The MIB and the SIB are always broadcasted periodically, wherein the broadcast period of the MIB is fixed, and the broadcast period of the SIB may be different periods configured by the wireless communication system network. The SIB information may include SIB1 to SIB20, and of course, may be extended. Currently, each broadcast broadcasts all SIB information, i.e. including the system information blocks SIB 1-SIB 20, however, not all the system information blocks are necessary for a terminal (UE), so the wireless communication system network may send system information blocks that are not needed by the UE, which causes a large signaling overhead and wastes precious radio resources. It is obvious that the problems of large signaling overhead, waste of wireless resources and energy consumption of network side equipment and terminals exist when system information blocks are transmitted in the existing wireless communication system.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a network structure diagram applicable to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the network structure diagram includes a terminal 11 and a network side device 12, where the terminal 11 may be a User Equipment (UE) or a mobile terminal, for example: the terminal 11 may be a terminal side Device such as a Mobile phone, a Tablet Personal Computer (Tablet Personal Computer), a laptop Computer (laptop Computer), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Mobile Internet Device (MID), or a Wearable Device (Wearable Device), and it should be noted that the specific type of the terminal 11 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The terminal 11 may establish communication with the network-side device 12, where the network in the drawing may indicate that the terminal 11 wirelessly establishes communication with the network-side device 12, and the network-side device 12 may be a Transmission Reception Point (TRP), or may be a base station, and the base station may be a macro station, such as an LTE eNB, a 5G NR NB, or the like. Or the network side device 12 may be an Access Point (AP). It should be noted that the specific type of the network-side device 12 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the communication system may be Long Term Evolution (LTE).
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a system information block transmission method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step 201, a terminal receives system information sent by a network side device, where the system information includes necessary system information for the terminal to access a communication system and configuration information of other system information blocks, and the other system information blocks are system information blocks in the communication system except the necessary system information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the system information may be periodically broadcast by the network side device, and certainly, the system information may also be non-periodically broadcast. The above-mentioned necessary system information may be system information necessary for the terminal to access the communication system, wherein the access communication system may also be understood as an access network, that is, the above-mentioned necessary system information may be system information necessary for the terminal to access the network, for example: the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the system information necessary for accessing the network, such as bandwidth information system information, frequency point system information, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned necessary system information may be referred to as minimum system information (minimum SI), that is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the system information of the communication system is divided into two types, one type is minimum system information (minimum SI), and the other type is the above-mentioned other system information block (other SIB (OSIB)). It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the other system information block may be a system information block other than the above-mentioned necessary system information, that is, not all the necessary system information is referred to as other system information block, for example: expressed as OSIB. It should be noted that in the embodiment of the present invention, the OSIB may be used to represent any one of the other system information blocks.
The configuration information may be information required by the terminal to obtain other system information blocks, for example: some description information of the other system information blocks to let the terminal know what content the other system information blocks include. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the configuration information is not limited, and the configuration information may be any configuration information that enables the terminal to recognize the other system information blocks, because after the terminal recognizes the other system information blocks, it may be determined whether an acquisition request needs to be initiated to the network side device.
Step 202, the terminal determines whether a target system information block required by the terminal needs to be acquired from the network side device based on the configuration information and a storage condition of other system information blocks stored by the terminal, and if so, executes step 203, where the target system information block is one or more system information blocks in the other system information blocks.
The process may be ended when it is determined that the target system information block required by the terminal is not required to be acquired from the network side device, which is illustrated in the figure as an example.
The storage condition may be a storage condition in which the terminal does not store other system information blocks, or the storage condition may be a storage condition in which the terminal stores all or part of the other system information blocks.
The determination in step 202 may be to identify that the other system information blocks include a target system information block required by the terminal based on the configuration information and the storage condition. For example: the target system information block required by the terminal is OSIB1, and it is determined through the configuration information that the other system information blocks include OSIB1 and the terminal does not store OSIB1, so that the terminal can determine that OSIB1 needs to be acquired from the network-side device. Or the determination may be to recognize that the system information block stored by the terminal is not the latest system information block in the communication system based on the configuration information and the storage condition. For example: the terminal stores OSIB5, but the version number of OSIB5 is 1, and the version number of OSIB5 in the other system information block is determined to be 2 by the configuration information, so that the terminal can determine that OSIB5 needs to be acquired from the network side device.
The target system information block is one or more of the other system information blocks, and it is understood that the target system information block may be one or more of the other system information blocks, because in the embodiment of the present invention, the target system information block is referred to as another system information block as long as the target system information block is not necessary system information.
Step 203, the terminal sends an acquisition request for acquiring the target system block to the network side device.
The obtaining request may be understood as a request message for requesting a network side device to obtain the target system information block, for example: the acquisition request carries a mark of the target system block, so that the network side equipment can identify the target system information block required by the terminal, and further send the target system information block to the terminal according to the acquisition request.
And step 204, the terminal receives the target system information block sent by the network side equipment according to the acquisition request.
The terminal may receive a target system information block broadcasted by the network side device, or may receive a target system information block separately transmitted by the network side device to the terminal.
Through the steps, the system information block can be transmitted by the terminal and the network side equipment according to the requirement of the terminal, so that the request that the terminal initiates other unnecessary system information blocks is reduced, the signaling overhead of an air interface is better reduced, the energy consumption of the terminal is reduced, and the energy consumption of the network side equipment can be reduced.
In the system information block transmission method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a terminal receives system information sent by a network side device, where the system information includes necessary system information for the terminal to access a communication system and configuration information of other system information blocks, and the other system information blocks are system information blocks in the communication system except the necessary system information; the terminal judges whether a target system information block required by the terminal needs to be acquired from the network side equipment or not based on the configuration information and the storage condition of other system information blocks stored by the terminal, wherein the target system information block is one or more system information blocks in the other system information blocks; if the terminal needs to acquire a target system information block required by the terminal from the network side equipment, the terminal sends an acquisition request for acquiring the target system block to the network side equipment; and the terminal receives the target system information block sent by the network side equipment according to the acquisition request. The terminal can accurately and efficiently initiate the request for acquiring the system information block according to the storage condition of other system information blocks stored by the terminal and the configuration information of the system information block of the network, so that the system information block transmitted by the equipment at the network side is only needed by the terminal, and the information block which is not needed by the terminal does not need to be transmitted, thereby reducing the signaling overhead, saving the wireless resources and reducing the energy consumption of the terminal and the equipment at the network side.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for transmitting a system information block according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, including the following steps:
step 301, a terminal receives system information sent by a network side device, where the system information includes necessary system information for the terminal to access a communication system and configuration information of other system information blocks, the other system information blocks are system information blocks in the communication system except the necessary system information, and the system information further includes a flag bit, and the flag bit is used to indicate whether the configuration information of the other system information blocks in the system information is the same as the configuration information of the other system information blocks in the system information last sent by the network side device.
The flag bit may be represented by 1bit, and is used to indicate whether the configuration information of the other system information block in the currently transmitted system information is the same as the configuration information of the other system information block in the system information transmitted last time, where, if 1 represents different, 0 represents the same.
Optionally, the configuration information includes one or more of the following items: an identity flag (ID flag) of each of the other system information blocks; the version number mark of each system information block in the other system information blocks is used for indicating the content of the corresponding system information block; an availability flag of each system information block in the other system information blocks, where the availability flag is used to indicate whether the network side device supports the corresponding system information block; scheduling information of each system information block in the other system information blocks.
In the embodiment of the invention, each system information block has a mark, the mark is used for identifying one system information block, and different system information blocks have different marks so as to be convenient for distinguishing the terminal from the network side equipment. For example: the ID tag of an OSIB, since there are multiple OSIBs, may need to identify each different OSIB with an ID. Currently LTE includes 20 SIB information blocks, so all LTE SIBs can be identified with 4 bits. Considering the scalability of future communication systems (e.g., 5G systems), OSIBs may be identified with more bits, e.g., a total of up to 64 OSIBs (other sibs) may be identified with 6 bits. And (4) identifying according to the actual situation of the number of OSIB of the 5G system, and reserving redundant zone bits. For example, OSIB1 with 000001, OSIB2 with 000010, and so on, until the last OSIB is identified, the redundant flag bit remains. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the configuration information may include only the identity flag of each system information block, for example: the terminal recognizes that a certain system information block is not stored by the terminal, and can initiate the acquisition process of the system information block.
It should be noted that in the embodiment of the present invention, the OSIB may be understood as any one of other system information blocks.
The version number flag of the system information block may be understood to indicate the content carried by the respective OSIB. That is, the version number flag of the system information block can be understood as the indication information of the content of the system information block, and the terminal and the network side device can determine the content of the system information block through the indication information. The terminal can accurately acquire the system information block content required by the terminal through the version number mark, so that waste caused by the fact that the system information block content acquired by the terminal is not required by the terminal can be avoided.
Whether the network side device supports the corresponding system information block can be determined by the availability flag of the system information block, for example, a 1-bit flag bit may be used, where 1 represents that the base station supports the function represented by the OSIB, and 0 represents that the base station does not support the function represented by the OSIB.
The scheduling information may be a time-frequency resource indicating that the network side device transmits each system information block in the other system information blocks, a time-frequency resource broadcasted by the network side device, or a time-frequency resource of a dedicated signaling for the network side device to send the system information block, or the like. And one piece of scheduling information may correspond to one or more system information blocks, that is, one or more system information blocks may be transmitted using the same time-frequency resources.
Optionally, the scheduling information is used to indicate a time-frequency resource and a transmission period of broadcast transmission of the corresponding system information block.
Each network side device of the other system information blocks may be broadcast, and notify the terminal through the scheduling information, so that the terminal may accurately receive the required system information block. For example: the scheduling information may use detailed fields to indicate such information, frequency mapping (frequency mapping), time resource (time), period (period), and the like.
Optionally, at least one version number flag exists in the version number flags included in the configuration information, and is used to indicate that the content version of the corresponding system information block is one of a plurality of content versions predefined by the network side device and the terminal; or at least one special version number mark exists in the version number marks included in the configuration information, where the special version number mark is used to indicate that the content version of the corresponding system information block is a content version other than the multiple content versions predefined by the network-side device and the terminal.
The version number flag of all or part of the configuration information may indicate that the content version of the corresponding system information block is one of a plurality of content versions predefined by the network side device and the terminal. Similarly, the configuration information may be that all or part of the version number mark is the special version number mark. The configuration information can include the content which indicates the network side equipment and the terminal to appoint in advance, so that the content of each system information block can be told to the terminal only by the version number mark, and the signaling overhead can be reduced. For example, for each OSIB, 3 bits may be used to represent 8 version numbers of the OSIB, each version number corresponding to different contents in the OSIB. The special version number flag may further reduce signaling overhead, for example: each OSIB has a version number that is not exhaustive of all of the different contents of the OSIB, so a special version number is set for each OSIB, indicating that the specific contents of the OSIB using that version number are not predefined. That is, for a certain OSIB using a special version number, the UE does not know the specific content of the OSIB of the special version number. The special version may be indicated by 000, for example.
As described above, the configuration information carried in the system information sent by the network side device may be shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1
It should be noted that the network side device may maintain information similar to table 1 at the network side device end according to actual situations, and the system information is sent to the terminal. The network side device and the terminal have a consistent understanding of the above listed information, and the network side device only provides configuration information of each OSIB in the system information, and does not contain specific content of each OSIB. Therefore, when the terminal needs to acquire specific contents of a certain OSIB, the terminal completes the acquisition of the OSIB required by the terminal according to the flag bit information in the system information and the configuration information of each OSIB.
Step 302, if the flag bit indicates that the configuration information of the other system information blocks in the system information is the same as the configuration information of the other system information blocks in the system information sent last time by the network side device, the terminal determines whether the configuration information needs to be acquired according to the stored other system information blocks and the requirement of the terminal on the other system information blocks, if so, step 303 is executed, and if not, the flow may be ended.
In step 302, when the other system information blocks stored by the terminal meet the requirements of the terminal for the other system information blocks, it is determined that the configuration information does not need to be acquired, so that the configuration information about the OSIB in the system information received in step 301 may be omitted, so as to save energy consumption of the terminal. For example: the terminal needs OSIB6, and there is OSIB6 in other system information blocks stored by the terminal, or the content of OSIB7 stored by the terminal can satisfy the demand of the terminal on OSIB7, and so on. In step 302, it may be determined that the configuration information needs to be acquired when the other system information blocks stored by the terminal cannot meet the requirement of the terminal for the other system information blocks. For example: the terminal needs OSIB6, but there is no OSIB6 in other system information blocks stored in the terminal, or the content of OSIB7 stored in the terminal cannot meet the requirement of the terminal for OSIB7, or the version number of OSIB7 stored in the terminal has expired or the storage time has exceeded the preset time, etc.
It should be noted that, in the second embodiment, both the step 302 and the flag bit in the system information are optional, that is, the system information in the step 301 does not include the flag bit, and for example: the terminal may default that the configuration information in step 301 is different from the configuration information last sent by the network side device. Or if the configuration information in step 301 is different from the configuration information last sent by the network side device, step 302 may not be executed, and step 303 may be directly executed.
Step 303, the terminal determines whether a target system information block required by the terminal needs to be acquired from the network side device based on the configuration information and a storage condition of the terminal for storing other system information blocks, if so, step 304 is executed, and if not, the process may be ended, wherein the target system information block is one or more system information blocks in the other system information blocks.
Step 303 may also be executed when the flag indicates that the configuration information of the other system information block in the system information is different from the configuration information of the other system information block in the system information that is last transmitted by the network side device.
Optionally, if the storage condition includes that the terminal stores other system information blocks, the terminal determines whether a target system information block required by the terminal needs to be acquired from the network side device based on the configuration information and the storage condition that the terminal stores other system information blocks, including: if the terminal judges that the configuration information needs to be acquired and/or if the flag bit indicates that the configuration information of other system information blocks in the system information is different from the configuration information of other system information blocks in the system information sent last time by the network side equipment, the terminal acquires the configuration information; the terminal judges whether target system information blocks with inconsistent contents exist in other system information blocks stored in the terminal and other system information blocks indicated by the configuration information or not based on the configuration information; and if the target system information block with inconsistent content exists, the terminal judges whether the target system information block needs to be acquired from the network side equipment or not based on the characteristic information of the terminal.
The step can realize that the terminal judges that the target system information block is needed to obtain the configuration information and judges the configuration information, thereby avoiding the operation that the terminal does not need the target system information block to obtain the configuration information and judge the configuration information, and achieving the effect of saving the energy consumption of the terminal. Similarly, when the flag bit indicates that the configuration information in the system information received in step 301 is different from the configuration information in the system information sent by the network side device last time, the configuration information is obtained and the determination is performed, so that it is avoided that the same configuration information is obtained again when the configuration information in the system information received in step 301 is the same as the configuration information in the system information sent by the network side device last time, and an effect of saving terminal energy consumption is achieved.
The target system information block with inconsistent content may be that the content of the target system information block stored by the terminal is inconsistent with the content of the target system information block indicated by the configuration information, for example: after the terminal stores the target system information block, the network side device or the network updates or modifies the content of the target system information block, so that the target system information block stored by the terminal is not the latest content. Such as OSIB8 stored in the terminal, wherein the OSIB8 is the first version of the content, but the network or the network side device updates the OSIB8, and the updated OSIB8 is the second version of the content.
The determining whether the target system information block needs to be acquired from the network side device according to the characteristic information of the terminal may be that, after determining that the target system information block with inconsistent content exists, the terminal determines whether the target system information block is needed according to the characteristic information of the terminal. For example: the target system information block is multicast broadcast service system information, but when the terminal judges that the multicast broadcast service is not needed according to the characteristic information of the target system information block, the target system information block does not need to be acquired to the network side equipment; if the terminal judges that the multicast broadcast service needs to be carried out according to the characteristic information, the terminal can determine that the target system information block needs to be acquired from the network side equipment. In addition, if a plurality of system information blocks exist in the target system information block with inconsistent contents, the terminal can selectively send an acquisition request to the network side equipment according to the requirement of the terminal so as to request the system information block required by the terminal.
In the above embodiment, when step 302 is not executed and the system information in step 301 does not include the flag bit, the step of determining, by the terminal, whether it is necessary to acquire a target system information block required by the terminal to the network side device based on the configuration information and a storage condition of another system information block stored by the terminal may include: the terminal acquires the configuration information; the terminal judges whether target system information blocks with inconsistent contents exist in other system information blocks stored in the terminal and other system information blocks indicated by the configuration information or not based on the configuration information; and if the target system information block with inconsistent content exists, the terminal judges whether the target system information block needs to be acquired from the network side equipment or not based on the characteristic information of the terminal. Namely, the terminal can directly acquire the configuration information and make corresponding judgment so as to acquire the system information block required by the terminal as required.
Optionally, the determining, by the terminal, whether a target system information block with inconsistent content exists in other system information blocks stored by the terminal and other system information blocks indicated by the configuration information based on the configuration information includes: if the configuration information comprises the version number marks of all the system information blocks in the other system information blocks, the terminal judges whether a target system information block with the consistent version number mark exists or not based on the version number marks of the other system information blocks stored by the terminal and the version number marks in the configuration information; or if the configuration information includes a special version number mark, the terminal determines that the system information block corresponding to the special version number mark is a target system information block, and the target system block is a target system information block with inconsistent content in other system information blocks stored by the terminal and other system information blocks indicated by the configuration information.
In this step, the version number flag of each system information block in other system information blocks stored by the terminal may be compared with the version number of each system information block in the configuration information one by one, and then the inconsistent target system information block is determined. For example: the version number flag of a certain system information block stored by the terminal is 001, and the version number flag of the system information block in the configuration information is 010, so that the system information block can be determined as the target system information block. The terminal considers that the content of the OSIB stored by the UE terminal is consistent with the content of the OSIB provided by the system, otherwise, the terminal considers that the content of the OSIB stored by the terminal is inconsistent with the content of the OSIB provided by the system, and if the terminal needs to acquire the content of the OSIB, a request needs to be initiated to the network side device. It should be noted that, when the terminal does not store certain OSIB information, the terminal also considers that the content of the OSIB stored by the terminal is inconsistent with the content of the OSIB provided by the system.
Optionally, the step of determining, by the terminal, whether the target system information block needs to be acquired from the network side device based on the characteristic information of the terminal includes: the terminal judges whether the terminal needs the target system information block indicated by the configuration information based on the characteristic information of the terminal; if the terminal needs the target system information block indicated by the configuration information, the terminal judges whether the configuration information comprises an availability mark indicating that the network side equipment supports the target system information block; and if the configuration information comprises an availability flag indicating that the network side equipment supports the target system information block, determining that the target system information block needs to be acquired from the network side equipment.
Through the steps, after the target system information block with inconsistent content is found, the terminal further judges whether the target system information block is needed, for example: the target system information block is multicast broadcast service system information, and the terminal currently needs multicast broadcast service, so that the target system information block is determined to be needed, otherwise, the target system information block is determined not to be needed. When the terminal needs the target system information block, the target system information block needs to be acquired from the network side equipment, so that the acquisition according to the requirement of the terminal can be realized, the signaling overhead is saved, and the energy consumption of the terminal and the network side equipment is reduced.
Optionally, the step of determining, by the terminal, whether the terminal needs the target system information block indicated by the configuration information based on the characteristic information of the terminal includes: the terminal judges whether the terminal needs the target system information block indicated by the configuration information based on the service information of the terminal; or the terminal judges whether the terminal needs the target system information block indicated by the configuration information based on the capability information of the terminal.
The judgment according to the service information of the terminal can be realized through the steps, for example: the target system information block is multicast broadcast service system information, and the terminal service information has multicast broadcast service, so as to determine the target system information block which needs the configuration information indication, if the service characteristic information of the terminal does not have multicast broadcast service, so as to determine that the target system information block is not needed; or the target service information block is OSIB5, and the service corresponding to the service characteristic information of the terminal is a service corresponding to OSIB5, so as to determine that the target system information block indicated by the configuration information is needed, and if the service corresponding to the service characteristic information of the terminal is not a service corresponding to OSIB5, determine that the target system information block indicated by the configuration information is not needed. The service characteristic information can realize that the terminal only acquires the system information block corresponding to the service characteristic information, thereby avoiding acquiring the system information block not corresponding to the service characteristic information, so as to save signaling overhead and reduce energy consumption of the terminal and network side equipment.
And through the steps, whether the target system information block is needed or not can be determined according to the capability information of the terminal, for example: and determining that the target system information block is needed only when the capability information of the terminal supports the service corresponding to the target system information block. And the system information block which is not supported by the capability information is prevented from being acquired, so that the signaling overhead is saved, and the energy consumption of the terminal and the network side equipment is reduced.
Optionally, if the storage condition includes that the terminal stores other system information blocks, the terminal determines whether a target system information block required by the terminal needs to be acquired from the network side device according to the configuration information and the storage condition that the terminal stores other system information blocks, including: if the terminal judges that the configuration information needs to be acquired and/or if the flag bit indicates that the configuration information of other system information blocks in the system information is different from the configuration information of other system information blocks in the system information sent last time by the network side equipment, the terminal acquires the configuration information; the terminal judges whether the terminal stores the target system information block in other system information blocks indicated by the configuration information or not based on the configuration information; and if the terminal does not store the target system information block in other system information blocks indicated by the configuration information, the terminal judges whether the target system information block needs to be acquired from the network side equipment or not based on the characteristic information of the terminal.
Through the steps, the configuration information can be acquired and correspondingly judged when the terminal does not store other system information blocks indicated by the configuration information, so that the wireless resources and the energy consumption of the terminal are saved. For example: the other system information blocks indicated by the configuration information include SIB3 to SIB20, but the terminal only stores SIB8 to SIB20, so as to acquire the configuration information and perform corresponding determination.
Optionally, if the storage condition includes that the terminal does not store other system information blocks, the terminal determines whether a target system information block required by the terminal needs to be acquired from the network side device based on the configuration information and the storage condition that the terminal stores other system information blocks, including: if the flag bit indicates that the configuration information of other system information blocks in the system information is the same as or different from the configuration information of other system information blocks in the system information sent last by the network side equipment, the terminal acquires the configuration information; and the terminal judges whether a target system information block required by the terminal needs to be acquired from the network side equipment or not according to the configuration information.
Through the steps, the terminal can directly judge based on the configuration information under the condition that the terminal does not store other system information blocks, namely the terminal directly judges based on the configuration information when judging that the terminal does not store other system information blocks. For example: the terminal does not store other system information blocks, determines that the OSIB4 and the OSIB5 are needed according to requirements, and can acquire the OSIB4 and the OSIB5 from the network side equipment if the configuration information indication indicates that the OSIB4 and the OSIB5 exist; or the terminal determines that the OSIB4 and the OSIB5 are needed according to the requirement, the configuration information indication indicates the OSIB4 and the OSIB5, and the configuration indication information indicates that the network side device only supports the OSIB4, so that the OSIB4 can be acquired from the network side device; or the user determines that other system information blocks indicated in the configuration information are not system information blocks required by the terminal according to the requirement, so that the user does not acquire other system information blocks from the network side equipment. Through the steps, whether the required system information block needs to be acquired from the network side equipment can be directly acquired and determined according to the configuration information under the condition that the terminal does not store other system information blocks, so that the energy consumption of the terminal can be saved.
Step 304, the terminal sends an acquisition request for acquiring the target system block to the network side device.
The obtaining request may be understood as a request message for requesting a network side device to obtain the target system information block, for example: the acquisition request carries a mark of the target system block, so that the network side equipment can identify the target system information block required by the terminal, and further send the target system information block to the terminal according to the acquisition request.
And 305, the terminal receives the target system information block sent by the network side equipment according to the acquisition request.
The step of the terminal receiving the target system information block sent by the network side device according to the acquisition request includes:
if the configuration information comprises scheduling information of the target system information block, the terminal receives the target system information block broadcasted by the network side equipment according to the scheduling information of the target system information block; or the terminal receives the target system information block sent by the network side equipment on a proprietary signaling.
In the above step, the terminal may receive the system information block sent by the network side device according to the scheduling information, where the network side device may send the target system information block in a broadcast form, for example: the scheduling information may be a broadcast period and time-frequency resources of the target system information block, so that the terminal may accurately receive the target system information block in time. In addition, since the network side device may send the target system information block through dedicated signaling, the configuration information of the system information received in step 301 may not include the scheduling information, so as to save signaling overhead.
Optionally, after the step of receiving, by the terminal, the target system information block sent by the network-side device according to the acquisition request, the method further includes: if the configuration information includes a common version number flag indicating that the content of the target system information block is one of a plurality of predefined contents of the network side device and the terminal, the terminal stores the common version number flag of the target system information block; or if the configuration information includes a special version number flag indicating that the content of the target system information block is a content other than a plurality of contents predefined by the network side device and the terminal, the terminal does not store the special version number flag of the target system information block.
Through the steps, the terminal can save the version number mark of the target system block as the common version number mark after receiving the target system information block, so that when the network side equipment sends the system information again, if the version number mark is the same as the stored version number mark, the system information block can not be acquired, and the current stored version number mark is the latest content, so that the effects of saving the energy consumption of the terminal and saving the wireless resources are achieved. In addition, if the terminal has stored the target system information block before acquiring the target system information block, the terminal replaces the acquired target system information block with the previously stored target system information block and only stores the latest or all version number flags, wherein all the version number flags do not include the special version number flag and are version number flags of the content of the corresponding system information block stored in the terminal.
In addition, when the version number flag of the system information block is a special version number flag, then, when the content of the target system information block changes, the version number flag may not change, so that the version number flag does not need to be stored in this case, thereby achieving the effect of saving the storage space of the terminal. And the situation that the terminal mistakenly considers that the content of the stored system information block is related to the content of the latest system information block of the network can be avoided, because the network can still use the special version number mark after updating the system information block and does not change the special version number.
Optionally, after the step of receiving, by the terminal, the target system information block sent by the network-side device according to the acquisition request, the method further includes: and the terminal stores the target system information block.
Through the steps, the terminal can store the target system information block acquired from the network side equipment, so that the terminal can conveniently and directly use the target system information block in the subsequent process without acquiring the target system information block with the same content again, and the effects of saving the energy consumption of the terminal and saving wireless resources are achieved.
In the system information block transmission method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, a terminal receives system information sent by a network side device, where the system information includes necessary system information for the terminal to access a communication system and configuration information of other system information blocks, the other system information blocks are system information blocks in the communication system except the necessary system information, and the system information further includes a flag bit, where the flag bit is used to indicate whether configuration information of other system information blocks in the system information is the same as configuration information of other system information blocks in system information last sent by the network side device; if the flag bit indicates that the configuration information of other system information blocks in the system information is the same as the configuration information of other system information blocks in the system information sent by the network-side device last time, the terminal judges whether the configuration information needs to be acquired according to the stored other system information blocks and the requirement of the terminal on the other system information blocks, if so, the terminal judges whether a target system information block needed by the terminal needs to be acquired from the network-side device based on the configuration information and the storage condition of the other system information blocks stored by the terminal, and if so, the terminal sends an acquisition request for acquiring the target system block to the network-side device; and the terminal receives the target system information block sent by the network side equipment according to the acquisition request. The terminal can accurately and efficiently initiate the request for acquiring the system information block according to the system information block stored by the user and the configuration information of the system information block of the network, so that the system information block transmitted by the equipment at the network side is only needed by the terminal, and the information block which is not needed by the terminal is not needed to be transmitted, thereby reducing the signaling overhead, saving the wireless resource and reducing the energy consumption of the terminal and the equipment at the network side.
