Abstract

本发明提供了马桶清洁剂及其制备方法,所述马桶清洁剂包括以下物质:脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂酰胺丙级氧化胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、杀菌剂、柠檬酸、次氯酸钠、白醋、果蔬发酵液、精油、75%乙醇、蒸馏水。本发明提供的马桶清洁剂配方温和,与现有技术相比,其能够快速去除马桶污垢、并且具有抑菌除菌的作用,一喷一冲即可净化马桶,方便快速简洁。

技术领域
本发明涉及马桶清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
马桶是人们生活中常用的生活用品,也是最易滋生污垢和细菌的地方,马桶清洁剂是转为马桶设计的清洁制剂。目前市售的马桶清洗剂采用的多是廉价、有毒且不易降解的无机酸和表面活性剂为主体成分制成,除了污染环境,也会对人们的身体健康造成一定的影响。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明提供了马桶清洁剂及其制备方法,通过加入中药植物型抑菌剂,并采用温和的配方,制备得到了抑菌清香型的马桶清洁剂,其对手部的清洁效果明显,不会刺激手部肌肤,具有保湿补水以及抑菌的功效,且易于降解,对于环境绿色环保。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种马桶清洁剂,包括以下重量份的原料:
进一步地,优选为包括以下重量份的原料:
所述脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠为碳链在C14/16或C14以下的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠,其比较适用于在液体洗涤剂中作为表面活性剂。
所述杀菌剂由三氯非、苯扎溴铵、二甲基恶唑烷按照重量比1:(0.3~0.6):(0.8~1.2)组成。此种配比的杀菌剂杀菌的效果较强,如果配比在此范围之外均会降低杀菌的效果。
所述果蔬发酵液中包括以下重量份的原料:芦荟5~10份、柚子皮10~30份、橘皮10~30份、柠檬15~25份。
所述果蔬发酵液的制备方法为:将配方量的各原料粉碎,加入5~10倍水进行厌氧发酵7~10天即可。以上各果蔬经厌氧发酵后产生多种有机酸,能够清除马桶上残留的尿碱。
所述精油包括玫瑰精油、丁香精油、薰衣草精油、茉莉精油、洋甘菊精油、柠檬精油、桔子精油、草豆蔻精油中的一种。
本发明还提供了所述马桶清洁剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方量的蒸馏水和75%乙醇混合加热至45~55℃,在搅拌的同时向其中加入配方量的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂酰胺丙级氧化胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,加热搅拌至完全溶解,并自然冷却;
(2)向步骤(1)中加入配方量的柠檬酸、次氯酸钠、白醋、果蔬发酵液,混合搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中加入配方量的杀菌剂和精油,混合搅拌均匀即可得到所述马桶清洁剂。
本发明提供的马桶清洁剂的配方中,将低刺激性的阴离子、阳离子、非离子型表面活性剂复配,具有极好的协同增效作用,具有较强的去污能力,并具有一定的抑菌作用。柠檬酸、次氯酸钠、果蔬发酵液、白醋的配合作用可深度清除马桶中的顽固污垢。
精油的加入提高了马桶清洁剂的清香度,有效净化卫生间的空气。
本发明提供的马桶清洁剂的配方温和,使用75%乙醇和蒸馏水作为溶剂能够使各原料充分溶解,得到的产品粘稠度适宜,各原料相互配合能够有效发挥抑菌、去污去垢的作用,而且易于降解安全环保。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的马桶清洁剂具有快速去除马桶污垢、并且具有抑菌除菌的作用,一喷一冲即可净化马桶,方便快速简洁。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种马桶清洁剂,包括以下重量份的原料:
所述杀菌剂由三氯非、苯扎溴铵、二甲基恶唑烷按照重量比1:0.5:1.0组成。
所述果蔬发酵液中包括以下重量份的原料:芦荟8份、柚子皮15份、橘皮 15份、柠檬20份;将配方量的各原料粉碎,加入8倍水进行厌氧发酵10天即可得到所述果蔬发酵液。
所述马桶清洁剂的制备方法为:
(1)将配方量的蒸馏水和75%乙醇混合加热至50℃,在搅拌的同时向其中加入配方量的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂酰胺丙级氧化胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,加热搅拌至完全溶解,并自然冷却;
(2)向步骤(1)中加入配方量的柠檬酸、次氯酸钠、白醋、果蔬发酵液,混合搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中加入配方量的杀菌剂和精油,混合搅拌均匀即可得到所述马桶清洁剂。
实施例2
一种马桶清洁剂,包括以下重量份的原料:
所述杀菌剂由三氯非、苯扎溴铵、二甲基恶唑烷按照重量比1:0.3:1.2组成。
所述果蔬发酵液中包括以下重量份的原料:芦荟5份、柚子皮10份、橘皮 10份、柠檬15份;将配方量的各原料粉碎,加入5倍水进行厌氧发酵10天即可得到所述果蔬发酵液。
所述马桶清洁剂的制备方法为:
(1)将配方量的蒸馏水和75%乙醇混合加热至55℃,在搅拌的同时向其中加入配方量的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂酰胺丙级氧化胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,加热搅拌至完全溶解,并自然冷却;
(2)向步骤(1)中加入配方量的柠檬酸、次氯酸钠、白醋、果蔬发酵液,混合搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中加入配方量的杀菌剂和精油,混合搅拌均匀即可得到所述马桶清洁剂。
实施例3
一种马桶清洁剂,包括以下重量份的原料:
所述杀菌剂由三氯非、苯扎溴铵、二甲基恶唑烷按照重量比1:0.6:0.8组成。
所述果蔬发酵液中包括以下重量份的原料:芦荟10份、柚子皮30份、橘皮30份、柠檬25份;将配方量的各原料粉碎,加入10倍水进行厌氧发酵7天即可得到所述果蔬发酵液。
所述马桶清洁剂的制备方法为:
(1)将配方量的蒸馏水和75%乙醇混合加热至45℃,在搅拌的同时向其中加入配方量的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂酰胺丙级氧化胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,加热搅拌至完全溶解,并自然冷却;
(2)向步骤(1)中加入配方量的柠檬酸、次氯酸钠、白醋、果蔬发酵液,混合搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中加入配方量的杀菌剂和精油,混合搅拌均匀即可得到所述马桶清洁剂。

其他同实施例1,只是其中省去了月桂酰胺丙级氧化胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚成分。
比较例2
其他同实施例1,只是其中省去了果蔬发酵液。
比较例3
其他同实施例1,只是其中的杀菌剂的配比是三氯非:苯扎溴铵:二甲基恶=1:0.1:1.4。
使用实施例1~3、比较例1~3得到的马桶清洁剂清洗马桶之后,使用细菌快速测试纸检测马桶内表面,发现实施例1~3和比较例1~2清洗的马桶内表面无残留细菌,而比较例3清洗的马桶内表面有稍许残留细菌。
选取120名志愿者对本发明各实施例和比较例得到的马桶清洁剂的除污性和除垢性进行评价,10分为最高分,评价结果如表1所示:

8.根据权利要求1或2所述的马桶清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方量的蒸馏水和75%乙醇混合加热至45~55℃,在搅拌的同时向其中加入配方量的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂酰胺丙级氧化胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,加热搅拌至完全溶解,并自然冷却;
(2)向步骤(1)中加入配方量的柠檬酸、次氯酸钠、白醋、果蔬发酵液,混合搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中加入配方量的杀菌剂和精油,混合搅拌均匀即可得到所述马桶清洁剂。
