本发明所述一种高效复合型杀菌剂,其成分为:溴化十二烷基苄基铵25‑35%、异噻唑啉酮2‑7%、硫酸铜0.1‑0.2%和水60‑70%。杀菌效果显著,经实践发现还有去垢、增溶、粘泥剥离和清洗作用,在用量为50mg/L更加显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及杀菌剂,具体的说,涉及一种高效复合型杀菌剂。
背景技术
为了缓解水资源短缺和经济的增长的矛盾,循环冷却水是工业用水的大户,随着循环冷却水中杂质的浓缩,致使循环冷却水系统发生结垢、腐蚀和生物污垢等突出问题,使热效率呈数量级下降,不但浪费了大量能源,而且由于管道、设备等生锈,大大地降低整个系统的使用寿命。
近几年来随着循环水浓缩倍数的提高,细菌抗药性问题,已使用非氧化性杀菌剂杀菌效率因温度高分解或存放时间过长导致有效成分含量大为降低,系统因微生物繁殖而形成的粘泥故障越来越突出。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种高效复合型杀菌剂,杀菌效果更加显著,运用更适合循环水水质。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高效复合型杀菌剂,其成分为:溴化十二烷基苄基铵、异噻唑啉酮、硫酸铜和水。
进一步,按照质量比,其成分为:溴化十二烷基苄基铵25-35%、异噻唑啉酮2-7%、硫酸铜0.1-0.2%和水60-70%
进一步,按照质量比,其成分为:溴化十二烷基苄基铵30%、异噻唑啉酮5%、硫酸铜0.1%和水64.9%。
进一步,投药浓度为6mg/L。
进一步,配制方法为:将上述组分加入搅拌机搅拌,先加入水,再加入溴化十二烷基苄基铵、异噻唑啉酮和硫酸铜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述一种高效复合型杀菌剂,其成分为:溴化十二烷基苄基铵、异噻唑啉酮、硫酸铜和水。以硫酸铜作为稳定剂,杀菌效果显著,经实践发现还有去垢、增溶、粘泥剥离和清洗作用,在用量为50mg/L更加显著。

一种高效复合型杀菌剂配方

试验效果情况
对于每一种杀菌剂,取几种不同的浓度,测定不同时间的杀菌率,从而筛选出最佳投药量,对各种杀菌剂的最佳投药量、药效持续时间以及不同时间的杀菌率进行比较,并将筛选出来的最佳投药量到具体的系统作应用试验,验证高效复合型杀菌剂的效果情况如下:
试验的结果表明,菌藻清杀菌剂在2d时杀菌率达到85.33%,接着又慢慢降下来,7d后就下降至50.55%;异噻唑啉酮、高效复合型杀菌剂在4d时杀菌率达到最高;异噻唑啉酮以及高效复合型杀菌剂投加6h后杀菌率就达到80%以上,说明其在短时间内杀菌效果较高,为速效杀菌剂,而且药效持续时间也较长,7d后还能在80%以上。由此可见,对于这几种杀菌剂在应用时可每周投一次药,对微生物的控制都能达到部颁标准异养菌<10个/mL。经实践发现还有去垢、增溶、粘泥剥离和清洗作用,在用量为50mg/L更加显著。

1.一种高效复合型杀菌剂,其特征在于,其成分为:溴化十二烷基苄基铵、异噻唑啉酮、硫酸铜和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种高效复合型杀菌剂,其特征在于,按照质量比,其成分为:溴化十二烷基苄基铵25-35%、异噻唑啉酮2-7%、硫酸铜0.1-0.2%和水60-70%。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种高效复合型杀菌剂,其特征在于,按照质量比,其成分为:溴化十二烷基苄基铵30%、异噻唑啉酮5%、硫酸铜0.1%和水64.9%。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种高效复合型杀菌剂,其特征在于,投药浓度为6mg/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种高效复合型杀菌剂,其特征在于,配制方法为:将上述组分加入搅拌机搅拌,先加入水,再加入溴化十二烷基苄基铵、异噻唑啉酮和硫酸铜。
