Abstract
The invention relates to an organic light-emitting display screen, which comprises a plurality of effective display areas; the bending circuit areas are connected between two adjacent effective display areas; the organic light emitting display screen can be folded into a polyhedron by bending the bending circuit area; each effective display area forms a surface of the polyhedron, and each bending circuit area forms an edge of the polyhedron. The organic light-emitting display screen can be folded into a polyhedron without frame fixation, can realize frameless display, and is more attractive, concise and elegant; in addition, after the product is folded into a polyhedron, the product can be displayed from different angles, so that the product display is more convenient. After being folded into a polyhedron, the organic light-emitting display screen has unique decoration style and can be better suitable for the decoration field. In addition, the application field or application occasion of the organic light emitting display screen can be widened. The invention also provides an organic light emitting display assembly.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of organic light-emitting display, in particular to an organic light-emitting display screen and an organic light-emitting display assembly.
Background
The organic light emitting Display panel has many advantages, such as an active light emitting device, and compared with a conventional LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) Display mode, the Display technology does not need a backlight and has a self-light emitting characteristic. The organic light emitting display screen can adopt a very thin organic material film layer and a glass substrate, and when current flows, the organic material can emit light. Therefore, the organic light emitting display panel can save electric energy remarkably, can be made lighter and thinner, can endure a wider range of temperature variation than the LCD display panel, and has a larger viewing angle.
Organic light emitting display screens have been widely used in the fields of product display, decoration, and the like. However, most of the current organic light emitting display screens are flat panel displays and have frames, and the organic light emitting display screens have certain limitations in product display and decoration field application.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, there is a need to provide an organic light emitting display panel that is well suited for product display and decoration, in order to solve the problem that the existing organic light emitting display panel has limitations.
An organic light emitting display panel comprising:
a plurality of active display areas;
the bending circuit areas are connected between two adjacent effective display areas;
the organic light emitting display screen can be folded into a polyhedron by bending the bending circuit area; each effective display area forms a surface of the polyhedron, and each bending circuit area forms an edge of the polyhedron.
The organic light-emitting display screen can be folded into a polyhedron without frame fixation, can realize frameless display, and is more attractive, concise and elegant; in addition, after the product is folded into a polyhedron, the product can be displayed from different angles, so that the product display is more convenient. After being folded into a polyhedron, the organic light-emitting display screen has unique decoration style and can be better suitable for the decoration field. In one embodiment, the active display area is rectangular or square; the bending circuit area is rectangular.
In one embodiment, the polyhedron is a cuboid or a cube.
In one embodiment, the width of the bending circuit area is 1-5 mm.
In one embodiment, at least a portion of the active display area is a transparent display area.
In one embodiment, the organic light emitting display further includes a bonding area and a bonding area, wherein the bonding area is connected between the bonding area and an active display area.
In one embodiment, the organic light emitting display further includes a first bonding area, a second bonding area, a first bonding area, and a second bonding area; the first bonding area is connected with the first bonding area; the second bonding area is connected with the second bonding area; the first bonding area and the second bonding area are respectively connected with different effective display areas.

The organic light-emitting display component is more attractive, concise and elegant due to the adoption of the organic light-emitting display screen provided by the invention, and the application field or application occasion can be widened.
In one embodiment, the drive system comprises:
the driving chip is used for generating a driving signal;
the flexible circuit board is provided with a chip connecting area and a screen body bonding area;
the chip connecting area is electrically connected with the driving chip;
and the screen body bonding area is bonded with the organic light-emitting display screen.
In one embodiment, the flexible circuit board further comprises a signal amplifying circuit for amplifying the driving signal; the signal amplification circuit is positioned between the chip connection area and the screen body bonding area.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the invention, are intended for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1, an organic light emitting display panel 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of effective display regions 110 and a plurality of bending circuit regions 120.
The effective display Area 110 (i.e., AA Area, active Area) is an Area of the organic light emitting display panel 100 where an image is displayed. That is, the pixel points (not shown) are distributed within the effective display area 110.
In the present embodiment, the number of the effective display areas 110 is 6, and the effective display areas are separated from each other. That is, no pixel point is disposed in the portion between the effective display regions 110.
The lead wires for lighting the pixel points in the effective display area 110 are distributed in the bent circuit area 120, and the pixel points are controlled to emit light by giving different electric signals to the lead wires, so that the effective display area 110 is controlled to display different images.
In the organic light emitting display panel 100 of the present invention, the bending circuit area 120 is connected between two adjacent effective display areas 110, that is, the bending circuit area 120 also has a function of isolating two adjacent effective display areas 110. In addition, the portion of the bent line region 120 is flexible and can be bent. This can change the angle of the dihedral angle between two adjacent effective display areas 110.
In the present embodiment, the number of the bending line regions 120 is 5.
Since the bent line region 120 may be bent, the organic light emitting display panel 100 can be folded into a polyhedral shape by bending the bent line region 120 from a flat state. In the folded polyhedron, each effective display area 110 is located on a face of the polyhedron, that is, each effective display area 110 constitutes a face of the polyhedron; meanwhile, each of the bending line regions 120 is a polyhedron, that is, each of the bending line regions 120 constitutes an edge of a polyhedron.
In the present embodiment, the polyhedron into which the organic light emitting display panel 100 is folded is a rectangular parallelepiped. Correspondingly, the 6 effective display areas 110 are all rectangular, and the 5 bending connection areas 120 are also rectangular.
In the present embodiment, the width of the bending line region 120 is 1 to 5 mm. This facilitates the bending of the bending circuit area 120 and effectively increases the area of the effective display area 110.
For convenience of description, the 6 effective display areas 110 are respectively numbered as an effective display area 111, an effective display area 112, an effective display area 113, an effective display area 114, an effective display area 115, and an effective display area 116.
In the present embodiment, the distribution of the effective display area 110 and the bending connection area 120 is as shown in fig. 1. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the front effective display area 114 and the rear effective display area 112 are connected to the upper effective display area 111 by a bent connection area 120. Of course, it is understood that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned forms, and may be in other distribution forms that can be folded into a rectangular parallelepiped, for example, the front left, back right effective display areas are sequentially connected by the bending connection area, the top effective display area is connected to the left effective display area by the bending connection area, and the bottom effective display area is connected to the back effective display area by the bending connection area.
In the present embodiment, the other effective display regions 110 are transparent display regions except the effective display region 116 located on the bottom surface of the polyhedron. The human eye can see the products behind the transparent display area through the transparent display area and can also see the images (including graphics, characters and the like) displayed on the transparent display area. For example, when the product is displayed, the product is placed behind the transparent display area, so that the product can be seen by human eyes, and meanwhile, the introduction about the product can be seen on the transparent display area.
Of course, it is understood that different effective display areas 110 may be selected as the transparent display areas according to different actual requirements, or different numbers of effective display areas 110 may be selected as the transparent display areas. For example, the active display areas of the bottom and back surfaces are non-transparent, and the other active display areas are transparent; for another example, only the front active display area is transparent, while the other active display areas are non-transparent. Of course, it is also understood that the active display area 110 of the present invention may be non-transparent.
Of course, it can be understood that each effective display area 110, i.e. each face of the polyhedron, can display the same image or different images according to the requirements of the actual situation. For example, when the product is displayed, each effective display area correspondingly displays the view of the direction of the product and the product introduction content.
Generally, the organic light emitting display panel 100 further includes a bonding area 140, and the main function of the bonding area 140 is to bond the organic light emitting display panel 100 to an FPC (not shown) so as to obtain signal control. In this embodiment, the number of the bonding areas 140 is one, and the bonding area 140 is connected to the active display area 110 through the bonding area 130. That is, the bonding area 130 is connected between the bonding area 140 and an active display area 110.
In this embodiment, bonding area 130 is also flexible and can be bent. This may change the angle of the dihedral angle between the bonding area and the active display area 116 connected thereto.
Of course, it is understood that the polyhedron of the present invention is not limited to a rectangular parallelepiped, but may be other polyhedrons such as a regular tetrahedron, a regular octahedron, a truncated pyramid, and the like. Correspondingly, the shape of the effective display area is not limited to a square, and can also be a diamond, a trapezoid, a triangle, and the like. The shapes of the respective effective display areas may be the same or different.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating an organic light emitting display 200 according to another embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals are used in the same areas as those in the previous embodiment, and are not described again here. The difference from the previous embodiment is: the number of the bonding areas is 2
Specifically, the organic light emitting display panel 200 includes a first bonding area 141, a second bonding area 142, a first bonding area 131, and a second bonding area 132. The first bonding area 141 is connected to the first bonding area 131, and the first bonding area 131 is connected to the effective display area 116; the second bonding area 142 is connected to the second bonding area 132, and the second bonding area 132 is connected to the active display area 114; that is, the first bonding area 141 and the second bonding area 142 are connected to different active display areas (i.e., the active display area 116 and the active display area 114) through the first bonding area 131 and the second bonding area 132, respectively.
Of course, it is understood that the number of bonding areas may be three or more.
The organic light-emitting display screen can be folded into a polyhedron without frame fixation, can realize frameless display, and is more attractive, concise and elegant; in addition, after the product is folded into a polyhedron, the product can be displayed from different angles, so that the product display is more convenient. After being folded into a polyhedron, the organic light-emitting display screen has unique decoration style and can be better suitable for the decoration field. In addition, the application field or application occasion of the organic light emitting display screen can be widened.
The invention also provides an organic light emitting display assembly.
An organic light emitting display assembly comprises the organic light emitting display screen and a driving system for driving the organic light emitting display screen to display.
Preferably, the driving system comprises a driving chip and a flexible circuit board. The driving chip is used for generating a driving signal. The flexible circuit board is mainly used for transmitting a driving signal to the organic light-emitting display screen, so that the organic light-emitting display screen can effectively display.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, flexible wiring board 500 has a die attach region 510 and a body bonding region 520. The die attach region 510 is used to attach a driver chip (not shown), that is, the driver chip is mounted on the die attach region 510 of the flexible wiring board 500. The main function of the screen bonding area 520 is to bond the flexible printed circuit 500 and the organic light emitting display, that is, the organic display is bonded to the screen bonding area 520 of the flexible printed circuit 500.
In this embodiment, the flexible circuit board 500 further includes a signal amplifying circuit 530, and the signal amplifying circuit 530 is mainly used for amplifying the driving signal and playing a role of enhancing the driving signal, so as to be more beneficial to the display of the organic light emitting display.
Specifically, signal amplification line 530 is located between die attach region 510 and body bond region 520.
Of course, it is understood that the signal amplifying circuit 530 may not be provided in the present invention.
The organic light-emitting display component provided by the invention is more attractive, concise and elegant due to the adoption of the organic light-emitting display screen, and the application field or application occasion can be widened.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

a plurality of active display areas;
the bending circuit areas are connected between two adjacent effective display areas;
the organic light emitting display screen can be folded into a polyhedron by bending the bending circuit area; each effective display area forms a surface of the polyhedron, and each bending circuit area forms an edge of the polyhedron;
at least part of the effective display area is a transparent display area;
after the organic light-emitting display screen is folded into a polyhedron, no frame is required to be fixed, and frameless display can be realized;
the organic light-emitting display screen comprises a plurality of pixel points, the pixel points are distributed in the effective display area, no pixel point is arranged in the bending circuit area, and lead wires for lightening the pixel points in the effective display area are distributed in the bending circuit area;
the organic light emitting display panel does not include a junction portion overlapping each of the effective display regions when the polyhedron is constructed.
2. The organic light-emitting display screen of claim 1, wherein the effective display area is rectangular or square; the bending circuit area is rectangular.
3. The organic light-emitting display screen of claim 2, wherein the polyhedron is a cuboid or a cube.
4. The organic light-emitting display panel of claim 1, wherein the width of the bending line region is 1-5 mm.
5. The organic light-emitting display panel according to claim 1, wherein the effective display regions are transparent display regions except the effective display regions located on the bottom surfaces of the polyhedrons.
6. The OLED panel of claim 1, further comprising a bonding area and a bonding area, wherein the bonding area is connected between the bonding area and an active display area.
7. The organic light emitting display of claim 1, further comprising a first bonding area, a second bonding area, a first bonding area, and a second bonding area; the first bonding area is connected with the first bonding area; the second bonding area is connected with the second bonding area; the first bonding area and the second bonding area are respectively connected with different effective display areas.
8. An organic light emitting display assembly comprising the organic light emitting display panel according to any one of claims 1 to 7 and a driving system for driving the display of the organic light emitting display panel.
9. The organic light emitting display assembly of claim 8, wherein the drive system comprises:
the driving chip is used for generating a driving signal;
the flexible circuit board is provided with a chip connecting area and a screen body bonding area;
the chip connecting area is electrically connected with the driving chip;
and the screen body bonding area is bonded with the organic light-emitting display screen.
10. The organic light emitting display assembly of claim 9, wherein the flexible wiring board further comprises a signal amplification circuit for amplifying the driving signal; the signal amplification circuit is positioned between the chip connection area and the screen body bonding area.
