Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power generation equipment, in particular to a container type generator set.
Background
At present, a single container generator set is arranged on the market, and the single container generator set can not meet the requirements well for base stations and power utilization places which need continuous and uninterrupted power supply, so that at least two single container generator sets need to be installed, the space and the place needed by the installation of the two generator sets are large, and the single generator set is limited by the size and transportation, and can not provide an oil tank with long-time operation.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a container type generator set which has an integrated mode, can continuously provide uninterrupted power supply and is convenient to transport and install.
The container type generator set comprises a container shell, wherein an oil tank, a controller and at least two generator sets are arranged in the container shell, the control ends of all the generator sets are in signal connection with the controller, the power units of all the generator sets are engines, the oil tank is respectively connected with oil inlets of the two engines through oil pipes, the oil tank is positioned on one side of the container shell, and all the generator sets are positioned on the other side of the container shell; wherein,
the container type generator set further comprises a heat dissipation system, the heat dissipation system comprises an air inlet shutter, an air exhaust shutter, an air guide pipe and an exhaust fan, the air inlet shutter is installed on an air inlet through hole formed in the container shell, the air exhaust shutter is installed on an air exhaust through hole formed in the container shell, an air inlet of the air guide pipe faces towards the air inlet shutter, heat dissipation components of the generator set are arranged between the air inlet shutter and an air inlet of the air guide pipe, the exhaust fan is installed on an air outlet of the air guide pipe, and an air outlet of the air guide pipe faces towards the air outlet shutter.
As a further preferable technical solution of the present invention, each of the generator sets includes an engine and a generator driven by the engine, and the engine and the generator in the same generator set are connected by a disk coupling.
As a further preferable technical scheme of the invention, the container shell is internally fixed with channel steel structure bases the number of which is the same as that of the engines, and each engine is connected with one channel steel structure base through a rubber damper.
According to a further preferable technical scheme of the invention, a galvanized mesh plate is fixed on the inner wall of the container shell, and a rock wool heat-preservation and sound-absorption layer is fixed on the inner wall of the galvanized mesh plate.
As a further preferable technical scheme of the present invention, the number of the generator sets is two, the two generator sets are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the container housing, and the container housing is provided with an access door at a position corresponding to each engine.
As a further preferable technical solution of the present invention, all corners of the container housing are mounted with fixed corner fittings.
As a further preferable aspect of the present invention, the controller is installed in an electrical box fixed in the container housing, and two control devices of the engine and two power output switches of the generator are arranged in the electrical box in this order from top to bottom.
As a further preferable technical solution of the present invention, the hydraulic control system further includes an oil pressure sensor and a temperature sensor both electrically connected to the controller.
As a further preferable technical solution of the present invention, an exhaust noise reduction muffler is mounted in the container case, and the exhaust noise reduction muffler is mounted on an exhaust pipe of the engine.
The container type generator set can achieve the following beneficial effects:
according to the container type generator set, the working state of the generator set is switched through the controller, so that the generator set can supply power uninterruptedly, and the working condition requirements of maintenance and shutdown of one generator set are met; the container shell is adopted, so that the technical problems of inconvenient transportation and large requirement on an installation site are solved; the built-in oil tank, especially for satisfying long-time work, built-in large capacity (such as 10000L)'s oil tank guarantees the long-time operation oil demand of unit.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. In the preferred embodiments, the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "middle" and "a" are used for clarity of description only, and are not used to limit the scope of the invention, and the relative relationship between the terms and the terms is not changed or modified substantially without changing the technical content of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-8, a container type generator set comprises a container housing 1, an oil tank 12, a controller and at least two generator sets are installed in the container housing 1, control ends of all the generator sets are in signal connection with the controller, power units of all the generator sets are engines, and the oil tank 12 is respectively connected with oil inlets of all the engines through oil pipes; wherein, container formula generating set still includes cooling system, cooling system includes the air inlet shutter, the shutter of airing exhaust, guide duct and exhaust fan, the air inlet shutter is installed on the air inlet through-hole of seting up on container casing 1, the shutter of airing exhaust is installed on the through-hole of airing exhaust of seting up on container casing 1, the air intake of guide duct is towards the setting of air inlet shutter, generating set's radiating part sets up between the air intake of air inlet shutter and guide duct, install the exhaust fan on the air outlet of guide duct, the air outlet of guide duct is towards the setting of air outlet shutter.
According to the container type generator set, the working state of the generator set is switched through the controller, so that the generator set can supply power uninterruptedly, and the working condition requirements of maintenance and shutdown of one generator set are met; the container shell 1 is adopted, so that the technical problems of inconvenient transportation and large requirement on an installation site are solved; the oil tank 12 is arranged in the oil tank, and particularly, in order to meet the requirement of long-time work, the oil tank 12 with large capacity (such as 10000L) is arranged in the oil tank, so that the requirement of long-time operation oil consumption of the unit is guaranteed.
Specifically, the two engines are a first engine 11 and a second engine 13, respectively, and the two generators are a first generator 10 and a second generator 14, respectively. The controller is respectively electrically connected with the first engine 11, the second engine 13, the first generator 10 and the second generator 14, the 10000L oil tank 12 is respectively connected with the first engine 11 and the second engine 13 through hoses and the like, the first engine 11 and the second engine 13 convert diesel oil (chemical energy) into mechanical energy, and the mechanical energy is converted into electric energy through the first generator 10 and the second generator 14 respectively to realize power generation.
In addition, the engine may be a diesel engine or a gasoline engine, and the diesel engine is generally selected because the diesel engine has high fuel efficiency.
In specific implementation, each engine unit comprises an engine and a generator driven by the engine, and the engine and the generator in the same generator set are connected through a disk coupling. The connection is stable and reliable, the stability of power transmission between the engine and the generator is ensured, the transmission efficiency is high, and the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction are met.
In the concrete implementation, container casing 1 internal fixation have quantity with the same channel-section steel structure base of quantity of engine, every engine all is connected with a channel-section steel structure base through a rubber shock absorber ware. This arrangement effectively controls mechanical vibration and noise during engine operation. Specifically, the channel steel structure bases corresponding to the first engine 11 and the second engine 13 are a first channel steel structure base 9 and a second channel steel structure base 15, respectively.
In specific implementation, a galvanized mesh plate is fixed on the inner wall of the container shell 1, and a rock wool heat-preservation and sound-absorption layer 101 is fixed on the inner wall of the galvanized mesh plate. The galvanized mesh plate can play the effect of fixing rock wool heat preservation and attraction layer, possesses certain syllable-dividing effect simultaneously, and rock wool heat preservation and sound absorption layer 101 can maintain and control the noise of generating set during operation to can play heat preservation and thermal-insulated effect to whole generating set.
In specific implementation, taking the number of the generator sets as two as an example, the two generator sets are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the container shell, the container shell 1 is respectively provided with an access door at a position corresponding to each engine, specifically, the access door provided at a position corresponding to the first engine 11 is a first access door 102, the access door provided at a position corresponding to the second engine 13 is a second access door 107, and a unit power output port 108 is provided.
In a specific embodiment, fixed corner fittings 110 are mounted at all corners of the container housing 1. The fixed corner fitting 110 is selected to be the fixed corner fitting 110 meeting the international standard, so that the invention can realize the direct fixation and transportation of the standard container flat car, provides convenience for transportation and realizes all-weather transportation.
Specifically, one air inlet shutter, one air guide pipe and one air exhaust shutter correspond to one generator set, the generator set corresponding to the first engine 11 is the first air inlet shutter 105, the first air guide pipe 3 and the first air exhaust shutter 103, and the heat dissipation components of the first engine 11 and the first generator 10 are only arranged at the air inlets of the air inlet shutter and the first air guide pipe 3 so as to dissipate heat of the first engine 11 and the first generator 10; similarly, the second air intake louver 106, the second air guiding pipe 5 and the second air exhaust louver 104 correspond to the second engine 13 and the second generator 14.
The first exhaust fan 6, the second exhaust fan 7 and the third exhaust fan 8 are controlled by the control device 41 to start after 5S of the engine or the engine is started, hot air inside the container shell 1 is sucked away through the first air guide pipe 3 and the second air guide pipe 5 connected behind the three exhaust fans, meanwhile, cold air is supplemented in time through the automatic first air inlet shutter 105 and the second air inlet shutter, and the cold air enters the container shell 1, so that the ambient temperature inside the container shell 1 can be balanced in the running process of the first engine 11 or the second engine 13, and the shutdown caused by high engine temperature cannot be caused.
In a specific implementation, the controller is installed in an electrical box 4 fixed in the container housing 1, and the control devices 41 of two engines and the power output switches 42 of two generators are arranged in the electrical box 4 from top to bottom in sequence. In the concrete implementation, still include all with controller electric connection's oil pressure sensor and temperature sensor, oil pressure sensor sets up to the oil pressure that can detect in the generator, and temperature sensor sets up to the temperature that can detect in the container casing 1.
The control device 41 is an engine control system, the control device 41 is connected with various sensors (such as an oil pressure sensor and a temperature sensor), the sensors monitor and feed back the running state information of the unit at any time, the sensors are provided with corresponding pre-alarm values and automatic stop values, when the sensors detect that parameters reach the set alarm values, the control device 41 gives an alarm in advance, if an operator does not take measures, when the preset values reach the stop values, the control device 41 stops the running first engine 11 or the running second engine 13, and therefore the purpose of protecting the unit is achieved.
In the concrete implementation, an exhaust noise reduction silencer 2 is installed in a container shell 1, and is installed on an exhaust pipe of an engine for controlling noise in the working process of two engines.
