Background
Conventional panel switches generally have a frame and a panel positioned on a surface of the frame. At present, the panel is generally made of plastic, and when the panel is pressed by hands, the plastic panel presses a control button in the frame through elastic deformation. However, the use of panels of plastic material has a number of drawbacks: 1. the silk screen printed on the panel is blurred when the service time is long due to poor wear resistance, so that the attractiveness is affected, and more importantly, the functions of all keys cannot be separated, and the manual misoperation is caused; 2. the scratch is obvious, the surface of the key is matt after long-term use, and the key is not attractive; 3. thinner, less textured and less hand feeling.
In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, there are also proposals to make up for the drawbacks of plastic materials by changing the panel material to a metal material. However, the metal panel is not elastically deformed, and cannot be pressed to the control button through deformation like a plastic button, so how to ensure the pressing operation of the metal panel to the control button is still further solved; in addition, when the panel switch is mounted on a wall, the panel switch cannot be tightly matched with the wall because the wall cannot be completely leveled.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the embodiments of the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a panel switch includes a panel body 1, a metal bracket 2, and a bottom case 3.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the panel body 1 includes a metal panel 11, a panel bracket 12, a middle frame 13, a PCB board 14, and a bottom cover 15. The metal panel 11 includes a control member 111, preferably, the control member 111 has a long strip shape, and a liquid crystal display (not shown) may be provided, and the liquid crystal display may be disposed at any position of the metal panel 11. Such as the upper portion of the metal panel 11; the middle part of the metal panel 11; or when being positioned at the upper part of the metal panel 11, the two sides of the liquid crystal display screen are provided with control pieces 111; or when the liquid crystal display is positioned in the middle of the metal panel 11, the periphery of the liquid crystal display is provided with control pieces 111 and the like.
The panel bracket 12 is fixed to the back surface (the surface far from the user in use) of the metal panel 11, and its number and shape correspond to those of the control members 111.
The middle frame 13 is arranged on the back surface of the panel bracket 12, one surface of the middle frame facing the panel bracket 12 is provided with a universal positioning point 131, and the universal positioning point 131 can extend between two opposite side surfaces of the middle frame 13; and a combining piece 121 is arranged on the surface of the panel bracket 12 facing the middle frame 13 and is used for being matched with a universal positioning point 131. Therefore, when the panel bracket 12 and the middle frame 13 are required to be connected, the universal positioning point 131 is only required to be matched with the combining piece 121. In the present embodiment, preferably, the universal positioning point 131 is a cambered pit formed by recessing the surface of the middle frame 13 toward the direction away from the panel bracket 12, and the coupling member 121 is a protrusion toward the middle frame 13, so that the coupling member 121 can be snapped into the universal positioning point 131 and be adapted to the universal positioning point 131.
Alternatively, the gimbaled point 131 may be provided on the side of the panel bracket 12 facing the center frame 13, and the coupling member 121 may be provided on the side of the center frame 13 facing the panel bracket 12.
The bottom cover 15 is disposed on the back surface of the middle frame 13 with a receiving cavity 151 formed therebetween, and the PCB 14 is disposed between the middle frame 13 and the bottom cover 15. The PCB board 14 is provided with a control button 141, and the middle frame 13 is provided with a corresponding through hole 132, so that the control button 141 can pass through the through hole 132 and be exposed out of the front surface of the middle frame 13, and when the metal panel 11 is pressed, the panel bracket 12 can press the control button 141 on the PCB board 14. The through hole 132 may be provided with a button film 133, and the control button 141 passes through the through hole 132 to abut against the button film 133.
The mating arrangement of the gimbaled point 131 and the coupler 121 may preferably be in the following manner:
The metal panel 11 comprises one or more control members 111 and accordingly also one or more panel brackets 12, each control member 111 being fixedly connected to a respective one of the panel brackets 12. Each control 111 may control at least three control buttons 141 on the PCB board 14, each control button 141 corresponding to an edge position of the corresponding control 111, respectively. As in the present embodiment, four control buttons 141 are controlled for one control member 111, the four control buttons 141 corresponding to both sides of both ends of one control member. When one of the edges of the control member 111 is pressed, the coupling member 121 is inclined at a certain angle to the pressed position with the universal positioning point 131 as a fulcrum, so that the control member 111 can be pressed to the control button 141 on the pressing side, and the position of the control member 111 corresponding to the other control buttons 141 is slightly tilted, so that no misoperation is caused. Each control member 111 corresponds to one gimbaled point 131, and each gimbaled point 131 corresponds to the middle of the control member 111. Preferably, each control 111 controls 3 or 4 control buttons 141. Preferably, a certain gap is formed between the universal positioning point 131 and the combining piece 121, so that the combining piece 121 and the universal positioning point 131 can freely slide without clamping.
The metal bracket 2 is arranged between the panel main body 1 and the bottom box 3, the metal bracket 2 is provided with a hollow part 21 which is hollowed out, and the panel 1 and the bottom box 3 can be combined by arranging the hollow part 21. The surface of the metal bracket 2 is provided with screw holes 22 so that the metal bracket 2 can be fixed to a wall.
Referring to fig. 6, the base case 3 includes a base case upper cover 31, a base case lower cover 32, and a power supply device 33, and the power supply device 33 is disposed in a cavity formed between the base case upper cover 31 and the base case lower cover 32. The power supply device 33 is used for converting the commercial power into the voltage required by the panel switch to supply power to the panel body 1. Typically, the bottom box 3 is mounted in a wall or other hidden location and the power supply means 33 is connected to mains electricity.
The panel main body 1 and the bottom box 3 are of split type structures, and a clamping assembly is arranged between the panel main body 1 and the bottom box 3, so that the panel main body 1 and the bottom box 3 can be connected through clamping cooperation of the clamping assembly, and other modes such as screws are not required to be fixed, and the panel main body is simple in structure and convenient to assemble and disassemble.
The clamping assembly comprises a clamping piece 152 positioned on the back surface of the bottom cover 15 and a step part 311 positioned in the upper cover 31 of the bottom box, wherein a clamping hook 1521 bent towards the bottom cover 15 is formed at the bottom of the clamping piece 152 far away from the back surface of the bottom cover 15, and the clamping hook 1521 can pass through the hollow part 21 of the metal bracket 2 to be clamped with the step part 311. The engagement between the clamping member 152 and the step portion 311 is relatively tight, so that when the clamping member 152 is clamped with the step portion 311, a relatively large force needs to be applied to separate the clamping member 152 from the step portion 11.
The step portion 311 has a plurality of steps 3111, and the hook 1521 of the engaging member 152 may be engaged with any step 3111 of the step portion 311, so that when the surface of the panel switch 1 is uneven, the tight fit between the panel body 1 and the bottom case 3 can be adjusted by the height of the engaging member 152 engaged with the step 3111 of the step portion 311, so as to avoid the loose engagement between the panel body 1 and the bottom case 3 and falling off from the bottom case 3.
The power supply device 33 in the bottom box 3 is electrically connected with the PCB 14 of the panel main body 1, the first connector 142 is arranged on the back surface of the PCB 14, the second connector 331 is arranged on the front surface of the power supply device 33, and the first connector 142 of the PCB 14 passes through the bottom cover 15, the hollow part 21 of the metal bracket 2 and the bottom box upper cover 31 to be in plug-in fit with the second connector 143, so that other wiring is not needed, and the structure is simple, and the connection is stable.
