process is solved, the carrying efficiency is high, the structure is simple, the operation is flexible and convenient, the manufacturing cost is low, and the market popularization value is good.
