The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
A cabinet 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 11. The cabinet 100 may be a single cooler having only a cooling function. Of course, the cabinet 100 may be a cooling and heating machine having both cooling and heating functions. In the following description of the present application, the cabinet 200 is taken as an example of a cooling and heating machine.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, a cabinet 100, such as a cooling and heating machine, according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body 1, a duct assembly 2, a sink member 3, and a duct switching member 4.
As shown in fig. 4 and 11, a machine body air inlet 11 and a machine body air outlet 12 are formed on the machine body 1, the air duct assembly 2 is disposed on the machine body 1, the air duct assembly 2 includes a blower 21, the blower 21 has a blower air inlet 211 and a blower air outlet 212, the blower air inlet 211 is communicated with the machine body air inlet 11, so that the blower air inlet 211 can supply air from the machine body air inlet 11.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the water tank member 3 is disposed on the air duct assembly 2, and a water tank 31 and a humidifying part 32 are disposed in the water tank member 3. The air duct switching component 4 includes an air outlet housing 41 and a switching air plate 42, an air inlet 411, a first air outlet 412 and a second air outlet 413 are formed on the air outlet housing 41 and are arranged at intervals, the air inlet 411 is communicated with the fan air outlet 212, the switching air plate 42 is arranged on the air outlet housing 41, and the switching air plate 42 is movable between a first position for closing the first air outlet 412 and opening the second air outlet 413 and a second position for opening the first air outlet 412 and closing the second air outlet 413. When the switching damper 42 closes one of the first outlet 412 and the second outlet 413, the inlet 411 is communicated with the body outlet 12 through the other one of the first outlet 412 and the second outlet 413, wherein the humidifying component 32 is disposed at the first outlet 412.
It should be noted that, the first position is a position state (not shown) in which the switching damper 42 closes the first air outlet 412 and the air flow is suitable for flowing to the machine air outlet 12 through the second air outlet 413, and the second position is a position state (shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5) in which the switching damper 42 closes the second air outlet 413 and the air flow is suitable for flowing to the machine air outlet 12 through the first air outlet 412. The switching damper 42 is movable back and forth between a first position and a second position, and may remain stationary at any position between the first position and the second position as desired. At this time, the airflow may flow out from both sides of the switching damper 42, that is, a part of the airflow flows out from the first outlet 412, and another part of the airflow flows out from the second outlet 413.
The water tank 31 may store a quantity of liquid, such as water, so that the airflow may be humidified as it passes through the humidifying component 32. When the switching damper 42 completely closes the first air outlet 412 (i.e. the switching damper 42 is in the first position), the air inlet 411 is communicated with the body air outlet 12 through the second air outlet 413, and the air flow can flow out through the second air outlet 413, and at this time, the air flow does not flow through the humidifying component 32, so that the air flow is not humidified by the humidifying component 32; when the switching damper 42 completely closes the second air outlet 413 (i.e. the switching damper 42 is located at the second position), the air inlet 411 is communicated with the body air outlet 12 through the first air outlet 412, the air flow can flow out through the first air outlet 412, and the air flow flows through the humidifying component 32, at this time, the air flow is humidified by the humidifying component 32; when the switching damper 42 is located between the first position and the second position (the first position and the second position are not included), the airflow can flow out from the first outlet 412 and the second outlet 413 at the same time, and at this time, only a part of the airflow flowing out from the first outlet 412 is humidified, and the purpose of humidifying the airflow can also be achieved.
Therefore, when the switching air plate 42 is in the first position, the airflow flows out from the second air outlet 413 and is not humidified, and the cabinet 100 can realize non-humidified air outlet; when the switching air plate 42 is located at the second position, the air flow can only flow out from the first air outlet 412, and the air flow is humidified by the humidifying component 32, so that the humidifying air outlet with the strongest humidifying capacity of the cabinet 100 can be realized; when switching aerofoil 42 between first position and second position, cabinet 100 also can realize the humidification air-out, and the concrete air-out humidity of cabinet 100 can adjust correspondingly according to actual demand this moment. Here, it should be noted that the humidifying part 32 can be used not only for humidifying the air flow (e.g., air, etc.) passing through it, but also for washing, specifically, the humidifying part 32 can precipitate the particles in the air to achieve the effect of refreshing the air.
It can be understood that when the switching air plate 42 is located between the first position and the second position, the smaller the included angle between the switching air plate 42 and the plane where the first air outlet 412 is located is, the lower the humidity of the air outlet of the cabinet 100 is; the larger the included angle between the switching air plate 42 and the plane of the first air outlet 412 is, the higher the humidity of the air outlet of the cabinet 100 is.
According to the cabinet 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the air duct switching part 4 is arranged at the fan air outlet 212 of the air duct component 2, and the humidifying part 32 is arranged at the first air outlet 412 of the air duct switching part 4, so that the flow path of the air flow can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the switching air plate 42, the humidifying air outlet or the non-humidifying air outlet of the cabinet 100 can be realized, the specific air outlet humidity of the cabinet 100 can be adjusted according to the actual requirement of a user, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in figure 3, the basin member 3 is slidably mounted to the duct assembly 2, wherein the water tank 31 and the humidifying element 32 are removably mounted within the basin member 3. Specifically, for example, the sink member 3 may be pulled forward from the air duct assembly 2 (as shown in FIG. 3). At this time, the water tank 31 may be removed from the water reservoir member 3 to facilitate the addition of liquid such as water or the like to the water tank 31, and the humidifying part 32 may be removed for replacement if the humidifying part 32 is aged or fails. In a state where the water amount in the water tank 31 is sufficient, the water tank member 3 can be pushed back to a position right above the air duct assembly 2, that is, a state where the water tank member 3 is not pulled out (see fig. 5), and the operation is simple and the layout is reasonable.
As shown in fig. 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, the water tank member 3 is detachably disposed on the air duct assembly 2, and fig. 9 shows a state in which the water tank member 3 is removed from the air duct assembly 2, so that the water in the water tank 31 can be easily replenished, the water tank member 3 can be easily cleaned, and the operation is simple.
As shown in fig. 3 to 9, in the cabinet 100 according to some embodiments of the present invention, the water bath member 3 and the air duct switching member 4 are disposed at the top of the air duct assembly 2, the fan outlet 212 is formed at the top of the fan 21, the air inlet 411 is formed at the bottom of the air-out housing 41 to be connected to the fan outlet 212, the first air outlet 412 is formed on the sidewall of the air-out housing 41 and arranged in the vertical direction, and the second air outlet 413 is formed at the top of the air-out housing 41 and arranged obliquely with respect to the first air outlet 412. Therefore, the layout among the water tank piece 3, the air channel switching part 4 and the fan 21 is more reasonable, and in the process that the air flow flows through the air channel switching part 4 from the fan 21, the flow path of the air flow is shorter, the flow loss is small, and the noise is low.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 3 and 9, when the sink member 3 is taken out, the first air outlet 412 is open, and the fan 21 is communicated with the outside at this time, and there is a risk that external contaminants such as dust enter the fan 21, but the position of the switching air plate 42 can be adjusted, for example, the switching air plate 42 is switched to the first position, and the switching air plate 42 can shield the first air outlet 412 at this time, so that the air duct switching member 4 can protect the fan 21, thereby effectively preventing external dust from entering the fan 21 through the air duct switching member 4, ensuring the cleanliness of the air flow channel, enabling the fan 21 to operate normally, and prolonging the service life of the fan 21.
As shown in fig. 5-8, further, the water tank 31 is located on a side of the humidifying component 32 far from the first air outlet 412 and is spaced from the humidifying component 32, so that an air output of the air flowing through the humidifying component 32 can be ensured, and the structure between the water tank component 3 and the air channel switching component 4 is more compact, and the layout of the components is more reasonable.
As shown in fig. 5, optionally, one end (e.g., a left end in fig. 5) of the second air outlet 413 is adjacent to an upper end of the first air outlet 412, and the other end (e.g., a right end in fig. 5) of the second air outlet 413 extends obliquely downward toward a direction away from the first air outlet 412. Due to the adoption of the structure, the space occupied by the air channel switching component 4 can be effectively saved, the included angle between the plane where the first air outlet 412 is located and the plane where the second air outlet 413 is located is reduced, the air flow can conveniently flow out of the air channel switching component 4, the switching of the air flow humidification state can be better realized, namely, the switching air plate 42 only needs to rotate by a small angle to realize the switching of the air outlet mode (humidification or non-humidification), the structure is simple, and the layout is more reasonable.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, in some alternative embodiments of the present invention, one end of the switching damper 42 is located between the one end of the second air outlet 413 and the upper end of the first air outlet 412, and the one end of the switching damper 42 is pivotally connected to the air outlet cover 41. This kind of connected mode is simple, and the accessible rotates conveniently will switch aerofoil 42 and rotate to different angles, and then adjusts cabinet-type air outlet mode of machine 100.
Referring to fig. 1 in combination with fig. 2, further, a motor 43 is disposed on the wind outlet housing 41, and the motor 43 is connected to the one end of the switching wind plate 42 to drive the switching wind plate 42 to rotate between the first position and the second position, so as to drive the switching wind plate 42 to rotate, and the manner is simple and reliable.
Optionally, the humidifying component 32 is a wet film, and the wet film can automatically draw moisture from the water tank, so that the humidifying component 32 can be ensured to be always in a humidifying state, and when air passes through the wet film, the wet film can precipitate particle precipitates in the air, so that a good humidifying effect and an air refreshing effect can be achieved. The wet film is made of plant fiber or glass fiber and special chemical material and has excellent water absorbing and evaporating performance.
It can be understood that the humidifying component 32 can be taken out periodically for cleaning and replacement, so that the humidifying component 32 can be ensured to have good humidifying effect and air refreshing effect.
Optionally, referring to fig. 10 in combination with fig. 11, a purification module 200 may be further disposed at the blower inlet 211, at this time, the purification module 200 may be disposed at an upstream of the blower 21, and the purification module 200 has a good purification and filtration effect on air flowing into the blower 21, so that the air can be purified, and the use experience of the user is improved. Here, it should be noted that "upstream" may be understood as being upstream in the flow direction of the gas flow, respectively.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the cabinet 100 includes an indoor heat exchange module 300 and an air treatment module 100, and the air treatment module 100 may be disposed below the indoor heat exchange module 300. Of course, the air treatment module 100 may also be disposed above the indoor heat exchange module 300 (not shown). The air treatment module 100 includes the air duct assembly, the water tank, the air duct switching component, and the like, so as to humidify the air flow (e.g., air, etc.) passing through the air treatment module. Further, a purification module 200 may be disposed upstream of the fan inlet of the fan to purify the airflow (e.g., air, etc.) flowing therethrough.
The indoor heat exchange module 300 is used to cool or heat an air flow (e.g., air, etc.) passing through the indoor heat exchange module 300, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling or heating. The indoor heat exchange module 300 may have only a cooling function, and of course, the indoor heat exchange module 300 may also have both cooling and heating functions. The indoor heat exchange module 300 may include a heat exchanger 320, an indoor heat exchange fan 310, and the like. It is understood that the specific structure, operation principle, etc. of the indoor heat exchange module 300 are well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein.
The operation of the cabinet 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention is described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 11:
when the cabinet 100 is in operation, the external air enters the machine body 1 through the machine body air inlet 11, and the machine body air inlet 11 is communicated with the fan air inlet 211. The air passes through fan air intake 211 and gets into fan 21, and the air is filtered and purified by the purification module 200 of fan air intake 211 department to improved the air quality who gets into fan 21, and had the guard action to fan 21, prolonged fan 21's life.
